관광지 종류별 일반국도 교통량의 시간별 특성 연구 (Analysis on Time Dependent Traffic Volume Characteristics on Highways linked to Recreation Areas)

  • 임의의 도로에서 교통량 변동은 해당 도로를 이용하는 사람들의 경제활동, 생활패턴을 반영한 결과이다. 또한 도로가 위치한 곳, 도로의 용도 등에 따라 시간에 따른 교통량 변동 특성은 다르게 나타나는 것이 일반적이다. 본 논문에서는 산지 관광부, 해양 관광부와 같은 관광지로 접근하기 위한 도로의 교통량 특성을 나타내는 지표인 월 보정계수(Monthly Adjustment Factor), 요일 보정계수(Weekly Adjustment Factor), 그리고 설계시간계수(Design hourly Factor)를 산출하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 관광부 도로별 교통량 특성이 분석될 경우, 해당 도로의 적정 연평균일교통량(AADT) 및 설계시간교통량의 추정은 물론, 효율적인 교통소통정책 및 교통처리대책의 수립에도 크게 기여할 것으로 기대되며, 향후 도로용량편람 등의 개정을 위한 기초연구로 이용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • The 1st order vertical network of Korea was adjusted in 1987 at first time. This is the second adjustment of the 1st order vertical network of Korea by National Geographic Information Institute. All the levelling data were acquired by digital level with invar staff. The number of 1st order level lines are 36, and 34 level lines comprise 11 circles of level network. Backward and forward error of a few level lines are larger than the regulations of NGII, Korea. Also, 3 circles of vertical network has circuit closure error that is exceed the regulation. As the result of 1st order vertical network adjustment, the reference standard error of the vertical network was $1.8mm/{\surd}km$.

  • This paper deals with a computer aided control of an adjustment process for the complete electronic devices by means of an application of artificial neural network and an implementation of neuro-controller for intelligent control. Multi-layer neural network model is employed as artificial neural network with the learning method of the error back propagation. Information initially available from real plant under control are the initial values of plant output, and the augmented plant input and its corresponding plant output at that time. For the intelligent control of adjustment process utilizing artificial neural network, the neural network emulator (NNE) and the neural network controller(NNC) are developed. The initial weights of each neural network are determined through off line learning for the given product and it is also employed to cope with environments of the another product by on line learning. Computer simulation, as well as the application to the real situation of proposed intelligent control system is investigated.

  • 최근 게임 산업에서 모바일 게임이 차지하고 있는 비중이 증대됨에 따라 모바일 게임의 주요 사용자인 10대 청소년층의 모바일 게임 사용시간이 크게 증가하게 되었고 모바일 게임은 다양한 형태로 초등학생을 포함한 청소년에게 영향을 미치고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 모바일 게임이 학교성적과 학교생활 적응에 미치는 영향을 고찰하고 이를 바탕으로 하여 모바일 게임이 가진 부정적인 효과를 상쇄시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 하였다.

P.I.D.형 바동조타장치에 대한 약간의 고찰 (Some Considerations on the P.I.D. type Autopilot)

  • The purpsoe of automatic steering system is to keep the ship's course stable with the minimum course error and rudder angle, and there have been a number of studies as to the optimal design and adjustment of the autopilot. Recently, modern control theories are being used widely in analyzing and designing the system. When a ship is at sea, autopilot installed on the ship plays an important role, particularly in the respect of economic aspects, that is, when the design and the adjustment of adjustable parameters are not conducted perfectly, the amount of loss in energy and the extension of sailing distance become large. Therefore the optimal design and adjustment of a autopilot are very important. Though P.I.D type autopilots are widely spread and generally used in modern ships, the suitability and the adjusting method are not clarified. In this paper the authors considered the stabilaity and the economical efficiency of the P.I.D. type autopilot and investigated various facts which should be considered at the time of designing and using the P.I.D. type autopilot through the digital computer simulation.

