교통카드자료를 이용한 환승정류장의 개발 방향에 관한 연구 - 대구시를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Developmental Directions of Transfer Stations with Traffic Cards Data - Focused on Daegu City -)

  • 교통수단간 환승은 대중교통체계운영의 효율성 증대를 위해 반드시 필요한 것으로 무엇보다 중요한 것은 현실에 기초한 환승거점의 선정이라고 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 대중교통 이용자의 통행실태를 반영한 환승거점 입지선정 방향에 관한 연구로서 대구광역시를 대상으로 대중교통 이용객 1일 교통카드 사용내역 자료를 활용하여 환승통행패턴을 분석하고자 한다. 군집분석을 통해 이용객이 많은 정류소를 분류하고 환승통행량의 규모에 따라 그룹핑하여 판별분석을 실시하였다. 도출된 판별 함수를 이용하여 현재 시공 중인 대구시 도시철도 3호선의 환승통행량을 추정하고 환승센터 설치 가능지점을 제시하였다.

  • 본 연구는 대구시 대중교통체계 개편 후 이용자 의식조사를 토대로 대중교통체계 개편 전후의 이용자 통행패턴의 변화 및 환승통행, 서비스 만족도에 대한 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 대중교통체계 개편으로 환승통행 수요가 증가하였으며, 특히 버스를 이용한 통행패턴에서 버스와 지하철간의 환승을 통한 통행패턴으로의 변화가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이는 환승요금 무료할인제 실시로 환승에 대한 경제적 부담감의 감소와 버스노선체계 개편으로 대중교통이용자의 통행패턴이 다양화되었기 때문이다 환승에 대해서는 전반적으로 개선된 것으로 나타났지만, 무환승 희망비율이 높게 나타난 환승에 대해서는 여전히 많은 부담을 느끼는 것으로 나타났다

Bloom type 연주기의 냉각패턴 평가를 위한 응고해석 (Solidification Analysis for Evaluation of Cooling Pattern in Bloom Type Continuous Caster)

  • The continuous casting is primarily a heat-extraction process in which the heat transfer at various cooling zones profoundly influences quality of products. So development of numerical model is necessarily needed for more specific and clear investigations upon heat transfer mechanism at mold and secondary cooling zones. In this study, heat transfer coefficients which shows the characteristic of heat transfer mechanism in mold are calculated for more exact analysis with temperatures measured in bloom mold using optimal algorithm, and finally the validity of cooling conditions at secondary cooling zone which is actually used at field for 30 Ton bloom type continuous casting of 0.187%C is investigated. From the results of solidification analysis, the characteristic of bloom mold shows good agreements with that of previously studies by other authors and optimized cooling conditions for 0.187%C are presented.

분자 동역학을 이용한 나노임프린트 리소그래피에서의 패턴 전사에 관한 연구 (Molecular Dynamics Study on the Pattern Transfer in Nanoimprint Lithography)

  • The molecular dynamics simulation of nanoimprint lithography (NIL) using $SiO_2$ stamp and amorphous poly-(methylmethacrylate) (PNMA) film is performed to study pattern transfer in NIL. Force fields including bond, angle, torsion, van der Waals and electrostatic potential are used to describe the intermolecular and intramolecular force of PMMA molecules and $SiO_2$ stamp. Nose-Hoover thermostat is used to control the system temperature and cell multipole method is adopted to treat long range interactions. The deformation of PMMA film is observed during pattern transfer in the NIL process. For the detail analysis of deformation characteristics, the distributions of density and stress in PMHA film are calculated. The adhesion and friction forces are obtained by dividing the PMMA film into subregions and calculating the interacting force between subregion and stamp. Their effects on the pattern transfer are also discussed as varying the indentation depth and speed.

수질오염총량관리 합류식지역의 우기시 관거이송 변화유형 (Patterns on Sewer Transfer Flow for Rain Weather Period in the Area with Combined Sewer System for the Management of TMDLs)

  • Discharged pollution load is varied as rainfall changes in the area with combined sewer system. Changes in discharged pollution load are directly related with those of sewer transfer flow. Therefore, it is important to identify the pattern of sewer transfer flow for the analysis of changes in discharged pollution load. This study reviewed the type of distribution of sewer transfer flow for 17 sewage treatment plants and developed simple formular to estimate sewer transfer flow as rainfall changes. 11 facilities showed to have some relation with rainfall in the change of sewer transfer flow but 6 facilities to have no relation. Relationships between rainfall amount and sewer transfer flow showed that 6 facilities out of 11 had relatively strong relationships above R2=0.5, which were considered to be affected directly by rainfall changes. The formular which explain the relationship between rainfall and sewer transfer flow can be applied in the analysis of rainfall effects on discharged pollution load, therefore, the more appropriate evaluation will be done.

Dynamic lipopolysaccharide transfer cascade to TLR4/MD2 complex via LBP and CD14

  • Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) together with MD2, one of the key pattern recognition receptors for a pathogen-associated molecular pattern, activates innate immunity by recognizing lipopolysaccharide (LPS) of Gram-negative bacteria. Although LBP and CD14 catalyze LPS transfer to the TLR4/MD2 complex, the detail mechanisms underlying this dynamic LPS transfer remain elusive. Using negative-stain electron microscopy, we visualized the dynamic intermediate complexes during LPS transfer-LBP/LPS micelles and ternary CD14/LBP/LPS micelle complexes. We also reconstituted the entire cascade of LPS transfer to TLR4/MD2 in a total internal reflection fluorescence (TIRF) microscope for a single molecule fluorescence analysis. These analyses reveal longitudinal LBP binding to the surface of LPS micelles and multi-round binding/unbinding of CD14 to single LBP/LPS micelles via key charged residues on LBP and CD14. Finally, we reveal that a single LPS molecule bound to CD14 is transferred to TLR4/MD2 in a TLR4-dependent manner. These discoveries, which clarify the molecular mechanism of dynamic LPS transfer to TLR4/MD2 via LBP and CD14, provide novel insights into the initiation of innate immune responses.

