Network security visualization technique using security alerts provide the administrator with intuitive network security situation by efficiently visualizing a large number of security alerts occurring from the security devices. However, most of these visualization techniques represent events using overlap the timelines of the alerts or Top-N analysis by their frequencies resulting in failing to provide information such as the attack trend, the relationship between attacks, the point of occurrence of attack, and the continuity of the attack. In this paper, we propose an effective visualization technique which intuitively explains the transition of the whole attack and the continuity of individual attacks by arranging the events spirally according to timeline and marking occurrence point and attack type. Furthermore, the relationship between attackers and victims is provided through a single screen view, so that it is possible to comprehensively monitor not only the entire attack situation but also attack type and attack point.

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the quality of case reports of the Journal of Korean Medicine for Obesity Research by the Case Report (CARE) guidelines. Methods: Case reports published in the Journal of Korean Medicine for Obesity Research from January 2013 to July 2018 were searched from Oriental Medicine Advanced Searching Integrated System (OASIS). We assessed the quality of reporting based on CARE guidelines. Results: A total of 8 case reports were finally included for the assessment. There was a deviation in the sub-item reporting rate by a maximum 75% and a minimum 57.14% in case reports. The 10 sub-items mentioned below, such as 'Timeline', 'Diagnostic challenges', 'Diagnostic reasoning including other diagnoses considered', 'Prognostic characteristics', 'Changes in intervention', 'Important follow-up diagnostic evaluations and other test results', 'Intervention adherence and tolerability', 'Adverse and unanticipated events', 'Patient perspective' and 'Informed consent' were reported below 30%. Conclusions: Efforts to diversify the subject of the case study and to apply appropriate reporting guidelines are needed to improve the quality of the case report contributed to the Journal of Korean Medicine for Obesity Research.
Objectives: The purpose of this study is to analyze the domestic study trends on Korean medicine treatment of Sanhupung. Methods: Case studies applying Korean medicine treatment on Sanhupung were searched through 5 domestic journal databases. General characteristics, interventions, outcomes, and results of the selected studies were analyzed. Also, the quality of the case studies was reviewed based on the CAse REport (CARE) guideline and Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) critical appraisal checklist. Results: 11 studies (16 cases) were found to be analyzed according to their general characteristics, symptoms, interventions, treatment period, outcome, and results. The most common complaint of Sanhupung patients was pain, and the most applied intervention for Sanhupung was herbal medicine and acupuncture. The duration of treatment ranged from 9 days to 4 months. All case studies reported that the Korean medicine treatment was effective in treating Sanhupung. According to the quality assessment, 'Timeline of case', 'Diagnostic challenges', 'Intervention adherence and tolerability', 'Adverse and unanticipated events', and 'Informed consent' were showed low reporting rates. Conclusions: Further clinical studies are needed to establish the evidence for Korean medicine treatment for Sanhupung.
This review aimed to evaluate the quality of case reports where acupotomy was performed according to the CAse REport (CARE) guidelines and the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) critical appraisal checklist. Case reports on acupotomy published in Korea from 2013 to October 2020 were included in this review. A total of 28 acupotomy related case reports were selected, and a quality evaluation was verified using the CARE guidelines and JBI critical appraisal checklist. Among the case reports, spinal conditions/diseases were most commonly reported. The overall complete reporting rate for each study was relatively high (median of 63.4% according to the CARE guidelines and 73.4% according to JBI critical appraisal checklist for case reports and 62% for case series). However, low reporting rates were determined in several subcategories namely, "Intervention adherence and tolerability," "Timeline," "Diagnostic challenges," "Patient perspective," and "Adverse or unanticipated events" for case reports, and "Reporting of the presenting site/clinic," "Demographic information," "Statistical analysis," and "Clear criteria for inclusion" for case series. When reporting cases where acupotomy was performed, it is recommended that the CARE guidelines are followed to improve the quality of research. In addition, new guidelines and tools for the clinical situation of Korean medicine should be developed.

Objectives A case report is a detailed medical description of previously unreported observations or complications of medical conditions, unique use cases of tests, or new side effects. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the quality of case reports published in the Journal of Korea CHUNA Manual Medicine for Spine & Nerves (JKCMSN). Methods Case reports published in the JKCMSN from January 2013 to December 2020 were selected using the Oriental Medicine Advanced Searching Integrated System (OASIS). The quality of the reports was assessed based on the Consensus-based Clinical Case Reporting Guideline Development (CARE) guidelines. Results Sixty case reports that met the inclusion criteria were included in the assessment. Our analysis revealed that 71.42% of the case reports included all the necessary information and their level of reporting was good. However, their scores in the qualitative subdivisions of the reporting level parameters showed that the quality level was uneven. More than 65% of the papers did not report in the following categories: "Keywords," "Patient information," "Timeline," "Diagnostic assessment," "Therapeutic interventions," "Follow-up and outcomes," "Patient perspective," and "Informed consent." Conclusions Our analysis shows that CARE guidelines need to be followed more rigorously to improve the quality of reporting in the JKCMSN. Further efforts are necessary to develop reporting guidelines and evaluation tools relevant to the Korean clinical context.

