In recent, the hydrological regime of the Mekong river is changing drastically due to climate change and haphazard watershed development including dam construction. Information of hydrologic feature like streamflow of the Mekong river are required for water disaster prevention and sustainable water resources development in the river sharing countries. In this study, runoff simulations at the Kratie station of the lower Mekong river are performed using SWAT (Soil and Water Assessment Tool), a physics-based hydrologic model, and LSTM (Long Short-Term Memory), a data-driven deep learning algorithm. The SWAT model was set up based on globally-available database (topography: HydroSHED, landuse: GLCF-MODIS, soil: FAO-Soil map, rainfall: APHRODITE, etc) and then simulated daily discharge from 2003 to 2007. The LSTM was built using deep learning open-source library TensorFlow and the deep-layer neural networks of the LSTM were trained based merely on daily water level data of 10 upper stations of the Kratie during two periods: 2000~2002 and 2008~2014. Then, LSTM simulated daily discharge for 2003~2007 as in SWAT model. The simulation results show that Nash-Sutcliffe Efficiency (NSE) of each model were calculated at 0.9(SWAT) and 0.99(LSTM), respectively. In order to simply simulate hydrological time series of ungauged large watersheds, data-driven model like the LSTM method is more applicable than the physics-based hydrological model having complexity due to various database pressure because it is able to memorize the preceding time series sequences and reflect them to prediction.

With the development of wireless communication techniques and mobile environment we are able to transmit data between mobile systems without restriction of time and space. Recently, researches on the data communication between mobile systems have focused on a small amount of sending out or receiving data and data synchronization at a fixed server and mobile clients in mobile environment. However, two more servers should be able to move mutual independently, information is shared with other systems, and data is synchronized in the special environment like a battlefield situation. Therefore, we propose a data synchronization method between systems moving mutual independently in mobile environment. The proposed method is an optimization solution to data propagation path between servers that considers limited bandwidth and process of data for disconnection communication. In addition, we propose a data reduction method that considers importance and sharing of information in order to reduce data transmission between huge servers. We verified the accuracy of data after accomplishing our data synchronization method by applying it in the real world environment. Additionally, we showed that our method could accomplish data synchronization normally within an allowance tolerance when we considered data propagating delay time by server extension.
Advances of Internet and rC accelerate distribution and sharing of information, which make P2P(Peer-to-Peer) computing paradigm appear P2P computing Paradigm is the computing paradigm that shares computing resources and services between users directly. A fundamental problem that confronts Peer-to-Peer applications is the efficient location of the node that stoles a desired item. P2P systems treat the majority of their components as equivalent. This purist philosophy is useful from an academic standpoint, since it simplifies algorithmic analysis. In reality, however, some peers are more equal than others. We propose the P2P protocol considering differences of capabilities of computers, which is ignored in previous researches. And we examine the possibility and applications of the protocol. Simulating the Magic Square, we estimate the performances of the protocol with the number of hop and network round time. Finally, we analyze the performance of the protocol with the numerical formula. We call our p2p protocol the Magic Square. Although the numbers that magic square contains have no meaning, the sum of the numbers in magic square is same in each row, column, and main diagonal. The design goals of our p2p protocol are similar query response time and query path length between request peer and response peer, although the network information stored in each peer is not important.
Major deficiencies of current automation scheme including various robots for bioproduction include the lack of task adaptability and real time processing, low job performance for diverse tasks, and the lack of robustness of take results, high system cost, failure of the credit from the operator, and so on. This paper proposed a scheme that could solve the current limitation of task abilities of conventional computer controlled automatic system. The proposed scheme is the man-machine hybrid automation via tele-operation which can handle various bioproduction processes. And it was classified into two categories. One category was the efficient task sharing between operator and CCM(computer controlled machine). The other was the efficient interface between operator and CCM. To realize the proposed concept, task of the object identification and extraction of 3D coordinate of an object was selected. 3D coordinate information was obtained from camera calibration using camera as a measurement device. Two stereo images were obtained by moving a camera certain distance in horizontal direction normal to focal axis and by acquiring two images at different locations. Transformation matrix for camera calibration was obtained via least square error approach using specified 6 known pairs of data points in 2D image and 3D world space. 3D world coordinate was obtained from two sets of image pixel coordinates of both camera images with calibrated transformation matrix. As an interface system between operator and CCM, a touch pad screen mounted on the monitor and remotely captured imaging system were used. Object indication was done by the operator’s finger touch to the captured image using the touch pad screen. A certain size of local image processing area was specified after the touch was made. And image processing was performed with the specified local area to extract desired features of the object. An MS Windows based interface software was developed using Visual C++6.0. The software was developed with four modules such as remote image acquisiton module, task command module, local image processing module and 3D coordinate extraction module. Proposed scheme shoed the feasibility of real time processing, robust and precise object identification, and adaptability of various job and environments though selected sample tasks.

In this paper, we proposed an architecture of a cryptosystem with various operating modes for the network security and implemented in hardware using the ASIC library. For configuring a cryptosystem, the standard block ciphers such as AES, SEED and 3DES were included. And the implemented cryptosystem can encrypt and decrypt the data in real time through the wired/wireless network with the minimum latency time (minimum 64 clocks, maximum 256 clocks). It can support CTR mode which is widely used recently as well as the conventional block cipher modes such as ECB, CBC and OFB, and operates in the multi-bit mode (64, 128, 192, and 256 bits). The implemented hardware has the expansion possibility for the other algorithms according to the network security protocol such as IPsec and the included ciphering blocks can be operated simultaneously. The self-ciphering mode and various ciphering mode can be supported by the hardware sharing and the programmable data-path. The global operation is programmed by the serial communication port and the operation is decided by the control signals decoded from the instruction by the host. The designed hardware using VHDL was synthesized with Hynix 0.25$\mu\textrm{m}$ CMOS technology and it used the about 100,000 gates. Also we could assure the stable operation in the timing simulation over 100㎒ using NC-verilog.

