전공의법 시행에 따른 전공의 수련환경 변화 (Changes in the Training Conditions of Residents by Enforcement of Medical Residents Act)

  • 전공의법은 2015년 12월 전공의의 권리보호, 환자안전, 우수한 의료 인력을 양성하기 위해 제정되었다. 본 연구는 전공의를 대상으로 2015년(1,793명)과 2017년(1,768명) 두 차례 실시한 설문조사 결과를 비교하여 전공의법 시행에 따른 수련환경 변화를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 전공의들은 주당 평균 80시간을 초과하여 근무하고 있었으며('15=92.4h, '17=87.3h), 36시간의 두 배에 달하는 시간을 연속해서 근무하고 있었다('15=89.4h, '17=70.1h). 이 외출산휴가('15=78.5day, '17=82.2day), 표준근로계약서 작성('15=19.3%, '17=40.8%) 및 계약서 교부('15=12.4%, '17=36.1%)도 규정을 준수하지 않고 있었다. 전공의 수련환경은 환자안전 및 국민 건강과 직결되는 문제로 대체인력에 대한 지원, 공정한 수련환경평가와 평가결과에 따른 인센티브 부여, 전공의 및 지도전문의 인건비, 전문과목별 수련 프로그램 개발 비용 등 국가의 지원이 필요하다.

철도안전 이러닝 운영체계 구축방안 연구 (A Study on e-Learning Model to Support Railway Safety Training)

  • According to the Railroad Safety Act and section 42 of the Enforcement Ordinance, railway operators should conduct railway safety training regularly(6 or 3 hours per three months). But Overall Railroad Safety Audit conducted 2006 pointed out nonfulfillment of a regulations on railway worker's safety training to each of every 4 railway operators, which proved that the training management had not carried out properly. E-learning is used in various fields with development of Internet and IT technologies. It might be a good alternative tool for railway workers who is in shift working of the company 24 hours a day. Because it is difficult to collect those employees for training, e-learning could overcome obstacles of time and distance. In order to find out suitable e-learning model to railway sector, e-learning system for railway safety training has been researched through investigating e-learning technology and present railway safety training condition.

전시작전권 전환 관련 미래 육군 M&S체계 발전방향 (The Vision of ROK Army Training System using M&S Technology)

  • Modern warfare has developed into a network based simultaneous and integrated warfare where operations elements are interconnected. Following such change in modern warfare, ROK Army has been making an effort to transform personnel-based military structure into technology-based advanced structure. Considering technological innovations and changes in characteristics of officers and men, ROK Army is developing scientific education and training system to provide demand-focused customized education. To support such transformation in education and training, ROK Army is constantly developing Army training system using advanced M&S technology. This paper describes ROK Army's education and training policy, and elaborates the current status of M&S training system using advanced M&S technology. This paper further discusses the future directions of M&S training system.

The Impact of Digital Transformation on Training Activities of the Accounting Major in Universities in Vietnam

  • Accounting is one of the fields greatly affected by the Industrial Revolution 4.0 in general and the digital transformation trend in particular. However, the digital transformation process will also be a weakness if domestic accounting and auditing training activities do not adapt promptly and keep up with the practical requirements of social needs. Job opportunities in the accounting industry will shrink due to increased labor productivity and increasing support technologies, leading to a decrease in the need for traditional accountants. This paper focuses on clarifying the shortcomings and difficulties in accounting training activities by surveying 120 accounting lecturers teaching at domestic universities. Research results show that there are six existing factors and difficulties in accounting training activities due to the digital transformation process, including: facilities, lecturer capacity, training programs, teaching methods. teaching, assessment methods and practice and practice activities. Based on the survey results, we propose recommendations for training activities due to the impact of digital transformation at universities in Vietnam.

Multi-User Detection using Support Vector Machines

  • In this paper, support vector machines (SVM) are applied to multi-user detector (MUD) for direct sequence (DS)-CDMA system. This work shows an analytical performance of SVM based multi-user detector with some of kernel functions, such as linear, sigmoid, and Gaussian. The basic idea in SVM based training is to select the proper number of support vectors by maximizing the margin between two different classes. In simulation studies, the performance of SVM based MUD with different kernel functions is compared in terms of the number of selected support vectors, their corresponding decision boundary, and finally the bit error rate. It was found that controlling parameter, in SVM training have an effect, in some degree, to SVM based MUD with both sigmoid and Gaussian kernel. It is shown that SVM based MUD with Gaussian kernels outperforms those with other kernels.

컬러 영상에서 Support Vector Domain Description을 이용한 얼굴 검출 (Face Detection Using Support Vector Domain Description in Color Images)

  • 본 논문에서는 컬러 영상에서 Support Vector Domain Description (SVDD)를 이용한 얼굴 검출 방법을 제안한다. 기존의 훈련을 통한 얼굴 검출 방법은 얼굴 영상과 얼굴이 아닌 영상을 모두 사용해야 한다. 그러나, SVDD를 이용한 얼굴 검출은 단지 훈련을 위해 얼굴 영상만이 사용된다. SVDD의 훈련을 통해 나오는 값인 반지름과 중심 좌표를 통해 얼굴을 검출한다. 또한, 엔트로피를 이용한 임계값 추출 방법(Entropic Threshold)을 통해 얼굴 특징을 추출하고, 슬라이딩 윈도우(sliding window)기법을 통해 성능을 개선한다. 주성분 분석(Principle Component Analysis) 과 SVDD를 이용한 얼굴 검출 방법의 비교 실험을 통해 본 논문이 제안한 방법의 효율성을 확인한다.

