Recently, Domestic public construction projects are experiencing a great deal of disputes because of the growing uncertainty about the criteria for calculating the prolongation cost. In addition, researchers have been studying various systems and proper cost estimates in an effort to reduce the uncertainty of these systems and the occurrence of disputes. However, there is no standard yet for social consensus. Meanwhile, The study on the classification system according to the recognition standard of accounting has been systematically studied. As a result, the concepts of accrual and cash basis are defined separately. The purpose of this study is to verify the possibility of applying the concept of 'accrual basis' to the Standard for calculation of prolongation cost. Therefore, As a result of analyzing the occurrence pattern of Job-site overhead cost, it is confirmed that actual costs can not be calculated by the cash-basis method. In particular, the implications of the necessity of the accrual-basis method should be more strictly indicated in the case of items such as indirect labor costs and welfare benefits. In addition, the contractor 's claim report and the appraisal report were examined. As a result, it was confirmed that the calculation situations of prolongation costs are biased to the cash-basis method. In this way, it is suggested that necessary to supplement the calculation standard of the actual costs from the point of view of accrual basis.

In this paper we propos a new hardware architecture of modular exponentiation using a division chain method which has been proposed in (2). Modular exponentiation using the division chain is performed by receding an exponent E as a mixed form of multiplication and addition with divisors d=2 or $d=2^I +1$ and respective remainders r. This calculates the modular exponentiation in about $1.4log_2$E multiplications on average which is much less iterations than $2log_2$E of conventional Binary Method. We designed a linear systolic array multiplier with pipelining and used a horizontal projection on its data dependence graph. So, for k-bit key, two k-bit data frames can be inputted simultaneously and two modular multipliers, each consisting of k/2+3 PE(Processing Element)s, can operate in parallel to accomplish 100% throughput. We propose a new encoding scheme to represent divisors and remainders of the division chain to keep regularity of the data path. When it is synthesized to ASIC using Samsung 0.5 um CMOS standard cell library, the critical path delay is 4.24ns, and resulting performance is estimated to be abort 140 Kbps for a 1024-bit data frame at 200Mhz clock In decryption process, the speed can be enhanced to 560kbps by using CRT(Chinese Remainder Theorem). Futhermore, to satisfy real time requirements we can choose small public exponent E, such as 3,17 or $2^{16} +1$, in encryption and verification process. in which case the performance can reach 7.3Mbps.
The aim of this study was to investigate the influence of four different light curing modes on the marginal leakage of Class V composite resin restoration. Eighty extracted human premolars were used. Wedge-shaped class Y cavities were prepared on the buccal surface of the tooth with high-speed diamond bur without bevel. The cavities were positioned half of the cavity above and half beyond the cemento-enamel junction. The depth, height, and width of the cavity were 2 mm, 3 mm and 2 mm respectively. The specimens were divided into 4 groups of 20 teeth each. All the specimen cavities were treated with Prime & Bond$^{R}$ NT dental adhesive system (Dentsply DeTrey GmbH, Germany) according to the manufacturer's instructions and cured for 10 seconds except group VI which were cured for 3 seconds. All the cavities were restored with resin composite Spectrum$^{TM}$ TPH A2 (Dentsply DeTrey GmbH, Germany) in a bulk. Resin composites were light-cured under 4 different modes. A regular intensity group (600 mW/${cm}^2$, group I) was irradiated for 30 s, a low intensity group (300 mW/${cm}^2$, group II) for 60 s and a ultra-high intensity group (1930 mW/${cm}^2$, group IV) for 3 s. A pulse-delay group (group III) was irradiated with 400 mW/${cm}^2$ for 2 s followed by 800 mW/${cm}^2$ for 10 s after 5 minutes delay. The Spectrum$^{TM}$ 800 (Dentsply DeTrey GmbH, Germany) light-curing units were used for groups I, II and III and Apollo 95E (DMD, U.S.A.) was used for group IV. The composite resin specimens were finished and polished immediately after light curing except group III which were finished and polished during delaying time. Specimens were stored in a physiologic saline solution at 37$^{\circ}C$ for 24 hours. After thermocycling (500$\times$, 5-55$^{\circ}C$), all teeth were covered with nail varnish up to 0.5 mm from the margins of the restorations, immersed in 37$^{\circ}C$, 2% methylene blue solution for 24 hours, and rinsed with tap water for 24 hours. After embedding in clear resin, the specimens were sectioned with a water-cooled diamond saw (Isomet$^{TM}$, Buehler Co., Lake Bluff, IL, U.S.A.) along the longitudinal axis of the tooth so as to pass the center of the restorations. The cut surfaces were examined under a stereomicroscope (SZ-PT Olympus, Japan) at ${\times}$25 magnification, and the images were captured with a CCD camera (GP-KR222, Panasonic, Japan) and stored in a computer with Studio Grabber program. Dye penetration depth at the restoration/dentin and the restoration/enamel interfaces was measured as a rate of the entire depth of the restoration using a software (Scion image, Scion Corp., U.S.A.) The data were analysed statistically using One-way ANOVA and Tukey's method. The results were as follows : 1. Pulse-Delay group did not show any significant difference in dye penetration rate from other groups at enamel and dentin margins (p>0.05) 2. At dentin margin, ultra-high intensity group showed significantly higher dye penetration rate than both regular intensity group and low intensity group (p<0.05). 3. At enamel margin, there were no statistically significant difference among four groups (p>0.05). 4. Dentin margin showed significantly higher dye penetration rate than enamel margin in all groups (p<0.05).
In both deteministic user Optimal Traffic Assignment Model (UOTAM) and stochastic UOTAM, travel time, which is a major ccriterion for traffic loading over transportation network, is defined by the sum of link travel time and turn delay at intersections. In this assignment method, drivers actual route perception processes and choice behaviors, which can become main explanatory factors, are not sufficiently considered: therefore may result in biased traffic loading. Even though there have been some efforts in Stochastic UOTAM for reflecting drivers' route perception cost by assuming cumulative distribution function of link travel time, it has not been fundamental fruitions, but some trials based on the unreasonable assumptions of Probit model of truncated travel time distribution function and Logit model of independency of inter-link congestion. The critical reason why deterministic UOTAM have not been able to reflect route perception cost is that the route perception cost has each different value according to each origin, destination, and path connection the origin and destination. Therefore in order to find the optimum route between OD pair, route enumeration problem that all routes connecting an OD pair must be compared is encountered, and it is the critical reason causing computational failure because uncountable number of path may be enumerated as the scale of transportation network become bigger. The purpose of this study is to propose a method to enable UOTAM to reflect route perception cost without route enumeration between an O-D pair. For this purpose, this study defines a link as a least definition of path. Thus since each link can be treated as a path, in two links searching process of the link label based optimum path algorithm, the route enumeration between OD pair can be reduced the scale of finding optimum path to all links. The computational burden of this method is no more than link label based optimum path algorithm. Each different perception cost is embedded as a quantitative value generated by comparing the sub-path from the origin to the searching link and the searched link.

