버스관광 서비스 제공을 위한 버스정류소 기반 콘텐츠 플랫폼 개발 (Development of Contents Platform for Bus Tour Service based on the bus stop)

  • 본 논문에서 개발하고자 하는 기술은 국내 FIT(Free Independent Tour) 버스관광객에게 보다 편리한 버스이용 방법과 버스관광에 적합한 관광콘텐츠를 통합된 서비스로 제공하기 위한 플랫폼에 관한 것이다. 최근 버스 이용 환경 개선이 이루어짐과 동시에 대중교통을 이용한 휴양 목적의 FIT 관광객이 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라서 관광객 수요에 부합하는 관광 플랫폼이 필요하다. 상세하게는 버스정보 제공 시스템을 보다 편리하게 이용할 수 있도록 버스정보 공공API를 활용하여 버스정보 제공 알고리즘을 구현하고, 관광정보와 버스정보의 연계 정보 제공을 위해 사용자 이용행태 데이터 수집모듈과 데이터마이닝 모듈을 구현하여 대중교통을 이용하는 FIT 관광객을 대상으로 버스관광 서비스 제공을 위한 버스정류소 기반 콘텐츠 플랫폼을 개발하는 것이다.

영문 관광안내 홈페이지 웹호환성 평가 연구 (Evaluation analysis on compatibility of English homepage for tourist information)

  • The objective of this research is to evaluate the web standard as well as web compatibility of English homepage of tourist information manage local government. Thru this research, effective information and service can be provided to increasing foreign visitors and compatibility of English homepage can be strengthened. SortSite, a web compatibility measurement tool and UNICORN, a web standard measurement tool were utilized for this research. Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari and Opera were targeted for evaluating web compatibility and observance rate of Markup grammar and CSS grammar was checked for evaluating web standard. Research result showed that 46.7% of Chrome version ${\leq}34$ and 35 didn't observe the web compatibility while 95.6%, 53.3%, 53.3%, 53.3% and 55.6% of Internet Explorer version in order of 7.0, 8.0, 9.0, 10.0 and 11.0 didn't observe the web compatibility. Concerning Firefox, 75.6% and 48.9% of version in order of ${\leq}6.0$ and 7.0 didn't observe the web compatibility and 37.8% of Opera version ${\leq}12.17$ and ${\leq}21$ didn't observe the web compatibility. Regarding the web standard, 80% of English homepage didn't observe Markup grammar and 60% of them didn't observe CSS grammar. Therefore, urgent improvement of web compatibility and web standard is required.

A Case Study: Unsupervised Approach for Tourist Profile Analysis by K-means Clustering in Turkey

  • Data mining is the task of accessing useful information from a large capacity of data. It can also be referred to as searching for correlations that can provide clues about the future in large data warehouses by using computer algorithms. It has been used in the tourism field for marketing, analysis, and business improvement purposes. This study aims to analyze the tourist profile in Turkey through data mining methods. The reason relies behind the selection of Turkey is the fact that Turkey welcomes millions of tourist every year which can be a role model for other touristic countries. In this study, an anonymous and large-scale data set was used under the law on the protection of personal data. The dataset was taken from a leading tourism company that is still active in Turkey. By using the k-means clustering algorithm on this data, key parameters of profiles were obtained and people were clustered into groups according to their characteristics. According to the outcomes, distinguishing characteristics are gathered under three main titles. These are the age of the tourists, the frequency of their vacations and the period between the reservation and the vacation itself. The results obtained show that the frequency of tourist vacations, the time between bookings and vacations, and age are the most important and characteristic parameters for a tourist's profile. Finally, planning future investments, events and campaign packages can make tourism companies more competitive and improve quality of service. For both businesses and tourists, it is advantageous to prepare individual events and offers for the three major groups of tourists.

