학령기 아동의 손상 예방행동 영향 요인 분석 (Exploring the Factors Associated with Injury Prevention Behavior among School-Age Children Using the Theory of Planned Behavior)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to examine the injury prevention behaviors of school-age children using the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) and sought to identify the associated factors. Methods: A sample of 199 students in Grades 3 to 6 and their parents participated in the study. Measures were used to assess injury prevention behaviors, intentions, and parental influence. The data were analyzed using logistic regression analysis. Results: The findings showed that a stronger intention toward injury prevention behavior, living in an urban area, and higher involvement of parent's to prevent injuries were significantly associated with higher levels of injury prevention behaviors among the children. Conclusion: This study highlights the importance of intention, parental influence, and urban residence in promoting injury prevention behaviors among school-age children. The findings suggest the need for tailored interventions targeting these factors to promote prevention of injuries among children. Further research is needed to develop comprehensive strategies to prevent injuries in this population.

  • 본 연구에서 관광목적지의 브랜드자산과 자아일치성간에 유의한 관계와 브랜드자산이 애착과 행동의도에 영향관계를 파악하고자 했다. 첫째, 관광목적지의 브랜드자산은 관광객 자아일치성에 유의한 영향을 미칠 것이다. 의가설을 검증하기 위하여 다중회귀분석을 실시하였으며 브랜드자산은 자아일치성에 이미지와 충성도만이 유의한 관계를 나타내고 있었다. 둘째, 관광목적지의 자아일치성은 관광객 애착에 유의한 영향을 미칠 것이다. 가설을 검증하기 위하여 다중회귀분석을 실시하였으며 자아일치성은 애착에 대하여 유의한 관계를 나타내고 있었다. 셋째, 관광목적지의 애착은 관광객 행동의도에 유의한 영향을 미칠 것이다. 가설을 검증하기 위하여 다중회귀분석을 실시하였으며 애착은 행동의도에 대하여 유의한 관계를 나타내고 있었다.

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the customer dissatisfaction types by demographic characteristics, and examine the effort of service recovery justice on the customers' satisfaction, in order to construct the efficient recovery system fer the restaurant service failure. Also, another purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of customer satisfaction on the word of mouth and the repurchase, and so devise the information measures for the positive relationship between the customers and the domestic restaurants. According to the results of this study, the customer evaluation on service recovery could be explained by the concept of justice. Also, this justice influenced the overall satisfaction on service recovery, and further the satisfaction on service recovery influenced the subsequent positive word of mouth or repurchase intention.

관광객의 축제 참여동기가 만족도 및 행동의도에 미치는 영향 - 백제문화제를 대상으로 - (The Effect of Tourists' Participative Motivation of a Festival on Satisfaction and Behavior Intention : Case of Baekjae Cultural Festival)

  • 본 연구는 백제문화제를 중심으로 관광객의 축제 참여동기가 만족도 및 행동의도(재방문 의도 및 추천의도)에 미치는 영향 관계를 규명함에 목적이 있었다. 설문조사표본 287부을 대상으로 빈도분석(frequency analysis), 신뢰도분석(reliability analysis), 요인분석(factor analysis) 및 다중회귀분석(multiple regression analysis)을 실행하였으며, 실증분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 요인분석결과 5개 요인(신경험 탈일탈성, 가족화합성, 유희 신기성, 백제문화관광성, 사교성)이 추출되었다. 축체 참여동기 요인 중 유희 신기성, 신경험 탈일탈성 및 백제문화관광성 요인이 축제 만족도에 영향을 미치며, 백제문화관광성, 유희 신기성, 가족화합성 및 신경험 탈일탈성 요인의 순위로 재방문의도에 영향을 미치며, 백제문화관광성, 사교성, 유희 신기성 및 가족화합성의 순위로 추천의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

  • 국가의 브랜드 파워와 국가 이미지를 강화시킬 수 있는 문화원천으로 판단되는 신한류는 꾸준한 경제적 파급효과를 가져올 것으로 예상됨에 따라 본 연구에서는 신한류의 주요 소비자인 일본 및 중국인 관광객을 대상으로 신한류에 관한 관여 요인, 신념, 태도 요인을 근거하여 이들 집단들을 세분화하고, 한국관광에 대한 만족도, 충성도 및 여행경비 등의 관광행동에 있어서의 차이와, 각 집단별로 다양한 장르의 신한류 참여활동을 비교하였다. 연구 결과 신한류에 관한 적극적인 관여와 신념, 태도를 보이는 집단이 한국을 재방문하고자 하는 계획과 의도 및 주변인들에게 한국 방문에 대한 추천의사가 매우 높았으며 이러한 집단이 다른 집단에 비해 방문 시 지출하는 금액이 많다는 결과를 토대로 신한류가 갖고 있는 경제적 파급효과를 입증하였다.

