Explosions of dangerous goods such as accidents at Iri and Yongcheon Stations bring about a big damage and toss of assets. And leakage of toxic and dangerous materials may cause environmental pollution. Therefore, in developed countries, safely and operation codes for the carriage of dangerous goods were already established. One of the codes is RID: Regulations concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Rail. In this study, RID code was analyzed and summarized for the drawing-up of a korean safety standard code.

For a periodic variation of the flue gas temperature the heat conduction through the Ondol floor was analysized. Also the heat loss to the ground was estimated. The floor thermal capacity, as a function of the floor thickness, has strong influence on the time lag of the temperature variation. It is an important design parameter for intermittent heating. Even for the steady periodic variation, there was significant heat loss to the ground below the Ondol floor.

본 연구에서는 분산형전원이 연계된 배전계통에서 배전 손실을 설비별로 산정하는 알고리즘과 통계적인 방법에 의하여 배전손실 계수를 산정하는 알고리즘을 제시하여 배전 손실 관리의 정확도를 제고하는 방안을 마련하고자 한다. 먼저, 배전손실에 대한 개념을 정의하고 배전손실 산정시의 문제점에 대하여 분석하고, 배전손실 산정에서 가장 중요한 자료 추출 방법과 대상자료의 유효성 검증하는 방법을 제시한다. 그리고 통계적인 방법에 의한 부하특성계수를 산정하는 알고리즘을 제시하고, 배전손실 요소들간의 상호관계를 규명하며, 배전 설비별(고압배전선로, 배전용변압기, 저압배전선로) 손실계산 알고리즘을 개발한다.

5G 이동통신 서비스가 점차 확대되어감에 따라 P2P 또는 D2D 응용에서 유튜부 비디오 스트리밍과 같은 트래픽 지향의 스트림 제어가 중요한 기술로 떠오르고 있다. 특히 D2D 통신에서 사용자들이 가장 많이 전송하는 데이터 스트림의 타입은 비디오 스트림이며, 이것은 대용량의 전송 스트림의 특징을 가지고 있다. D2D 통신환경에서 이런 종류의 스트림은 트래픽 혼잡의 원인을 제공할 뿐만 아니라 또한 DUE들 간의 서비스 품질을 저하시킨다. 본 논문에서는 비디오 스트림과 같은 동적 미디어 스트림의 끊김현상을 최소화하고 스트리밍 서비스 품질을 최적화하기 위해 TOSS 기법을 제안한다. 제안된 기법은 5G gNB 환경하의 3.5GHz와 28GHz의 대역폭상에서 미디어 스트림의 특성과 트래픽 타입을 분석하여 미디어 스트림을 스케줄링한다. 우리는 시뮬레이션을 통하여 제안된 기법의 성능을 알아보며, 시뮬레이션 결과는 제안된 기법이 다른 비교 기법들에 비해서 성능이 보다 우수함을 보인다.

With the advantages of large vibration energy dissipation of structures, the granular materials are used as vibration and acoustic treatments. In this case of vibro acoustic controls, a finite dynamic strength of the solid component (frame) is an important design factor. The dynamic stiffness of hollow cylindrical beams containing porous and granular materials as damping treatment was measured. Using the Rayleigh-Ritz method, the effects of damping materials on the dynamic characteristics of beams were investigated. The results suggested that the acoustic structure Interaction between the frame and the structure enhances the dissipation of the vibration energy significantly. The same methods were applied also to vibration control of sandwich panels. By filling the cavities of honeycomb cores using unconsolidated granular materials, its sound transmission toss was improved significantly.

Miscibility and morphology in blends of bisphenol-A type polycarbonate and poly (ester-ether) elastomer with different compositions are studied by solid-state NMR spectroscopy. $^{13}$ C Solid-state NMR of CP/MAS/TOSS/DD, CP/MAS/DD, inversion recovery CP/MAS/DD, and 2D rotor driven spin diffusion techniques are used to identify the miscibility, morphology, and transesterification in blends. The blends of PC /BT elastomer with 15% to 42% of soft segment seem to be single phase miscible mixing and those of PC/PBT and PC/PBT elastomer with 62% of soft segment are cocontinuous two phase immiscible mixing. No significant transesterification reactions are observed in blends with different compositions.

우리나라의 전통적인 명절놀이 중 윷놀이는 가족이나 친구들이 모여 남녀노소 구별 없이 즐기는 놀이다. 하나의 윷가락의 앞면이 나올 확률 p에 따른 도 개 걸 윷 혹은 모가 나올 확률을 이용하여 윷놀이에서 윷말이 경유하는 4가지 코스에 대해 각각의 코스를 경유할 확률을 계산하였다.

This paper presents the development of a Ku-band Low Noise Amplifier with the Noise figure of 1.4dBmax, the gain of 35dB, and the In/Out Return toss of -22dB/-18dB in the frequency range from 14 to 14.5GHz for Satellite transponders. All RF components were assembled using a hybrid technology with 15-mil thin-film substrates. The mechanical and thermal design of the housing was performed considering a vibration and a vacuum of space environment.
