통항선박의 점용영역 밀집도 분석을 통한 해상교통혼잡도 평가 개선에 관한 연구 (Improving Assessments of Maritime Traffic Congestion Based On Occupancy Area Density Analysis for Traffic Vessels)

  • 어떤 해역의 해상교통혼잡도를 평가하는 데 있어서 단위 시간당 항행 척수인 교통량을 분석하는 것보다 어떤 시간 단면에 존재하는 단위 면적당의 밀집도 분석을 활용하는 것이 합리적일 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 해상교통안전진단 대행기관의 해상교통혼잡도 평가기법을 표준화하고, 선박톤급별 환산교통량 사용으로 인한 평가오차를 최소화하기 위하여 새로운 방안을 찾고자 한다. 이를 해결하기 위해 선박자동식별장치(Automatic Identification System, AIS)의 통항선박 데이터를 활용하여 항로구간면적 대비 식별된 개개의 통항선박이 갖고 있는 점용영역의 면적을 합산한 값과의 백분율을 해상교통혼잡도로 평가하는 방안을 제시하였다. 새로운 모형에서는 정보통신기술의 획기적인 발달로 인해 실제 데이터 사용이 가능하여 환산 데이터에 의한 오차발생을 줄일 수 있고, 항로구간별 해상교통혼잡도 평가도 가능하게 되었다.

  • The propose of this study is to analysis driver's behavior of traveler information. This research made an attempt to explore driver's route change behavior in the en-route stage. Model were developed for each analysis with LIMDEP software which was developed by Willams H Greene. Commuters' transportation change in before trip stage are affected by their income, travel time, and incident information and constant of this model showed their reluctance of change mode. This was resulted from the inappropriateness of traffic information to general commuters which is the main target of traffic information.

첨단교통정보시스템의 최적경로 알고리즘 개발 (Development of Optimal Path Algorithm for Advanced Traveler Information System)

  • The objective of this paper is to develop the optimal path algorithm for dynamic route guidance system in advanced traveler information system (ATIS). The travel time is forecasted in each path between network nodes. Floyd-Warshall algorithm is used to find the optimal route based on this forecasted travel time in dynamic traffic network. This algorithm is modified to apply the real traffic network that has left-turn restriction, U-turn, and P-turn. A big value is assigned to one of arcs in turn restriction and a virtual node is used to consider U-turn and P-turn for Floyd-Warshall algorithm.

여수·광양항 출입항로 통항 특성 (Characteristics of Ship's Traffic Route in Yeosu·Gwangyang Port)

  • This study analyzed ship's passing characteristics in relation with incoming and outgoing routes in Yeosu Gwangyang Port, and examined the risk factors and measures for safety management of marine traffic. The number of passing ships in Yeosu Gwangyang Port was about 60,000 ships annually based on 2014, and the tonnage rose 73% from 447,000 thousand tons in 2005 to 770,000 thousand tons in 2014. Actually, the number of large passing ships was revealed to enormously increase. As a result of marine traffic survey in Yeosu Gwangyang Port for three days in August 2015, daily average passing ships were 408 ships, and 77% of the total passing ships passed between 04:00 and 20:00. The chemical ships and general cargo ships took up the most at 58% of the total incoming and outgoing ships, followed by other work ships at 21%, tankers at 8%, fishing vessels at 7.5% and container ships at 5.5%. Concerning the size of passing ships, ships less than 1,000 tons accounted for 58.6% of the total passing ships. Ships of 1,000-5,000 tons were 20.1%, and those of 5,000-10,000 tons were 6.8%, and more than 10,000 tons were 14.4%. Especially, ships of 500 tons and less using mainly coastal passing routes took up 49% of the total passing ships. As for ship's passage ratio by route, Nakpo sea area where many routes meet accounted for 27.2%, specified area 49%, costal route 8%, specified area's incoming and outgoing sea area around Daedo 4.5%, and Dolsan coastal ara and Kumhodo sea area 8.5%. The number of ships standing by for anchoring in the six designated anchorages was 230 for three days. The standby rate for anchoring was 25% based on the specified area passing ships. In Nakpo sea area, where many routes meet, parallel passing and cross passing between ships occurred the most frequently. In the specified area, many cases, in which incoming and outgoing cargo ships at the starting and ending parts and incoming and outgoing work ships and fishing vessels at the coastal routes cross, took place. Consequently, the following measures are urgently needed: active passing management in the Nakpo sea area, where passing routes are complex, specified areas and costal traffic routes, the elimination of rocks in the route close to Myodo, an effort to improve routes including shallow depth area dredging, and rational safety management for small work ships frequently incoming and outgoing the passing routes of large ships, and fishing vessels operated in the sea areas around those passing routes.

