The purpose of this study is to construct user satisfaction model using factor analysis and regression analysis through survey on various factors which decide users' satisfaction index of OK-SUNG Recreation Forest located in Gumi-city, Kyungbuk (newly opened on Dec, 26, 2007) and to suggest the right operation plans referring to the studies on existing recreation forests. The research results are as follows; The using behavior of recreation forests reported similar pattern to existing researches such as companion pattern, duration of status, ages and costs. The result of construction regression model after dividing of using behavior of recreation forests into two sections, which are physical sector and mental sector, showed that recreation environmental factor and inner recreation factor influenced more highly on satisfaction index. This result showed that the recreation factor, which is for obtaining mental satisfaction and friendship among companions, nature friendly factor and environmental factor more highly influence on the satisfaction index and the existing studies also support this result. Therefore, in order to offer higher standard recreation opportunities to the users, there needs consideration not only concerning experience facilities, walks and paths up a mountain, but also concerning the harmony between nature and facilities. In addition, in order to offer comfort and stableness in body and mind to users, it is necessary to educate and train the staff to offer better service and to maintain the facilities of recreation forest peaceful and calm.
The Korea Air Force(KAF) has operated freight flights based on the prefixed time and route schedule, which is adjusted once in a month. The major purpose of the operation of freight flights in the KAF is to distribute necessary supplies from the home air base to other air bases. The secondary purpose is to train the young pilots to get more experiences in navigation. Each freight flight starts from and returned to the home air base everyday except holidays, while it visits several other air bases to accomplish its missions. The study aims to forecast freight demand at each base by using time series analysis, and then it tried to optimize the cost of operating flights by solving vehicle routing problem. For more specifically, first, several constraints in operating cargos were defined by reviewing the Korea Air Force manuals and regulation. With such constraints, an integer programming problem was formulated for this specific routing problem allowing several visits in a tour with limitation of maximum number of visits. Then, an algorithm to solve the routing problem was developed. Second, the time series analysis method was applied to find out the freight demand at each air base from the mother air base in the next month. With the forecasted demands and the developed solution algorithm, the oprimum routes are calculated for each flight. Finally, the study compared the solved routing system by the developed algorithm with the existing routing system of the Korea Air Force. Through this comparison, the study proved that the proposed method can provide more (economically) efficient routing system than the existing system in terms of computing and monetary cost. In summary, the study suggested objective criteria for air routing plan in the KAF. It also developed the methods which could forecast properly the freight demands at each bases by using time series analysis and which could find the optimum routing which minimizes number of cargo needed. Finally, the study showed the economical savings with the optimized routing system by using real case example.

Specific education to train able member of society based on these actual conditions grasping society actual conditions in present age that is specialized and diversifies and atomizes should be achieved. Hereupon, we have researched over current education status about domestic textile related courses and come to a conclusion described below. Domestic textile related courses are offering mostly in weaving and staining as major subjects, therefore distinguished character of each university can not be found. However, in comparison of importance between theoretical courses and practical courses, theoretical courses are gradually considered more importantly And the number of courses about commodity and operation is steadily increasing compared to those of design element. Nevertheless, for the concept of creativity as design education ever been pursuing by experiment and practice, we are also required to keep close relationship with industry as well as making efforts to reduce differences between college education and practical business. In addition, textile related colleges also need to be armed with more professional knowledge in odor to provide their students not only with more job opportunities but also with chances for self-development.
The noise and vibration generated by the subway rolling stocks operated along the Seoul Subway Line No.1, 2, 3, and 4 lead to a controversy of pollution problem especially in residential areas. However, there is no data or guide to define the damage or provide adequate protection against such pollutions. The field measurements were made to characterize the noise attenuation due to distance, noise level distribution around the subway track of the aboveground and underground parts of each Line. The assessment criteria and methods are considered in addition to the practical available noise control methods. The noise level measured at Line No. 1 and 3 are less than 60 dB(A) with no pollution problem. Only a part of the aboveground section of Line No.2 and 4 indicates severe noise pollution. The effective boundary of these areas exposed to 70dB (A) noise are within 50m from the track centerline of No.2 line and 25m of No.4 line. The residents file a strong complaints whenever the noise level exceeds the 80dB (A) , and an occasional complaints between 70 to 80 dB(A). The distribution of high level noise of 80 dB(A) occurs within 25m from the track centerline of the overbridge, 12.5m of the short steel bridge, and about loom of the long steel bridge such as Dangsan Bridge. The intermediate noise level of 70 to 80 dB(A) is recorded within 50m from the overbridge, U-type retaining structure, and short steel structure, and 280m from the long steel bridge. The results presented in this paper can be used to understand the characteristics of the noise pollution along the Seoul Subway now In operation, and used as a guide to improve the existing noise pollution problems.
This paper proposed several activation strategies at both the government and company parts for the development of domestic third party logistics(TPL) to pull electronic trade era much earlier. In the government side, it must need to arrange and integrate complex regulation rules on the Logistics for more smooth access and use the TPL market. Also, it has to provide multiple support policies such as tax reduction, technical and financial service providing, and logistics information system to TPL. Finally, it should construct the government levels education system to train and forster a competent man who is well qualified as a electronic and logiscic expert. The TPL company must build up a total logistics information system concerned with an innovative operation system such as SCM, JIT etc. which can provide logistic services on demand to the electronic trade customers to maximize consumer satisfaction. In the shipper company level, it try to join a long-term strategic alliance with TPL to reduce logistic cost and increase logistic service to its electronic trade consumers.

