Research on Satisfaction Evaluation Based on Tourist Big Data

  • With the improvement of people's living standards and the development of tourism, tourists have greater freedom in choosing destinations. Therefore, as an indicator of satisfaction with scenic spots, tourist comments are becoming increasingly prominent. This paper aims to compare and analyze the landscape image of the Five Great Mountains in China and provide specific strategies for its development. The online reviews of tourists on the Online Travel Agency (OTA) website about the Five Great Mountains from 2015 to 2018 are collected as research samples. The text analysis method and R language are used to analyze the content of the tourist reviews, while the high-frequency words in the word cloud are used for visual display. In addition, the entropy weight method is used to determine the index weight and tourist satisfaction is evaluated to understand the weaknesses of those scenic spots. The results of the study show that firstly, the tourist satisfaction with the Five Great Mountains is basically consistent with its popularity. Secondly, through weight analysis, tourists pay special attention to the landscape features and environmental health of the scenic area, so that relevant departments should focus on building the landscape characteristics and improving the environmental health of the scenic area. At the same time, the accommodation and service management of the scenic spot cannot be ignored. Finally, according to the analysis results, suggestions are made on how to improve the tourist satisfaction with the Five Great Mountains.

해외 의료관광객이 느끼는 통제력이 서비스 만족 및 구전의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Psychological Control Felt by Overseas Medical Tourists on Service Satisfaction and Word of Mouth Communication)

  • Receiving medical services abroad is an event that involves a high level of risk and stress for most people. This study proposes and empirically examines perceived control as a factor that has a potential to reduce the stress associated with overseas medical experience and enhance satisfaction with it. Based on the research findings in environmental psychology, one's perceived control was divided into cognitive control, behavior control, and decision control. A research model and a set of hypotheses were constructed to investigate the effect of each control on satisfaction and word-of-mouth communications among consumers who had overseas medical service experiences. The data collection was conducted through an online survey of 220 Chinese consumers who had visited Korea as plastic medicine tourists. Satisfaction with their service experience was significantly affected by both behavioral control and decisional control, but not by cognitive control. Thus, Chinese medical tourists prefer to maintain the belief that they are in charge of major decisions associated with the medical procedure, and that the results of the medical procedure will have personally desirable consequences. In addition, satisfaction experienced by Chinese consumers with overseas medical services had a significant impact on their word-of-mouth activities. Based on the research results, a set of academic and practical implications were derived.

관광객의 관광욕구가 관광만족에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Tourism Needs on Tourism Satisfcation)

  • 본 연구는 관광객의 관광욕구가 관광만족에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 설악산을 방문한 관광객을 대상으로 실증분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 관광욕구는 연령 및 학력에 따라 부분적으로 인식의 차이를 보여주었다. 둘째, 관광욕구는 관광만족에 부분적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 소규모 개별관광객이 증가하는 추세에 있어서, 새로운 만족전략을 개발할 수 있는 새로운 자료를 제공할 수 있었다.

축제 사후이미지가 관광객 만족 및 충성도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of the Festival Post Image on the Satisfaction and Loyalty of Tourists)

  • 본 연구는 축제 사후이미지가 관광객의 만족 및 충성도(재방문 의도 및 추천의도)에 미치는 영향 관계를 규명함에 목적이 있었다. 백제문화제 방문객 287명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며 설문자료를 토대로 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 요인분석 및 다중회귀분석에 의한 실증분석을 실시하였으며, 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 가설 검증결과, 5개 요인(지역성, 편의성, 유희성, 백제문화성, 운영성) 가운데 관광객의 축제 만족도에는 편의성, 지역성 및 유희성 요인이, 재방문의도에는 편의성과 유희성 요인이, 그리고 추천의도에는 유의성, 편의성 및 백제문화성 요인이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 축제 사후이미지가 관광객 만족 및 충성도(재방문의도 및 추천의도)의 모두에 영향을 미치는 요인은 유희 신기성 및 백제문화성으로 나타났다.

관광객의 심리적 거리가 신기성경험과 만족도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Tourists' Psychic Distance on Novelty Experience and Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 크게 3가지로 요약할 수 있다. 첫째, 한국을 방문한 미국, 일본, 중국관광객들 사이에 한국에서의 신기성 경험, 심리적 거리, 만족도에 대한 차이가 존재하는지 조사하기 위한 것이다. 둘째, 신기성 경험이 관광객들의 관광경험 만족도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 조사하기 위해서이다. 셋째, 관광객들이 한국에 대해 인식하는 심리적 거리가 신기성 경험에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 이해하기 위해서 이다. 이러한 연구목적들을 달성하기 위해 한국방문을 마치고 떠나는 미국, 일본, 중국관광객들을 대상으로 인천공항 출국장에서 설문조사를 실시하였고, 최종적으로 307개의 유효한 설문지를 회수하였다. 실증 분석결과에 따르면, 관광객들이 인식하는 한국에 대한 심리적 거리, 신기성 경험정도, 만족도는 국적별로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 덧붙여, 관광객이 인식하는 심리적 거리는 신기성 경험에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 신기성 경험은 관광객의 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구의 결과는 재정립된 신기성 개념을 통하여 관광객 행동을 이해하는데 기여하고 있다.

