배드민턴화의 미끄럼방지 아웃솔 부착 유무에 따른 생체역학적 요인 패턴비교 (Comparison of Biomechanical Factors on Badminton shoes between Anti-slip outsole and Non anti-slip outsole)

  • The purpose of this study was to compare biomechanical factors on badminton shoes between anti-slip outsole and non anti-slip outsole. Six subjects participated in this experiment. For three-dimensional analysis, eight cameras (Oqus 3series, Qualisys) were used to acquire raw data, and then the parameters were calculated and analyzed with Visual-3D. In conclusion, the patterns of spent time during side step, and maximum velocities of CoGs were consistent without joint angles of lower extremities in spite of small differences. Those of GRFs, and moment of lower extremities were absolutely consistent. This trend of biomechanical factors was that Y shoe (ante-treatment) was much greater and PS shoe (treatment) was greater than Y shoe (treatment). (That was, Y shoe (ante-treatment) > PS shoe (treatment) >Y shoe (treatment)). The findings of this study showed that anti-slip outsole was effective and brought increasing performance and decreasing injuries. It is suggested that further study of these phenomena will help understand many aspects of human locomotion, including work, performance, fatigue and possible injuries.

콘크리트내 표면매입 보강된 FRP 판과 콘크리트 사이의 착-미끄러짐 관계 해석 (Analysis on the Interfacial Bond-Slip Relationship between ear Surface-Mounted FRP Plate and Concrete)

  • 이 연구는 표면매입 보강된 FRP 판과 콘크리트사이의 응력전달기구를 이론적으로 연구한 것으로서 이선형 부착모델을 이용하여 부착거동을 묘사하고 이를 실험 결과와 비교하여 신뢰성있는 해석방법을 제시하였다. 연구로부터, 표면매입된 FRP 판과 콘크리트사이의 계면특성을 고려한 미분방정식에 이선형 부착-미끄러짐 관계곡선을 사용하여 해석할 경우, 모델의 임계값인 최대전단강도와 미끄러짐 변위, 그리고 박락에 의한 연화거동이 시작될 때의 변위값 선정과정이 제시되었다. 또한 제안된 모델을 사용하여 부착길이가 다르게 보강된 표면매입 FRP 판의 미끄러짐 거동을 해석한 결과 실제 거동을 매우 근사하게 묘사할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다.

  • 다층 탄성반무한체에서 지진파장의 깊이에 따른 변화특성을 propagator matrix와 경사계단함수(ramp function) 형상의 단층이동함수(fault slip function)를 갖는 점진원 모델을 사용하여 연구하였다. 본 논문에서 지반은 수평방향으로 평행하고 각층에서는 재료특성이 균일한 지층으로 구성된 반무한체로서 모델링되었다. 각 층에서 지진운동의 지배편미분방정식의 해를 구하기 위해서 Fourier Hankel 변환기법이 적용되었다. 층상지반아래 반무한체에 있는 연직 dip-slip 및 주향이동(strike slip) 점진원에 의한 각층경계에서의 가속도와 변위의 시간이력과 주파수내용을 개발한 해석프로그램에 의하여 계산하였고 그 특성을 논의하였다.

Slip-resistant bolted connections under freeze-thaw cycles and low temperature

  • There are many examples of steel structures subjected to severe environmental conditions with bolted connections directly exposed to extreme climatic agents such as freeze-thaw cycles or low temperatures. Some examples are: steel bridges, mining transfer towers, wind towers... These service conditions neither are included in Eurocode 3 or EN1090-2, nor there are references in other international standards. In this experimental research, 46 specimens of non-slip joints with HV M20 bolts and four different types of contact surfaces have been studied. Half of the specimens were subjected to fourteen twelve-hours freeze-thaw cycles, with periodic immersion in water and temperature oscillation. Subsequently, half of the connections were subjected to a slip test under monotonic load at temperature of -20 ± 0.5 ℃ and the other half at room temperature. The results were compared with others equal joints not subjected to freeze-thaw cycles and kept at room temperature for the same time. This finally resulted in 4 sets of joints by combining the freeze-thaw degradation or not with the low-temperature conditions or not in the slip testing. Therefore, a total of 16 different conditions were studied by also considering 4 different contact surfaces between the joined plates in each set. The results obtained show influence of environmental conditions on the slip resistant capacity of these joints.

