  • Social network service (SNS) data related to green tourism were used to estimate preferred tour sites and users' interests. Keywords related with green tour activities were employed to search the SNS data. SNS data were collected from Korean blogs such as Naver and Daum from June $1^{st}$ to August $31^{st}$ between 2015 and 2017 using text-mining solution. During the study period, seven hundred and five posts were analyzed. Associated words that frequently co-occurred with keywords were classified into different categories depending on the nature of associated words. Associated words included swimming pools and camping sites (location); experience and swimming pools (attribute); and water play and culture (culture/leisure). Our data suggest that SNS users with experience of green tourism in Korea exhibited interest in green tourism with swimming pools, camping sites, experience, water play and/or culture rather than particular popular sites. Based on the findings, it is recommended that preferred facilities such as swimming pools should be provided at green tourism sites to meet the users' needs and to facilitate green tourism.

The purpose of this study was to provide useful information for establishing efficient marketing direction that serves the popularization and the activation of the Pohang local food. On the prospects and improvement of Pohang local foods and its use, 86.1% of subjects stated that the status quo was being maintained or only a portion of the foods was being transmitted. On the dissemination of local foods as world foods, subjects stated 'cooking methods' and 'simplified cooking methods' were required. In the IPA result of Pohang local food quality attributes, it is important to continuously keep 'health', 'nutrition', 'hygiene', 'preference (taste)', 'freshness', and 'credibility toward the ingredients', while 'service' needs to do intensive care and operation. The importance and satisfaction of attributes regarding plans for popularizing local foods and commercializing tourism differed, with importance and satisfaction on average being high, although attributes on plans for popularizing local foods and commercializing tourism was lower than the expectation of customers. Such results mean that residents have high expectations for Pohang local foods, on the other hand, the quality of local foods fails to satisfy the expectations of residents. Therefore, it is important to improve the quality of local foods overall.

For this, this study collected data containing 'food tourism' keywords from google web search, google news, and google scholar during one year from January 1 to December 31, 2016. Data were collected by using SCTM (Smart Crawling & Text Mining), a data collecting and processing program. From those data, degree centrality and eigenvector centrality were analyzed by utilizing packaged NetDraw along with UCINET 6. The result showed that the web visibility of 'core service' and 'social marketing' was high. In addition, the web visibility was also high for destination, such as rural, place, ireland and heritage; 'socioeconomic circumstance' related words, such as economy, region, public, policy, and industry. • This study is to analyze the structure of the networks of tourism marketing on Twitter, identifying the most prominent users, the flow of information about tourism marketing, and the interaction between the users posting tweets. This study employs NodeXL pro as a visualization software package for social network analysis. The number of vertices or nodes is 171, and the number of the unique edges or links is 128, but there are 101 edges with duplicates, so the total links are 229, which means that there are fewer Twitter accounts in the social network on tourism marketing, but they have a few close relationships by sharing information. The research can map the social network of communicators of tourism marketing using Twitter data. The network has a complicated pattern, including one independent network and some connected networks. Some mediators connect each network and can control the information flow of tourism marketing. More communicators are getting the information than the ones providing it, which means that there is likely to be the dependence of information among communicators that can cause an obstacle and distortion of the information flow system, especially in the independent network.

  • Through diversification of 4th industries and transportation and globalization, tourism was developed for medical purposes, not limited to touring tourist attractions. The trend of medical tourism in Korea is shifting from large and medium-sized hospitals to professional medical services in one area of small hospitals rather than professional medical services. However, small hospitals lack medical coordinators and interpretation services, and tourists who visit Korea for treatment lack information on small hospitals. Therefore, a platform is needed to match small hospitals with medical tourists. In this study, using Platform as a Service (Paas) in cloud computing, clinic administrators can access the app to introduce information about their hospitals with simple manipulations. Tourists also want to propose a customized platform to select the right area for them to check information about small-scale hospitals and choose the treatment and tourist attractions they wants. In this study, using Platform as a Service (Paas) in cloud computing, clinic administrators can access the app to introduce information about their hospitals with simple manipulations.
