A great deal of computing time and a large computer memory are needed to solve wave equation in a large complex subsurface layers using the finite difference method. The computing time and memory can be reduced by decreasing the number of grid points per minimum wave length. However, the decrease of grids may cause numerical dispersion and poor accuracy. In this study we performed the grid dispersion analysis for several rotated finite difference operators, which was commonly used to reduce grids per wavelength with accuracy in order to determine the solution for the acoustic wave equation in frequency domain. The rotated finite difference operators were to be extended to 81, 121 and 169 difference stars and studied whether the minimum grids could be reduced to 2 or not. To obtain accuracy (numerical errors less than $1\%$) the following was required: more than 13 grids for conventional 5 point difference stars, 9 grids for 9 difference stars, 3 grids for 25 difference stars, and 2.7 grids for 49 difference stars. After grid dispersion analysis for the new rotated finite difference operators, more than 2.5 grids for 81 difference stars, 2.3 grids for 121 difference stars and 2.1 grids for 169 difference stars were needed. However, in the 169 difference stars, there was no solution because of oscillation of the dispersion curves in the group velocity curves. This indicated that the grids couldn't be reduced to 2 in the frequency acoustic wave equation. According to grid dispersion analysis for the determination of grid points, the more rotated finite difference operators, the fewer grid points. However, the more rotated finite difference operators that are used, the more complex the difference equation terms.
The analysis of nonlinear vibrations, buckling, post-buckling, flutter boundary determination and post-flutter behavior of a homogeneous curved plate assuming cylindrical bending is conducted in this article. Other assumptions include simply-supported boundary conditions, supersonic aerodynamic flow at the top of the plate, constant pressure conditions below the plate, non-viscous flow model (using first- and third-order piston theory), nonlinear structural model with large deformations, and application of mechanical and thermal loads on the curved plate. The analysis is performed with constant environmental indicators (flow density, heat, Reynolds number and Mach number). The material properties (i.e., coefficient of thermal expansion and modulus of elasticity) are temperature-dependent. The equations are derived using the principle of virtual displacement. Furthermore, based on the definitions of virtual work, the potential and kinetic energy of the final relations in the integral form, and the governing nonlinear differential equations are obtained after fractional integration. This problem is solved using two approaches. The frequency analysis and flutter are studied in the first approach by transferring the handle of ordinary differential equations to the state space, calculating the system Jacobin matrix and analyzing the eigenvalue to determine the instability conditions. The second approach discusses the nonlinear frequency analysis and nonlinear flutter using the semi-analytical solution of governing differential equations based on the weighted residual method. The partial differential equations are converted to ordinary differential equations, after which they are solved based on the Runge-Kutta fourth- and fifth-order methods. The comparison between the results of frequency and flutter analysis of curved plate is linearly and nonlinearly performed for the first time. The results show that the plate curvature has a profound impact on the instability boundary of the plate under supersonic aerodynamic loading. The flutter boundary decreases with growing thermal load and increases with growing curvature.
Foxo1 plays an important role in the integration of hormone-activated signaling pathways with the complex transcriptional cascade that promotes preadipocyte differentiation of clonal cell lines from rodents. We isolated the full-length cDNA of porcine FoxO1 gene using RACE, confirmed by visual Northern blotting. The deduced amino acids indicated 94% and 90% identities with the corresponding human and mice aa. Analysis of the aa sequence, showed that it included a Forkhead domain (aa 167-247), a transmembrane structure domain (aa 90-113), a LXXLL motif (aa 469-473), and 51 Ser, 8 Thr, and 4 Tyr phosphorylation sites, indicating a potential important role for FoxO1 transcriptional activity in vivo. Using the IMpRH panel, we mapped FoxO1 gene to chromosome 11p13. Our data provide basic molecular information useful for the further investigation on the function of FoxO1 gene. Time-course analysis of FoxO1 expressions indicated that levels of mRNA and protein gradually increased from day 0 to 3, and it reached almost maximal level at day 3, then decreased from day 5 to 7 in porcine primary preadipocyte differentiation. After induction by IGF-1, GPDH activity and accumulation of lipid increased, however, expressions of FoxO1 mRNA and protein were inhibited in a dose dependent manner. These results suggest that FoxO1 takes part in porcine preadipocyte differentiation and expressions of FoxO1 were regulated by IGF-1.

In this study, we measured the natural frequencies of aluminum honeycomb sandwich beams using digital image correlation technique. The vibration images were captured using two high speed digital cameras and the images were converted to displacements by the digital image correlation technique. Displacement data in time domain were tranformed to frequency domain data by fast Fourier transform software. To reduce noise invoked by random exitation, a spectrum averaging technique and Savitsky-Golay digital filter were adopted. A conventional vibration measurement using an accelerometer and a finite element analysis were performed to compare the results by high speed digital camera measurement method. In conclusion, new method using high speed digital cameras and digital image correlation technique can measure the vibration of beam structures and can be applied to bio-structures where sensors cannot be attached.

