네팔 직업기술교육훈련 교사들의 교육훈련 프로그램 요구조사 (Measuring the Professional Development Needs for Technical and Vocational Education and Training Staff in Nepal: A Look at Teachers' Perceptions)

  • 개발도상국에서 직업기술교육훈련이 각광받고 있는 이유는 일반교육보다 직업기술교육훈련이 상대적으로 사회적 유용도가 높고 일자리와 생산성 그리고 경제성장과 높은 상관성을 가지고 있다고 여겨 지기 때문이다. 그러나 일반교육 분야에서는 교사나 교원교육에 대한 주제와 관련된 연구들이 폭넓게 진행되고 있는데 반해, 직업기술교육훈련 분야에서는 일반이론이나 모형개발에 필요한 사례연구 등에 대한 학계의 관심이 아직 제한적인 것으로 보인다. 이에 본 연구에서는 네팔의 직업기술교육훈련 교사들이 교직을 수행해 나가는데 필요하다고 생각하는 훈련 과목(training module)에 대해 훈련생 본인들이 스스로 인식하는 '현재 상태'와 '기대수준(중요도)'을 각각 측정하였다. 이어 해당 지표 간의 격차를 바탕으로 훈련 프로그램 우선순위를 구분함으로써 향후 직업기술교육훈련 교사의 훈련 또는 연수 프로그램 개발 및 이를 제도적으로 뒷받침할 수 있는 정책을 설계하는데 유용한 정보를 제공하고자 하였다. 조사를 통해, 총 29개의 훈련 과목에 대한 보리치(Borich) 요구도를 분석한 결과, '7. NCS 기반의 교육과정 개발(4.82)'의 요구도 점수가 가장 높게 나타났으며, '15. NCS 기반 TVET 교육 프로그램 평가(4.79)', '6. 교육 요구분석 및 교육과정 개발(4.56)', '11. TVET 정책 및 인사 관리(4.56)', '12. TVET 훈련교사 리더십 역량 개발(4.38)' 과목들이 뒤를 이었다. 더불어 The Locus for Focus 모델을 적용해 우선순위 항목들로 지목된 교육과목들을 재검정한 결과, '6. 교육 요구분석 및 교육과정 개발', '7. NCS 기반의 교육과정 개발', 그리고 '1. TVET 훈련교사의 직업 특성 (역할, 직업 윤리 등)' 등이 이상적 수준의 우선순위 훈련 과목으로 최종 분류되었다.

  • 본 연구는 외국인고객에 제공되는 음식, 서비스, 위생상태 등 식당환경 개선을 위한 충남지방 유명식당 30여 곳의 식당 업주 및 식당관리자 53명 을 대상으로 진행된 외국인 이용 음식점 운영교육을 위한 정부지원 사업에 대한 효율성을 조사하는데 있다. 이를 검증하기 위하여 사업 종료 후 네 가지 교육관련 요인을 설정한 후 각각의 요인이 교육훈련 전이와 교육 후 형성되는 학습만족도 및 재교육의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 분석결과 교육내용관련성과 교육방법 요인이 교육훈련전이에 유의한 결과를 보였으며, 교육강사와 교육환경 요인은 교육훈련전이에 유의하지 않는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 교육강사, 교육환경, 교육방법 요인이 교육 후 만족도에 유의하지만 교육내용관련성은 유의하지 않은 것으로 분석되었다. 교육훈련전이와 교육 후 만족도는 모두 재교육의도에 유의하다고 분석되었다. 이러한 결과는 교육훈련 담당자가 교육훈련을 설계할 때 실제 업무환경에서 사용되는 것과 유사한 학습도구를 사용하도록 설계되어 있는지 여부와 강사(교수)의 역할에 대한 중요성 및 학습자의 만족도 증진을 위한 교육훈련 요구 분석을 철저히 하여야함을 시사한다.

