There are many kinds of risk in int'l trade by internet network, such as credit risk, mercantile risk, contingency risk, exchange risk, physical risk and the risk on internet network. Especially, risk management against credit risk and the risk on internet network are very important. The former is conventional but more important these days. The latter is a new risk that has been incurred owing to the int'l trade by internet network. The system of risk management against the former are firstly, to surely research credit of counterpart by internet, secondly, to certify the entity by password or fingerprint, thirdly, to pay the price under a letter of credit, fourthly, to use the system of int'l trade such as bolero, trade card, finally, to use the authority of electronic trade services. The system of risk management against the latter are firstly, to install the firewall on the own computer network, secondly, to entrust the management own computer network to the network security services firm, thirdly, to electronically communicate with counterpart through the certification authority, finally, to insure against the own network risk with the security insurance company.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the problems of present general clause to bring about consumer damages and to search for means to regulate general clause. For the purpose of this study, datas of the research on the actual condition about various trade general clause were used. And the research about various trade general clause was enforced by the government from September to December in 1984. The kind of general clause of an object of analysis is credit card, sales by visit, insurance trade, and travel intercession. As the result of analysis, many problems are found in every general clause and consumer damage by general clause are proved to be a serious state. As the means of the regulation of general clause, there are judicial regulation, administrative regulation, legislative regulation, and the establishment of a supervision committee of general clause. These four means must be cooperated mutually for the substantial regulation.

Recently Yoon et al. proposed the remote user authentication scheme using smart cards. But their scheme has not satisfied security requirements which should be considered in the user authentication scheme using the password based smart card. In this paper, we prove that Yoon et al.'s scheme is vulnerable to a password guessing attack in case that the attacker steals the user's smart card and extracts the information from the smart card. Accordingly, this paper proposes the improved user authentication scheme based on the hash functin and random nonce that can withstand various possible attacks including a password guessing attack. The result of comparative analysis demonstrates that the proposed scheme is more secure and efficient than Yoon et al.'s scheme, with a trivial trade-off to require just a few more exclusive-OR operations.

Lots of application systems are developed for applying business GIS in marketing or strategic planning of the company, recently. Almost of the systems require statistics for some areas(trade areas or sales areas) as the important information of decision support. As far as now, trade areas are defined for individual stores using know-how of the specialists, but there is no well-defined method for defining of trade areas of the specific business domains or trade areas of the customers. In this study, we have applied the spatial data mining methods to the point features in GIS, evaluated the results of each methods, and discussed the feasibility of defining of trade areas. From the results of this study, we have concluded that the defining of trade areas from point features, such as franchisees of credit card company or memberships of retail chain store, and that the DENCLUE(DENsity-based CLUstEring) method is the best suitable spatial data mining algorithm for this purpose.

A company's market value-added, which equals the excess of a company's market capitalization over it s book value, is used as one of the measures for intangible assets valuation in accounting literature. One problem with the approach is that the valuation results are affected by severe fluctuations in capital markets. In this paper, we propose an approach using the Kalman filter for intangible assets valuation. We apply this method to data of Korean electronic companies.

The percentage share of mobile gift card certificate in the gift card market has increased significantly each year. But from a consumer perspective mobile gift card certificate has several problems. Specifying unfair terms in Fair Trade Commission has improved slightly, but the problem is not replaced with the equivalent authority that issued the vouchers can not be solved. The exchange between users the most realistic way to solve this problem is to create an environment as possible. In conclusion, The deal will be possible to build a mobile gift card certificate brokerage trading in a convenient and reliable P2P-based. If the System for mediating transactions of a mobile gift certificate has created a healthy retail environment, such as the expansion of the voucher market, reduce social costs may be creating.

The study revealed that the companies are still reluctant to stop using document-based payment methods although they are aware the use of electronic payment system would reduce express and save time. Considering problems that are suggested in the conventional payment method, more companies will introduce and utilize the electronic payment system. Moreover, as the refined electronic payment system is essential in electronic trade, active studies on this field would greatly contribute to the development of electronic payment system. The prevailing settlement of international trade still relies on trading documents while the legal issues are not finalized for electronic bill of lading (B/L) and electronic bill. This research purpose on comparing some e-trading models in character and presenting the obstacles of e-trading activation and the solutions. e-trading models this research has studied are BOLERO, TradeCard, electronic L/C etc. Comparing characteristic points of the e-trading model in this article are as follows; 1)Access ways as a global e-trading model, 2)Structural and Functional characteristic, 3)Role as a global e-trading model, 5)Legal and Application issues in practice, 6)Security issues for Technology. But Further studies on this subject would be needed.

Latest in Smart Grid projects are emerging as the biggest issue that smart meter should meet the security goal and the SW upgrade for compliance with future standard. However, unlike regular equipment, Smart meters should be designed in accordance with the regulation of legal metrology instrument in order to establish a fair trade-based business and unauthorized changes, it is not allowed and it is strictly limited by law. Therefore, this paper propose a new scheme of certification regarding type approval and verification for legal smart meter as analyzing the requirements of a smart meter regarding upgrade and security. This analysis shows that the proposed scheme comply with the regulation and the specification of smart meter by applying it to smart meter with smart card.

At present, RFID system is highly welcomed as a substitute system with its bar code recognition system and self recognition equipment. Consequently, the system has multi applications and can be complementing to its security. In particular, RFID system is significantly related with electronic transaction equipments : transportation card, ID card in check point, attendance sheet. Based upon these characteristic, the system is becoming extremely popular in the field of logistics, harbor and stock management, animal control and product circulation & distribution. In this dissertation, I would like to present a more efficient and stable remote entry control system with the network-based TCP/IP. It is a simple example of ubiquitous computing function. Above all, approved protocol system should be applied to the remote entry control function. Its efficient function with the applied approval protocol based-remote entry control system should be confirmed. Therefore, a preliminary test should be prerequisite in automatic entrance function with the embedded and TCP/IP-based RFID system.