MR을 이용한 현재 위치 기반 관광 안내 시스템 설계 (Design of Tourist Information System based on the Current Location using Merged Reality)

  • 최근 AR(Argumented Reality), VR(Virtual Reality) 기술의 발달로 위치 기반 게임 및 증강 현실에 관한 관심이 높아지고 있으며, 다양한 서비스가 개발되고 있다. 이로 인해 AR, VR, MR(Merged Reality) 기술은 제 4차 산업혁명 기술 중 하나로 손꼽히고 있다. VR 기술의 대표격인 오큘러스 리프트나 HTC VIVE는 사용자의 조작을 위해 별도의 컨트롤러가 필요하며, 기기를 사용할 때 외부의 영상정보를 받아오는 형태의 서비스는 제공되지 않고 있다. 인텔의 MR 기기인 프로젝트 알로이의 경우 컨트롤러 없이 사용자의 손짓과 얼굴 표정 등으로 조작이 가능하며, 외부의 영상정보를 받아올 수 있는 장점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 MR을 이용하여 현재 위치를 기반 한 관광 안내 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템은 MR을 통한 외부 영상정보와 GPS를 이용한 위치 측위, 무선 인터넷을 통한 관광 정보 검색을 통해 관광객의 현재 위치에 따른 관광지 정보를 위치에 맞게 배치하여 경제적인 관광이 가능케 한다.

농촌어메니티자원 정보서비스를 위한 Ontology를 활용한 외부정보 통합방안 (Integration with External Information Using Ontology for Rural Amenity Resources Information Service)

  • Rural amenity resources consist of natural, cultural and social resources. Some of resources have been surveyed in other institutes and organizations and information system about these resources has been constructed. Integrating with information of existing system or database is helpful to produce useful rural amenity resources information to users. This integration of distributed information is based on semantic integration. In this paper, we used ontology for semantic integration and introduced the method of external information integration using ontology. We designed ontology table to represent ontology in database and integrated distributed information using ontology. To examine the improvement of information service efficiency and the applicability, rural amenity resources information and tourist attraction information database were constructed and integrated. Also, the information service efficiency with information integration was evaluated using recall ratio and compared to the information service efficiency without information integration.

모바일 관광 앱 서비스특성이 지각된 가치, 만족 및 행동의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Mobile Tourism App Characteristics on Perceived Value, Satisfaction and Behavioral Intention)

  • Purpose - This study examined the relationship between the priorities of information, usability, mobility, reliability and empathy, which are the lower dimensions of mobile tourism app service characteristics, on the perceived value and satisfaction of tourists. Research design, data, methodology - Data collection was conducted from June 10, 2019 to June 20, 2019, and a total of 500 questionnaires were distributed to collect 352 copies. Factor analysis, reliability verification, and covariance structure analysis were carried out using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0 for 321 parts for statistical analysis. Results - First, information, mobility, reliability, and empathy have a significant effect on perceived value. However, usefulness did not appear to have a significant effect on perceived value. This analysis results can increase the reliability of the tourism app, it can be seen that the accurate tourist information services are used in the tourist app or in the place required. Second, information, usability, mobility, and empathy had a significant effect on satisfaction. However, reliability did not have a significant effect on satisfaction. Third, perceived value had a significant effect on satisfaction. Fourth, it had a significant effect on information, empathy, and intention to use. However, the usefulness, mobility, and reliability did not have a significant effect on the behavioral intention. Lastly, perceived value and satisfaction had a significant effect on behavioral intention. Conclusions - The analysis result is that the tourism app that is being used is provided with a reliable and accurate tourism information service, it can be seen that you are using the tourism app in the place or on the go. Therefore, it is relatively difficult to use the tourism app, and it is easy to understand the contents of the service and timely information. Therefore, it is possible to communicate with other users and provide customized services according to needs and desires. The study has the following limitations. This may influence the progress of the research because the respondents' responses to the mobile tourism app service are from different experiences. In addition the accuracy of providing accurate information, the usefulness of using the mobile tourism app, and the ease of communicating with other users can be understood as being relatively satisfactory.

여행경로 추천 서비스를 위한 최적화 수리모형 (New Mathematical Model for Travel Route Recommendation Service)

