한국어 text-to-speech(TTS) 시스템을 위한 엔드투엔드 합성 방식 연구 (An end-to-end synthesis method for Korean text-to-speech systems)

  • A typical statistical parametric speech synthesis (text-to-speech, TTS) system consists of separate modules, such as a text analysis module, an acoustic modeling module, and a speech synthesis module. This causes two problems: 1) expert knowledge of each module is required, and 2) errors generated in each module accumulate passing through each module. An end-to-end TTS system could avoid such problems by synthesizing voice signals directly from an input string. In this study, we implemented an end-to-end Korean TTS system using Google's Tacotron, which is an end-to-end TTS system based on a sequence-to-sequence model with attention mechanism. We used 4392 utterances spoken by a Korean female speaker, an amount that corresponds to 37% of the dataset Google used for training Tacotron. Our system obtained mean opinion score (MOS) 2.98 and degradation mean opinion score (DMOS) 3.25. We will discuss the factors which affected training of the system. Experiments demonstrate that the post-processing network needs to be designed considering output language and input characters and that according to the amount of training data, the maximum value of n for n-grams modeled by the encoder should be small enough.

  • Recently, social technologies have been created to solve problems from businesses for the establishment of generational solidarity ecosystem in terms of employment, residential space, network and social capital, age, cognitive and environmental aspects. This is senior-friendly healthcare business system aimed at meeting the senior needs for health life to enjoy active consumption culture life even after retirement, becoming a catalyst for minimizing generational conflicts, preventing the cognitive and physical deterioration of seniority in the areas of life healthcare, fitness and well-aging, and expanding into systems necessary for seniority self-reliance. We would like to draw up the development and requirements of the concept of the service platform for the study of collective characteristics for generation solidarity with senior class and the establishment of a customized senior health life system for generation solidarity. This system is characterized by a platform that can prevent the decline of seniors' cognitive and physical functions and enhance emotional stability. It is significant in providing feedback on the risk perception index, fall index, and prevention training index information to the child through the analysis and extraction of the senior health index for risk perception, fall probability, and fall prevention.

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the current status of 30 restaurants targeted for customized-visit consulting. For this process, experts visited restaurants and conducted consulting to improve the effectiveness of management for restaurants. A frequency analysis was used for general details, and a questionnaire survey was conducted to consult employees and customer groups. The analysis and consulting results were as follows: Firstly,menu need to be improved through restaurants' sanitary state and menu quality improvement. New menu should be developed through continuous training for restaurant operators, the relevant organizations, and cooking skill experts. Secondly, restaurants' cooking skill and knowledge should be secured by training of restaurant operators from the relevant organizations and experts to acquire cooking skills. In conclusion, restaurants' capability needs to be consolidated through persistent and cyclical process to maintain competitive menus and cooking skills. The results also showed that employee group's MOT, foods, menu, and facility education/training should be fortified. In order to reinvigorate the restaurant industry, marketers need to offer continuous education/training and consulting for employees to improve their satisfaction.

임상실습 중 치위생과 학생들이 경험한 언어폭력이 자아존중감 및 진로정체감에 미치는 영향 (The effect of verbal violence experienced by dental hygiene students during clinical practice on their self-esteem and career identity)

  • Background: To confirm verbal violence experience in dental hygiene students and to verify its influence on their self-esteem and career identity. Methods: Data were collected using a structured self-reported questionnaire targeting 180 dental hygiene students at M University. Descriptive statistics, one-way analysis of variance, t-test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis were performed using SPSS WIN 25.0. Results: Older students reported that they experienced verbal violence more frequently during clinical training, especially those who were dissatisfied with clinical training. The students experienced verbal violence more frequently from dental hygienists than from dentists and patients. Dental hygiene students had high self-esteem and career identity. The students who were majorly satisfied with clinical training had higher self-esteem and career identity than those who were dissatisfied. Dental hygiene students had lower self-esteem and career identity when they experience verbal violence more frequently from dentists and dental hygienists during clinical training and clinical practice. Conclusion: An intervention program needs to be developed to prevent verbal violence against dental hygiene students and a strategy to increase their self-esteem and career identity is required.

