육군 훈련교육에서 시뮬레이터 시스템의 지각된 교육효과에 관한 연구 (A Study on Percepted Education Effectiveness of Simulator System in the Army Training Education)

  • The main objective of this study is to show how to measure the education effectiveness of simulator system in the army. We investigate the education effectiveness through the measuring model that consists of three dimensions such as understanding, experience, and learning. The results of empirical analysis demonstrate that the education effectiveness depends on three dimensions. The result also suggests that the higher the degree of each dimension is, the higher the education effectiveness. However, there is no education effectiveness difference between the traditional training and the simulator training because of the elementary level of simulator function.

  • 본 연구는 충남지역 중소 제조기업 남성 근로자의 교육훈련 참여가 교육효과 인식에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 연구결과 교육훈련 형태 중 Off-JT에 대한 만족도는 교육훈련 시스템 만족도와 직무와 관련한 자기계발 도움 정도에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다(p<.05). 이는 집체교육이나 이러닝교육이 현장훈련보다 교육시스템이 더 잘 갖춰져 있음을 의미하며, 따라서 향후 현장훈련에 대한 체계적인 시스템 마련이 필요하다고 제안할 수 있다. 또한 근로자가 집체교육이나 이러닝교육이 현장훈련보다 자기계발에 더 효과적이라고 인식하고 있으며, 현장훈련에 대한 만족도가 낮게 나타나 개선이 필요함을 의미한다. 본 연구는 충남지역 중소 제조기업 남성 근로자의 교육훈련 참여가 교육효과 인식에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로써 교육형태별 효과성을 파악하고 사내 교육훈련 만족도를 높이기 위한 시사점을 제시한 데 연구의 의의가 있다.

근로자가 인식한 교육훈련 프로그램 특성이 조직유효성 및 직무성과에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Educational Training Program Traits Perceived by Employee on Organizational Effectiveness and Job Performance)

  • Using data from 286 employees who were working in medium and small company in Busan, the study analyzed the influence of educational training program traits perceived by employee on organizational effectiveness and job performance. The main results were as the followings. First, for organizational effectiveness, job relation and objective setting among educational training program traits had statistically significant influence on job satisfaction and involvement in organization after controlling the employee's characteristics. Second, for job performance, after controling the employee's characteristics, job relation, educational method, educational training environment, and objective setting had statistically significant influence on active participation, the improvement of task performance ability and confidence, or professional knowledge improvement. Additionally, among the employee's characteristics, the number of educational training participation was statistically significant predictor for job performance. Based on the main results, some suggestions and the limitations of the study were discussed.

  • In accordance with the stipulations of the STCW Convention, simulation training has been enforced in order to develop practical skills so as to prevent accidents by predetermining the risks in special marine environments. Simulation training is a useful way to acquire navigation abilities, and can continuously measure the ability of a trainee by applying an appropriate evaluation. However, the result of training is evaluated by the instructor's subjective judgment without quantitative criteria. Therefore, this study aims to quantitatively evaluate the effectiveness of simulation training. For this purpose, evaluation items were derived by analyzing legal standards, earlier studies, and the current status of MET institutions. The simulations were then performed three times in the same scenarios and analyzed the results. As a result, it has been shown that the objectively analyzed ability to keep the route and to make safe passage with other vessel, as well as subjectively evaluated ability by the apprentice officer has been improved as training progressed. Through the evaluation of simulation training results, it can be derived that simulation education needs supplementation, and can be provided as a basic form of data to quantify the evaluation results of the simulation training in the future.