Perilla contains more than 60% of fatty acids. Linolenic acid is effective in preventing heart disease, improving learning ability, treating allergies, and preventing cancer. This study was carried out to improve the cultivation method to aid the stable production of perilla by developing a suitable inter-cropping system with sesame in the central region as well as to report a suitable planting time. The test results are summarized as follows. As the planting time of perilla in the inter-cropping system with sesame was delayed, the number of clusters and capsules decreased. The perilla yields in this system showed significant differences compared to that with the previous crops (sesame varieties) and planting period. The yield of perilla was significantly lower in the characteristic-Type B variety than in the characteristic-Type A variety and decreased significantly as the planting time was delayed. With regards to the quality characteristics of perilla, such as crude protein, crude fat, etc., there were no differences between previous perilla crops and those inter-cropped with sesame. The perilla composition did not show any difference during the planting period; however, with delay in the planting time, crude protein content increased but crude fat content decreased. Yield of perilla was 38% higher in a two-row (40 x 40 cm) system, compared to a single-row cultivation (110 x 20 cm) of perilla inter-cropped with sesame. These results suggest that the suitable method for inter-cropping perilla with sesame in the central region is to sow the characteristic-Type A variety in early May, and cultivate the perilla in two lines (40 x 40 cm) in mid-June. This was judged to be the best cultivation method in the central region.

