Citron peel oil was extracted from citron (Citrus funas) fruit by steam distillation, and was used as starting material for microbial conversion to synthesize attractive flavor compounds by using Enterobacter agglomerans 6L. E. agglomerans was isolated from citron peel and was able to metabolize the citron peel oil and grew well ($A_{600}:\;3.0$) on the citron peel oil as the sole carbon source. Multiple terpene metabolites were produced by E. agglomerans 6L on M9 salt media with citron oil vapor. The identified bioconversion products from the citron peel oil included trans-2-decenal, octanol, $\delta$­valerolactone, $\gamma$-valerolactone, cryptone, hydroxycitronellol, cuminol, and $\gamma$-dodecalactone.

최근 방송 기술과 디스플레이 기기의 발전으로 인해 대형 파노라마 영상, 4K Ultra High Definition (UHD) 방송 등 초고해상도 영상의 수요가 점차 증가되고 있다. 특히 초고해상도 영상을 HEVC로 인코딩 혹은 디코딩 할 때 매우 높은 복잡도가 요구된다. 이러한 복잡한 인코딩 및 디코딩 과정뿐만 아니라 HEVC로 부호화된 비트스트림의 비트율 변경을 가속화하기 위해서 최근 GPU 기반의 방법들이 연구되고 있다. 본 논문은 NVIDIA에서 제공하는 라이브러리 Transcoder를 이용하여 관련 옵션 및 관심 영역의 QP 값을 제어하여 원하는 영역의 화질을 조절함으로써 방법을 실험하였다. 본 방법은 향후 다수가 촬영한 영상들에서의 중복 비트율 감소를 통한 영상 콘텐츠 관리에 유용할 것으로 판단된다.

The nature of the two isomers of 4-nitroazoxybenzenes in strongly acidic solution have been analyzed by U.V. spectrophotometry. Oxygen atom in the azoxy-group of $\alpha$-and $\beta$-4-nitroazoxybenzene in strong acid solution migrates neither to para position nor ortho position of the unsubstituted benzene ring of the compound in contrast with the cases of methyl-and bromo-substituted azoxybenzene, and shown no Wallach rearrangement. Since the $^1A{\rightarrow}^1H$ bands of the spectra shown hyperchromic effect whereas the ${\pi}{\rightarrow}{\pi}^*$ bands of them exhibit extream hypochromic effect, it appears most likely that trans ${\rightarrow}$cis isomerization take place in the media. A mechanism of a triangular transition state by which the transformation might be proceeded, is proposed.

The end of the 20th century, along with the popularity of new media technology and the rise of new media art, dance as a visual art, and body language art, has the features of more and more rich and changeful. In today's Internet booming new media environment, many different fields, such as film and theater, computer technology, digital art, etc.) with its commonness and characteristics of all kinds of interaction between the creation, produced a new interdisciplinary research with theoretical model. When cross-border interactions between various areas become a hot topic at the same time, the traditional form of dance performances are also seeking new breakthrough. Canada's famous social psychologist McLuhan believes that modern is retrieving lost over a long period of time "overall" feel, return to a feeling of equilibrium. The audience how to have the characteristics of focus on details of visual art back to the "overall" feel worthy of study. At the same time, the new media in today's digital dance teaching in colleges and universities dancing education remains to be perfect and popular, if continue to use the precept of the traditional teaching way blindly, so it is difficult to get from the development of the current domestic dance overall demand. In this paper, the main body is divided into two parts, the first chapter is the study of image device dance performance art, the second chapter is the research of digital dance teaching application system, thus further perspective of media technology to explore dance art crossover practice under the new media environment and mode of transmission.

Streptomyces griseorubiginosus var. soyoensis previously identified, produced two kinds of antifungal antibiotics, trans-cinnamamide and another new substance. The latter was identified to be a new substance of tetraene family by establishment of UV, IR, NMR, mass spectra and chemical reactions and rotatively named as Tetraene KM-A. Through an antimicrobial activity test using serial agar dilution method, Tetraene KM-A showed strong growth inhibitory activity against fungi and yeasts, but not against procaryotes tested. The inhibitory action of Tetraene KM-A on fungi was remarkably ineffective when some of sterols were added to the cultural media. $LD_{50}$ of the Tetrene KM-A to mice and rats by intravenous injection were 84.3 and 90.4 mg/kg respectively. $LD_{50}$ to mice by oral feeding was 1503mg/kg.

