우리나라 보육실습의 현황분석: 보육실습 기관 및 지도교사, 보육실습생, 보육실습 지도비를 중심으로 (Analysis of the Current Condition of Student Childcare Training in Korea: Student Childcare Training Centers, Guidance Teachers, Student Teachers and Student Childcare Training Fees)

  • This study aimed to investigate the current condition of student childcare training in Korea. Participants were 221 university professors, 467 childcare center directors, and 1,260 guidance teachers in Korea. They completed questionnaires the current condition of student childcare training centers, guidance teachers, student teachers, and student childcare training fees. The results showed 64.4% of these centers charged a student childcare training fee, and 35.6% of them did not charge a fee. The average student childcare training fee was 41,000 won. This study aims to offer a realistic understanding and effective information on student childcare training in Korea and to suggest practical standards for student childcare training.

  • Purpose: The practical examination portion of the National Dental Licensing Examination (NDLE) is slated to be administered in the latter half of 2021 in the form of a clinical performance examination that comprehensively evaluates the patient-dentist interaction using standardized patients (SPs). The SPs should be equipped with the basic qualities and capacity as evaluators for a fair and reliable administration of the test. Materials and Methods: In this study, we analyzed the existing training materials for SPs who participated in domestic and overseas practical tests for the development of training materials for SPs through seminars and surveys of 11 dentistry schools and colleges. Result: First, SPs should be selected according to the basic quality criteria and capacity, which they must possess, and the preliminary basic training about the details which they must have knowledge of and be provided through videorecorded cases before the implementation of the preliminary field training. Second, the roles of SPs and the calibration process of the evaluation result forms are needed when conducting the preliminary field training for SPs. After watching video-recorded scenario cases, the SPs participate in discussions about the watched videos before proceeding to calibration practices of evaluation result forms. Third, because the Type A questionnaire of the practical examination of the NDLE is dependent on the SPs' capacity and training, the fairness of the practical test is largely dependent on the SPs. Therefore, practicing the roles as evaluators and evaluation training should be provided using practical test items that can improve the reliability of the test and show a high level of reproducibility about the same case. Conclusion: The findings of this study will be utilized for the development of training materials for SPs, so they can participate in the administration of a fair and reliable practical examination of the NDLE.

한국 민간경비원 교육훈련 프로그램 개선방안에 관한 연구 (Study about development of education & training program for Private Security guard in Korea)

  • With regard to problems related to qualification of Private Security, this study is qualitatively to develop education & training program from the viewpoint of education for the purpose of checking professionalism of Security guard. Offering the solutions for improvement by analyzing problems of articles related to training for Private Security guard prescribed in existing 'Law of Guarding', I made studies of development of practical affairs-centered education & training program for Private Security guard on the basis of Private Security guard' duties. Education & training program for Private Security guard must be made up of practical affairs-centered one related to concrete duties. Also because it needs to be made on the basis of a model planned for the program with combined method, this study gave example of model and contests of education & training program based on duties of Facilities Security. Main duties of cPrivate Security guard can be divided into four duties; duties on their own posts, patrolling, control of going in and out, dealing with accidents and so on. Private Security guard are given main duties by each post, and after adjusting conditions according to personnel organization, they perform their own duties. As education & training program based on Private Security guard' duties, common education & training program for the new-appointed, practical affairs-centered education & training program, education & training program for superintendents, service education & training program and so on are provided.

외국인 농업연수생의 근로조건과 직무만족도 (A Study on Working Conditions and Job Satisfaction of Foreigner Agricultural Trainee)

  • This study was carried out to analyze the working conditions and Job Satisfaction of foreigner agricultural trainees. Foreigner training program is governmental project to decrease the shortage of labor resources in farm household and increase of income for trainees, to transfer the agricultural technology to sending country. For this purpose, data were gathered from 110 foreigner agricultural trainees consisted of 91 Uzbekistanian and 19 Mongolian by interview with questionnaire. The results are as follows: 1) the trainee answered to increase the income and technical training regardless of nationality, age, wedding, and types of agriculture. 2) the trainee felt crucial difficulties in language usage and homesick during the training program, 3) Training program should be concretized in working schedule.

A Survey of Blended Learning Trends in Corporate Training Settings in Korea

  • Blended learning has become one of the major trends in Korean corporate training. However, there has been scant research on blended learning in corporate trainings settings in Korea. The purpose of the present study was to explore current and future trends of blended learning in corporate and other training settings in Korea. 136 people from training related fields such as human resource development (HRD), training, and e-learning participated in this research. The findings revealed many interesting current trends and future expectations related to blended learning in training settings. In regards to the overall status of blended learning in Korean corporations, participants displayed strong interest in blended learning and were expecting that the importance of blended learning would grow in their organizations either modestly or significantly during the next few years. In addition, the perceptions of the respondents regarding the benefits of blended learning and the barriers to implementation in their respective organizations were analyzed.