In particular, smart life has a significant effect on culture. In the case of K-POP, it is disseminated going beyond space time. It enhances economic value added by joining and sharing at the same time. Smart life has numerous advantages such as improving the quality of life, but it might cause inconvenience depending on users because there are differences in acceptance according to generations. Due to the heavy weight on the device, there are some side-effects such as lacking in human thinking, disclosure in private life, lacking in basic securities, increase in information addicts who are anxious when they do not get on the Internet or SNS, and interference with work. However, this inconvenience can change into convenience when users are accustomed to it. Like this, smart life influences politics, economy, society, and culture a lot. Working environment of smart life is a new paradigm, which can generate high performance through working in an exciting and bright atmosphere with easy economy and putting value on results.
BTG 1 (B-cell translocation gene 1) gene was first identified as a translocation gene in a case of B-cell chronic lympocytic leukemia. BTG1 is a member of the BTG/TOB family with sharing a conserved N-terminal region, which shows anti-proliferation properties and is able to stimulate cell differentiation. In this study, we identified and characterized the pacific oyster Crassostrea gigas BTG1 (cg-BTG1) gene from the gill cDNA library by an Expressed Sequence Tag (EST) analysis and its nucleotide sequence was determined. The cg-BTG1 gene encodes a predicted protein of 182 amino acids with 57% 56% identities to its zebrafish and human counterparts, and is an intron-less gene, which was confirmed by PCR analysis of genomic DNA. Maximal homologies were shown in conserved Box A and B. The deduced amino acid sequence shares high identity with other BTG1 genes of human, rat, mouse and zebrafish. The phylogenic analysis and sequence comparison of cg-BTG1 with other BTG1 were found to be closely related to the BTG1 gene structure. In addition, the predicted promoter region and the different transcription-factor binding site like an activator protein-1 (AP-1) response element involved in negative regulation and serum response element (SRE) were able to be identified by the genomic DNA walking experiment. The quantitative real-time PCR analysis showed that the mRNA of cg-BTG1 gene was expressed in gill, heart, digestive gland, intestine, stomach and mantle. The cg-BTG1 gene was expressed mainly in heart and mantle.
Illusion played by mutual communication in Interactive Media Art is studied in this thesis from the narrative point of view, not from the entertaining point of view. Microscopic narrations founded in screen changes are analyzed by traditional narrative factors such as plot, point of view, narration, time creating the identity of Interactive Media Art. Traditional narrative factors in consequence have been converted to different forms after being combined with the features of Interactive Media Art. Plot has been converted to fragmentary plot and creators' point of view in many work pieces has been recreated to the outside participants' point of view. Also, creators' narrations described from various points of view has transferred to participants' narrations based on physically spacious search. Times of the present sharing with the past are observed in Interactive Media Art, too. It is concluded that audience's active participation through mutual communication makes an influence on the change of essentially traditional narrative factors. Moreover, the factors mentioned in this thesis are regarded as the unique identity of out of various kinds of modern media art.
The purpose of this study is first to examine the tendency in what kind of activities and difficulties are carried out as family rituals. Second, the study was to investigate the effects of family rituals on family strengths. To accomplish study purpose, 216 married women/men were asked to fill out the survey questionnaires. For analysis of data, SPSS Win program was used to perform Frequency Analysis, MANOVA, Multiple Regression Analysis. (1)In the dinner rituals, it turned out that a main activity was 'serving homemade food' and a majority of subjects had a difficult time establishing a regular ritual due to 'their busy schedule at work'. In the weekend leisure rituals, a main activity was 'paying a visit to suburbs' and a main difficulty was 'lack of mutually available time for all family members'. In the birthday rituals, a main activity was 'preparing a birthday cake' and a main difficulty was 'because family members forget their birthday'. In the wedding anniversary rituals, women's main activity was 'eating out' and men's main activity was 'give a partner to a flower or gift', and a main difficulty was 'because family members forget their birthday' and 'because it was not a wanted celebration'. Finally, in the traditional rituals, women's main difficulty was 'partner doesn't understand my difficulties' and men's main difficulty was 'trouble human relationships with relatives'. (2)The family rituals were significantly different according to the age. (3)'Closeness of family members', 'task performance and problem solving skills' and 'sharing a value system of family members' were affected by the family rituals.
In today's data-driven society, we've been hearing a great deal about the power of Big Data over the last couple of years. At the same time, it has become the most important issue that the problems is caused by the data collection, management and utilization. Moreover, Big Data has a wide applications ranging from situation awareness, decision-making to the area to enable for the foreseeable future with man-made and analysis of data. It is necessary to process data into meaningful information given that the huge amount of structured and unstructured data being created in the private and the public sector, even in disaster management. This data should be public and private sector at the same time for the appropriate linkage analysis for effective disaster management. In this paper, we conducted a literature review and case study efficient Big Data to derive the revitalization of national disaster management. The study obtained data on the role and responsibility of the public sector and the private sector to leverage Big Data for promotion of national disaster management plan. Both public and private sectors should promote common development challenges related to the openness and sharing of Big Data, technology and expansion of infrastructure, legal and institutional maintenance. The implications of the finding were discussed.