Classifying Malicious Web Pages by Using an Adaptive Support Vector Machine

  • In order to classify a web page as being benign or malicious, we designed 14 basic and 16 extended features. The basic features that we implemented were selected to represent the essential characteristics of a web page. The system heuristically combines two basic features into one extended feature in order to effectively distinguish benign and malicious pages. The support vector machine can be trained to successfully classify pages by using these features. Because more and more malicious web pages are appearing, and they change so rapidly, classifiers that are trained by old data may misclassify some new pages. To overcome this problem, we selected an adaptive support vector machine (aSVM) as a classifier. The aSVM can learn training data and can quickly learn additional training data based on the support vectors it obtained during its previous learning session. Experimental results verified that the aSVM can classify malicious web pages adaptively.

운영 중인 ERP 시스템의 활용도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 : 사용자 중심의 통합된 사회-기술적 관점에서 (Factors Affecting the Usage of an ERP System in Operation : A Socio-technical View with User Orientation)

  • Although many organizations have implemented and used ERP systems for years, industry reports point out that the usage level does not reach their expectation. As a result, they do not enjoy the benefits from the investment into ERP systems. This study attempts to develop a research model and test the model empirically for identifying factors that affect the usage of an ERP system at a public organization. This study has classified potential factors into three groups of technical system characteristics (usability, usefulness), organizational support characteristics (operational support, education and training, evaluation and measurement), and user characteristics (organizational citizenship, self-efficacy). Then, a structural equation model has been established on the basis of previous literature and tested with empirical data. In summary, this study has found that self-efficacy, usefulness, and operational support have an effect on the ERP usage. Self-efficacy is the strongest factor; Usefulness is the second; and the third is operational support. On the contrary to the previous literature, this study has not found a significant effect of organizational citizenship on the usage. The result confirms that an organization can increase the ERP usage by improving the usefulness of an ERP system to some extent. However, to boost the usage further, the result implies that organizations need to strengthen the self-efficacy of their members by reinforcing operational support, providing education and training steadily, and establishing an evaluation mechanism in relation with the ERP usage.

Support Vector Regression을 이용한 희소 데이터의 전처리 (A Sparse Data Preprocessing Using Support Vector Regression)

  • 웹 마이닝, 바이오정보학, 통계적 자료 분석 등 여러 분야에서 매우 다양한 형태의 결측치가 발생하여 학습 데이터를 희소하게 만든다. 결측치는 주로 전처리 과정에서 가장 기본적인 평균과 최빈수뿐만 아니라 조건부 평균, 나무 모형, 그리고 마코프체인 몬테칼로 기법과 같은 결측치 대체 기법들을 적용하여 추정된 값에 의해 대체된다. 그런데 주어진 데이터의 결측치 비율이 크게 되면 기존의 결측치 대체 방법들의 예측의 정확도는 낮아지는 특성을 보인다. 또한 데이터의 결측치 비율이 증가할수록 사용 가능한 결측치 대체 방법들의 수는 제한된다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 통계적 학습 이론 중에서 Vapnik의 Support Vector Regression을 데이터 전처리 과정에 알맞게 변형하여 적용하였다. 제안 방법을 이용하여 결측치 비율이 큰 희소 데이터의 전처리도 가능할 수 있도록 하였다 UCI machine learning repository로부터 얻어진 데이터를 이용하여 제안 방법의 성능을 확인하였다.

유아교사의 문제행동지도 효능감에 대한 개인적 변인과 대인관계 변인의 영향 (Effects of Individual and Interpersonal Variables on Early Childhood Teachers' Efficacy of Problem Behavior Guidance)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of individual and interpersonal variables on early childhood teachers' efficacy of problem behavior guidance. Individual variables consisted of teachers' socio-demographic characteristics, experience of training course on problem behavior guidance and warm-hearted attitude. Interpersonal variables consisted of intimacy with colleagues, support from the principal of a kindergarten, parental partnerships. Subjects were 122 early childhood teachers in Busan. Major findings were as follows. There were significant differences in teachers' efficacy of problem behavior guidance with respect to teachers' age, teaching experience, position, marriage status, experience of training course on problem behavior guidance, warm-hearted attitude, intimacy with colleagues, and support from the principal of a kindergarten. In other words, a higher level of teachers' efficacy of problem behavior guidance was shown in the teachers who were older, highly experienced, or in higher positions. In addition, teachers who were married, had completed a training course on problem behavior guidance, had a higher warm-hearted attitude, had a intimacy with colleagues, or had a support from the principal of a kindergarten were found to have higher efficacy of problem behavior guidance. As results of examining relative effects of individual and interpersonal variables on efficacy of problem behavior guidance, the influential variables are teaching experience, warm-hearted attitude, support from the principal of a kindergarten, and position in that order.