초임 교사 멘토링을 통한 영어교사 심화연수 후 지속적 전문성 신장에 대한 사례연구 (Continuing professional development through novice teacher mentoring after in-service English teacher training)

  • This case study aims to investigate how a primary English teacher's professional development was pursued through novice teacher mentoring after the six-month intensive in-service teacher training program(IIETTP). The teacher was involved in mentoring two novice teachers working at the same school. They observed each other's classes and exchanged their views on the classes, focusing on areas to be improved. The observation was done within a framework that consisted of pre-, during- and post-observation sessions. Data was gathered through retrospective entries kept after the post-observation meetings. The entries were categorized according to their saliency, frequency and recurring patterns identified. The findings reveal that learning from the training course could be applied professionally and could serve to bridge the gap between training and teaching. It is also shown that the mentee teachers' professional development was enhanced and the mentor teacher herself benefited from the collaborative learning process involved with working with the novice teachers. Some suggestions are made for the effective implementation of school-based teacher development programs after the IIETTP.

계층적 사이버전 훈련 시나리오 저작 (Layered Authoring of Cyber Warfare Training Scenario)

  • 사이버전 훈련은 사이버전 역량 제고를 위한 핵심 수단이다. 일반적으로 사이버전 훈련은 시나리오에 의해 진행되며, 훈련의 질을 높여줄 수 있는 다양한 요소를 시나리오에 포함시킴으로써 훈련의 효과를 배가시킬 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 훈련 시나리오에 포함시킬 요소로 식별된 훈련 정보, 네트워크 맵, 트래픽 발생 정책, 위협/방어 행위를 소개하고, 이를 계층화하여 조합하는 방식으로 다양한 훈련 시나리오를 저작하는 방법을 제시한다. 그리고 각 시나리오 계층을 통합적으로 관리하기 위한 데이터베이스 설계를 제안한다. 계층적 훈련 시나리오 저작 방법은 기 저작된 계층들의 재사용을 통한 저작 편의성의 증대와, 계층 간의 다양한 조합을 바탕으로 훈련 시나리오를 확장시킬 수 있다는 장점을 가진다.

Development and Application of Competency-based Elementary School Teacher Training Program for Maker Education

  • 본 연구에서는 DACUM 기반의 SCID(Systematic Curriculum and Instructional Development) 절차 모형의 단계에 따라 메이커 교육을 위한 역량 기반의 초등교사 연수 프로그램을 개발하고 적용하는 방안을 제안한다. DACUM 기반의 SCID(Systematic Curriculum and Instructional Development) 절차 모형의 단계에 따라 메이커 교육 연수 프로그램의 교육 목표, 내용, 대상, 시간, 방법, 선수 과목 등을 도출하고, 이를 토대로 역량 기반 연수 프로그램을 개발하였다. 또한 개발된 프로그램을 적용하여 프로그램의 효과성을 검증하였다. 개발된 연수 프로그램을 적용하고 효과성을 평가한 결과, 전반적으로 긍정적인 결과가 나타난 것으로 확인되었다. 앞으로 본 연수 프로그램이 메이커 교육에서 초등학교 교사의 역량 강화에 큰 도움이 될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

신임사서공무원을 위한 기본소양 사이버 연수용 콘텐츠 개발 (Development of Cyber Training Content for Newly Employed Public Services Librarians)

  • 본 연구는 신임사서 공무원을 위한 기본소양교육에 필요한 연수용 콘텐츠 개발을 위해, 신임사서 공무원의 연수과정을 실태 조사하고, 연수용 교육콘텐츠의 기획 설계 제작과정에 대한 개발모형을 제시하였다. 또한 소양교육 사이버연수용 콘텐츠를 평가하기 위한 자체 평가 도구를 개발하고, 전문가 집단에 의한 델파이 방식의 평가문항 및 척도의 검증작업도 실시하였다. 사이버 콘텐츠개발모형에 따라 개발된 최종 콘텐츠는 6개 영역 28차시로 제안되었고, 교육용 콘텐츠 타당성 평가 목적으로 평가문항 및 척도 구성을 위해 17개 문항에 대한 요인분석의 결과 변량치 .40 이상 4개 요인이 도출되었으며, 콘텐츠개발 모형에 대한 요인별 인식차이는 통계적인 의미를 보이지 않았지만, 문항별 적절성에 대한 인식의 차이는 일부 문항에서 현저히 낮은 결과를 보였다.

초등 교원 SW 쌍방향 연수 프로그램의 교수 효능감 및 만족도 분석 (Analysis Teacher Efficacy and Satisfaction of SW Interactive Training Program for Elementary School Teachers)

  • 본 연구에서는 SW 교육을 학교에 적용하는 교사들의 SW 역량을 함양하기 위해 초등 교원 SW 쌍방향 교육 연수 프로그램을 개발하고, 학교 연수 현장에 적용하여 그 효과를 분석하였다. 연수 프로그램 개발을 위해 현재 진행되는 SW 교원연수 프로그램을 바탕으로 연수 개발 방향을 설정하고, 코로나-19 상황에서 비대면으로 연수를 진행할 수 있도록 쌍방향 연수 프로그램을 개설하였다. 개발된 연수 프로그램을 경기도 초등 교원 104명을 대상으로 적용하였다. 쌍방향 연수 프로그램의 효과성을 분석하기 위해 교수 효능감과 만족도 조사를 실시하였으며, 교수 효능감과 프로그램 만족도 부분에서 긍정적인 결과를 확인하였다. 앞으로 교원을 대상으로 하는 다양한 SW·AI 교육 연수들이 쌍방향 연수로 진행될 것으로 예상하는 만큼, SW·AI 교육 연수의 효과에 대한 분석 연구의 시행이 필요할 것으로 판단된다.