Objectives : This study was designed to evaluated the effect of electro acupuncture on Heart Rate Variability of Patients with functional voiding disease. Methods: Subjects were voluntarily recruited by newspapers and internet. Electro acupuncture was performed three times a week for 3 weeks. Acupuncture point for EA group was B32, Electrical stimulation frequency was 2Hz, duration 20min, and intensity was up to pain threshold according to patients. The patients' Heart Rate Variability was measured before, after 3 weeks of treatment for 5 minutes. Results : In time domain analysis, There were significant increase of SDNN and RMSSD(p<0.05) after 3 weeks treatment. In frequency domain analysis, There were significant increase of LF and LF /HF ratio(p<0.05) after 3 weeks treatment. There were no significant changes in other components of heart rate variability. Conclusion : This study suggests that electroacupuncture treatments can be applicable to improve autonomic nervous system in patients with functional voiding disease.
Objectives : This study was conducted to assess the effect of Chunwangbosim-dan(CB) on the autonomic nervous system by using heart rate variability measurement. Methods : The eligible subjects were composed of the healthy female group of ages 25 to 30 years. They were divided into two groups, the CB group(n=16) and the control group(n=16). We measured the heart rate variability respectively for 3 times at 14:00, 16:00, and 17:00. In the CB group, subjects were administered CB at 15:00. For the measurement values, Mean Heart Rate and SDNN(standard deviation of the NN intervals) were used as time domain analysis, and HF(high frequency), LF(low frequency), and LF / HF ratio were used as frequency domain analysis. Results : The degree of LF changes in the CB group was significantly lower than control group at 1 hour after administration. Conclusions : We suggest that Chunwangbosim-dan may be useful for stabilization of the autonomic nervous system by controlling sympathetic nerve in healthy people.
Service-Oriented Architecture is a style of information systems that enables the creation of applications that are built by combining loosely coupled and interoperable services. A service is an implementation of business functionality with proper granularity and invoked with well-defined interface. In service modeling, when the granularity of a service is finer, the reusability and flexibility of the service is lower. For solving this problem concerns with the service granularity, it is critical to identify and define coarse-grained services from the domain analysis model. In this paper, we define the process to identify services from the Use Case model elicited from domain analysis. A task tree is derived from Use Cases and their descriptions, and Use Cases are reconstructed by the composition and decomposition of the task tree. Reconstructed Use Cases are defined and specified as services. Because our method is based on the widely used UML Use Case models, it can be helpful to minimize time and cost for developing services in various platforms and domains.

This work continues a trend of developments aimed at exploiting the physical layer of the open systems interconnection (OSI) model to enhance wireless network security. The goal is to augment activity occurring across other OSI layers and provide improved safeguards against unauthorized access. Relative to intrusion detection and anti-spoofing, this paper provides details for a proof-of-concept investigation involving "air monitor" applications where physical equipment constraints are not overly restrictive. In this case, RF fingerprinting is emerging as a viable security measure for providing device-specific identification (manufacturer, model, and/or serial number). RF fingerprint features can be extracted from various regions of collected bursts, the detection of which has been extensively researched. Given reliable burst detection, the near-term challenge is to find robust fingerprint features to improve device distinguishability. This is addressed here using wavelet domain (WD) RF fingerprinting based on dual-tree complex wavelet transform (DT-$\mathbb{C}WT$) features extracted from the non-transient preamble response of OFDM-based 802.11a signals. Intra-manufacturer classification performance is evaluated using four like-model Cisco devices with dissimilar serial numbers. WD fingerprinting effectiveness is demonstrated using Fisher-based multiple discriminant analysis (MDA) with maximum likelihood (ML) classification. The effects of varying channel SNR, burst detection error and dissimilar SNRs for MDA/ML training and classification are considered. Relative to time domain (TD) RF fingerprinting, WD fingerprinting with DT-$\mathbb{C}WT$ features emerged as the superior alternative for all scenarios at SNRs below 20 dB while achieving performance gains of up to 8 dB at 80% classification accuracy.

This paper addresses the analysis and the design optimization of differential interconnects for high-speed Low-Voltage Differential Signaling (LVDS) applications. Thanks to the differential transmission and the low voltage swing, LVDS offers high data rates and improved noise immunity with significantly reduced power consumption in data communications, high-resolution display, and flat panel display. We present an improved model and new equations to reduce impedance mismatch and signal degradation in cascaded interconnects using optimization of interconnect design parameters such as trace width, trace height and trace space in differential printed circuit board (FPCB) transmission lines. We have carried out frequency-domain full-wave electromagnetic simulations, and time-domain transient simulations to evaluate the high-frequency characteristics of the differential FPCB interconnects. We believe that the proposed approach is very helpful to optimize high-speed differential FPCB interconnects for LVDS applications.
