South Korea needs reorganization of dispute resolution system due to the frequent occurrence of a case that trade secret or technique are leaked. First, the distributed various laws are established and enforced by enacting and enforcing individual laws. Therefore, the redundancy problems, the collision of individual laws, the decline in diversity, integrity, and connectivity are issues. An independent legal system is needed by Act on the Prevention and Protection of Technology Leakage. Thereby, The support system of technological protection that is sprayed in government departments such as the Small and Medium Business Administration, the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, the Patent Office, the Fair Trade Commission, the Trade Committee, the National Police Agency, and the Spy Agency integrates and unifies institutionally, and it is necessary to advance a policy with functional division. Second, the Patent Tribunal, the Invention Promotion Act, the Industrial Property Right Dispute Mediation Committee by the patent law, the Industrial Technical Dispute Mediation Committee on the Industrial Technology Outflow Prevention and Protection Law and the Medium and Small Firm Dispute Mediation and Arbitration Committee on Small Business Technology Protection Support Law are installed. However, since it established the integrated law on the Act on the Prevention and Protection of Technology Leakage, it is desirable to set the merged operation of establishment on the Technical Dispute Mediation Committee under the Small and Medium Business Administration or the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy.

The purpose of this study is to find out the factors affecting the usage and performance of e-Trade in Chinese Small and Medium-sized Enterprises(SMEs). To achieve the purpose of the study, the research model and hypotheses, depicting the relationship among external factors, internal factors, relationship characteristics, e-Trade usage level, and performance were developed based on the existing literature on e-Trade. To test the significance of the research model and hypotheses, an empirical survey were conducted to the Chinese SMEs in Yangtze River Delta area, which are actively using the e-Trade in their trade processes. According to the result of the statistical analyses on the 85 effective questionnaires from the sample firms, support of the government related institutions(one of the external factors) and CEO's support(one of the internal factors) had significant relationship with e-Trade usage level, but no significant relationship was found between the relationship characteristics and e-Trade usage level. Like the results of the most of the existing literature, e-Trade usage level were formed to significantly affected the e-Trade performance. Finally, based on results of the empirical survey, several implications on the Chinese SME's e-Trade strategies and policy alternatives were proposed as a concluding remark.

One of the main reasons for the commercial failure of various early blockchain-based art trade platforms, including Maecenas, is the lack of clear ways for owners to fully restore ownership of artworks. In this paper, we proposed a procedure for the owner of the artwork to rebuy shares and restore his or her entire ownership in the blockchain system. Using the proposed procedure, we can find a balanced price between the owner and investors, and then restore ownership through a public purchase of the stake. The balanced price can be induced by penalizing the owner for proposing unreasonably low price, and by rewarding investors for deciding reasonable prices. The proposed procedure of restoring ownership is expected to be utilized not only on the block chain-based art trading platform but also on the block chain-based trade platform in other applications.

As an effective means of price discrimination, some suppliers offer trade credit to the distributors in order to stimulate the demand for the product they produce. The availability of the delay in payments from the supplier enables discount of the distributor's selling price from a wider range of the price option in anticipation of increased customer's demand. Since the distributor's lot-size is affected by the demand for the customer, the distributor's lot-size and the selling price determination problem is interdependent and must be solved at the same time. Also, in many common business transactions, the distributor pays the shipping cost for the order and hence, the distributor's ordering cost consists of a fixed ordering cost and the shipping cost that depend on the order quantity. In this regard, we deal with the joint lot-size and price determination problem when the supplier allows delay in payments for an order of a product. The positive effects of credit transactions can be integrated into the EOQ (economic order quantity) model through the consideration of retailing situations, where the customer's demand is a function of the distributor's selling price. It is also assumed that the distributor's order cost consists of a fixed ordering cost and the variable shipping cost. We formulate the distributor's mathematical model from which the solution algorithm is derived based on properties of an optimal solution. A numerical example is presented to illustrate the algorithm developed.

Standards are increasing of importance for photovoltaics. The rapid growth of production is one reason for this but standards are equally important in ensuring the quality and reliability of installed PV systems. which have a propound impact on acceptance of the technology in the expanding marketplace. Korea government (Korean Agency for Technology and Standards. KATS)make and implement a five year plans for promotion of international standardization of this field from 2004. Through these works and harmonization of PV Korea standards with international standards(international electrotechnical commission. IEC). KATS leads the technology innovations and eventually increases the international Competitiveness. Strategic collaboration with other countries is also strengthened through Korea's participation in IECEE(IEC system for conformity and certification of electrical equipment) on standards and conformity assessment. One of the major goals of the Plan is to facilitate trade between Korea and its trading partners by emphasizing harmonization of its national conformity assessment system with international norms

This research was conducted to find out what the general globalization trends of Korean fashion enterprises are, and what the factors required the Korean fashion enterprises to improve the global competitiveness under the globalized circumstances are. The data were collected from the survey by questionnaire on Korean leading fashion enterprises and the Directory of Companies Branching out abroad in 2000/2001(Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency, 2000). The Results of the research are as follows: first, Korean fashion enterprises expanded evenly worldwide in the sales and distribution functions while relying heavily on Asian countries for manufacturing functions; Secondly, the globalization of Korean leading fashion enterprises was progressed, but still remains at the stage of the sales of manufacturing capability or the sales of low costs products rather than at the stage of manufacturing products of high added-value or the sales of design or marketing capability. Thirdly, the factors for the global competitiveness of the Korean fashion enterprises are related to capability of low cost, quick response, product development, marketing, internationalization and high value added.

Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) skill is becoming a technology that might deliver a response to manual glitches. This paper selected 'Line', the messenger application of Korea's leading software-based IT company 'Naver', and performed a case analysis specially in the early stages of the messenger industry. First, this study analyzed what the mobile messenger industry is and the external environment. Next, an internal analysis was carried out through the strengths and weaknesses through Naver Line's resources and capabilities. With this analysis, this study could evaluate the platform strategy, communication strategy, and the user basic strategy that Naver is carrying out. This study gave us more understanding of the mobile instant messenger (MIM) industry and understand Naver's growth strategy, which will provide great implications for the working staff of IT companies.

Although the National Intelligence Service Act has been amended considering the growing importance of economic counterintelligence, a clear interpretation of certain provisions and improvement of the effectiveness of economic counterintelligence are required. This article presents some suggestions for regulations on economic counterintelligence. Firstly, the meaning of the term "disturbance of economic order in connection with foreign powers" will become clear by interpreting it with the terms of the Counterintelligence Duty Regulation and by setting categories referring to the U. S. regulations. Secondly, counterintelligence authorities' request for cooperation may be reinforced by amending relevant regulations or by applying a special procedure for the acquisition of data. Finally, strengthened punishment for activities in connection with foreign powers may improve the efficiency of counterintelligence. For these reasons, this paper aims to present a direction for the future, focusing on this new economic counterintelligence.
