통행량 분포모형의 적용 타당성에 관한 연구 - 광주광역시를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Appropriateness in Applying the Trip Distribution Model - in Kwangju City -)

  • 본 연구에서 교통수요 예측기법 중 통행량 분포기법의 이론적 배경에 대하여 광주광역시를 중심으로 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통하여 분석 평가하고 모형에 내재되어 있는 매개변수의 특성변화를 연구하여 통행량 분포모형의 적용 타당성을 찾고자 하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서는 통행분포모형의 정립을 목적으로 광주시의 20개 대존 중에서 도심지역에 해당되는 9개 존을 중심으로 한 통행목적별, 수단별, 출발 도착통행량 모형을 정립하였다. 여기에서는 기준 년도를 1996년으로 하고 2001년까지의 통행량을 분석하고 2008년도까지의 통행분포량을 예측하였다.

A Study on Car Ownership Forecasting Model using Category Analysis at High Density Mixed Use District in Subway Area

  • The Seoul Metropolitan Government is striving to minimize the amount of traffic according to the supply of apartment houses along with the solution of housing shortage for the low income people through high density development near the subway area. Therefore, a stronger policy is necessary to control the traffic of the passenger cars in a subway area for the successful high density development focusing on public transportation, and especially, the estimation of the demand of cars with high reliability is necessary to control the demand of parking such as the limited supply of parking lot. Accordingly, this study developed car ownership forecasting model using Look-up Table among category analyses which are easy to be applied and have high reliability. The estimation method using Look-up-Table is possible to be applied to both measurable and immeasurable types, easy to accumulate data, and features the flexible responding depending on the changes of conditions. This study established Look-up-Table model through the survey of geographical location, the scale of housing, the accessible distance to a subway station and to a bus station, the number of bus routes, and the number of car owned with data regarding 242 blocks in Seoul City as subjects.

행정중심복합도시 대중교통 이용활성화를 위한 수요탄력성 분석 (An Analysis of Demand Elasticity to Facilitate the Use of Public Transportation in the Administrative City)

  • Administrative city has been developed step by step aiming to being a public transport-oriented new city. In spite of its primary goal, administrative city is dominated by car-oriented tansportaion system because the supply of public transportation has not been adequately and timely performed. In this study, we investigate the current situation related to (public) transportation use in administrative city. Also, we examine the issues of traffic system through a survey on residents' consciousness about public transportation use. Additionally, the analysis of demand elasticity according to the change of the conditions of using public transportation and passenger car is conducted for passenger car users. As a result, it is analyzed that as the neighborhood is more stabilized after the completion of development the resistance to the abandonment of passenger car is higher when the tide demand control method is introduced. Therefore, it is concluded that pre-emptive public transportation supply and the management of car demand management are necessary for the activation of public transportation in Administrative city.

대구·울산지역의 토양 중금속 오염도 평가 (Heavy Metal Concentrations in Soils of the Daegu and Ulsan Area)

  • The aim of this study was to analyze the local distribution of the heavy metal concentration in Daegu and Ulsan which were divided into the residual areas, the traffic dense areas and the industrial areas. The Inductively Coupled Plasma(ICP) was used to analyze heavy metals, such as As, Cr, Hg, Zn, Cd, Pb, Cu and minor metals, such as Fe, Si, Mg, Ca, AI, Na, K. The results of this analysis showed that the content of heavy metals which was classified by districts in Daegu and Ulsan was the highest in the industrial areas followed by the traffic dense areas and the residual areas. Compared to the level of heavy metals of national and local soil survey network in 2003, contamination of heavy metals in Daegu was lower than national average. However, the content of Cd, As, Zn in Ulsan was respectively 13.38 times, 472 times and 2.65 times higher than national average contamination. In addition, compared to the soil pollution level of the environmental protection law, contamination of all areas in Daegu was lower. But the content of As at the industrial areas in Ulsan was 10.71 times higher than standard of soil pollution and 4.28 times higher than standard of measures against soil contamination.

토지이용 유형에 따른 포유류 로드킬 발생 특성 (The Effects of Land Use on the Frequency of Mammal Roadkills in Korea)

  • Wildlife roadkill is a serious problem for road planners and biologists concerned with traffic safety, species conservation, and animal welfare. The objective of this paper was to analyze the effect of land use on the frequency of mammal roadkills. This study took part in three steps. First, data for 1,279 road kills of nine species were collected by survey over 26 months on 107km of roads near the Mt. Jirisan area. Second, the type of land use near the roadkill points was analyzed, and the area of each land use within loom of the road was calculated using GIS. Finally, the question of whether the land use affects the Sequency of mammal roadkills was analyzed by determining the density of roadkill occurrences for each land-use type. The results of the study were as follows. First, the roadkill density of all species was highest near grasslands, especially natural grasslands. Second, when comparing forests and rice fields, roadkill densities of the Eurasian red squirrel, Siberian chipmunk and Korean hare were higher near the forests, while the densities of the raccoon dog, water deer and leopard cat were higher near rice fields. The results of this study could be an essential information source for mitigating the roadkill problem in Korea.