인간관계 효율성 훈련이 간호대학생의 인간관계와 자아정체감에 미치는 효과 (A Study on the Effects of ET Training for the Development of Interpersonal Relationship and Self-Identity)

  • Purpose: This study is to investigate if the effectiveness training program, suggested by Gordon(1970), could help these nursing students with the problems of interpersonal relationship and self-identification. Method: This study was designed using nonequivalent control group protest-posttest design. The subject for this study were thirty nursing students. Fifteen nursing students of the experimental group experienced the Effectiveness Training for 8 weeks (3 hours/week). The effect of Effectiveness Training was measured using Relationship Change Scale devised by Lee, H.D. & Moon, S.M.(1979) and Ego Identity Scale devised by Dignan(1965) which was translated by Seo, B.Y.(1975) Pretest data were collected by the researcher from both experimental and control group before training. After the end of eight weeks training, posttest data collected from both experimental and control group. Samples were analyzed using SPSS PC+. Result: 1. The first hypothesis, "level of interpersonal relationship of the experiment group after 8 weeks will be significantly higher than that of the control group"(z=-1.965, p=.049)was supported. 2. The second hypothesis, "level of ego-identity of the experimental group after 8 weeks will be significantly higher than that of the control group"(z=-2.191, p=.028)was supported. 3. The third hypothesis, "level of interpersonal relationship of the experiment group will be significantly higher than that of the control group after 4 months of training"(z=-.634, p=.238)was not supported. 4. The fourth hypothesis, "level of ego-identity of the experimental group will be significantly higher than that of the control group after 4 months of training"(z=-.292, p=.642)was not supported. Conclusion: The Effectiveness Training can be considered as an effective method of nursing students's interpersonal relationship & ego-identity, because it was proved to help nursing students increase level of their interpersonal relationship & ego-identity but it was needed to reinforce for continuing of the effect of the interpersonal relationship & ego-identity.

The Effectiveness of the Training Program at HCL

  • Purpose - The aim of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of a corporate training program. The case study of HCL Technologies was used to investigate how training programs improve the performance of employees on the job, as well as to identify unnecessary aspects of the training for the purpose of eliminating these from future training programs. Research design, data, and methodology - An exploratory research design was used to conduct the study. The research sample size included 50 HCL employees. The sampling technique for the data collection was convenience sampling. Results - Training is a crucial process in an organization and thus needs to be well designed. Specifically, the training programs should provide adequate knowledge to all employees, ensure correct methods are used for the selection of trainees, and avoid any perception of biasness. Conclusions - Employees were not fully satisfied by the separation of the training program into two parts, on the job and off the job training, but if sufficient data is provided to employees in advance, this could help them during the training process.

귀농 교육의 만족도, 성취도, 효과성 분석에 관한 연구 (An analysis of Satisfaction, Achievement and Effectiveness of Trainee's on Education Return Farm)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of training Program for return farm. In detail, this study evaluated the trainees' satisfaction, achievement, and effectiveness of the education. This Study polled 250 trainees who presented the Return farm training program. The results of analysis are as follows; First, the satisfaction and the reliability on the educational institutions of return farm was the highest. Second, Trainees' replied that their Agricultural Techniques was improved. Especially, 'business administrative ability, cultivation techniques & management ability, and agricultural machinery using ability were enhanced. Their self-confidence of return farm was increased. Third, the correlation of satisfaction, achievement and effectiveness of training program was statistically significant. The findings of this study will be used to plan of return farm education program.

중국 체인 호텔의 교육 훈련 후 동기 부여와 자기실현이 경력 유효성 및 만족도에 미치는 영향 - 중국 Sheraton Shenzhen Hotel을 중심으로 - (The Impact of Motivation and Self-Activation on Career Effectiveness and Employee Satisfaction upon Completion of Employee Training Programs of a Chain Hotel in China - A Case Study of Sheraton Sheraton Hotel in China -)

