패션산업 인턴십 프로그램 개발에 관한 연구 - 패션기업과 정부의 인턴십 활성화 방안을 중심으로 - (A Study on Internship Program Development for Fashion Industry - Focused on Internship Activation Method of Fashion Industry and Government-)

  • This study was following one of 'A study on the consciousness of fashion industries internship'. The purposes of this study were to develop the internship program which focused on practical use to introduce and carry out for fashion industries, and secondly to propose some regime for government to activate fashion internship. Reference searching method and depth interviewing method were used for this study. The results were as follows : Fashion industry internship was grouped into two classes, 'on-the-job training'; educating students fields and 'talent hunting'; selecting good persons. Internship of industry-academic world was classified into two types; the one is 'credit type' which has curriculums between universities and industries and the other is 'non-credit type' which has not any credit and is operated by industry own system. This study provided the development courses of pragmatic program to perform internship systematically and it also provided the program models for guide line in fashion industries. Six grades such as ready step, introduction step, selection step, management step, evaluation step and feed-back step were proposed for the internship program development steps of fashion industries. A virtual organization, 'The Fashion Industry and Academy Association' was proposed as a policy for activating internship between universities, industries and government.

산학 실습 인식 및 경험이 취업의사에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 - 전북 J대학교와 충남 C대학교의 호텔관광대학을 중심으로 - (An Investigation of the Effects of Perception and Experience of Internship Training on Job Pursuit Intentions - Focusing on the Hotel & Tourism Colleges of J University in Jeonbuk and C University in Chungnam -)

  • 환대산업은 대학에서 환대산업 관련 전공자들에게 산학 실습을 제공한다. 이는 이론적 지식을 통하여 학생들에게 기본을 바탕으로 실무 능력을 향상하는 기회를 제공한다. 그러나 이러한 목적과 다르게 무관심, 고도한 업무 부담, 적절한 보상, 불만족 등의 몇 가지 문제가 발견되었다. 본 연구는 산학 실습 프로그램, 산학 실습에 대한 인식, 산학 실습에 대한 기대, 산학 실습 만족, 산학 실습 후 취업 의도의 영향 관계를 조사하여 산학 실습 본래의 목적을 달성하는데 조언적인 해결점을 제시하려는 목적으로 연구하였다. 산학 실습에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 요인들은 실습 업체, 부서 배정, 근무 환경, 실습생의 능력, 이론적 지식임을 알 수 있었다. 그러나 산학 실습 기간, 금전적 보상은 산학 실습에 영향을 미치는 요소가 아님을 알 수 있었다. 긍정적인 산학 실습에 대한 인식은 기대도와 만족도에 영향을 주지만 긍정적인 산학 실습에 대한 인식은 취업 의도에 영향을 미치지 않음을 보여 준다.

의과대학 임상실습의 변화: 학생인턴제도의 가능성에 대한 전망 (Changes in the Clerkship in Korean Medical Schools: The Prospect of a Student Internship)

  • The subinternship (student internship), a subtype of bedside and clinical training was first developed in the United States. Currently, some medical schools conduct a student internship and many other universities are considering the implementation of a student internship in Korea. If the intern system is abrogated beginning in 2016 as in the United States, then the importance of the student internship will be greatly emphasized for clinical training. To produce good and competent medical doctors, members of medical schools and affiliated hospitals must acknowledge the role of the educational hospital and support student internships. In addition, the effort of the medical community to develop and apply a standard curriculum to the student internship is also required. Above all, the attention of society and the nation is essential to make legal policy changes regarding the conducting of student internships and enhance understanding about the authorized practices in university hospitals. The medical community's effort to draw attention to this issue is greatly required to implement a student internship at this time.

산업체 현장 실습의 활성화 방안에 관한 연구 - 현장 실습 관련 선행연구를 중심으로 - (The Study of "How to Activate Industrial Field Training Internships" - Focused on Former Researches Related to Field Training-)

  • The purpose of this study is to understand how to activate field training internships through former researches related to training internships. The concept of field training is the same as education of work experience. Students have experienced the skills of practical jobs in the tourism industry and could enhance acquisition of professional theories. According to domestic former researches, students who participated in hotel field practice hardly satisfied with internships due to unreasonable duties, burdens and circumstances regardless of efficiency of school curriculum. Also, they showed dissatisfaction with compensation. However, foreign studies have only focused on communication between hotels and schools. Finally, in order to activate industrial field training internships, schools and hotels have more delicate harmonization to address training internship problems. In addition, promoting field training internships must include proper incentives and must be supported by school. And also the hotel management must offer incentives to the students who are under field training internships in the hotel. From internship programs, students could get much more benefits in hotel job application.

  • Although most of Korean PT professors and clinical lecturers has been thought the importance of the PT student's clinical practice, there has got a lot of training problems in clinical field. As the result, of our survey study pointed out trouble of the (1) training duration (2) training credits (3) training evaluation (4) training workbook (5) training fee (6) training hospital numbers and (7) training quality etc, in Korean today's situation. So we suggest the Internship-training system for above half a year after student has got a PT licence, as a desired training model.