재활트레이너의 완벽주의와 자기효능감이 주관적 삶의 질에 미치는 영향 (Effects of rehabilitation trainer's perfectionism and self-efficacy on subjective quality of life)

  • 본 연구는 재활트레이너의 완벽주의, 자기효능감, 주관적 삶의 질의 관계를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 수도권 소재의 병원 및 재활 운동 센터에 근무하는 재활트레이너를 대상으로 206부의 설문 결과를 얻었다. 이를 SPSS 통계를 프로그램으로 분석하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 재활트레이너의 완벽주의와 자기효능감의 관계에서 완벽주의의 하위요인을 독립변인으로 자기효능감의 하위요인인 신체 자신감을 종속변인으로 한 결과, 자기지향, 타인지향, 사회적 부과에서 신체자신감을 유의미하게 설명하였다. 둘째, 완벽주의와 자기효능감의 신체능력의 관계에서 자기지향, 타인지향, 사회적 부과에서 신체자신감을 유의미하게 설명하였다. 셋째, 완벽주의와 주관적 삶의 질의 관계에서 자기지향, 타인지향, 사회적 부과에서 주관적 삶의 질을 유의미하게 설명하였다. 넷째, 자기효능감과 주관적 삶의 질의 관계에서 신체 능력, 신체 자신감에서 주관적 삶의 질을 유의미하게 설명하였다. 본 연구를 통해 완벽주의, 자기효능감, 주관적 삶의 질의 관계가 유의미한 관계를 갖고 있는 것으로 판단되며, 이와 관련한 후속 연구가 필요하다.

An Interactive Aerobic Training System Using Vision and Multimedia Technologies

  • We describe the development of an interactive aerobic training system using vision-based motion capture and multimedia technology. Unlike the traditional one-way aerobic training on TV, the proposed system allows the virtual trainer to observe and interact with the user in real-time. The system is composed of a web camera connected to a PC watching the user moves. First, the animated character on the screen makes a move, and then instructs the user to follow its movement. The system applies a robust statistical background subtraction method to extract a silhouette of the moving user from the captured video. Subsequently, principal body parts of the extracted silhouette are located using model-based approach. The motion of these body parts is then analyzed and compared with the motion of the animated character. The system provides audio feedback to the user according to the result of the motion comparison. All the animation and video processing run in real-time on a PC-based system with consumer-type camera. This proposed system is a good example of applying vision algorithms and multimedia technology for intelligent interactive home entertainment systems.

중력 가속도로 인한 의식상실 감지 및 자동 회복 시스템 개발 (Development of Gravity-induced Loss of Consciousness(GLOC) Monitoring System and Automatic Recovery System)

  • For many years, many pilots lost their lives and aircrafts due to GLOC(Gravity-induced Loss Of Consciousness). Due to the emergence of high-gravity maneuvering aircraft such as the F-16, F-15 and T-50, the automatic GLOC detection and recovery systems are necessary to increase the aircraft safeties even when the pilot loses his consciousness due to high-G maneuvering. This paper addresses the design of GLOC detection, warning and recovery algorithm based on a model of supersonic jet trainer. The system is solely controlled by the pilot's control input (i.e., control stick force) and aircraft status such as attitude, airspeed, altitude and so forth. And, moreover, it does not depend upon any pilot physiological condition. The test evaluation results show that the developed system supports the recovery of an aircraft from the unusual aircraft attitude and improves the aircraft safeties even when the pilot loses his consciousness due to high-G maneuvering.

Transient Effects of Calf Muscle Fatigue and Visual Control on Postural Balance During Single Leg Standing

  • PURPOSE: Muscle fatigue is a cause to change proprioception. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of calf muscle fatigue and visual control on postural balance during single-legged standing in healthy adults. METHODS: Nineteen healthy adults (male) were participated in this study (mean age: 24.36 years; mean height: 171.32 cm; mean weight: 64.58 kg). The postural balance (sway length, sway area, sway velocity of COG displacement) was measured by Balance Trainer System (BT4) in before and after calf muscle fatigue feeling in single legged stance. In this study, repetitive single-legged heel rise test was used to induce fatigue of the calf muscle. Paired t- test was used to compare the postural balance between before and after calf muscle fatigue. Data of subjects were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 (SPSS Inc., Chicago, IL, USA). Level of significance was set to .05. RESULTS: The sway length, sway area, sway velocity of COG (center of gravity) displacement after calf muscle fatigue feeling was significantly increased compared to before calf muscle fatigue feeling during single leg standing both eye open and close conditions (p<.05). CONCLUSION: This study suggested that calf muscle fatigue feeling has affected on postural balance when standing one leg both eye open and close conditions and postural control was disturbed by muscle fatigue and visual feedback in single leg standing.