SNS관광정보가치와 지각된 위험, 관광지 전환행동 간 구조적 관계 연구 (The Structural Relationship between SNS Tourism Information Value, Perceived Risk, and Tourism Destination Switching Behavior)

  • 본 연구는 SNS관광정보와 지각된 위험 간 관계를 확인하고, 관광지 전환의도에 미치는 영향을 검증함으로써, SNS관광정보의 가치를 증명하는 데에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 302명의 관광자 표본을 활용하여 SPSS. 18.0을 통한 기초분석과, AMOS 18.0을 통한 구조분석을 실시하였다. 첫째, SNS관광정보의 기능적 특성은 관광자의 위험지각과 관계가 없는 것으로 검증되어, 기능적 관광정보는 관광자의 위험지각과는 별개로 개인의 동기를 유발하는 것으로 사료된다. 둘째, SNS관광정보의 미적가치와 경제적 혜택 등은 관광자의 지각된 위험을 절감시키는 것으로 분석되었다. 이는 SNS를 통해 접한 관광정보의 미적이미지와 경제적 혜택은 관광자로 하여금 심리적 환상을 유발하고, 관광에 대한 경제적 장벽을 해소하여 현실적으로 인식하는 위험을 절감시키고 있음을 시사한다. 셋째, SNS관광정보의 상징은 관광자의 지각된 위험을 증대시키는 요소로 검증되었는데, SNS를 비롯하여 다양한 경로로 제공되는 각종 관광정보는 새로운 관광지식을 축적에 따라 새로운 동기유발 요소로 작용하면서 반대로 새로운 위험을 인식하게 만드는 계기가 될 수도 있음을 의미한다.

저비용항공사 선택 속성에 관한 시장전략 (Market Strategy for Low Cost Carrier of Selection Attributes)

  • Purpose - As more low cost carriers are introduced, the competition between the low cost carriers to become the nation's leading low cost carrier is also being intensified. The purpose of this study is to select various choice attributes for low cost carrier and figure out important factors that customers take into account for low cost carrier selection. The study also involves in establishing the relationship between perceived value, customer satisfaction, and customer behavior Intention, in an effort to identify choice attributes that are important to customers' low cost carrier. Research design, data, and methodology - To examine these research models, samples were collected from 247 peoples who visited In-Cheon international Airport during June, 2017. Results - The results of the study showed that, 'reservation service', 'airport service', 'in-flight service', and 'price' services have a significant effect on the perceived value of the choice attributes. While 'reservation service', 'airport service', 'in-flight service', and 'flight operation service' have a significant effect on the customer satisfaction of the choice attributes, perceived value has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Perceived value has a significant effect on customer behavior intention. Finally, customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer behavior intention. Conclusions - Flight operation service has no significant effect on perceived value of the choice attributes of low cost carriers, which indicates that the low cost carriers have not yet been well-established in the flight operation service sector. It seems likely that low cost carrier will be able to gain a competitive advantage over other companies if they expand their routes and improve the convenience of flight connections. In addition, the results show that the price service does not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction of the choice attributes of low cost carriers. From this, we may assume that the airline ticket prices of low cost carriers are already low, and the price cannot be a deciding factor in the competitive advantage of low cost carriers. To achieve higher customer satisfaction of the choice attributes, companies should strengthen the competitiveness of 'reservation service', 'airport service', 'in-flight service', and 'flight operation service'.

티셔츠 제품유형과 의복추구혜택이 구매행동에 미치는 영향 -브랜드 패러디 티셔츠와 카피 티셔츠를 중심으로- (The Influence of T-shirts Product Type and Apparel Benefit on Purchasing Behavior -Comparing Brand-parody T-shirts with Brand-copy T-shirts-)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of T-shirts product type and apparel benefit on consumer preference and purchasing intention. Data for the study were obtained by $3\times2$ mixed factorial design. The subjects were two hundred and thirty college male and female students. The data were analysed by factor analysis, cluster analysis, and ANOVA by using the SPSS program. The results of this study indicated that benefit did not have effects on consumers purchasing intention but significant influences on consumer preference for brand-parody products. For brand-copy products, benefit influenced the purchasing intention, and did not influence the consumer preference. This study suggested that new fashion trends, in association with consumer's benefit, have effects on consumer's purchasing behavior. The result of this study is likely to be useful in planning marketing strategy related to product type and new fashion trends.

  • The purpose of this study is to prove that the approprlate fit between service failure and recovery strategy can effciently maximize customer satisfaction and behavioral intention, by using prepared scenario through comprehensive approach concerning how the expectation level about service recovery has influences on perceived fairness, satisfaction and behavioral intention of servlce recovery based upon size in case of service failure. This study has been conducted by way of selection of filling-up type questionnaires for customers themselves who have experience in service failure out of customers who can easily visit family and hotel restaurants, that is, domestic restaurants in Seoul area, June ~ August 2004, by setting factorial design of 2(control, severeness) ${\times}$ 3(distributive fairness, procedural fairness, mutual relational fairness) ${\times}$ 2(customer satisfaction, customer behavior). The survey was performed on the customers who visited common restaurants, family restaurants, hotel restaurants, etc. mainly in Seoul, and total 600 sheets of questionnaires were distributed and 496 sheets of them were returned(82.67% of return ratio).

A Study on the Differences in the Cognition of the Visitor-Reservation System: Focused on Uiryeong-Gil Area in Bukhansan National Park

  • This study aims to verify a difference between the years 2014 and 2019 of Uiryeong-Gil, which is operated by the Visitor-Reservation System, in terms of the cognition of system, operational effectiveness, and behavioral intention. The analysis is as follows. First, among the overall cognition of the Visitor-Reservation System, the satisfaction from - prevention for safety for accident, expansion to other parks, number of visitor restriction, and satisfaction with reservation method - increased compared to 2014. Second, among the effects of the Visitor-Reservation System operation, satisfaction shows differences in year-to-year levels in terms of resource protection, resource damage mitigation efficiency, natural experience opportunity, comfort of visit-environment, and prevention of illegal activities. Third, the analysis of the differences in the behavior of the Visitor-Reservation System showed that the satisfaction of visitors, revisit intention, and overall satisfaction differed per year. The results of this study are meaningful in that the Visitor-Reservation System is no longer the restriction, but the change in cognition for the protection of ecosystems and sustainable visiting in order to expand the Visitor-Reservation System into a sustainable policy.