올레길 7구간의 이용객 만족도 및 이미지 분석 (The Study on the Satisfaction and Image of Passenger at Section Seven, in Olle-gil)

  • This study aimed to investigate the images that affect general travel behavior and satisfaction of eco-tourists of Section seven of Jeju Olle-gil and to give eco-tourists preferred images to newly constructed eco-tour sections. Adjectives were selected to evaluate images, and for analysis, a survey was carried out with 132 persons who have toured 7 section of Jeju Olle-gil. On this survey, basic travel type, overall satisfaction, image before and after experience, age, gender, satisfaction level and accompanying type were inquired. 81(61.4%) knew section 7 of Jeju Olle-gil 'in advance', and 58(39.1%), which takes up the largest portion in this question, came to choose section 7 by a word of mouth. 95(71.9%) answered that they stayed 2 nights and 3 days, and 55(41.7%) answered that they stayed at a pension as accommodation. As for accompanying type, 34(25.7%) answered they accompanied family and relatives. As for the decision of visit, 60(45.5%) replied that they decided one month prior to the visit. And as for the purpose of visit, 63 (33.8%) replied they visited to appreciate nature. The adjectives that demonstrate overall satisfaction and significance level of the tourists were 'placid', 'refreshing', 'living', 'mountainous' and 'green'. As for the satisfaction level, people were satisfied with its environment, cleanliness level and direction boards. The types of section preferred by the tourists were clay pavements, followed by sand-masa soil mixture pavement and wooden deck pavement. 'Oidolgae' section was selected as the representative section, and 10:00a.m.~12:00p.m. was preferred as visiting time. And it is also proved that people were positive in appointing photo zones.

외국인 농촌관광 중요속성 세분화에 따른 만족도 및 충성도 차이연구 (A Study of Segmentation of Foreign Rural Tourists based on Rural Tourism Attributes, and Satisfaction and Loyalty)

  • The purpose of this study is to segment foreign tourists who are visiting rural tourism village based on importance attributes of rural experiences tourism. From the literature review, rural experience tourism and its' importance attributes were discussed and these are, peculiar cultural experience, rural experience tourism price, food, natural scenery, accessibility, accommodation and convenient facility. On-site survey was conducted to collect the data from 8 rural tourism villages and a total of 258 useful samples were collected and analyzed. Frequent, cluster analysis, MDA, and MANOVA were performed to produce the results. The cluster analysis showed that three clusters solution was appropriate and named as moderated satisfaction group, high satisfaction group, and highly satisfaction group. The results of MANOVA showed that there were differences among the groups in terms of satisfaction and loyalty of rural experiences tourism. Theoretical and practical implications were discussed in the conclusion section.

관광동기에 따른 관광지 선택속성의 차이 및 만족도에 미치는 영향 -중국인 관광객을 중심으로- (The Effect of Travel Destination Selected Attributes and Satisfaction on Tourism Motivation -Focus on Chinese Tourist-)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 중국인 관광객을 대상으로 관광동기에 따른 관광지 선택속성의 차이 및 만족에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였으며, 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 관광동기에 따라 관광지 선택속성에는 부분적으로 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 관광동기는 만족에 부분적으로 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 중국인 관광객의 관광동기와 선택속성, 만족간의 관계를 실증적으로 분석했다는 것에서 의의를 찾을 수 있다. 연구결과를 통한 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 향후 중국인 관광객의 방문을 확대하기 위해서는 관광동기에 따라 특성화된 관광지 개발이 이루어져야 할 것이다. 둘째, 중국인관광객의 만족도를 향상시기키 위해서는 관광동기에 맞는 콘텐츠 개발이 이루어져야 할 것이다.

20-30대 해외여행자의 여행활동과 쇼핑행동에 관한 연구 (A Study on Travel Activity and Shopping Behavior of 20's-30's Korean Overseas Travelers)

  • This study confirmed shopping behavior of Korean young overseas tourists and its effect on travel evaluation. I first identified core factors of travel activity preference, travel shopping propensity, and shopping products. The effect of shopping product satisfaction on tour satisfaction and post-tour intention was then investigated. Based on travel activities, tourists were grouped, and their characteristics were compared. An online survey method was performed to obtain data of 20's-30's Korean unmarried people, while factor analysis, regression analysis, chi-square test, analysis of variance (ANOVA), and cluster analysis were applied to analyze data. The results were as follows. First, six travel activities (city life, art/shopping, cultural experience, entertainment, field experience, and friendship), three shopping propensity (novelty/uniqueness, utility, and prestige), and four product groups (fashion goods, household goods, crafts, and foods) were found by factor analyses. Second, travel activity tended to influence shopping propensity, which then influenced shopping products preference. All factors of travel activity seemed to affect the three travel shopping propensities. Third, shopping satisfaction was shown to affect tour satisfaction, and posttour behavior. Finally, four tourist groups (active, social, pleasure, and passive) differed in terms of preferred tour activities, shopping propensity, and tour behavior. Active tourists rated the highest scores and passive ones rated the lowest for most evaluations.

중국 관광객의 한국 화장품 점포속성 평가가 브랜드 체험을 통하여 만족과 브랜드 충성도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of the Evaluation of Chinese Tourists in regards to Korean Cosmetic Store Attributes on Satisfaction and Brand Loyalty based upon Brand Experience)

  • This study examines the attributes of cosmetic stores that Chinese tourists considered when purchasing cosmetics in Korea and the effect of the evaluation of attributes in regards to satisfaction and brand loyalty based upon brand experience. The survey was performed from January 1-14 in 2014 through a Chinese professional online survey channel-www.sojump.com. A total of 338 data from female and male respondents who visited Korea and purchased Korea brand's cosmetics were analyzed by SPSS and AMOS. The results were as follows. Frist, cosmetic store attributes were composed of three factors such as physical environment and salespersons, price and promotion, service. Second, all the factors had a positive influence on brand experience. Among them, the influence of physical environment and salespersons were the highest. Third, brand experience influenced satisfaction and satisfaction also had positive influence on brand loyalty. The results above indicate that providing various experiences that appeal to customers is as important as improving product quality when maintaining long-term customer relationships and loyalty.
