Objectives: This study was conducted to prepare basic data to propose the necessity and utilization of oral welfare products in the welfare services of the long-term care insurance system, focusing on facility workers working in elderly facilities. Methods: The analysis was conducted on 144 workers working at some local elderly facilities. The questionnaire was constructed by classifying the use of oral welfare tools into 6 questions and the necessity and demand for oral welfare devices into 13 questions. Frequency analysis and technical analysis were performed for data analysis, and one-way ANOVA was performed for differences in the necessity and demand for oral welfare equipment. The statistical significance level was p<0.05. Results: As a result of examining the awareness of the necessity and demand for oral welfare equipment among workers in elderly facilities, the awareness of the necessity of including oral welfare equipment in the items of welfare equipment in the current long-term care insurance system was high at 4.15 points. As a result of analyzing the correlation between awareness of care products and the need and demand for oral welfare equipment, it was confirmed that there was a statistically significant positive correlation (p<0.01). Conclusions: In the long-term care insurance system for the elderly, oral welfare products need to be considered for welfare equipment services. The provision of oral welfare products within the long-term care insurance system for the elderly can provide opportunities and services to select various self-care tools. In addition, it is expected that it will be possible to promote changes in the long-term care insurance system for the elderly and to improve the system in a variety of positive ways.

New modular factory-built methodologies implemented in the construction and industrial plant industries may bring down costs for modular reactors. A factory-built environment brings about benefits such as; improved equipment, tools, quality, shift patterns, training, continuous improvement learning, environmental control, standardisation, parallel working, the use of commercial off shelf equipment and much of the commissioning can be completed before leaving the factory. All these benefits combine to reduce build schedules, increase certainty, reduce risk and make financing easier and cheaper.Currently, the construction and industrial chemical plant industries have implemented successful modular design and construction techniques. Therefore, the objectives of this paper are to understand and analyse the state of the art research in these industries through a systematic literature review. The research can then be assessed and applied to modular reactors. The literature review highlighted analysis methods that may prove to be useful. These include; modularisation decision tools, stakeholder analysis, schedule, supply chain, logistics, module design tools and construction site planning. Applicable research was highlighted for further work exploration for designers to assess, develop and efficiently design their modular reactors.

The purpose of this research is for the development of a new type forging equipment. H.C.G.(Hyundai Continuous Grain-Flow), by using two virtual build-up tools, rigid viscoplastic FEM and downsized plasticine experiment. This forging method consists of only vertical pressuree. Therefore, high quality crankshafts can be forged with this method as it can maintain a continuous grain flow. The factors considered in the development of equipment are die geometry for flawless deformed shape, die reaction forces, stress/strain distributions and continuous material flow. We carried out several numerical simulations and downsized plasticine experiments for the proper design of the forging equipment. The validity of those simulation results is confirmed by checking with the actual test results. Based on these simulation results, the proper design of the H.C.G. forging equipment is enabled.

Finally, this study analyzed the domestic and foreign relevant standards and regulations and these findings can be utilized as educational data warning electric shock risk caused by electric equipment in small-scale construction site.
In this paper, we propose software algorithms which provide acceleration/deceleration characteristics essential to high dynamic performance at the transient states where industrial robots or CNC machine tools start and stop. Software acceleration/deceleration methods are derived from the mathematical analyses of typical hardware systems controlling acceleration/deceleration. These methods make servo motors, which drive axes of motion, start and stop smoothly without vibration in the repeated tools. The path error, which is one of the most significant factors in the performance evaluation of industrial robots or CNC machine tools, is analyzed for linear, exponential, and parabolic acceleration/deceleration algorithms in case of circular interpolation. The analyses show that path error consists of the distance between the required path and generated one through acceleration/deceleration, and that between the generated one through acceleration/deceleration algorithm and the actual one of the end effector of the industrial robot or tool of the CNC equipment.
This study proposes a web-based remote monitoring system for evaluating degradation of machine tools using ART2(Adaptive Resonance Theory 2) neural network. A number of studies on the monitoring of machine tools using neural networks have been reported. However, when normal condition is changed due to factors such as maintenance, tool change etc., or a new failure signal is generated, such algorithms need to be entirely retrained in order to accommodate the new signals. To cope with such problems, this study develops a remote monitoring system using ART2 in which new signals when required are simply added to the classes previously trained. This system can monitor degradation as well as failure of machine tools. To show the effectiveness of the proposed approach, the system is experimentally applied to monitoring a simulator similar to the main spindle of a machine tool, and the results show that the proposed system can be extended to monitoring of real industrial machine tools and equipment.
This study provides technical information about the nuclear fuel handling process, which consists of various subprocesses starting from new fuel receipt to spent fuel shipment at a nuclear power plant and the design requirements of fuel handling equipment. The fuel handling system is an integrated system of equipment, tools, and procedures that allow refueling, handling and storage of fuel assemblies, which comprise the fuel handling process. The understanding and reaffirming of detailed code requirements are requested for application to the design of the fuel handling and storage facility. We reviewed the design requirements of the fuel handling equipment for its adequate cooling, prevention of criticality, its operability and maintainability, and for the prevention of fuel damage and radiological release. Furthermore, we discussed additional technical issues related to upgrading the current code requirements based on the modification of the fuel handling equipment. The suggested information provided in this paper would be beneficial to enhance the safety and the reliability of the fuel handling equipment during the handling of new and spent fuel.
Construction project has been changing to a huge size and speed of construction industrial environment rapidly, therefore construction stakeholder's cooperation is being important. Nowadays, BIM has been used widely to solve the problem. But, the part of equipment planning, the most important part in the actual construction, is lack of studies and information. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze previous BIM tools and research a method to improve affection of information by using BIM equipment database.
The material handling equipment selection, that is a key task in the material handling system design, is a complex, difficult task, and requires a massive technical knowledge and systematic analysis. It is also invaluable to justify the selected equipment model by the performance evaluation before its actual implementation. This paper presents an intelligent knowledge-based expert system called "IMESE" created by author, for the selection and evaluation of material handling equipment model suitable for movement and storage of materials in a manufacturing facility. The IMESE was constructed by using the tools of VP-Expert expert system shell, DBASEIII plus, FORTRAN 77, and SLAMII simulation language. The whole process of IMESE is executed under VP-Expert expert system environment.vironment.
