This study is unrefined ZnO, $TiO_2$ nanoparticles is expose M4 medium to search nanoparticle aggregation and Daphnia magna was any effect by immobilization and mortality. ZnO and $TiO_2$ nanoparticle powder-size is respectively 20 nm and 40 nm. but, M4 medium has about respectively as 1333 nm and 1628 nm, 40 to 70 times were agglomerated. Immobilization of ZnO and $TiO_2$ nanoparticles was influenced both time and concentration the higher to swimming of D.magna. Especially, The immobilization of D.magna in nano-ZnO is greater than that influence in nano-$TiO_2$. Mortality of ZnO nanoparticle is higher rate at long time and high concentration. $TiO_2$ nanoparticle observed mortality at 10ppm concentration after 72h. Consequently, when Nanoparticles is introduced into ocean. Particle size become grow. Additionally, aggregation be caused affect aquatic ecosystems.
The mechanism for activated sintering of UO$_2$by an addition of 0.05 w/o TiO$_2$was investigated using a high temperature X-ray diffractometer. The diffraction pattern of UO$_2$pellets was studied in a temperature range from room temperature to 120$0^{\circ}C$ in hydrogen atmosphere. At 120$0^{\circ}C$, the expansion of UO$_2$lattice were 1.448% and 1.354% greater when it was compared with those at room temperature for pellets with and without the 0.05 w/o TiO$_2$addition, respectively-The effect of the TiO$_2$addition is to increase the lattice constant of UO$_2$by 0.094% at 120$0^{\circ}C$. The lattice constant at 120$0^{\circ}C$without the TiO$_2$addition is equal to that at 108$0^{\circ}C$ with the 0.05 w/o TiO$_2$addition. This temperature difference could be well compared with the suppression of sintering temperature by TiO$_2$hat had been observed Previously. It is believed that the increase in lattice expansion due to the TiO$_2$addition would give rise to the activated sintering of UO$_2$by the lattice-expansion-induced-enhancement of self diffusion.
As a primary material for MLCC, $BaTiO_3$ particles coated with two additives in a core-shell structure were prepared in this study. This composite powder can not only reduce the VOC emission during MLCC manufacture but also increase the density and reliability of electronic products. The additives were $Y_2O_3$ and $MnCO_3$, whose composition information was obtained from domestic companies. It was observed that the surface of $BaTiO_3$ particles was uniformly as well as simultaneously coated by those two materials via urea-decomposition reaction over $70^{\circ}C$ as the reaction temperature. Elemental analysis indicated that the measured content of each additve was quite close to the designated value. The effect of polymeric dispersant such as PVP, on the coating characteristics was not as significant as expected.
Optimal conditions for HA plasma spray-coating on Ti6Al4V alloy were investigated in order to obtain enhanced bone-bonding ability with Ti6Al4V alloy. The properties of plasma spray coated film were analyzed by SEM, XRD, surface roughness measurement, and adhesion strength test because the film's transformed phase and crystallinity were known to be influential to bone-bonding ability withTi6Al4V alloy. The films were formed by a plasma spray coating technique with various combinations of plasma power, spray distance, and auxiliary He gas pressure. The film properties were analyzed in order to determine the optimal spray coating parameters with which we will able to achieve enhanced bone-bonding ability with Ti6Al4V alloy. The most influential coating parameter was found to be the plasma spray distance to the specimen from the spray gun nozzle. Additionally, it was observed that a relatively higher film crystallinity can be obtained with lower auxiliary gas pressure. Moderate adhesion strength can be achievable at minimal plasma power. That is, adhesion strength is minimally dependent on the plasma power. The combination of shorter spray distance, lower auxiliary gas pressure, and moderate spray power can be recommended as the optimal spray conditions. In this study, optimal plasma spray coated films were formed with spray distance of 70 mm, plasma current of 800 A, and auxiliary gas pressure of 60 psi.

In an approach to acclimate ourselves torecent ecological consciousness trend, a lead-free piezoelectric material, bismuth sodium titanate (abbreviated as BNT) based bismuth sodium barium titanate (abbreviated as BNT-BT), was considered as an environment-friendly alternative for a lead based piezoelectric system. Ceramic specimens of0.94[(BixNa0.5)TiO3]-0.06[BaTiO3] (x = 0.500~0.515) compositions were prepared by a modified mixed oxide method. To increase the chemical homogeneity andre action activity, high energy mechanical milling machine and pre-milled nanosized powder has been used. In this method (BixNa0.5)TiO3 (x=0.500~0.515) andBaTiO3 were prepared separately from pre-milled constituent materials at low calcination temperature and then separately prepared BNTX (X=1, 2, 3 and 4) and BT were mixed by high energy mechanical milling machine. Without further calcination step the mixed powders were pressed into disk shape and sintered at $1110^{\circ}C$. Microstructures, phase structures and electrical properties of the ceramic specimens were systematically investigated. Highly dense ceramic specimens with homogenous grains were prepared in spite of relatively low sintering temperature. Phase structures were not significantly influenced by the excess amount Bi. Large variation on the piezoelectric and dielectric properties was detected at relative high excess Bi amounts. When $x{\leq}0.505$, the specimens exhibit insignificant variation in piezoelectric and dielectric constant though depolarization temperature is found to be decreased. Considerable amount of decrease in piezoelectric and dielectric properties are observed with higher excess of Bi amounts ($x{\geq}0.505$). This research indicates the advantages of high energy mechanical milling and importance of proper maintenance of Bi stoichiometry.

