The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted the tourism industry due to the resulting travel restrictions as well as a slump in demand among travelers. The tourism industry has been massively affected by the spread of coronavirus, as many countries have introduced travel restrictions in an attempt to contain its spread. In Vietnam, the government has largely been credited for the country's success in keeping COVID-19 transmission rates under control. Early awareness of the pandemic, appropriate, drastic, and people-centric measures, as well as public support, are the main factors behind the success of Vietnam. In that context, it is observed that people's travel demand has bounced back and this research will examine factors driving the public's travel intention in the post-crisis (pandemic) period. The survey was conducted on the Internet using questionnaires designed in the Google platform. Data was collected from April 16 to May 31, 2020, from 154 Vietnamese participants. Research findings demonstrate 4 direct and indirect determinants of travel intention. The strongest effects come from perceived behavioral control which is influenced by subjective well-being. Perceived risk negatively correlates with Self-efficacy and subjective well-being. Conducted in the context of post-COVID-19, the research implies that once the pandemic has been controlled, perceived risks, although still exist, insignificantly influence the public's travel intention.

When applied to the truncated negative binomial model to derive the study results: The results of estimating the variables that affect the demand for premium mineral water are as follows. Premium bottled water demand of this group my purchases with a choice between buying behavior variables are significantly higher than the relative population. To also do a good ingredient water, it appeared to be on a statistically significant positive effect on the demand for the more groups you purchase a premium bottled water for the purpose of receiving special feeling, just buy purpose is called to drinking water does not significantly affect to be analyzed. There are various types of predictable economic benefits to restoring beneficial uses from contaminated marine sediment cleanup. These benefits can be derived from reduction in aquatic animals died or infected, increase in their consumption recovery, increase in tourism including recreational fishing, reduction in human health risk, increase in amenity and aesthetics, increase in ecosystem integrity, and so on. The paper focuses on estimating the net increase in value for producers and consumers from producing and consuming those fish due to the pollution reduction of marine contaminated cleanup project. Almost Ideal Demand System(AIDS) is employed for estimate of the demand for fish, and the production cost function for fish are determined using market data. The result shows 10.8 billion won per year for economic surplus to the net increase for producers and consumers.

The purpose of this study is to estimate the determinants of the smoking demands of university students. For this study, a total of four four-year universities and two-year colleges in Seoul and provincial areas were surveyed. The model for analyzing the demand for smoking was applied with a double hurdle model, and determinants to participate in smoking in the first stage and the amount of smoking in the second stage were analyzed. According to the analysis results, the determinants to participate in smoking as a first stage are gender, grade, college type, major category, and parents' income, which have a statistically significant effect, and the analysis of the amount of smoking as a second has been analyzed as the variables that influence gender, grade, college location, major, parents' income type and income amount.

The prime objective of this study is to analyze tourist's behaviors and satisfaction of the Gwangneung area and get a reading on the tourist's socio-economic traits and the propensity of activities. In addition, it highlights surveys of the tourist's consciousness of cultural, ecological and environmental tourism resources available in the Gwangneung area and the possibility for sustainable development and ways to make the most of these resources. This study found that even though Gwangneung is mostly a place for one day family outings. the tourist's demand for actually unreachable ecological resources is high while existing cultural tourism resources have less than the expected drawing power. It was also found that tourists recognize the need for preservation of the tourism resources of Gwangneung and its potential for further sustainable development. In particular, most tourists to Gwangneung are relatively satisfied with the status of preservation of its cultural and ecological resources and environment On the other hand, accessibility, tourism facilities, and management are estimated at less than desired. Gwangneung would benefit by making efforts for the positive use of its tourism resources and improvement of convenience facilities, management and operation.
In this paper, it is possible to update the tourist information in real time, on/off-line tour proposes a solution(BBTS) based on a bluetooth beacon can provide tourist information without the need for wireless data network. BBTS consists of a bluetooth based data of the low-power supply system and the beacons and interoperable smart applications. Data supply system consists of the BLE & Beacon Pairing-based / non-pairing data transmission module with integral hardware. Smart application modules that provide indoor location of users information, internal server module and tourist information collection and information guide around comprised of applications. The proposed BBTS is possible that indoor service tourism tourist demand due to utilizing the beacon technology. Outdoor tourist information is designed to be downloaded to the smartphone receives the information received from the beacon APK file to provide services. BBTS system is expected to make a big impact on the smart tourism services industry.

With the development of transportation and mobiles demand for tourism travel is increasing and related industries are also developing significantly. The combination of augmented reality and tourism contents one of the areas of digital media technology, is also actively being studied, and artificial intelligence is already combined with the tourism industry in various directions, enriching tourists' travel experiences. In this paper, we propose a system that scans miniature models produced by reducing tourist areas, finds the relevant tourist sites based on models learned using deep learning in advance, and provides relevant information and 3D models as AR services. Because model learning and object detection are carried out using YOLOv3 neural networks, one of various deep learning neural networks, object detection can be performed at a fast rate to provide real-time service.
This study aims to analyze the characteristics of the management situation of the Korea Railroad Corporation(KORAIL) through the management innovation process of the KORAIL and to suggest its implications for military application. Despite stable demand, the railway passenger industry had the limitation of not being able to abolish deficit routes due to public service obligations. In addition, the launch of the Suseo High-Speed Line has introduced a competitive system, posing a threat to corporate management. KORAIL wanted to overcome this crisis by innovating its management through the utilization of big data, improvement of the freight business, decentralization of demand, the introduction of tourism railroads, and development of station influence areas. By utilizing big data, KORAIL was able to optimize the railway fare system while reducing fixed costs spent on railway maintenance. It also drastically reduced the station of cargo and created a base station to pursue economies of scale. On the other hand, the existing exclusive station system was abolished to solve the chronic saturation of the downtown area, and the railway demand was moved to Gwangmyeong Station and Suwon Station to optimize the passenger supply. In particular, it developed a new business model called the tourism railway by developing the mountain Byeokjin Line, which was a chronic deficit line, and sought to improve liquidity through the development of the station influence area. Such a process of innovation at KORAIL suggests an appropriate direction in seeking ways to innovate the military medical institutions. First of all, the necessity of improving organizational immersion through the development of a personnel structure suitable for the compulsory organization, while expanding the facilities of the division and corps, and reducing the time required for medical treatment and waiting through the establishment of a data-based medical system was suggested. Next, it was also discussed to integrate the National Health Medical College, which received accreditation as a medical facility through the designation of advanced general hospitals and is ultimately under discussion with the Medical Institution. Through this, we hope that the military medical institutions, which are facing various challenges, will overcome existing limitations and be re-lighted as innovative institution that provides comprehensive public health services.