As the Untact era is rapidly changing, collaboration tools are increasing their utilization and value as digital technologies for non-face-to-face work. While instant messenger-based collaboration tools support a variety of functions, crime and accident concerns are also increasing in proportion to their convenience, such as information leakage and security incidents. Meanwhile, the digital forensics perspective on collaborative tools is not enough, so forensics research is needed. This study analyzes significant artifacts in the two operating environments through Windows and Android forensics research on Microsoft Teams, the collaboration tool with the highest share in the world. Also, based on differences in artifacts and data attributes according to the operating environment, by applying 'differential forensic', we proved that the usefulness of evidence can be improved by presenting a complementary analysis method and timeline configuration through information linkage.
Neurons make long-distance connections via their axons, and the accuracy and stability of these connections are crucial for brain function. Research using various animal models showed that the molecular and cellular mechanisms underlying the assembly and maintenance of neuronal circuitry are highly conserved in vertebrates. Therefore, to gain a deeper understanding of brain development and maintenance, an efficient vertebrate model is required, where the axons of a defined neuronal cell type can be genetically manipulated and selectively visualized in vivo. Placental mammals pose an experimental challenge, as time-consuming breeding of genetically modified animals is required due to their in utero development. Xenopus laevis, the most commonly used amphibian model, offers comparative advantages, since their embryos ex utero during which embryological manipulations can be performed. However, the tetraploidy of the X. laevis genome makes them not ideal for genetic studies. Here, we use Xenopus tropicalis, a diploid amphibian species, to visualize axonal pathfinding and degeneration of a single central nervous system neuronal cell type, the retinal ganglion cell (RGC). First, we show that RGC axons follow the developmental trajectory previously described in X. laevis with a slightly different timeline. Second, we demonstrate that co-electroporation of DNA and/or oligonucleotides enables the visualization of gene function-altered RGC axons in an intact brain. Finally, using this method, we show that the axon-autonomous, Sarm1-dependent axon destruction program operates in X. tropicalis. Taken together, the present study demonstrates that the visual system of X. tropicalis is a highly efficient model to identify new molecular mechanisms underlying axon guidance and survival.

Background: Common questions about shoulder arthroplasty (SA) searched online by patients and the quality of this content are unknown. The purpose of this study is to uncover questions SA patients search online and determine types and quality of webpages encountered. Methods: The "People also ask" section of Google Search was queried to return 900 questions and associated webpages for general, anatomic, and reverse SA. Questions and webpages were categorized using the Rothwell classification of questions and assessed for quality using the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA) benchmark criteria. Results: According to Rothwell classification, the composition of questions was fact (54.0%), value (24.7%), and policy (21.3%). The most common webpage categories were medical practice (24.6%), academic (23.2%), and medical information sites (14.4%). Journal articles represented 8.9% of results. The average JAMA score for all webpages was 1.69. Journals had the highest average JAMA score (3.91), while medical practice sites had the lowest (0.89). The most common question was, "How long does it take to recover from shoulder replacement?" Conclusions: The most common questions SA patients ask online involve specific postoperative activities and the timeline of recovery. Most information is from low-quality, non-peer-reviewed websites, highlighting the need for improvement in online resources. By understanding the questions patients are asking online, surgeons can tailor preoperative education to common patient concerns and improve postoperative outcomes. Level of evidence: IV.
Objectives The purpose of this study is to reevaluate the quality of reporting on case reports published in Journal of Sasang Constitutional Medicine (SCM) from June 2018 to December 2021, compared with January 2015 to May 2018. Methods Case reports were identified by searching from archive on the website of society of Journal of SCM. We assessed the quality of reporting on them based on CAse REport (CARE) guideline. Results A total of 32 case reports was finally included for the assessment. Overall quality of reporting was improved compared to one of previous study. The median reported rate of 'sufficiently' reporting increased by 7.8% from 66.7% to 74.5%, while the one as evaluated 'not sufficiently' and 'not reported' decreased by 4.1% from 14.8% to 10.7%, and 3.5% from 21.4% to 17.9%, respectively. However, more than 50% of 32 case reports did not still report 5 items about intervention adherence and tolerability(96.9%), diagnostic challenges(93.8%), adverse events(87.5%), timeline(68.8%), and patient's perspective on interventions(65.6%). Compared to the results of previous study, continuous attention is required for adverse events and changes in intervention in which the unreported rate increased by 18.3% and 6.3%, respectively. In addition, prognostic characteristics, patient's informed consent, patient's occupation, and keyword of 'Case report' and 'Sasang (Constitutional) medicine' should be sufficiently reported in the future. Conclusions Despite the overall improvement in the quality of reporting, efforts to improve the quality of reporting should be continued by referring to well-reported cases reports previously published in Journal of SCM.
