Objectives : The purpose of this study is to investigate the trend of Tranditional Chinese Medicine for Otitis Media with Effusion(OME) in Chinese journals. Methods : Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI) and Wanfang med online were used to search Chinese studies which were published from January, 2010 to April, 2020. Results : Among Chinese studies, Exterior-releasing medicinal(解表藥) and Heat-clearing medicinal(淸熱藥) were the most frequently used. The herbs which used the most frequently are Bupleuri Radix(柴胡), Acori Graminei Rhizoma(石菖蒲). All of studies have reported that Tranditional Chinese Medicine is effective for Otitis Media with Effusion. Conclusions : In analysis of selected studies, Tranditional Chinese Medicine is more effective than Western Medicine Treatments. Recurrence rates and side effects of OME can be reduced by cotreatment of Tranditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine Treatments.

the ginseng polypeptide (GPP) isolated from the root of Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer was demonstrated to decrease the levels of blood sugar and hepatic glycogen when injected intravenously to rats at a doses of 50-200mg/kg without affecting blood total lipid. When mice were injected subcutaneously daily at a dose of 50 and 100mg/kg for 7 successive days, GPP was also found to decreased blood sugar and hepatic glycoge. In addition, GPP was found to decrease various experimenta hyperglycemias induced by injection of adrenaline, glucose and alloxan. GPP exhibited inhibiting effect on the glycogen enhancement induced by glucose, but strengthening effect on the glycogen decrease induced by adrenaline. When the levels of blood total lipid and liver glycogen were increased by alloxan, GPP was shown to inhibit these changes except its lowering blood sugar. the toxicity of GPP is very low, its LD50 was found to be 1.62$\pm$0.130 g/kg for iv.

Active layer patterned OTFT was obtained on a plastic substrate using the optimal growth condition of pentancene thin films as active layer and parylene thin films as passivation layer. Tranditional photolithography was performed to use a dry etch to pattern the material stack. The pentacene thin film and parylene thin film were deposited onto a plastic substrate using PC-OVD and CVD, respectively.

Image registration is concerned with the establishment of correspondence between images of the same scene with translational, rotational, and scaling differences. The estimated transformation parameters between images are very important information in the field of many applications. In this paper, we propose a shape matching scheme for finding correspondence points for images with various differences, Tranditional solutions to this area are unreliable for the rotational and schaling changes between images, and the feature extraction of partially occluded scene. To solve those problems, dominant points on digital curves are detected by scale-space filtering, and initial matching is performed by similarity measure of cumulative curvatures for dominant points. For initial matching segments pairs, optimal matching points are calculated using dynamic programming.Finally, transformation parameters are estimated.

This study is to find mental element and principle for building as the side of tranditional ideas and to understand dwelling from and style by this wag. So we can understand yang taeg theory as a part of feng shui that controls the mental, field of traditional architecture. The results may besummarised as follows. 1. Mentalprinciple of traditional architecfure being understood as a "역" is to result is not the concept of shape as materials and in but that of phase as a spririt. 2. In yang taeg theory, architectural behavior (as selecting site, building and the day for building) is made form the base of that, a human being as a part of universe. 3. Geomantic aspect, to being, laid in an fying a human being and nature as spatial, time concept. 4. The concept of domain in feng-shui is found in village as well as in house.

It is important to encourage the restoration of the production of traditional Korean liquors, which is being undertaken by individuals, companies, and the government. The flavours of traditional liquors differ and depend on the environment and raw materials. This study on the traditional Gangwondo liquor is based on literature review and oral tradition. The history of and the scientific rationale behind the use of malt, which is a characteristic feature of the traditional Gangwondo liquor manufacturing process, must be systematically researched. It is important that independent two-step fermentation is used in Gangwondo, while in other regions simultaneous two-step fermentation is used. We expect that the current research on fermentation will be useful for the production of various traditional liquors. The total production of traditional liquors will need to be increased to meet the needs of the world festival, 2018 Olympic Winter Games in Pyeongchang.