화물자동차 통행관리제도의 평가방법 개발 및 적용 (서울지역을 대상으로) (Development and Application of an Evaluation Method for a Freight Vehicle Route Management System)

  • 화물자동차는 국가경제의 근간을 이루는 요소로서 물류효율 측면에서 중요한 역할을 수행하고 있음에도 불구하고, 도시내 화물자동차 의 통행으로 파생되는 교통측면의 소통, 안전 및 환경측면으로 인하여 화물자동차 통행관리제도에 있어 우대정책과 제한정책이 공존하고 있는 현실이다. 이러한 화물자동차 통행으로 인한 지역사회의 양면적 파급영향이 있음에도 불구하고 화물자동차 통행관리제도에 대한 평가방법이 단편적인 물류효율 측면이나 교통소통 측면으로만 이루어지고 있는 한계를 인식하고, 보다 다각적인 측면에서의 지표개발을 포함한 평가방법을 정립하고자 하였다. 평가지표로서 기존의 물류효율과 교통소통 측면의 평가지표를 재정리하고, 추가적으로 초등학교 등하교 통행과 화물자동차 통행과의 마찰지수 및 화물자동차로 인한 대표적 대기오염물질인 질소산화물 배출에 따른 직접영향권내 인구와의 대기오염 노출지수를 새로운 교통안전 및 환경 측면 지표로 제시하였으며, 이에 대한 평가방법을 정립하였다. 사례분석 결과, 물류효율이나 교통소통 측면에서는 화물자동차 통행관리제도의 시행전이 유리한 것으로 나타났으나, 교통안전 및 환경 측면에서는 시행 후가 효과적인 것으로 분석되어 새로운 평가지표 도입에 따라 평가가 달라질 수 있음을 확인할 수 있었으며, 이는 향후 화물자동차에 대한 통행관리정책 결정시에 보다 다양한 시각에서의 합리적인 의사결정을 하는 데에 효과적인 지표로서 활용될 수 있으리라 기대한다.

A Study on Proposed New Consideration Factors in Channel Design Process

  • There are certain guidelines on the channel design such as domestic guidelines(Korean and japanese, etc.)and international guideline known as PIANC Rules(Permanent International Association of Navigation Congresses Rules), in the world These rules have considered many factors such as natural conditions, ship maneuverability and geographical features etc. But it is contented toot the area of these rules toot are meant to facilitate the ease of ship-handling is insufficient. To satisfy this point in design process, it is necessary to take into account the difficulties encountered in ship-handling within these inland waterways. Because many vessels are navigating at the same time within these waterways, the specific navigable traffic volume should be considered with regard to the standard process of route designing. It must also be considered with regard to the volume of navigable traffic bemuse of ship-handling difficulty toot arises within the same waterway with varying amounts of traffic volume because toot ship-handling/manueverability is directly influenced by these factors. This paper aims to propose a new approach to the design of standard inland water route considering the traffic volume and the shape of waterway. Also consider the relationship among these factors may affect to the ship-handling difficulties.

