A Basic Study on the Development of GHG Emission Factor from Diesel-Powered Railcars in Korea (국내 디젤철도차량의 온실가스 배출계수 개발방향 연구)

  • Since national mid-term target for GHG reduction was determined in 2009, various efforts in transportations have been prepared. Generally, the GHG emission of transportation is calculated using the emission factor published from IPCC guideline(2006). However, it is necessary to develop new emission factors considering the properties of transportation as well as fuel. In Korean railroad, main emission sources are the consumption of diesel and electricity from railcar operation. The GHG emission of electric-powered railcars can be estimated using national electric emission factor, but diesel-powered railcars show different trends. The purpose of this study was to establish the development plans of emission factors for diesel-powered railcars. As a result, the emission factors of diesel-powered railcars were classified into railcar type, engine type and life cycle, notch, load, and traffic volume. In future, several emission factors with this category will be presented quantitatively through field tests with the order of priority.

  • Recently as the well-being diffuse and the living standard improves. People's demand for an environment lifestyle is gradually on the rise. The major source of the subway running train is rolling noise generated by the surface condition of wheel and rail. In this study, we research trends on the reduction noise level. Further-more, special traffic Ubiquitous helps to environment technical development.

  • 본 논문에서 차세대 인터넷에서 고품질 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 MPLS 트래픽 엔지니어링의 핵심기술 및 MPLS 시스템의 개발 동향에 대하여 살펴본다. MPLS 트래픽 엔지니어링을 위한 주요 기능으로는 QoS Path 계산/MPLS 신호 프로토콜/QoS 패킷 분류와 분배 기능 등이 있다. QoS Path 계산은 Off-line과 On-line 방식을 통하여 최적의 QoS 경로를 선택하는 기능으로 상호 보완적인 관계에 있으며, MPLS 신호 프로토콜은 LDP에 기반한 CR-LDP와 RSVP에 기반한 RSVP-TE의 두 가지 프로토콜이 IETF에서 표준화 진행중에 있으나 지속적인 보완으로 기술적 우열을 가리기 어려운 상태에 있다. 향후 중점 연구 및 개발 사항으로 네트워크 장애시의 빠른 경로 복구와 부하 분산 등을 통해 네트워크 운용 및 서비스 신뢰도 향상시킬 수 있는 ER-LSP Protection 방법에 대한 연구 및 MPLS 트래픽 엔지니어링을 통한 인터넷망의 고속화 및 안정화를 위해서는 트래픽 엔지니어링 서버에 대한 개발이 요구된다. 또한, QoS 패킷의 분류 및 다양한 응용 서비스 제공을 위해서는 네트워크 프로세스를 이용한 고성능 전달 엔진에 대한 연구가 절실히 요구된다.

An Evaluation Study of 1339 and 119 Emergency Medical Dispatch Protocols (응급의료 전화상담과 응급의료 지시서에 관한 연구 - 전화내용 분석을 통하여 -)

  • Purpose: To evaluate the emergency medical protocols and need assessment through the case report Method: The study investigated the emergency call system through the 1339 emergency patients information center in 1997. Results: The emergency calls tend to follow general trends of the type of cases : abdominal pain (13.5%), unconsciousness(12.0%), traffic accidents (7.4%), bleeding (6.6%), respiration difficulty (5.9%). This was all collected through emergency medical protocols injury and poisoning (22.3%), symptom (51.6%), others (26.1%). Conclusion: The results suggest that a specific training program for emergency medical dispatchers should be established, and emergency medical dispatcher managers must review the cases on the basis of emergency medical protocols every year. Emergency medical services, furthermore, will continue to raise the standard for emergency medical dispatching.

  • The purpose of this study is to improve the strategies for transportation systems of container cargoes in Busan port. Therefore, container cargoes forecasting is done through logistic methods based on past trends. In 2011, container cargoes demand was forecasted 8.791 million TEU(T/S including 12.559 million TEU). In order to improve transportation systems of container cargoes, the conclusions of this study can be summarized as follows ; \circled1 port facilities expansion, \circled2 diversity of container transport modes, \circled3 make up ICD and exclusive container roads, \circled4 the second Seoul-Busan Expressway.