격자 간섭계에서 탈봇 패턴의 섬광체 스크린 투과 시 전달 특성에 대한 시뮬레이션 연구 (A Simulation Study on the Transfer Characteristics of the Talbot Pattern Through Scintillation Screens in the Grating Interferometer)

  • Grating interferometry based imaging technology is a kind of radiation imaging system, which can acquire not only absorption image but also phase difference and dark field image using the Talbot pattern. However, because of the technological difficulties and high cost of fabricating the gratings that make up the system, much efforts are being made to look for ways to replace them. The is a preliminary study to see how the Talbot pattern transfer through various kinds of scintillators and if the optical grating can be a way to replace the conventional absorption gratings. The geometry of the interferometer, the scintillator model, and the scintillator thickness are the main inputs for our simulation. We have used the concept of modulation for quantitative analysis of the contrast ratio of the Talbot pattern. This research is expected to provide very useful information on the design of optical gratings, which is an alternative way to analyze the Talbot pattern, which we have filed a patent on.

상대적 박탈 인지가구의 소비유형과 영향요인 (Factors Influencing Consumption Patterns of Household Recognizing Relatively Deprivation)

  • This study identifies the relation between recognition relatively deprivation and consumption patterns. The data used were the seventh Korea Welfare Panel Study (KOWEPS). The final sample of 1,597 households was selected based on several sampling steps standard weights suggested by KOWEPS were applied. The final sample was subdivided into household recognizing relatively deprivation (51.7%) and non-household recognizing relatively deprivation (48.3%) per level of subjective income and objective income. We derived six consumption patterns from the cluster analysis as per consumption ratio: transportation dominant consumption pattern, essential consumption pattern, other dominant consumption pattern, care attention consumption pattern, private transfer consumption pattern, and education dominant consumption pattern. The results of this study are as follows. The analysis of the determinants of recognizing relatively deprivation in regards to question one found that the household was likely to be relatively deprived when: the head of a household was older, a household had a dual income, children and more total assets then those assessed 1 year ago compared to household living conditions, result of comparing the consumption patterns difference between household recognizing relatively deprivation and non-household recognizing relatively deprivation indicated that household recognizing relatively deprivation was more likely to belong to the transportation dominant consumption pattern, other dominant consumption pattern, and private transfer consumption pattern. The multinomial logistic analysis conducted to understand the determinants affecting the consumption patterns of household recognizing relatively deprivation indicated differences in demographic characteristics, household-related variables, financial variables and perception of economic conditions.

슬림 스피커 진동판의 분할진동 모드와 열전달 관계 분석을 통한 진동 패턴 예측 (Vibration Pattern Prediction through The Analysis on the Break-up Mode and the Heat Transfer Relationship of Slim Speaker Diaphragm)

  • 이 논문에서는 레이저를 통한 진동판 스캔과 열화상 카메라를 사용한 진동판 촬영, 두 가지 방법을 비교하며 슬림 스피커의 분할 진동을 검출하는 방법에 대해 살펴본다. 슬림 스피커는 평판형의 구조적인 특성상 분할진동이 두드러지게 나타나고, 설치되는 공간이 좁아 무빙 코일에서 발생하는 열의 냉각이 제한적이다. 이런 특성으로 인해 슬림 스피커에서 분할진동이 제품의 품질에 큰 영향을 미친다. 본 연구에서는 진동판에서 일어나는 분할진동의 영향과 무빙 코일에 의한 진동판의 열전달 관계를 비교 탐색한다. 비교를 위한 실험은 분할진동 모드의 측정과 진동판의 열 변화 측정을 진동판 스캔과 열화상 카메라 촬영의 2단계의 실험으로 진행한다. 동일 주파수에서 발생하는 분할진동 모드와 열전달 형태를 비교하여 서로 간에 어떤 영향을 미치고 있는 지 파악할 수 있다. 그리고 이를 통해 발견한 연관성을 통해 쉽게 촬영할 수 있는 열화상만으로도 슬림 스피커가 가지는 분할진동의 형태와 경향성을 빠르게 파악하여 최적 설계에 도움이 되는 자료로 사용할 수 있을 것이다.

그라비아 옵셋 프린팅 공정에서의 잉크전이 메커니즘 해석 연구 (Analysis of Ink Transfer Mechanism in Gravure-offset Printing Process)

  • Ink transfer process is very important to determine quality of printed pattern, therefore its mechanism should be understood to control printing quality. Although there have been many attempts to understand ink transfer mechanism by numerical simulation and experimental studies, their model was too much simple to model realistic printing process and our understanding is not enough yet. In this paper we designed ink transfer visualization system to present flow visualization of ink transfer process for gravure offset printing. We considered rotational effect of blanket roll which is related with printing speed and used non-Newtonian fluid as working fluid such as Ag paste. For printing unit, cantilever-type blanket roll is used for convenient visualization of ink transfer. Serial images were captured continuously by using high-speed CMOS camera and long range microscope. We investigated the effects of various design parameters such as printing speed and pattern angle on the ink transfer process. We found more stretched ink filament for non-Newtonian fluid than Newtonian fluid. As increasing printing speed, length of stretched ink filament and height of break-up point are also increased. We also compared ink transfer process between CD and MD pattern and its relationship with ink transfer mechanism.