In summer and winter, the difference between the temperature during the day and that during the night is high, which leads to various problems during concrete placement, such as cracks and defects in the concrete as well as low durability and strength. Although nuclear power plant concrete is widely used for placement in all seasons, particular attention must be paid to its quality during the summer. Therefore, we evaluated the effects of a cooling method for mixing water, which is a commonly used hot weather precooling method, and the use of a retarder, on the characteristics of Nuclear Power Plant concrete. In the cooling method for mixing water, cold water at 5 was used, with 50% of the water content consisting of ice flakes. The effects of using a retarder were evaluated by reviewing the characteristics of the cement at the unset stage and after hardening. To evaluate the characteristics of the unset cement, we measured the slump, air volumes, setting times, and pressure strengths after hardening. Furthermore, we measured the heat of hydration at different temperatures; the loss of heat was minimized using insulation. Both the slump time and the complete ageing time of the air volume were found to be 120 min at $20^{\circ}C$ and 40 min at $40^{\circ}C$. In the case when the cooling method for mixing water was used and in the case when a retarder was used, the initial and final sets by penetration resistance were delayed, and the delay decreased with increasing air temperature. For the heat of hydration, the cooling method for mixing water not only lowered the maximum temperature but also delayed its attainment. However, the use of a retarder had no effect on the maximum temperature. Moreover, in the early ages (e.g., 3 and 7 days), the pressure strength of the concrete was lower than that of plain cement. However, the strength of 28-day concrete met the standard construction specifications.
Due to a change of food culture, many patients suffering from various diseases such as hypertension, heart disease, stroke, cancer. However, it takes a long time in the hospital for many patients due to the administration before the patient care process. In this paper, we propose a m-Healthcare service model that patients can receive medical services without the inconvenience offers by reducing the administrative hospital treatment that can automatically recognize through the hospital installed RFID readers when the patient patients with various diseases are foreign to the hospital. In particular, the proposed model improves the operational efficiency of the existing healthcare system by shortening the treatment time for medical personnel to help patients in emergency situations can determine automatically the patient's status does not give the disease type and condition of the patient to health care personnel. Test results, service latency, efficiency, etc. patient satisfaction, and evaluate the existing health care system model results, the proposed method was improved service delay existing techniques average 16.5% efficiency was higher 27% of patients service satisfaction was improved by 22.4% on average.

On the Staggered Crosswalks, pedestrians cross the crosswalks two times. This method can reduce the cycle, the vehicle delay and the walking distance by increasing the major direction of green time. The safety of pedestrians is also effective. This study suggests the warrant of the facilities of island width and length etc. by considering the road structure and pedestrians. Also this study suggests the standard of the safety through the accident analysis of Staggered crosswalks and General Crosswalks. In the results, accident rate of the Staggered Crosswalks 18.3(100 million vehicle-km) was lower than the accident rate of the General Crosswalks 28.3(100million vehicle-km). By understanding the start point of crossing of the Staggered Crosswalks, the analysis of the location and types of accident suggests the safety zone(spare space). The setting warrants of Staggered Crosswalks are 4 lane over the road and the 2 meter over sidewalk width of island. The minimum length of the Pedestrian island was doubled compared to the crosswalks width. And the maximum length was set by considering the wait time of the pedestrians.
IPS(Intrusion Prevention Systems), which is installed in inline mode in a network, protects network from outside attacks by inspecting the incoming/outgoing packets and sessions, and dropping the packet or closing the sessions if an attack is detected in the packet. In the signature based filtering, the payload of a packet passing through IPS is matched with some attack patterns called signatures and dropped if matched. As the number of signatures increases, the time required for the pattern matching for a packet increases accordingly so that it becomes difficult to develop a high performance US working without packet delay. In this paper, we propose a high performance IPS based on signature hashing to make the pattern matching time independent of the number of signatures. We implemented the proposed scheme in a Linux kernel module in a PC and tested it using worm generator, packet generator and network performance measure instrument called smart bit. Experimental results show that the performance of existing method is degraded as the number of signatures increases whereas the performance of the proposed scheme is not degraded.

Digital Multimedia Broadcasting(DMB) is a reliable multi-service system for reception by mobile and portable receivers. DMB system allows interference-free reception under the conditions of multipath propagation and transmission errors using COFDM modulation scheme, simultaneously, needs powerful channel error's correction ability. Viterbi Decoder for DMB receiver uses punctured convolutional code and needs lots of computations for real-time operation. So, it is desired to design a high speed and low-power hardware scheme for Viterbi decoder. This paper proposes a combined add-compare-select(ACS) and path metric normalization(PMN) unit for computation power. The proposed PMN architecture reduces the problem of the critical path by applying fixed value for selection algorithm due to the comparison tree which has a weak point from structure with the high-speed operation. The proposed ACS uses the decomposition and the pre-computation technique for reducing the complicated degree of the adder, the comparator and multiplexer. According to a simulation result, reduction of area $3.78\%$, power consumption $12.22\%$, maximum gate delay $23.80\%$ occurred from punctured viterbi decoder for DMB system.