  • With the increased interest in the quality of life of modern people, the implementation of the five-day working week, the increase in traffic convenience, and the economic and social development, domestic and international travel is becoming commonplace. Furthermore, in the past, there were many cases of purchasing packaged goods of specialized travel agencies. However, as the development of the Internet improved the accessibility of information about the travel area, the tourist is changing the trend to plan the trip such as the choice of the destination. Web services have been introduced to recommend travel destinations and travel routes according to these needs of the customers. Therefore, after reviewing some of the most popular web services today, such as Stubby planner (http://www.stubbyplanner.com) and Earthtory (http://www.earthtory.com), they were supposed to be based on traditional Traveling Salesman Problems (TSPs), and the travel routes recommended by them included some practical limitations. That is, they were not considered important issues in the actual journey, such as the use of various transportation, travel expenses, the number of days, and lodging. Moreover, although to recommend travel destinations, there have been various studies such as using IoT (Internet of Things) technology and the analysis of cyberspatial Big Data on the web and SNS (Social Networking Service), there is little research to support travel routes considering the practical constraints. Therefore, this study proposes a new mathematical model for applying to travel route recommendation service, and it is verified by numerical experiments on travel to Jeju Island and trip to Europe including Germany, France and Czech Republic. It also expects to be able to provide more useful information to tourists in their travel plans through linkage with the services for recommending tourist attractions built in the Internet environment.

모바일 앱을 활용한 관광정보 제공 연구 (A Study on the Provision of Tourist Information Using a Mobile Application)

  • 본 연구는 모바일 앱을 활용한 관광정보 제공하는 APP을 개발하여 사용자가 여가시간에 관광지에 방문할 때 주변지역의 축제와 캠핑, 글램핑지역을 검색하도록 연구하였다. 또한, 자가 조리 레시피를 제공하여 현장에서 활용 편의성을 높였다. 추천지역에 대한 검색을 할때는 숙박시설을 조회하여 체크인과 체크아웃을 처리하도록 도움주었다. 본 연구에서 적용한 경기권지역외에 전국적인 정보제공으로 확대한다면 이용객들에게 보다 편리하게 사용될 것이며, 자역 쿠폰과 결합하여 서비스를 확장하면 양질의 서비스가 이루어질 것이다.

[Retracted]Hot Spot Analysis of Tourist Attractions Based on Stay Point Spatial Clustering

  • The wide application of various integrated location-based services (LBS social) and tourism application (app) has generated a large amount of trajectory space data. The trajectory data are used to identify popular tourist attractions with high density of tourists, and they are of great significance to smart service and emergency management of scenic spots. A hot spot analysis method is proposed, based on spatial clustering of trajectory stop points. The DBSCAN algorithm is studied with fast clustering speed, noise processing and clustering of arbitrary shapes in space. The shortage of parameters is manually selected, and an improved method is proposed to adaptively determine parameters based on statistical distribution characteristics of data. DBSCAN clustering analysis and contrast experiments are carried out for three different datasets of artificial synthetic two-dimensional dataset, four-dimensional Iris real dataset and scenic track retention point. The experiment results show that the method can automatically generate reasonable clustering division, and it is superior to traditional algorithms such as DBSCAN and k-means. Finally, based on the spatial clustering results of the trajectory stay points, the Getis-Ord Gi* hotspot analysis and mapping are conducted in ArcGIS software. The hot spots of different tourist attractions are classified according to the analysis results, and the distribution of popular scenic spots is determined with the actual heat of the scenic spots.

도보관광의 체험요소(4Es), 만족도, 재방문 의도에 관한 연구 (Effect of Walking Tour Experience on Tourist satisfaction and Revisit Intention)

  • 최근관광에도 여러 가지변화가 일어나고 있는데, 그 중 하나가 자연 그대로의 상태를 보고, 즐기는 도보관광이다. 본 연구는 이러한 도보관광지 체험과 도보관광객 만족도, 재방문 의도 간의 구조적 관계를 분석하여, 차후 지자체의 도보관광지 활성화를 위한 방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 먼저 실증분석을 위해 북한산 둘레길을 방문하는 도보관광객들을 대상으로 서베이를 실시하였고, 수집된 자료 250부에 대해 SPSS 18 통계패키지를 이용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석을 실시하였으며, 또한 AMOS 7.0을 활용하여 공분산구조분석(Covariance Structure Analysis)의 확인적 요인분석과 모형검증(Model Test)을 실시하였다. 그 결과 Pine과 Gilmore(1998)의 개념적 연구의 4가지(오락, 교육, 심미, 일탈) 요소 중 심미적 체험요소와 일탈적 체험요소가 도보관광객의 만족에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 재방문 의사에 대한 만족도의 영향은 기존 연구에서 밝혀진 바와 같이 매우 강한 인과관계를 보여주었다. 연구결과는 도보관광객들의 만족도를 높여 재방문을 유도하기 위해서는 심미적 체험과 일탈적 체험의 질을 강화해야 한다는 시사점을 제공하였다.