냉난방도일을 이용한 기준부하추정 방법에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Baseline Load Estimation Method using Heating Degree Days and Cooling Degree Days Adjustment)

  • Climate change and energy security are major factors for future national energy policy. To resolve these issues, many countries are focusing on creating new growth industries and energy services such as smartgrid, renewable energy, microgrid, energy management system, and peer to peer energy trading. The financial and economic evaluation of new energy services basically requires energy savings estimation technologies. This paper presents the baseline load estimation method, which is used to calculate energy savings resulted from participating in the new energy program, using moving average model with heating degree days (HDD) and cooling degree days (CDD) adjustment. To demonstrate the improvement of baseline load estimation accuracy, the proposed method is tested. The results of case studies are presented to show the effectiveness of the proposed baseline load estimation method.

Synthesis of Machine Knowledge and Fuzzy Post-Adjustment to Design an Intelligent Stock Investment System

  • This paper proposes two design principles for expert systems to solve a stock market timing (SMART) problems : machine knowledge and fuzzy post-adjustment, Machine knowledge is derived from past SMART instances by using an inductive learning algorithm. A knowledge-based solution, which can be regarded as a prior SMART strategy, is then obtained on the basis of the machine knowledge. Fuzzy post-adjustment (FPA) refers to a Bayesian-like reasoning, allowing the prior SMART strategy to be revised by the fuzzy evaluation of environmental factors that might effect the SMART strategy. A prototype system, named K-SISS2 (Knowledge-based Stock Investment Support System 2), was implemented using the two design principles and tested for solving the SMART problem that is aimed at choosing the best time to buy or sell stocks. The prototype system worked very well in an actual stock investment situation, illustrating basic ideas and techniques underlying the suggested design principles.

모빌 디바이스의 무선데이터통신을 활용한 엑스트라넷 구축연구 (A Study on construction of extranet using wireless data communication of mobile device)

  • Developed in this paper is a prototype extranet using mobile device such as Personal Digital Assistance(PDA) or Handheld PC(HPC). Especially an adjustment transaction system for auto insurance using wireless data communications is described. Using infrastructures such as PCS, Cellular, Private Radio, wireless communications offers tremendous applications in Korea. A survey of such applications is presented in this paper. Also an analysis of currently available infrastructures of wireless communications is described in this paper. The scheme of an adjustment transaction consists of seven steps: (1) get list of adjustment, (2) obtain insurance information, (3) check police record, (4) get an accident record, (5) get bluebook value, (6) examine the car, (7) file report. Comparing with the previous on-line method that spends much time on gathering data, the proposed system guarantees more rapid transaction using wireless communications.

  • Much time and labor has been conventionally paid for fine adjustment of circuit elements by experience to improve the characteristics of Tap-off for CATV systems. To solve the problem, in this paper, the relations between the even- and odd-mode impedance. Z$_{oe}$ and Z$_{oo}$ of symmetrical 4-port coupled-line directional coupler and power dividing characteristics of Tap-off for CATV system have been derived. After the coupling, the reflectivity and the isolation are represented by Z$_{oe}$ and Z$_{oo}$ only, the fine adjustment of all S-parameters can be performed by controling the elements of Z$_{oe}$ and Z$_{oo}$ only. Furthermore, the validity of the new fine adjustment method proposed here has been confirmed by experiments.

High Capacity Information Hiding Method Based on Pixel-value Adjustment with Modulus Operation

  • Through information hiding technique, secret message can be hidden in pictures. Stego-image quality and hiding capacity are two important metrics for information hiding. To enhance these metrics, many schemes were proposed by scholars in recent years. Some of them are effective and successful, but there is still a room for further improvement. A high capacity information hiding scheme (PAMO, Pixel-value Adjustment with Modulus Operation Algorithm) is introduced in this paper. PAMO scheme uses pixel value adjustment with modulus operation to hide confidential data in cover-image. PAMO scheme and some referenced schemes are implemented in Python and experiments are carried out to evaluate their performance. In the experiments, PAMO scheme shows better performance than other methods do. When secret message length is less than 72000 bits, the highest hiding capacity of PAMO can reach 7 bits per pixel, at the same time the PSNR of stego-images is greater than 30 dB.
