이 연구의 목적은 2018년 평생 직업교육훈련의 혁신방안 내용 분석을 기초로 평생교육의 한 분야로 평생직업교육의 역할 방향을 탐색하는 데 있다. 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 정책지향 측면에서 평생직업 교육 방향은 평생교육 측면에서 생애 통합형 평생직업 교육 수행이 가능하다. 둘째, 교육 및 훈련 과정에서 평생 직업교육 측면에서 특정 실무역량 분야에 평생교육이 수행할 수 있다. 셋째, 교육훈련 체계의 경우 평생직업 교육 측면에서 평생교육 이념은 전 생애 걸친 교육 체계를 수립하는 것이다. 넷째, 교육훈련 프로그램의 경우 평생교육이 평생직업 교육 측면에서 평생교육 기관 형태별로 다양한 프로그램 운영이 가능하다. 다섯째, 교육훈련 시기의 경우 평생교육이 평생직업 교육측면에서 보면 생애 단계별 고른 배분이 가능하다. 여섯째, 산업 영역과의 관계에서 평생교육이 평생직업 교육 측면에서 보면 산업수요와 연계를 강화할 수 있으며 이와 함께 정부 기관과도 연계 강화가 가능하다. 일곱째, 취약 계층지원의 경우 평생교육이 평생직업 교육 측면에서 보면, 시도 평생교육 기관, 시군구 평생학습관 등에서 무료 교육 및 소외계층 맞춤형 지원이 가능하다.

Recently, the navigation risk is increasing significantly with growing of vessels' volume and propelling marine facilities, water bridges and port development etc. At this point of time, the Ministry of Land, Transport, and Maritime Affairs introduced the Maritime Safety Audit(MSA) in amendment of the Korea Marine Traffic Law. audit results were survey for the last two years. As a result, appropriate certificate appears 11% among audit report, is an urgent need for improved quality of audit reports. This study is aimed to propose about Audit Personnel Education & Training System. To these solve, this paper analyzed the tendency of Audit Personnel Training. And also the opinions of user and experts were investigated and analyzed using Questionnaire survey methods. As a result, this paper was suggested, the construction of Audit Personnel Training System and the curriculum and training contents for 5-days of basic course, 2-days of expert course, 3-days of Qualification Maintain course.

The International System for Education and Qualification of Welding Personnel has been implemented based on the harmonized European System for education and qualification of welding personnel. This paper gives an overview of the International System focusing on the training guidelines and the quality assurance system developed. Systems for harmonization of Certification of Welding Personnel and for supporting companies using welding to implement ISO 3834 have been developed by EWF and are presently being transferred to IIW in line with the EWF/IIW agreement established in 2000.

To investigate the effective scheme to secure the specialized instructors in the governmental officials training facilities, the authors made a survey on the opinion concerning the dispatching service system of officials as instructors to the Fisheries Officials Training Institute on the fisheries specialized officials in the Fisheries Agency and its affiliated organization. The obtained results can be summarized as follows : 1. The exiting personnel management system has a lot of difficulties to secure the specialized instructors. Even though the difficulties may be solved by inviting part-time instructors to some extent, it is remote from the goal. The active utilization of dispatching service system of specialized officials to the Institute as instructors during the limited term will be effective rather than re-arrangement of personnel system or amendment of laws and ordinances to secure the specialized instructors. 2. The response of specialized officials who are objected in the present survey on the dispatching service system to the Institute appeared to be affirmative considerably, and then the dispatching service system may be expected of high efficiency in its realization.

가상현실은 게임, 오락, 통신, 스포츠, 건축 분야에서 활발히 적용되고 있다. 특히 교육 분야에도 많은 가상현실 기반의 교육 시스템이 개발되고 있어 효율적인 학습효과를 만들어내고 있다. 그러나 기술적 한계, 콘텐츠의 부족, 이론적 연구 부족 등으로 인해 아직은 군사용 교육 훈련 부분 적용되기에는 수준이 부족한 상태이다. 본 논문에서는 군사용 집단 강하 훈련에 적용 가능한 수준 높은 낙하훈련시스템을 개발하고, 개발에 필요한 핵심 기술과 구현방법을 연구하였으며, 개발 결과에 따른 효과를 분석하여 군사용 훈련시스템으로서의 가상현실기반 교육 시스템의 발전에 이바지하고자 한다.