철도 네트워크에서 환승수요를 고려한 다항로짓 기반 통행배정 모형 연구 (A LOGIT based Traffic Assignment Model Considering Passenger Transfer on Railway Network)

  • 본 연구는 철도 네트워크에서의 통행배정 모형에 관한 것이다. 기존의 통행배정모형은 주로 도로 혹은 도시 대중교통 네트워크에 초점을 둔 연구로서, 최적전략 기반 통행배정 모형을 비롯한 대부분의 통행배정 모형 이 지역간 철도 네트워크에 대해서는 비현실적인 수요를 생성한다고 알려져 있다. 특히 KTX개통 이후, KTX가 포함된 환승경로를 이용하는 승객이 점차 증가하는 추세이며, 이러한 KTX가 포함된 환승 경로 및 스케줄이 지속적으로 개선되고 있다. 본 연구는 환승을 고려한 새로운 다항로짓 기반 통행배정 모형을 제시한다. 특히 본 연구에서 제시하는 모형은, 통행 시간, 경로의 최소 운행횟수, 환승 저항 등 다양한 변수가 포함된 효용함수가 주어져 있을 때, K개의 최대 효용을 갖는 경로를 탐색하는 알고리즘을 포함하고 있다.

Multi-level 네트워크의 보안 도메인을 위한 통합 아키텍쳐 설계 및 효율성 측정방법 연구 (A Study for the Designing and Efficiency Measuring Methods of Integrated Multi-level Network Security Domain Architecture)

  • Internet network routing system is used to prevent spread and distribution of malicious data traffic. This study is based on analysis of diagnostic weakness structure in the network security domain. We propose an improved integrated multi-level protection domain for in the internal route of groupware. This paper's protection domain is designed to handle the malicious data traffic in the groupware and finally leads to lighten the load of data traffic and improve network security in the groupware. Infrastructure of protection domain is transformed into five-stage blocking domain from two or three-stage blocking. Filtering and protections are executed for the entire server at the gateway level and internet traffic route ensures differentiated protection by dividing into five-stage. Five-stage multi-level network security domain's malicious data traffic protection performance is better than former one. In this paper, we use a trust evaluation metric for measuring the security domain's performance and suggested algorithm.

Determination of Optimal Route Based on AIS and Planned Route Information

  • The authors have newly developed the “Port Traffic Management System (PTMS)”. The PTMS provides each ship with the detailed planned routes of all the ships entering/leaving the port. This system also has a function to predict the encounter situations between own ship and other ships in the future. Based on information of the present positions, speeds and planned routes of the own ship and other ships, it is possible to predict when and where the own ship will have dangerous encounters with other ships in the future. The software of PTMS was developed from 2001. Then onboard experiments using small training ships equipped with actual AIS were performed in June 2003. From the results of these onboard experiments, the usefulness of PTMS was clarified. In addition to these onboard experiments, the effectiveness of PTMS was confirmed by comprehensive simulator experiments. In the simulator experiments, captains/pilot maneuvered a training ship/container ship in congested waters using PTMS. [t was assumed that all ships have PTMS and send their planned routes. After the simulator experiments, captains/pilot suggested that it is very beneficial if the optimal route of own ship can be automatically calculated. In response to this suggestion, software to calculate the optimal route of own ship using Dynamic Programming was developed. This software calculates the minimum time route from the present position to the destination keeping the danger of collision against other ships under predetermined level. From the result of calculations for multi-encounter situations, it was confirmed that the developed software can provide safe and time-saving route.

교통안전, 환경지표의 저항값을 고려한 대중교통 경로 탐색 알고리즘 개발 (Development of the Algorithm of a Public Transportation Route Search Considering the Resistance Value of Traffic Safety and Environmental Index)

  • 기존 경로 탐색 알고리즘은 최단거리, 최단시간 등 교통지표를 계수로 활용한 최단경로탐색 알고리즘에 국한되어 있다. 본 연구에서는 이용자 선호도에 따른 안전, 환경 비용을 추가한 대중교통 경로 탐색 알고리즘을 도출하였다. 알고리즘 적용 및 평가 방안으로 Macro Simulation인 VISUM으로 분석을 시행하였다. 안전, 환경 저항값에 따라 버스보다 지하철을 이용한 경로를 더 선호하였으며, 우회하더라도 안전하고 환경적인 경로를 선택하는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 안전, 환경을 고려한 타 경로탐색 알고리즘 검증 시 활용이 가능하며, 향후 스마트폰 Application에 이용자 선호에 따른 경로탐색 알고리즘을 도입할 시 안전, 환경에 대한 경로를 선택하여 이용자들에게 매우 유용한 정보를 제공할 수 있으며, 이를 통해 이용자 친화적인 측면의 정보제공 질 향상을 도모할 수 있다.
