  • This paper's purpose obtain information of three dimension using a camera. This system embody to know the height of object using triangle method between reference point of circumstance and object. As I use java program, it is possible to make system regardless of operating system, set up the system. By using comportable USB port camera, we used to everywhere without the capture board. We can use the internet by using the java's JMF and applet everywhere, we regard the camera as fixed.

Mitigation of Voltage Unbalances in Bipolar DC Microgrids Using Three-Port Multidirectional DC-DC Converters

  • In this paper, a new three-port multidirectional DC-DC converter is proposed for integrating an energy storage system (ESS) to a bipolar DC microgrid (BPDCMG). The proposed converter provides a voltage-balancing function for the BPDCMG and adjusts the charge of the ESS. Thanks to the multi-functional operation of the proposed converter, the conversion stages of the system are reduced. In addition, the efficiency and weight of the system are improved. Therefore, this converter has a significant capability when it comes to use in portable BPDCMGs such as electric DC ships. The converter modes are analyzed and small-signal models of the converter in each of the independent modes are extracted. Finally, comprehensive simulation studies are carried out and a BPDCMG laboratory prototype is implemented in order to verify the performance of the proposed voltage balancer using the burst mode control scheme.

  • In this paper, three-port flyback inverter with Active Power Decoupling(APD) circuit is analyzed. Conventional flyback inverter with passive power decoupling circuit needs the electrolytic capacitor with large capacitance for decoupling between constant DC power and instantaneous AC power. However the electrolytic capacitor has low lifespan about 50000 to 100000 hours. So the active power decoupling techniques are applied to reduce input capacitance of flyback inverter. Thus the overall system can achieve smaller size and longer lifespan. Proposed three-port flyback inverter is verified by design optimization, simulation and experimental result.

인천과 중국 동북 3성 지역 간 교역 및 투자 협력에 관한 연구 (A Study on Intra-Regional Cooperation in Trade and Investment : The Case between Incheon, Korea, and Three Provinces in Northeastern China)

  • This study was conducted in order to develop inter-local cooperation strategies between the City of Incheon, in Korea, and three provinces in northeastern China. We begin with a description of the history of and prospects for trade between Korea and China, an explanation of the current economic status of Incheon, statistics on the economy, trade and investment trends in the region, and information on the ports of the three Chinese provinces. The following strategies are suggested for inter-local cooperation based on the current circumstances. First, cooperative industrial strategies and economic investment for promoting the mutual concerns and interests of China and Korea were developed. Second, a practical way of utilizing the Incheon Industrial Park located in Dandong, China, was devised to stimulate industrial and investment cooperation. Third, a method of building a network among major ports in Korea and other Northeast Asian port cities was developed. Fourth, an international logistics transportation system that makes connection between sea, land and air easier through logistics standardization was suggested in preparation fur the changing environment of logistics brought about by the opening of the new Incheon International Airport. Fifth, methods of Improving port facilities are suggested. And, finally, the role and necessity of the Incheon City Interchange Center in executing inter-local cooperation strategies is described.

  • In this study, ER fluids were working fluid and yield shear stress of attained dispersive ER fluids made by analyzed to adapt effectively at the practical equipment like three port ER valve. In addition, movement of ER particle was observed by using a microscope the same as the strength of electric field with Bingham characteristic. Basis material was presented to develop 3 port ER-Valve by quantitatively comparing and analyzing entrance, load and outlet flow's differences of 3 port rectangular tubes. This study, after designing and producing the 3port ER-Valve, considered the characteristic of pressure drop, outlet and load flow rate by changing the strength of electric field on ER fluids flowing between electrodes.

  • This paper describes the flow and performance characteristics inside the post-chamber of the multi-port hybrid rocket motor. Using the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) technique, the non reactive compressible flow fields in the downstream of the fuel grain was numerically calculated. The motor performance obtained from computational results were in agreement with that conducted by the ground motor firing test. Besides, the flow field characteristics inside the post-chamber were discussed under different port numbers (1 port and 3 ports) of the fuel grain. The flow pattern showed that the performance of multi-port hybrid rocket motor having three grain ports is higher than that of the single-port one due mainly to the difference of incoming mass flow rate irrespective to the pressure field.