양산단층대 북부 유계-보경사지역의 조구조지형학적 분석 (Tectonic Geomorphology on Yugye-Bogyeongsa Area of Yangsan Fault Zone)

  • The Yangsan Fault is one of the main fault systems in the Korean peninsula. It can be divided into three segments (northern, central, and southern) by its paleoseismic and structural geologic properties. Based on the geomorphic features of the northern segment, which includes the Yugye Fault, we identified deflected streams as a geomorphic marker of strike-slip component of the fault, and knickpoints along the streams as evidence of dip-slip component of the fault. Geomorphic analyses showed that (1) the horizontal displacements of deflected streams decreased and (2) the retreat amounts of knickpoints tend to increased toward north along the lineament. We interpreted the variations caused by strain partitioning; that is, there might be some increases of the vertical component toward north, whereas the main strike-slip fault system dies out, splaying into horsetail structure toward north. Based on the response time of the landforms, these interpretations imply that (1) there were differences between horizontal slip rate and vertical slip rate along strike, and/or (2) there were different timings between horizontal and vertical deformations by fault.

유도전동기 회전자 시정수 변동에 강인한 간접 벡터제어 (A robust indirect vector control for the rotor time constant variation of induction motors)

  • This paper presents the effects of rotor time constant variation and the on-line tuning algorithm of the rotor time constant. If the value of the rotor time constant is set incorrectly, the IFOC (Indirect Field Oriented Control)scheme exhibits deteriorated performance according to the wrong slip command. These variation effects of the rotor time constant are caused by the slip calculator where it is known that the rotor time constant play an important role in the aligned rotor flux. Using the two torque angles (stationary torque angle, rotating torque angle), the variation of the rotor time constant is identified, and the rotor time constant of the controller is tuned to the proper value of the machine. As the result, with the proposed algorithm, the dynamics of the deteriorated IFOC system, where the rotor time constant is varied, is improved. For the purpose of the validity of this proposed algorithm, the computer simulations and the experiments have been performed and the explanation of the results is presented.   • In general, speed control method of the elevator system has used motor pole change type or motor primary voltage control type. But it will change to vector control type in order to increase it's reliability, riding comfort and decrease material cost. It is the conception of vector control type in order to increase it's reliability, riding comfort and decrease material cost. It is the conception of vector control that primary current of the induction motor be controlled independently with magnetizing current(field current of DC motor) and torque current(armature current of DC motor). In this paper, by analyzing the effect of the time constant variation of rotor of the induction motor on the slip frequency type indirect vector control, a drive system for the motor will be constructed using a fuzzy slip frequency type indirect vector controller with fuzzy control method for estimating the vector time constant in the slip frequency type indirect vector control. The goal of this study is to enabling even more efficient speed control by constructing on elevator driver based on the newly developed drive system.

  • In this study, slip frequency control for a single-sided linear induction motor(SLIM) is discussed. We adopted variable slip frequency pattern in stead of constant slip frequency pattern under V/f constant mode, which is effective in improving driving efficiency of SLIM. And the dynamic characteristics are analyzed by using equivalent circuit during the accelerating time.

  • Nowadays, with high-storied and large-sized of structures, high-strength concrete is applied to the various kinds of concrete structure. Among of them, for reduction of completion time, high-strength concrete is applied to the high-storied tower, building which is constructed continuously by the slip-form method and it is expected to be on the increase. In this case, it is very important to grasp development of early-strength to apply the slip-form method. But the strength data prior 1 day is rare. Therefore, to apply slip-form method in field, this study aim is to present basic data for development of early-strength of high-strength concrete, through examining development of strength by different curing temperature, replacement of fly-ash.

  • This paper compares the two kinds of friction model. The first model is classical stick/slip model. In the stick/slip model, the system is treated to have two different states, namely, stick state or slip state. The second one is continuous model developed by Dahl et. al, namely, Extended Dahl's model. Each model has unique properties, and can be best useful when it is applied on the appropriate system. In this paper, each model is applied on the simple two-block system and the complex automatic transmission system. And the simulation result including simulation accuracy and time required are compared.
