Cryopreservation of mouse embryos and spermatozoa has become the foremost technique for preserving large numbers of different strains of mice with induced mutations. In 1998, our mouse bank was established in the Center for Animal Resources and Development (CARD), Institute of Resource Development and Analysis, Kumamoto University, Japan, based on the Preservation, supply and development of genetically engineered animals report published by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology. We cryopreserve mouse embryos and sperm, supply these resources, organize training courses to educate people and form part of a domestic and international network of both mutagenesis and resource centers. We currently have over 1,500 mouse strains, 842,000 frozen embryos and 26,000 straws containing frozen sperm. Moreover, we disclose information about 1,300 deposited strains. Furthermore, over 400 strains of frozen embryos or mice produced from frozen embryos and sperm are being supplied to the requesters both domestically and internationally. Additionally we hold training courses on the cryopreservation of mouse germplasm 2~3 times a year, both domestically and internationally. In the course, we teach basic reproductive engineering techniques to trainees on a man-to-man basis. We have already held 28 training courses on the cryopreservation of mouse germplasm at our center and at other institutes.

The development of ICT has led positive aspects such as popularization of Internet. It, on the other hand, is causing a negative aspect, Cyber Terror. Although the causes for recent and continuous increase of cyber security incidents are various such as lack of technical and institutional security measure, the main cause which threatens the cyber security is the users' lack of awareness and attitude. The purpose of this study is the positive analysis of how the personal and job characteristics influence the cyber security training participation rate and the response ability to cyber terror response training with a sample case of K-corporation employees. In this paper, the relationship among career, gender, department, whether he/she is a cyber security specialist, whether he/she is a regular employee), "ratio of cyber security training courses during recent three years", "ratio that he/she has opened the malicious email in cyber terror response training during recent three years", "response index of virus active-x installation (higher index means poorer response)" is closely examined. Moreover, based on the examination result, the practical and political implications regarding K-corporation's cyber security courses and cyber terror response training are studied.

이 연구는 환경분야 이공계 대학의 교육과정 실태를 분석하고, 환경분야 이공계 대학의 교육과정 개선 방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이에 따라 환경분야 이공계 대학의 교육과정을 분석 제시하고자 각 대학의 교과목을 분석하였으며, 그에 따른 문제점과 시사점을 도출하였다. 또한 환경분야 이공계 대학의 교육과정 개선 방안으로 환경분야 산업체 전문가들이 참여한 가운데 직무분석 작업 실시, 산업현장에서 요구하는 교육과정 신설, 산업체 연수프로그램 등을 제시하여 환경교육과정이 현장위주로 개선되어야 함을 제시하였다. 연구 방법으로는 관련 자료의 수집 및 분석, 환경관련 학과의 교육과정 실태분석, 환경관련 교수전공 실태 등을 인터넷, 자료 및 문헌조사를 통해 실시하였다.

이 연구는 과거 안전교육 실적, 선원통계연보, 안전교육대상자, 안전교육증서의 유효기간, 선원의 취업률 및 정년퇴직 연령등의 여러 요소를 고려하여 안전교육대상인원을 예측하고, 선원안전교육 수행 기관의 교육 수용능력을 분석하여 안전교육 수요증대와 집중화 문제를 해소할 수 있는지 분석하였다. 향후 5년간 연평균 안전교육 수요는 선원법 기준으로 약 10,444명으로 예상되며, 현재 안전교육기관이 수용할 수 있는 적정 인원은 연평균 7,280여명으로 조사되었다. 따라서 선원법 개정에 따른 안전교육 수요증대에 효율적으로 대응하기 위해서는 안전교육시설을 확충하여 안전교육 수용능력을 확대할 필요가 있다.

현재 직업능력개발훈련에 대한 재정 지원은 NCS 직종 분류에 따라 설정된 NCS 기준 단가에 따라 집행되고 있다. 이러한 기준단가 제도는 훈련분담금-지원금 제도가 운영되는 경우 그에 필요한 행정 부담을 경감시켜주는 장점을 갖고 있다. 본 논문에서는 현재 NCS 기준단가가 훈련과정별 수강료를 기준으로 함에 따라 직업훈련 정책의 사회통합적 기능을 왜곡시킬 수 있음을 지적하였다. 앞으로 합리적 개선 방안 모색을 위한 기초로서, 훈련기관에서 책정하는 훈련과정별 수강료에 어떤 요인들이 영향을 미치는지 분석하였다. 그 결과 실제로 훈련기관의 독점적 성격이나 훈련참여자의 높은 지불의사가 수강료에 영향을 미침을 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 향후 정부의 직업능력개발훈련에 대한 재정지원에서 이러한 영향을 제거하고 실제 훈련공급비용에 가까운 지원이 이뤄지도록 함으로써 훈련정책이 사회적 통합성 제고에 기여하도록 해야 할 것이다. 더 나아가 근본적으로 모든 훈련과정의 정확한 훈련공급비용을 보전해 줄 수 없다면 정부의 정책적 판단을 중심으로 하는 지원 기준 마련이 필요하다.