Port Competition in East Asia and Korean Strategy

  • This paper aims to describe port competition in East Asia and the Korean government's port strategy. In doing so, the paper provides an overview of global changes in international trade, the shipping industry and the port business. It also delineates the status of port competition in the region. Particular examples are taken from the competition among the ports of Hong Kong, Singapore, and Malaysia, as well as those of Pusan and Kwangyang, Kaohsiung, Kobe, and Shanghai and Yantian. The port competition in East Asia is reviewed and classified in two groups: north-tier competition among traditional major players, such as Kobe and Pusan, and dark horses such as Shanghai, Kwangyang and perhaps Yokohama; and south-tier competition among the three traditionally big players Kaohsiung, Hong Kong and Singapore, and the relative newcomers of Yantian in China, and Tanjung Pelepas In Malaysia. Due to the enlarging of ships and expansion of port activities, the boundary between the two tier frontiers breakdown, or they may even merge, into one grand frontier, in the foreseeable future. Although it appears that Asian ports are not being very aggressive in preparing for the future of mega-carrier in their plans, it is true that China, Korea and Taiwan are moving full steam ahead in comprehensively developing their container ports on a large scale. It therefore seems to be the perfect time for rival ports to explore a port alliance strategy to fight against the trend toward alliances between of many shipping lines.

$2{\times}2$배열 피드혼 안테나용 모노 펄스 피드 설계 (Design of a Monopulse Feed for $2{\times}2$ Array Feed horn Antenna)

  • 본 논문에서는 3중 모드를 형성하는 $2{\times}2$배열 피드혼 안테나용 모노 펄스 피드를 설계 제작하고 복사 특성을 고찰하였다. 단일 피드의 경우 이득은 8.25dB의 값을 가지며,. 변환부에서 공기 중으로 연결되는 부위에 전계면으로 확장되는 구조를 갖게 함으로써 이득은 증가하고 구형 도파관과 공기 중의 반사는 저하시켰다. 급전 피드 port1과 port2는 수직으로 위치하여 개구부 혼의 두께를 얇게 함으로써 격리도는 -25dB이하의 특성을 만족하며 높은 주파수일수록 격리도는 향상됨을 확인하였다. port1과 port3은 수평으로 위치하여 전기장의 분포가 병렬로 연결되기 때문에 전기장의 결합은 적게 일어나지만 자기장의 결합이 나타나기 때문에 port1과 port2와의 격리도 보다는 최저 2dB에서 최대 6dB 향상된다. port1과 port4는 구조적으로 직접 결합은 아주 적은 양만 발생하지만, port2와 port3의 영향으로 -35dB이하가 됨을 확인 할 수 있었다.

산업중핵항만으로 발전하기 위한 광양항의 과제 (Projects of Gwangyang port to Develop Industrial Core Port)

  • 최근 10년 간 광양항의 품목별 물동량 증가 추이를 살펴보면, 석유화학 품목은 26% 성장, 철강은 12% 성장하였지만 컨테이너화물은 4% 성장에 머물러 있다. 이에 다기능 종합항만이자 산업항으로서 광양항의 강점과 컨테이너화물 처리실적 정체라는 광양항의 약점을 고려해 여수광양항만공사는 광양항의 새로운 성장 비전을 산업중핵항만(Industrial Core Port)으로 설정하였다. 이 연구의 목적은 산업중핵항만으로 광양항이 발전하기 위한 과제들을 제안하는 것이다. 연구 결과, 산업중핵항만으로 발전하기 위한 선결과제는 항만물동량 일변도의 항만성과지표의 수정 내지 변화에 대한 공감대 형성을 제시하였다. 산업중핵항만으로서 발전하기 위한 광양항의 과제는 다음 세 가지를 제시하였다. 광양항 산업중핵항만 성과지표를 도출해 이를 관리하고 모니터링하는 것이 무엇보다 필요하다고 할 수 있다. 다음으로 항만의 산업지원 만족도 조사가 필요하다고 하겠다. 마지막으로 광양항 항세권(hinterland) 부가가치 측정이 필요하다.

상하이항의 컨테이너 터미널 현황 분석 (Analysis on Status about Container Terminal of ShangHai Port)

  • 동북아 지역은 수 십년 동안의 발전으로 세계 경제무역의 핵심지역이 됐다. 그러므로 동아시아 지역의 컨테이너 물동량도 빠른 속도로 증가하고 있다 이 지역의 항만발전에 따라 각 국은 국제 해운 중심지를 앞 다투면서 노력하고 있다. 상하이와 직접적으로 경쟁할 수 있는 항만은 부산, 고베, 카오슝 등 3개 항만이다. 본 논문 중에서는 이상 3개 항만과 상하이항의 현황을 소개했다. 그 중에서도 상하이항의 장단점을 분석하여 4개항만의 하드웨어 및 소프트웨어 시설에 대해 비교분석을 했다. 마지막에는 상하이항의 구축에 대한 몇 가지 구체적인 조치에 대해 논의를 했다.