서비스 디자인에 기초한 신도시 보행안전 확보방안에 관한 연구 (Study of the Enhancement of Pedestrian Safety based on Service Design)

  • 본 연구는 사용자의 요구에 순응하는 서비스 디자인 기법과 프로세스를 기준으로 기존의 보행공간을 재설계함으로써 신도시 개발지에 안전한 보행공간 확보방안을 제시하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 연구의 순서로는 이론고찰을 통해 서비스 디자인의 개념과 프로세스에 대해 검토하고, 사용자 여정분석을 통한 디자인 지점 즉, 터치포인트를 도출함으로써 연구의 준거를 마련한다. 이를 토대로 화성 동탄 신도시를 대상으로 서비스 디자인 터치포인트를 교통신호체계, 교차로 보행환경, 보도육교, 접근도로로 결정하고, 문제발견, 콘셉 디자인, 디자인 반영, 제도검토에 이르는 디자인 프로세스에 의한 터치포인트별 보행안전 확보방안을 제시함으로서 인간중심의 도시조성을 위한 도시설계적 디자인 방향을 제시하였다.

일개 응급센타에 내원한 일부 내원자의 실태조사 (A Survey on actual state or patients visited one emergency medical center)

  • We have reviewed 2.876 patients who visited the emergency room from May, 1996 to september, 1996 in order to look for a more appropriate management of the emergency medical system. The result were summarized as followings; 1. Considering sexual distribution, male patients were 59.6% more than female patients 40.4% and according to age categories, first decade of life was most frequent. 2. Distribution according to ca use is most common for the disease 79.8%, and next injury and traffic accident is 11.6%, 6.8%, respectively. 3. According to the department distribution, pediatrics accounted for 37.4%, internal medicine 21.1%, and emergency medicine 10.0%, and these three departments was 66.3% of total number of patients. 4. 67.0% of patients visited emergency room were discharged. Arrived time in emergency room, patients of 41.9% was visited from 17 to 1 hours. 5. Among 196 patients of traffic accident, 160 were male(81.5%) and 36 were female (18.5%). Distribution of the age is most common in 3rd and 4th decade for 63.2%, and region of injury were face 33.3%, head 22.2%, and chest 22.2% and follow-up measures after visiting emergency room is most common transfer hospital 40.8%.

소방차량의 안전벨트 설계 및 정책제안 (Design and Policy of Seat Belt for fire Engines)

  • According to the National Fire Agency, there were 61 traffic accidents of Fire engines in 2021. That is an increase of about 80% compared to the previous year. And the number of injuries and deaths increased by more than 300%. According to the survey of this study, less than 25% of firefighters wore seat belts of Fire engines during dispatch, contrary to the rapid increase in injuries and deaths. About the reasons for why firefighters do not wear seat belts, It can be found in aspects that are related to personal consciousness, organizational culture, and firefighting dispatch. The number of dispatches will increase in the future, this is considered to be a serious problem for the stability of the firefighting organization. In this study, a seat belt should be designed newly and proposed to improve the seat belt wearing policy.

사고위치별 로지스틱 회귀 교통사고 모형 - 청주시 4지 신호교차로를 중심으로 - (Logistic Regression Accident Models by Location in the Case of Cheong-ju 4-Legged Signalized Intersections)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 사고위치별(유입부, 유출부, 교차로내 및 횡단보도) 로지스틱 회귀 교통사고 모형을 개발하는 것이다. 충북지방경찰청의 2004$\sim$2005년도 사고 자료와 현장조사 자료를 근거로, 교통사고와 관련된 기하구조 요소, 환경 요소 등이 분석되었다. 개발된 모형은 카이제곱 p 값은 0.000 그리고 Nagelkerke $R^2$값 0.363$\sim$0.819로 모두 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 분석된다. 개발된 모형의 공통 사고요인은 교통량, 횡단거리 및 좌회전전용차로이며, 특정변수는 교차로내 사고모형의 부도로 교통량, 그리고 횡단보도 사고모형의 주도로 U턴인 것으로 나타나고 있다. Hosmer & Lomeshow 검정은 유입부를 제외한 모형들은 p값이 0.05보다 크기 때문에 통계적으로 적합한 것으로 평가된다. 또한 정분류율 결과는 모든 모형식이 73.9% 이상으로 높은 예측력을 보이는 것으로 분석된다.

ITS 사업의 효과분석 방법론에 관한 연구(수원시를 중심으로) (A Study on Effective Analysis Method of ITS(A Case of SUWON))

  • 날로 심각해지는 교통문제를 해결하기 위한 방안으로 첨단과학기술을 통해 정보수집, 정보처리, 정보제공 등을 수행하는 지능형교통시스템(Intelligent Transport Systems)의 중요성이 높아지고 있다. 하지만 많은 지자체 등에서 ITS 도입을 통해 교통문제를 해결하고자 하나 그에 따른 체계적인 효과분석이 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 ITS 도입에 따른 효과분석 방법론을 국내 외 사례를 참조하여 설정한 후 case study를 통한 직, 간접적인 효과분석을 목표로 하였다. 이를 통해 수원시 ITS 도입효과를 분석한 결과 통행속도는 TRC 모드로 운영시 사전에 비해 31%의 증가를 보였으며, 지체도는 43.9%로 감소하였다. 설문조사 결과에서도 ITS 시스템 운영으로 인한 개선효과가 있다고 느끼고 있었으며, 대다수가 시스템의 확장을 원하고 있었다. 경제성 분석 결과 B/C비는 5.12로 ITS사업에 대한 사업효과 및 경제적 타당성은 충분한 것으로 나타났다.