This study examined educational and career backgrounds of 180 early childhood English teachers and curricula of training courses for early childhood English teachers in continuing education centers across 6 areas in Korea. Data analyses showed that (1) curricula for early childhood English teachers consists of basic practical conversation, English teaching skills, understanding early childhood education and general English knowledge. (2) Most teachers are women between 30 to 40 years of age, university graduates with majors in English literature, English education and/or early childhood education with confidence in speaking in and listening to English. (3) They were satisfied with their retraining courses. (4) English pronunciation skill was not always related to English conversation skill, but clarity of pronunciation influenced teaching confidence.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, it seems to have been impossible to run offline training courses. To overcome this situation, online training courses has been emerged. Just moving the educational environment from offline to online instead of re-designing the curriculum, however, is not effective for trainees. To maximize educational effectiveness, it is necessary to re-design the curriculum based on constructivist appoach which gives trainees experience on skills and knowledge about their job. As for re-designing the curriculum into real-time online practical learning based on constructivism, learning satisfaction and work efficacy of trainees may have been increased. From these results, HRD professionals in an IT company should need to consider how to structure the curriculum when they design the real-time online practical learnings.

자율운항선박은 사람의 개입을 최소화하여 선박 스스로 판단하고 운항하는 기능이 탑재되므로, 이를 운용하는 해기사의 직무도 변화하므로, 자율운항선박을 운항하고, 관리할 수 있는 역량을 갖춘 해기사를 양성하기 위한 교육과정에도 변화가 필요하다. 본 연구는 불확실한 미래 예측에 적합한 델파이 조사법을 활용하여 자율운항선 및 해기사 교육 부분의 전문가들을 대상으로 교육자율운항선 해기사 양성을 위한 교과목을 개발하고자 하였다. 델파이조사에서 식별된 현행 해기사 양성 61개 교과목 중에서 중요도가 높은 32개 교과목은 자율운항선 해기사 양성 교육에서도 유지되어야 하고, 중요도가 낮은 교과목은 차차 폐지하거나 타 교과목에 통합되어야 할 것이다.현행의 해기사(항해사, 기관사) 양성 교육에서 식별된 자율운항선 해기사 양성을 위한 교과목은 '일반과정'으로 통칭하고 항해분야 27과목, 기관분야 20과목, 행해·기관공통분야 14과목으로 분류하였다. 전문가 패널들에 의해 신규 제시된 42항목은 중요도 '상' 18항목, '중' 14항목, '하' 10항목으로 나타났다. 이들 교과목에 대한 전문가 6인의 심층분석을 통하여 자율운항선박에 적용된 진보된 기술 및 정보의 이해를 위한 기초이론 등 기초역량 배양을 위한 '기초과정(10과목)', 자율운항선 운용과 직접적으로 관련 있는 실무역량 배양을 위한 '직무과정(10과목)', 자율운항선 육상 원격운항자 양성을 위한 '심화과정(7과목)'으로 분류하여 제시하였다. 자율운항선박의 도입 및 확산이 급속히 진전될 것이므로 자율운항선박의 자율운항 수준을 반영하여 자율운항선 해기사 양성 교과목의 개발 및 보완을 위한 연구가 지속되어야 할 것이다.

본 연구에서는 현재 한국 문헌정보학과에 개설된 교과목들의 현장필요성을 평가하고 교과과정의 개선방향을 모색하고자 하였으며, 현장사서들을 대상으로 현재의 교과목운영에 대한 만족도 조사를 기반으로 구체적으로 필수 또는 핵심과목, 그리고 선택과목으로 나누어 제안하였다. 필수과목으로 사서실습, 문헌정보학개론, 정보조직학(분류목록), 정보조사 제공론, 도서관경영론, 정보검색론 등 6개 과목, 핵심과목으로 정보자료분류목록실습, 주제별정보원(참고정보원), 장서개발론, 디지털도서관론, 서지학개론, 기록관리학개론 등 6개 과목, 나머지 과목은 학교의 상황 및 교수진의 구성에 따라 선택과목으로 개설할 것을 제안한다. 또한 교육방법으로 사서실습 및 현장답사를 통한 교육, 발표 및 토론위주 교육을 제안하며, 문헌정보학 교육과정의 내실화를 위해 중요한 것은 교육주제의 최신성, 교육내용의 전문성, 교육자의 전문성 및 자질, 교육교재의 전문성, 담당과목과 담당교수의 전공상관도 제고 등이다.