In the present paper, it is attempted to reconfirm the "Intelligent" material properties using both the sintered TiNi/Al(1100) matrix composite made by powder metallurgy method and the squeeze-casted TiNi/Al6061 specimens. A metal matrix composite is, its fault has been considered to deteriorate a strength of composite by heating residual stress of the matrix. Therefore, it is necessary to remove a tensile residual stress, to produce the strength of a composite better. On the contrary, if compressive residual stress happens in matrix of composite in place of tensile residual stress, it will make the strength of composite better. So that, this paper introduce the development of a high strength of composite, by using compressive residual stress well, on the study. By using these specimens, shape memory strengthening effects in tensile strength and fatigue crack propagation above inverse transformation temperature of TiNi fiber were investigated. We occurs the prestrain and volume fraction for to discuss the effects of a composite strength. Moreover, by SEM observation, the effect of the residual stress at the interface between Al matrix and TiNi fiber and some brittle precipitation layers such as inter metallic compounds on fracture mechanisms was discussed metallurgically.urgically.

The $\beta$-SiC+ZrB$_2$ and $\beta$-SiC+TiB$_2$ceramic electroconductive composites were pressureless-sintered and annealed by adding l2wt% A1$_2$$O_3$+Y$_2$$O_3$(6 : 4wt%) powder as a function of sintering temperature. The relative density showed highest value of 84.92% of the theoretical density for SiC-TiB$_2$ at 190$0^{\circ}C$ sintering temperature. The phase analysis of the composites by XRD revealed of $\alpha$-SiC(6H), TiB$_2$, $Al_{5}$Y$_2$$O_{12}$ and $\beta$-SiC(15R). Flexural strength showed the highest of 230 MPa for SiC-ZrB$_2$ composites sintered at 190$0^{\circ}C$. The vicker's hardness increased with increasing sintering temperature and showed the highest for SiC-ZrB$_2$ composites sintered at 190$0^{\circ}C$. Owing to YAG, the fracture toughness showed the highest of 6.50 MPa . m$^{1}$2/ for SiC-ZrB$_2$ composites at 190$0^{\circ}C$. The electrical resistivity was measured by the Rauw method from $25^{\circ}C$ to $700^{\circ}C$. The electrical resistivity of the composites showed the PTCR(Positive Temperature Coefficient Resistivity).).
Semiconductive SrTiO3 ceramic bodies were prepared by conventional ceramic powder processes in-cluding sintering in a reducing atmosphere. Sodium or potassium ions were diffused from the surface of the sintered bodies into the inner region using thermal diffusion process at 800-120$0^{\circ}C$. The effects of such ther-mal treatments on the electrical and chemical characteristics of the grain boundaries were investigated. The presence of sodium or potassium ions at grain boundaries produces non-linear current-voltage behaviors, electrical boundary potential barriers of 0.1-0.2eV, and threshold voltages of 10-70V. The diffused ions form diffusion layers with thicknesses of 20-50nm near the grain boundaries, reducing the concentration of strontium and oxygen.

The particle sizes of 0.95(K0.5Na0.5)NbO3-0.05BaTiO3 powder were controlled by secondary milling time after calcination. The average particle sizes, Dmean, of 0.95(K0.5Na0.5)NbO3-0.05BaTiO3 powders were critically changed from 14.31 μm to 0.91 μm by secondary milling time. The dielectric and piezoelectric properties of 0.95(K0.5Na0.5)NbO3-0.05BaTiO3 ceramics depended on the particle sizes of powders after calcination and the secondary milling process. As secondary milling times after calcination were increased to more than 48 hr, the dielectric and piezoelectric properties of 0.95(K0.5Na0.5)NbO3-0.05BaTiO3 ceramics were deteriorated.
SiC-based ceramic composites are currently being considered for use in fuel cladding tubes in light-water reactors. The joining of SiC ceramics in a hermetic seal is required for the development of ceramic-based fuel cladding tubes. In this study, SiC monoliths were diffusion bonded using a Ti foil interlayer and additional Si powder. In the joining process, a very low uniaxial pressure of ~0.1 MPa was applied, so the process is applicable for joining thin-walled long tubes. The joining strength depended strongly on the type of SiC material. Reaction-bonded SiC (RB-SiC) showed a higher joining strength than sintered SiC because the diffusion reaction of Si was promoted in the former. The joining strength of sintered SiC was increased by the addition of Si at the Ti interlayer to play the role of the free Si in RB-SiC. The maximum joint strength obtained under torsional stress was ~100 MPa. The joint interface consisted of $TiSi_2$, $Ti_3SiC_2$, and SiC phases formed by a diffusion reaction of Ti and Si.