유도된 다리길이 차이가 안정성한계와 정적 자세균형에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Induced Leg Length Discrepancy on the Limitation of Stability and Static Postural Balance)

  • Purpose: Leg length discrepancy (LLD) is one of the risk factors for postural imbalance. This study aimed to investigate the effect of induced leg length discrepancy on the limitation of stability (LOS) and static postural balance. Methods: Thirteen adults (males, 7; females 6) participated in this study. The LOS and static postural balance [sway length, sway area, and sway velocity of center of gravity (COG) displacement] were measured by the balance trainer system. The subjects were asked to move the COG for the anterior, posterior, and left and right directions maximally and to keep standing on the platform with and without induced LLD for 30 s in the open and closed eyes conditions, respectively. The LLD was artificially induced to 2 cm using insole. Wilcoxon test was used to compare the LOS and the static postural balance between with and without induced LLD. Results: The anterior and posterior LOS significantly decreased in induced LLD (p<0.05), and the left and right LOS were not significantly different between with and without LLD (p>0.05). Sway length, sway area, and sway velocity of the COG displacement significantly decreased in induced LLD (p<0.05). Conclusion: This study suggests that induced LLD could decease the antero-posterior LOS and increased the static postural balance. Therefore, the LLD could disturb the postural balance.

공공부문 정보보호 교육과정의 평가 : 사례 연구 (Evaluation of Public Information Security Training Programs : A Case Study)

  • It is very important to evaluate training because it can systematically grasp the current status of training. Evaluation includes getting ongoing feedback from the learner, trainer and learner's supervisor, to improve the quality of the training and identify if the learner achieved the goals of the training. It also provides a justification for the implementation of training. Nonetheless, there is a lack of studies that attempt to evaluate information security training programs. In this study, we utilize the Philips model to evaluate the public training programs for the people who are in charge of the information security duties in the public sector and propose the training improvement plans. Research result has shown that it is necessary to evaluate the level of the trainees in advance and conduct training programs according to the information security skill level. In addition, it needs to conduct training according to duties such as information security management, information security operate and maintain. The limitation of this study is that each education program was not assessed individually because this study had developed an evaluation tool that could be used comprehensively.

실시간 계통시뮬레이터를 이용한 송전계통 자동재폐로 교육 및 훈련 시스템 개발 (Development of Education and Training System for the Auto-Reclosing of Power Transmission System Using a Real Time Digital Simulator)

  • This paper summarizes an education and training system for the auto-reclosing of power transmission system using a real time digital simulator. The system is developed to understand the principle of reclosing and the sequence of automatic reclosing schemes, and practice the effects of reclosing actions to power system in real-time simulator. This study is concentrated into the following two parts. One is the development of real time education and training system of automatic reclosing schemes. For this, we use the RTDS(real time digital simulator) and the actual digital protective relay. The mathematical relay model of RTDS and the actual distance relay which is equipped automatic reclosing function are also used. The other is the user friendly interface between trainee and trainer. The various interface displays are used for user handing and result display. The conditions of automatic reclosing which is a number of reclosing, reclosing dead time, reset time, and so on, can be changed by the user interface panel. A number of scenario cases are reserved for the education and training. Through the test, we verified that the proposed system can be effectively used to accomplish the education and training of automatic reclosing.

초음속항공기 보조연료탱크 연료량측정시스템 개발용 모사시험장치 개발 (Development of Test Simulator for Developing Fuel Quantity Measurement System for Supersonic Jet Trainer Conformal Fuel Tank)

  • A test simulator is needed to develop a fuel quantity measurement system that takes into account the roll and pitch motion of the aircraft. In this paper, we develop a test simulator that consists of attitude simulation equipment, fueling equipment, and data storage equipment. The attitude simulation equipment simulates the aircraft attitude. It is manufactured to operate pitch angle and roll angle movement. The fueling equipment supplies fuel to the supplementary fuel tank. The data storage equipment collects and stores the measured data. We also develop an automation software that operates the test simulator and collects data automatically. The test simulator has been automated to prevent testers from being exposed to toxic fuel. Through automation software, the collection period is reduced by one quarter compared to manual collection. The developed fuel quantity measurement system is verified through the test simulator.