Surveillance is an enabler of safety with respect to aircraft separation and as a consequence capacity and efficiency with respect to aircraft operations. The new emerging technology among modern civil aviation surveillance is Multilateration (MLAT) which would affect on the surveillance capacity with both side of surveillance signal and operational properties. Multilateration system is needed to receive the signal which must reach at least 3 ground receivers simultaneously and has the effect that will have on with the ultimate accuracy. In this paper, the principle and the system configuration are reviewed. And its benefit of development is considered with use in situations where it is difficult to locate tranditional radar. This MLAT requires no additional avionics equipment to supply service with more accurate and less expensive. And it is able to enhance performance that meets international standards and extend the investment of air navigation service providers with reducing environmental impact by utilizing a small footprint on existing structures. Finally, it can be added to meet a wide range of coverage requirements and future surveillance needs.

Nowadays the thin-walled metal bearing, which is made seperately from the bearing housing and has the ratio of wall thickness/bearing diameter being less than 1/30, are used in many newly developed large-sized slow speed diesel engines for the purpose of upgarding lubication performance and easy maintenance according to the trends of increasing output per cylinder and lowering engine speed. The type of this bearing has been used generally in many small-sized high speed engines applied for automobile, high speed craft and industrial power generation systems since 1950s. But the tranditional thick-walled bearings, whice are linned white metal on the bearing housing directly, have been installed on the large and slow speed engines until 1990s due to the easy manufacturing procedures. In this study we have calculated optimum dimensions of the metal bearing, fabricated special zigs for crush measurement, model test machine, 2 sets of specimens.(crosshead pin bearing, $\phi$818*552*20mm) for B & W 6S70MC(20, 940*88rpm), and evaluated metal constact phenomena of white metal, its friction coefficient, temparature rise through the model test and field performance test.

As indicated by Chinese letters "사혁" (sha-ji) is the ripe fruit of Seabuckthron (Hippophae rhamnoides Linneus) Family Flaeagnaceae is one of ancient natural medicine used by the Tibetan and Mongolian nationallites with ancient methods to treat desease, It is an effectiv Traditional Tibetan medicine. Bud only now are they beginning to be understood in the world of modern medicine. Hippophae was written in the book of Traditional Tibetan Medicine - "Somalaza" (8th century), "Sibuyidian" (1840) and "Jingzhubencao" (Qing Dynasty). The "Sibuyidien" was trnslated in to the Russian and published at 1903 in the Russian. Then the Russian bigan to study on Hippophae and they have achieved great successes. The Chinese scientists began to study on the chemical constituent and medical action with modern technique at 1952. With more than 40 years painstaking eport they have conceived and used a wide variety of experimental screening systems, achieved successes. Finally the)1 with one's own tests has keen verified that the crude drug being various kind of bioactive substance could Inhibits tumor, increase immunity, wipe out free radical, prevent disease of cardiovascular system, have anti-radiation, anti-inflammeutory effects. At 1977 the Hippophae rhamnoides was written in Chinase Pharmacopoeia.e rhamnoides was written in Chinase Pharmacopoeia.

Currently, dietary life in Korea is rapidly changing. New food from other countries introduced to the diet with changing economic and social environment. The number of meals away from home is increasing. Also, number of students who served by the school food service are increasing. In this paper, the menu in the school food service are compared between 1995 and 2001. Analysis was done to see changes in the use of Korean traditional foods. Between July, 2001 and August, 2001, by mail 103 schools were surveyed to analyzed menu. Menu from 2001 survey are compared with menu from 1995 survey. The results are following; 1) New menus are introduced in 2001 compared with 1995. 2) The number of menu using animal foods are increasing in 2001. 3) Among cooking methods, stir frying, and deep frying, are used more in 2001 than that of 1995. 4) The number of Korean dish served are decreased in 2001. 5) Students favorite dish are changed. Students like dishes cooked with deep frying method and western foods. With these results, menu of school food services become more westernized and using more frying methods because of students' taste preference. These trend are not recommendable for the students health, because it is known that Korean traditional dishes are more healthful. There should be more research and effort to keep Korean tranditional foods in the menu of the school food service for students health.