The international convention on standards of training, certification and watch-keeping for seafarers, 1978(1978 STCW convention) has been established as a minimum standard and competence of seafarers, and contributed to reduce marine accidents caused by human errors. The convention has been partly amended several times according to environmental change of ship's operation and there were comprehensive revisions in so called 1995 amended STCW convention. In these years, ships are in tendency of increasing size and speed, and also adopted high technologies. These kinds of changes brought STW sub-committee up for discussions to modify the convention to cope with new environments from the year of 2006. As the result, major amendaments to STCW convention have been adopted at a diplomatic conference in Manila, Philippine in June 2010, thereby new global standards will be in force to train and certify seafarers to operate technologically advanced ships before long. This paper is to introduce major amendaments such as ship's security, ECDIS and leadership etc. in this Manila amendments and to clarify some articles to be adopted in programs for education and training of seafarers in Korea.

Current oil-type potential transformers for trains are filled with insulating oil, which could have problems like explosions due to rising inner pressure during train operation. Therefore, mold and dry-type potential transformers are being developed to prevent explosions. One problem in manufacturing mold-type transformers is preventing void formation around the coiled core inside the mold during epoxy filling, which could cause an electrical spark. Micro voids can remain in the resin after filling, and macro voids can occur due to the structure shape. A transformer that is being developed has a cavity at the junction of the core and the coil for better performance, and when highly viscous epoxy flows inside the cavity channel, macro voids can form inside it. Therefore, in this study, the free-surface flow of the mold filling procedure was analyzed numerically by applying the VOF method. The results were used to understand the phenomena of void formation inside the cavity and to modify the process conditions to reduce voids.

The need for education and training on engine-part maintenance is rising in order to prevent marine accidents occurring due to a surge in engine-part damages. However, practical training using actual equipment is difficult due to the size and location of the equipment. Therefore, the necessity of developing a training system for marine engines using virtual reality (VR) is intensifying. The purpose of this paper is to develop an optimized system for marine engine education and training using existing VR programs and equipment. To this end, we selected and modeled the marine engine and education target suitable for the class, and developed the system using VR development software. The developed VR education and training system is designed to experience content that is otherwise difficult to train or practice in the curriculum through virtual reality. In fact, fourth grade students from Maritime University were taught using marine engine VR educational equipment, and it confirmed that there was an educational effect on the class. In the future, the introduction of an education and training system using VR in the field of marine engines can improve their maintenance and repairing capacity, and aid in reducing marine accidents.need for education and training on engine part maintenance is increasing to prevent marine accidents.
This research is based on core competency in order to provide diverse educational opportunities and to train compatible human resources according to industrial change. The research set up the core competency of university students according to document research and the importance of core competency of students, professors, faculty and parents. As a result, a total of 14 competencies were deducted by importance and validation from enrolled students, graduated students and professors. A total of 5 core competencies and 14 detailed competencies were deducted. Creativity, problem solving ability, self-directed overall problem solving abilities, expertise ability, data processing ability, technology application according to industry, consideration and serving character, community service, communicational ability, self-management, inter personal relationship, foreign language ability, global, leadership and competence were the 14 elements of this research. Based on the result of this study, it is necessary to improve the competence of university students by applying them to the curriculum development and operation and to find out the extent of the students competence enhancement through the development of future capacity measuring tools.
Magnetic Resonance Imaging(MRI) has become a very widely used medical procedur e. Clo.sed and open systems are typically used with static magnetic fields at or below 2 Tesla. BWhole body SAR(specific absorbsion rate) is the value of SAR averaged over the entire body of the patient over any period of 15 minutes. Head SAR is the value of SAR averaged over the head of the patient for any period of 10 minutes. SAR is a measure of the absorption of electromagnetic energy in the body' (typically in watts per kilogram (W/kg)). The normal operating mode comprises values of head SAR not higher than 3 W/kg. The second level controlled operating mode comprises values higher than 3 W/kg. Current FDA guidance limits the SAR in the whole body. including the head to a range of 1.5 to 4.0 W/kg, depending on the patient's clinical condition. SAR, limit restrictions are incorporated in all MRI systems. and domestic' s guidance limits the SAR in a part body. including the head to 3.2w/kg and less. The purpose of this study is to evaluate on change of head SAR in using MRI pulse sequence and to check if exceed 3.2(w/kg) level in domestic a part exposure through measured head SAR. 23 patient's the average head SAR of pulse sequence is that T2WI sagittal is 0.5375. T2WI axial(FSE) is 0.4817, T1WI axial(SE) is, 0.8179. FLAIR axial is 0.4580. GRE axial is 0.0077, Diffusion is 0.0824w/kg. The head SAR exposed per patient was proved 2.3845w/kg less than the international standard. Coefficient of correlation for the relations body weight and SAR or for the relations ETL(echo train length) and SAR is 1 value. Coefficient of correlation for the relations between TR(time to repeat) and SAR is -0.602 value. so SAR increased relative to weight body and ETL. But the relations between TR and SAR is negative definite.