Background: An increasing number of traumatic, infectious, degenerative, benign, and malignant lesions of the clivus and cervical spine are treated by head and neck surgeons. Surgical techniques vary according to the exact level of the lesion. Objectives: The purpose of this article are to introduce the surgical approach and to discript our experience and to analyze the advantage of the each methods. Materials and Methods: Transpalatal approach in clivus chordoma, transoral approach in C2 fibrous dysplasia, trans mandibular approach in clivus meningioma and transcervical approach in neulilemmoma were reviewed from the medical record. Results: Postoperative complications occured. Otitis media with effusion were observed in transoral and trans mandibular approach. Cranial nerve paralysis was observed in transcervical approach. But other complications such as swallowing difficulty persisting over 6 weeks, malunion of mandible, orocutaneous fistula, hemorrhage from major vessel were not observed. Conclusion: The various surgical techniques to be described herein serve to give the best exposure of each level of the lesions. Therefore head and neck surgeon plays a major role in the treatment of lesion in the clivus and anterior cervical spine according to the lower incidence of postoperative morbidity.

This study analyzes the characteristics of the social value creation process through the collective appreciation of film. It focuses on the historical development of community cinema in Japan. In modern-day Japan, where digital video is easily accessible and the use of private, personalized media spaces widespread, a sub-culture of collective film appreciation is spreading, as more and more Japanese begin to attend movie screenings in non-commercial theaters. In addition, Japanese community cinema center has begun to integrate and support this viewing experience, which has come to be known as community cinema. A literature review revealed the following characteristics of community cinema. First, local theater screening groups or appreciation groups cooperate with residents to establish and operate movie theaters. Second, these spaces create theoretical and practical participatory learning opportunities that foster understanding of and participation in film culture, through large-scale associations with organizations or institutions that offer viewings. Third, based on collective appreciation, the film culture created through repeated joint viewings produces a social arena in which community can be realized. In these communities film can be put to socially productive uses, such as problem solving.

This study examined the trend and aesthetic value of image fashion of the 21st century through empirical case study with image media as fashion communication tool. This research is intended to provide the basic material for both better comprehension of image fashion as emotional medium in the modern fashion and more activated research on interactivity and communication in the fashion communication area by examining how fashion designers deliver their design philosophy, thought and vision via image fashion. For the research method, the theoretical study was realized about image media and fashion communication with focus on related literature and precedent research. Also, the empirical study was performed about image fashion covering 2005 through 2012 by the group of fashion film, fashion animation, and video look-book. Fashion image in the research was developed into various layouts that include the story based or non-story based creative images, many kinds of episode or behind-the-scenes story in the prep course of collection, designer's personal life or product world, or re-cutting course after collection. It also played a communicative role for public relation of new product ad, concept conveyance of seasonal collections, means as online collection to substitute for the existing offline collections, and better understandings of designer or fashion brand. Aesthetic values derived from case analysis of image fashion in the modern fashion of 21st century appeared in the form of trans-boundary as convergence art, fantasy in harmony with virtuality and reality, and interactivity among the humans, image media and fashions.

This research deals with meanings and issues of 'broadcasting area' in which trans-regional broadcasting media such as satellite broadcasting and webcasting provoked. The issues around broadcasting area have raised the examination of fundamental broadcasting philosophy in Korea, i.e. establishment of broadcasting area intends to foster new media development? or protect local culture and local journalism? After assessing current criticisms around the broadcasting area, this study particularly addresses re-transmission outside the broadcasting area, satellite broadcaster's re-transmission of terrestrial channels, and widening of broadcasting area. This research argues that broadcasting area has lost its raison-etre due to the advent of new communication technology, even though it was maintained to protect regional broadcasting stations. Therefore it argues that now is the right time to change the broadcasting area in the digital media era. This approach could strengthen the competitiveness of regional broadcasting stations and solve the rows surrounding broadcasting areas.

In this study, it is recognized that the new social media has a great social impact and influence, and contemporary dance works that attempted to combine dance and media based on 'interview' are able to bring the value of dance art in a unique way. Currently, many art groups and choreographers are gradually awakening to the audience's thoughts by carefully studying new choreography techniques and forms in order to reach the audience effectively. These changes are meaningful and valuable as contents that will lead to diversification according to technological progress, industrialization of the 21st century, development of dance audience, expansion of stage, and enjoyment of dance arts. Therefore, it will be an inquiry study which analyzes through the literature and images of domestic and foreign dance works using interviews as a material, and finally examines what kind of choreography is used as the interview material in dance works and suggests its effectiveness.