의과대학 학생인턴제의 운영 일례 연구 (The Student Internship Experience)

  • Recently, the student internship has been introduced in medical schools as a way of preparing students with training experience and medical knowledge by performing clinical practice. This study discusses student internship management and ways to operate the internship effectively. Catholic University of Daegu School of Medicine has set up a 6-week internship program for fourth-year undergraduate students. In most of the sections, students have shown their satisfaction, particularly when they have received appropriate feedback and attention from their professors. The students found that performing the evaluation and treatment of patients and individual chart recording were informative and helpful. However, they felt a lack of basic knowledge and clinical skills and had difficulty in understanding their roles and in time management. The success of an internship depends on the passion and interest that professors show for their students along with active support from the other faculty and thoughtful consideration of patients and all their friends and family members. In addition, with growing awareness of the need for the student internship, it is necessary that the school executive provide financial and administrative support to the faculty and staff, clarify roles and the work needed to perform the tasks, ensure substantiality of the individual program with professors or departments, provide enough preliminary courses, and monitor outcomes and reflection.

조리학 전공 대학생들의 인턴쉽 기대와 만족에 관한 연구 (Expectation and Satisfaction with Internship Program of Undergraduate Students Majoring in Culinary Studies)

  • This study investigated the degree of expectation and satisfaction with internship program of undergraduates majoring in culinary studies, and suggested improvements in satisfaction for training programs. Differences between expectation and satisfaction were significant in all 21 items including pay for internship program, rest spaces, and break time during working. Expectation questions were extracted to five factors. Factor 1 circumstances of kitchen Factor 2 staff's ability and attitude Factor 3 working environment Factor 4 working hours and pay and Factor 5 rotation, period, and placement of jobs. Five factors were also obtained from factor analysis of satisfaction. Factor 1 working hours and rest Factor 2 staff's attitude and pay Factor 3 facilities and sanitation Factor 4 circumstances of kitchen and Factor 5 period and placement of jobs. Overall satisfaction values showed significant differences depending on gender, school-year system, grade, age, and school. The working hours and rest factor had the most significant influence on the overall satisfaction with internship program of undergraduates majoring in culinary studies.

학생인턴 참여 학생의 경험에 대한 질적 연구: 대구가톨릭대학교 의과대학 사례 (The Qualitative Research about Students' Experience of Students Internship: A Case from the Catholic University of Daegu School of Medicine)

  • The purpose of this study was to establish a better operation plan for medical school student internship by gaining a deeper understanding of the student internship process. Toward this end, an investigation was carried out using in-depth interviews of students with experience as student internship at Catholic University of Daegu School of Medicine. Students who participated in the student internship program at Catholic University of Daegu School of Medicine took part in the clinic twice every two-week period for a total of four weeks as a member of the care team. The students performed several activities during their internships, including for example history taking, physical examinations, keeping medical records, simulation of writing prescriptions, clinical skills, patient education, night work, and rounds with the attending professor. In this study were analyzed the contents of a student internship, the difference in clerkship, the competence of the faculty, student participation attitudes and the overall effect of the internship on the students. It was found that the in-depth contents, passion of members including professors and students, especially the role of the professor, was more important component than the contents of the internship program or clinical training. The student-intern system was revealed to have the following positive characteristics: 1) education deeper than clerkship was performed through one-on-one faculty-student interaction, and 2) students' experience was broadened.

초보놀이치료자를 위한 아동중심놀이치료 인턴쉽 프로그램이 놀이치료자의 전문적 역량 강화에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of a Child-Centered Play Therapy Internship Program for Novice Play Therapists on the Professional Competence of Play Therapists)

  • The purpose of this study is to strengthen the professional competence of novice play therapists through training, and to develop a CCPT internship program that encourages them to participate by experiencing play therapy education and cases. The five novice play therapists who participated in this study were currently getting their master's degrees in child psychotherapy. The novice play therapists's CCPT Internship program conducts 20 hours of education and practices, 24 hours of group supervision, 16 sessions of play therapy. The results of the research were as follows. First, the novice play therapist's CCPT internship program gave the play therapists positive effects on the development level. Second, the novice play therapist's CCPT internship program had a positive effect on the therapists' performance ability on play therapy. Third, the change of psychological and emotional reactions of play therapists through self-examination was different depending on the stage in the play therapy.

전문가양성을 위한 직무관찰식 인턴쉽 시행연구 - 문헌정보학 전공사례 - (A Case Study of Job-Shadowing Internship Program for Information Specialists)

  • 본 연구는 학부생의 현장실습의 어려움과 실습기관 실무자들의 인턴생 교육의 부담 등의 문제를 최대한 줄일 수 있는 직무관찰식 인턴쉽을 시행하고 인턴생들이 인식하는 효과성과 문제점을 진단하는 실험 사례연구이다. 제안된 두 가지 연구문제에 따라 인턴쉽의 효과와 진로성숙도의 변화를 분석한 결과, 직무관찰식 인턴쉽의 효과에 대한 학생인식(수강자의 71%)은 긍정적으로 확인되었고 반면, 인턴쉽 경험이 진로성숙도에 주는 영향은 시행 전후 차이로 분석되었으나 통계적 유의성은 미비한 것으로 진단되었다. 사례연구를 통해 알 수 있는 주요 내용은 첫째, 직무관찰 인턴쉽 실습은 담당교수로부터 사전에 체계적인 인턴쉽 교육과 철저한 오리엔테이션이 우선되어야 하며, 둘째, 실습기관 실무자의 현장수요가 반영된 인턴 실습 지침이 마련되어야 PEP의 효과를 기대할 수 있으며, 마지막으로 전문가 양성을 위한 전공교육으로서의 인턴쉽 실습의 효과성을 지속적으로 개선할 수 있는 측정도구 개발이 필요하다는 것이다.