보건의료인력 양성 프로그램의 만족도에 대한 질적 연구: 이종욱펠로우십 프로그램 임상과정(캄보디아 재활)을 중심으로 (A Qualitative Study on Satisfaction with Healthcare Workforce Capacity Building Program: Focusing on Dr LEE Jong-wook Fellowship Program for Clinical Experts (Cambodia Rehabilitation))

  • Background: We aimed to provide basic data for improving the effectiveness of the invitational training and reflecting it in the program in the following year by identifying the satisfaction level of trainees who participated in the "Dr. LEE Jong-wook Fellowship Program" funded by the Korea Foundation for International Healthcare. Methods: A qualitative study was conducted using a questionnaire interview. In the first stage of analysis, only the interview contents related to the research topic were classified by the researcher for the conversations recorded at the interview site, and in the second stage of analysis, the interview contents classified in the first stage were classified into each of those mentioned in this study. Results: The longer the trainees participated in the program and the better the accessibility, the higher the satisfaction with the program. In addition, the level of achievement of the trainees' goals and the level of improvement in their competence affected their satisfaction, and their difficulty in language communication during the training period was identified as a factor affecting the trainees' satisfaction level. In addition, competency improvement and satisfaction were positively correlated (r=0.75, p=0.03). Conclusion: When organizing a rehabilitation workforce capacity training program, it is important to identify trainees' needs, ensure accessibility, organize courses effectively, enhance English proficiency, and expand practical lectures to increase trainees' knowledge and understanding of rehabilitation.

"우리마을 예쁜치매쉼터" 운영에 관한 사례연구; 일 개도의 지역특화사업 중심 (A Case Study on the Appealing Dementia Rest Area in Our Village for Regional Specialization Province in Gyeongsangbuk-do)

  • Purpose: This study undertook to qualitatively investigate the operation status, support requirements and improvement plans for establishing an appealing dementia rest area in Gyeongsankbuk-do. Methods: Data were collected from May 1 to June 20, 2019, using participation observation and in-depth interview of 8 health professionals, and were subjected to qualitative analysis. Results: Our analysis revealed 4 themes and encompassing 16sub-themes: 1) program operation status (hard to prepare and operate programs, difficulty adjusting the program level, various needs of program participants, lack of mutual understanding among program participants); 2) policy support needs (need for assistants staff and basic education, requirement of extensive training for the main operators, support program aid equipment, incentive payments and performance reflections); 3) project operation's improvement plan (improved the operation of doubles classes, improved of training materials for the main operators, improved program activities and workbooks, Increasing the number of dementia rest areas); 4) positive effects and changes (positive effects of specialized projects, changes in perceptions of dementia, strengthening community awareness through doubles classes, synergy effect on community health care post awareness) Conclusion: We believe the current study results can be applied as basic data for establishing a new model, and will positively impact the national dementia management project.

장기요양시설 요양보호사 신종감염병 예방 원격 감염관리 교육 프로그램 개발 (Development of Infection Control E-learning Training Program for Preventing Emerging Infectious Diseases for Long-term Care Facility Care Workers)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to develop an infection control e-learning training program for long-term care facility care workers to prevent emerging infectious diseases and evaluate its effectiveness. Method: The program was developed using the analysis design development implementation evaluation (ADDIE) model. The effectiveness of the program was evaluated for 30 care workers. The knowledge and performance of the care workers before and after the program were analyzed by a t-test. Results: In the analysis stages, a literature review on infection control, knowledge and performance of infection control, and education needs was performed, and focus group interviews with ten care workers were conducted. In the design stage, education topics, educational content, and educational methods were selected for the program. A video was produced centered on eight themes. In the development stage, a system for education was developed, and each topic was uploaded. In the implementation stage, the program was applied to 30 care workers, and a questionnaire was administered. In the program's final evaluation, there was a significant difference in infection control knowledge (t=3.06, p=.005), and there was no significant difference in infection control performance. Conclusion: In this study, the necessary topics were finally selected by quantitatively and qualitatively analyzing the educational needs of care workers taking care of the elderly in long-term care facilities. It is necessary to understand the long-term effect and the degree of performance of the observation method in the future.