  • 요즘 3.20 대란이나 한수원 침해사고 같은 각종 사이버 공격이 빈번하게 발생하고 있다. 이러한 사이버 공격에 대응하기 위하여 네트워크 트래픽을 수집 저장하고 사이버 공격분석에 사용하려는 다양한 노력이 행해지고 있다. 그러나 일반적으로 10Gbps 같은 고속 네트워크에서 네트워크 트래픽을 수집 저장하는 것은 쉬운 일이 아니다. 그래서 이 문건에서는 10Gbps 네트워크 트래픽 수집 저장에 관한 기술동향을 다루고 이어서 수집된 대용량 트래픽을 효율적으로 검색하기 위하여 비트맵 인덱스를 생성하는 다양한 방법을 소개하고 마지막으로 비트맵 인덱스를 사용한 효율적인 검색방법에 대해 소개한다.

  • IETF Path Computation Element(PCE) 그룹에서는 데이터 전송을 위한 전달 경로를 찾는 엔진 기능을 중심으로 표준화를 진행하고 있다. 망의 상태, 위상, 자원 가용성, 정책을 기반으로 최적의 자원을 할당하는 경로 계산 기능과 구조, 프로토콜 등을 정의하는데 MPLS/GMPLS 망의 제어 평면 프로토콜 기반 전송을 위주로 출발하여 광, 회선 망에서의 적용과 서비스 표준이 실제 사례를 뒷받침하여 발전되었고 현재는 데이터 센터 네트워크, SDN, IoT 분야에서의 활용이 활발하게 논의되고 있다. 본고에서는 경로 계산 기능의 분산을 주요 목적으로 하여 이제는 범용의 전달망 관리 분야로 확대 적용되는 추세의 active stateful PCE와 Traffic Engineering Database (TED), Label Switched Path DB(LSP-DB), PCE Protocol(PCEP) 등을 포함한 관련 표준 현황을 살펴보고 향후 통합 전달망 제어 관리 진화 방향을 소개하고자 한다.

  • This study is intended to analyze the way of incorporating the effect of natural light into the architectural space design by Le Cobusier. The composition of modem architectural space is significantly different from that of classical architecture. Such transition is attributable to the change of tectonic method which was supported by the development of new materials and structural systems. In addition, the effect of natural light systems which is one of the main elements in architectural space has undergone significant changes in modern ages. Moreover, Le Corbusier introduces the new concept of natural light in his works. By bringing the above two trends together, this study analyzed the way how Le Cobusier applied light effect in his works. Specifically, findings regarding the 'traffic flow in the space' with the light, 'elevation effect' with the 'Brise soleil' in Le Cobusier's works were presented. And also the way of lighting the object in the space was presented.

  • Ultra-low latency networking is a technology that reduces the end-to-end latency related to transport time-sensitive or mission-critical traffic in a network. As the proliferation of the fourth industrial revolution and 5G mobile communications continues, ultra-low latency networking is emerging as an essential technology for supporting various network applications (such as industrial control, tele-surgery, and unmanned vehicles). In this report, we introduce the ultra-low-latency networking technologies that are in progress, categorized by application area, and examine their up-to-date standard status.

Intersection Collision Situation Simulation of Automated Vehicle Considering Sensor Range (센서 범위를 고려한 자율주행자동차 교차로 충돌 상황 시뮬레이션)

  • In this paper, an automated vehicle intersection collision accident was analyzed through simulation. Recently, the more automated vehicles are distributed, the more accidents related to automated vehicles occur. Accidents may show different trends depending on the sensor characteristics of the automated vehicle and the performance of the accident prevention system. Based on NASS-CDS (National Automotive Sampling System-Crashworthiness Data System) and TAAS (Traffic Accident Analysis System), four scenarios are derived and simulations are performed. Automated vehicles are applied with a virtual system consisting of an autonomous emergency braking system and algorithms that predict the route and avoid collisions. The simulations are conducted by changing the sensor angle, vehicle speed, the range of the sensor and vehicle speed range. A range of variables considered vehicle collision were derived from the simulation.