  • 본 연구에서는 중국 소재 체인 호텔의 교육 훈련 프로그램이 동기 부여와 경력 유효성과 만족도에 미치는 영향 관계와 교육 훈련 후 자기실현이 경력 유효성과 만족도에 미치는 영향을 파악하여 중국의 체인 호텔 교육 프로그램과 중국인 호텔 종사원의 교육적 성과에 대한 학문적 이해를 제시하고자 한다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 문헌 연구와 실증 연구를 병행하였는데, 실증 연구에 대해서는 중국 심천 소재의 Sheraton Shenzhen Hotel에 근무하는 종사원들을 대상으로 조사하였다. 이러한 연구를 위해 4개의 가설을 설정하였다. 연구 가설 1은 교육 훈련에 대한 동기 부여가 경력 유효성에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것이다. 연구 가설 2는 교육 훈련에 대한동기 부여가 직원 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것이다. 연구 가설 3은 교육 훈련 후 자기실현이 경력 유효성에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것이다. 연구 가설 4는 교육 훈련 후 자기실현이 직원 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것이다. 결과에 따르면 교육 훈련은 동기 부여(p-value 0.003)와 자기실현(p-value 0.036)에 긍정적인 영향을 마침을 나타내었다. 또한 교육 훈련 후 자기실현이 경력 유효성(p-value 0.000)과 직원 만족(p-value 0.020)에도 긍정적인 영향을 미침을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 중국 체인 호텔의 교육 프로그램은 성공적임을 알 수 있었다. 하지만 본 연구에서는 교육 훈련 프로그램에 대한 성과를 통합적인 관점에서 조사하였고, 결과는 긍정적인 영향을 보임을 알 수 있었지만, 교육 훈련을 세분화하여 어떤 교육 훈련 프로그램이 어느 정도의 영향을 미치는지 까지는 파악하지 못한 아쉬운 부분이 있다. 국내 호텔 대상의 연구 결과들과의 차이점은 직원 만족은 이직 의도를 감소하는 것으로 나타났으나, 중국 호텔 직원들을 대상으로 한 본 연구 결과는 그렇지 않음을 보여주었다.

국내 원자력발전소 첨단 주제어실의 Crew Resource Management 교육훈련 효과 분석 (Effectiveness of Crew Resource Management Training Program for Operators in the APR-1400 Main Control Room Simulator)

  • The objective of the study is to evaluate the effectiveness of Crew Resource Management (CRM) training program for operators in the Main Control Room (MCR) simulator of APR-1400 Nuclear Power Plant. The experiments were conducted for two different crews of operators performing six different emergency operating scenarios during four-week period. Each crew consisted of the five operators: senior reactor operator, safety technical advisor, reactor operator, turbine operator, and electric operator. All crews (Crew A and B) participated in the training program for the technical knowledge and skills which were required to operate the simulator of the MCR during the first week. To verify the effectiveness of the CRM training program; however, only Crew A was selected to attend the CRM training after the technical knowledge and skills training. The results of the experiments showed that the CRM training program improved the individual attitudes of Crew A significantly. Team skills of Crew A were found to be significantly better than those of Crew B. The CRM training did not have positive effects on enhancing the individual performance of Crew A; however, as compared to that of Crew B. Implication of these findings was discussed further in detail.

Development and Validation of a Vision-Based Needling Training System for Acupuncture on a Phantom Model

  • Background: Previous studies have investigated technology-aided needling training systems for acupuncture on phantom models using various measurement techniques. In this study, we developed and validated a vision-based needling training system (noncontact measurement) and compared its training effectiveness with that of the traditional training method. Methods: Needle displacements during manipulation were analyzed using OpenCV to derive three parameters, i.e., needle insertion speed, needle insertion angle (needle tip direction), and needle insertion length. The system was validated in a laboratory setting and a needling training course. The performances of the novices (students) before and after training were compared with the experts. The technology-aided training method was also compared with the traditional training method. Results: Before the training, a significant difference in needle insertion speed was found between experts and novices. After the training, the novices approached the speed of the experts. Both training methods could improve the insertion speed of the novices after 10 training sessions. However, the technology-aided training group already showed improvement after five training sessions. Students and teachers showed positive attitudes toward the system. Conclusion: The results suggest that the technology-aided method using computer vision has similar training effectiveness to the traditional one and can potentially be used to speed up needling training.