직업능력개발 국제협력 중점 협력국 유형화 분류 및 우선순위 설정을 위한 군집분석 (Investigating the Classification and Ordering of Global Partnership Countries for Technical Vocational Education and Training, Using Cluster Analysis)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 직업능력개발 국제협력의 주된 대상이 되는 중점 협력국들을 유형화하여 분류하고, 직업능력개발 지원의 우선순위를 선정하기 위한 것이다. 직업능력개발 국제협력을 활성화하기 위해서는 우선 대상국 및 지역을 선정하고, 대상국과 지역의 개발 목표에 맞게 집중적인 지원을 실시하는 것이 중요하다. 특히, 직업능력개발에 대한 수원국의 요구를 적절히 반영하고, 정부의 한정된 재정지출의 효율성을 높이기 위해, 직업능력개발 국제협력 중점 협력국을 선정하고 유형화 분류를 통해 우선순위를 결정하여 지원해야 한다. 연구방법으로, 국제개발협력위원회가 제시한 24개 중점 협력국을 대상으로, 경제발전 변인, 노동시장 변인, 교육 변인 3가지 주요 변인을 바탕으로 K-평균 군집분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 중점 협력국의 유형을 4가지 유형과 3가지 유형으로 분류하여 제안하였고, 각 유형별로 해당하는 국가들을 재배치하였다. 향후에는, 고용노동분야를 고려하고, 미지정 협력국을 더 발굴하여, 유형화하며, 이를 바탕으로 직업능력개발 국제협력을 활성화해야 한다.

CIPP 모형 기반 직업능력개발훈련교사 자격연수(양성과정) 진단 및 개선 방안 연구 (Diagnosis and Improvements Plan Study of CIPP Model-based Vocational Competency Development Training Teacher Qualification Training (Training Course))

  • 직업능력개발훈련교사는 직업능력개발훈련교사 양성을 위한 훈련과정을 수료하는 등 대통령령으로 정하는 기준을 갖추어 고용노동부 장관으로부터 직업능력개발훈련교사 자격증을 발급받아야 한다. 이에 국내 유일의 직업능력개발훈련교사 자격연수를 담당하고, 노동시장에 양산하는 역할을 수행하는 H대학교의 교육성과는 직업능력개발훈련에 많은 영향을 미친다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 CIPP모형에 기초하여 직업능력개발훈련교사 자격연수 교육운영의 실태분석을 통한 문제점을 파악하고, 나아가 자격연수 교육의 개선방안을 제시하는데 목적을 두고 진행하였다. 연구목적 달성을 위해 직업능력개발훈련교사 양성교육 이수자를 대상으로 교직훈련과정에 대한 현황을 파악하고, 개선방안을 도출하기 위한 설문조사를 실시하고 173부의 결과를 활용하였으며, 설문결과에 대한 세부현황 파악과 심층 분석을 위해 8인의 교육 대상자를 선정하여 인터뷰를 병행하였다. 연구결과 상황요인에서 교육과정의 목표, 교육자원 등에서 긍정적인 답변이 도출되었다. 반면 학습자와 사회적 요구를 반영한 교육과정에 대한 부정적 의견이 있었다. 투입요인에서는 교육목표와 훈련요구 항목에서 긍정의견이 도출되었으나 학습자들의 교육목표 성취여부는 부정적 의견이 많았다. 또한 온라인콘텐츠 교육의 부정적 의견이 많았다. 과정요인에서는 수업관련 부분, 학습자 출결관리, 기관지원 등에서 긍정평가가 높았으나, 자격연수 종합평가에 대해 부정의견이 도출되었으며 학습기간 부족에 따른 학습자 부담이 주요 원인으로 나타났다. 산출요인에서는 교육과정의 현업적용가능성에서 산업직종별 교육훈련을 담당하는 훈련교사들에게 교육학 및 직업훈련 운영과 관련된 학습이 편성된 자격연수에 긍정적인 의견이 도출되었다. 그러나 학습 성취도에서 교육수준 대비 학습시간과 학습 집중도문제, 교수자의 커뮤니케이션 등 부정적 의견도 있었다. 연구결과를 기초로 직업능력개발훈련교사 자격연수 교육운영의 개선 방안을 제언하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직업능력개발훈련교사 자격연수 평일과정 연수일정의 탄력적 운영이 요구된다. 둘째, 수요자 중심의 온라인 교육과정 개선을 강구할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 지방거주 교육이수자들의 자격연수 접근성을 모색할 필요가 있다. 넷째, 자격연수 합격자들에 대한 사전 교육지원이 진행될 필요가 있다. 마지막으로 자격연수 수료자에 대한 사후 관리가 필요하다.