Under the WTO, UIA asks professional degree programs such as B.Arch program, practical experience, and an examination to meet the international requirements. In this context, we are started professional degree programs. Following the foundation of KAAB, Korean architectural education sectors have made substantial changes throughout the nation. There was lots of discussions about education system, however, we are lack of discussing about internship program in Korea. Therefore, this research was intended to review the professional practice program in other countries for the purpose of propose our education program. The specific content deals with various issues, like CPD and foreign architect legislations, and the recent korean legislation reform of 'Architect Law' centered upon Professional Training System. The aim is to identify the examples of forms and contents regarding the execution of new Professional Training System in current conditions.

한국직업능력연구원이 실시하고 있는 HCCP(Human Capital Corporate Panel) 자료는 HR연구에 실증적 연구결과를 제공해 주었고 이 데이터를 바탕으로 많은 연구들이 수행되었으나 교육훈련과 조직성과에 대해 전체적인 관점에서 수행된 연구는 부족하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 HCCP 연구에 기반하여 교육훈련이 조직성과에 미치는 영향을 선행연구의 분석을 통해 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 HCCP 자료를 활용해 교육훈련과 조직성과를 연구한 29편의 논문을 분석에 활용하였으며 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교육훈련은 조직몰입, 직무만족 등 비재무성과 및 매출액, 영업이익과 같은 재무성과에도 긍정적인 영향을 주고 있었다. 둘째, 교육훈련이 조직성과에 영향을 주기 위해서는 직무만족, 조직문화, 교육전이 등이 중요한 요소로 나타났다. 셋째, 효과적인 교육훈련 전이를 위해서는 교육훈련 후, 현업에 적용할 수 있는 시스템을 구축하는 것이 필요하며, 마지막으로 교육훈련이 재무성과에 기여한 정도를 보다 면밀히 측정하여 교육훈련의 실질적 효과성을 밝히는 연구가 수행될 필요성을 제언하였다.

The article discusses the use of smart technologies in the training of future specialists. Today, learning using smart technologies is becoming a new educational standard, where information is presented in a logical sequence, computer training systems have powerful functions for the educational process. The functions of smart technologies are highlighted. It is noted that smart technologies are successfully used in the field of education and professional training. The concept of "smart education" is characterized. Smart education is an educational paradigm that underlies a new type of education system. The implementation of the smart education paradigm is aimed at the process of obtaining competencies and competencies for flexible and adapted interaction with the social, economic and technological environment. Smart education should ensure that the benefits of the global information society can be used to meet educational needs and interests. A special place is occupied by computer-based educational multimedia systems that allow you to deepen your knowledge, reduce the duration of training, and increase the number of students per teacher. The main principles of smart education are highlighted. Improving the efficiency of training in a modern higher education institution is impossible without the introduction of smart technologies in the organization of the educational process.

Purpose The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors that affect the user satisfaction and continuous use intention of the improved ATCIS in the Korean Army. Design/methodology/approach Based on the various theories in relation to IT continuance, user satisfaction was identified as the main factor with regard to the continuous use intention of the improved ATCIS. In addition, computer self-efficacy, education-training, and system quality were hypothesized as antecedent variables to user satisfaction, and information security stress was set as a moderating variable for these relationships. Findings Survey results show that computer self-efficacy, education and training, and system quality had a positive effect on user satisfaction, and information security stress was found to moderate these relationships. The effects of computer self-efficacy and education-training on user satisfaction were higher in the group with low information security stress. However, the relationship between system quality and user satisfaction was higher in the group with high information security stress. User satisfaction is found to have a positive effect on the continuous use intention even with habit considered as a control variable.

This study aims at suggesting an alternative plan on the efficient management of human resource of Hotel Foodservice Industry. The study breaks down into education/training, wage. welfare benefits. and human relations as is shown below; First Education/training should be conducted systematically in accordance with the contents and targets of the education & training program and directly be 1inked with personnel evaluation, so that the employees who faithfully devoted themselves to the program can get a fair reward. Second, job-evaluation-based wage system should be added flexibly to the seniority system to rationalize the current wage system and thereby resolve the problems inherent in the seniority system. Third, employees are required to participate in welfare benefit program and should be encouraged to use the program as a way of making good use of spare time. the introduction of education/training system is intended to recharge the spirits of employees and induce active life style, thereby contributing to the improvement of productivity. Fourth, Human Relations Program is needed to foster good human relations. Especially called for is the program which can lead to the improved productivity of the organization and provide incentives to human resource.
