In a good class, the elements that make up the class are organically related as a system. Unilateral assessment without sufficient explanation or agreement on assessment criteria, subjective assessment that does not guarantee the reliability of the assessment process and decolonized evaluation separate from the learning process can be a threat to a good class or healthy learning ecosystem. This study analyzed the evaluation through rubric and its effects to solve problems related to educational evaluation. 'Rubrick' is a descriptive evaluation tool that details the criteria for evaluating performance tasks based on class goals and the quality of performance in several stages. The rubric applied for movie literacy evaluation is 'analytical rubric'. It covers literacy to understand movies, movie making literacy and movie utilization literacy. For rubric, learners recognized it as a valid and very useful learning reflection tool.

As the IT technology develops, the military information system develops to the current IT environment for efficient operation and rapid communication, and the threat of cyber attack against the advanced weapon system using network technology is increasing simultaneously. In order to prevent and mitigate these problems, the United States has applied the cybersecurity test evaluation system from the beginning to the beginning of weapon system development. However, in Korea, the evaluation process of cyber security test is weak, and there is concern about the damage due to cyber attack. In this paper, we analyze cybersecurity test evaluation status of U.S. and domestic weapon systems and propose a solution to the problem of cybersecurity test evaluation system.

The spread of plasmid-mediated colistin resistance has posed a serious threat to public health owing to its effects on the emergence of pandrug-resistant bacteria. In this study, we investigated the prevalence and characteristics of mcr-1-positive Escherichia coli isolated from retail meat samples in Korea. In total, 1,205 E. coli strains were isolated from 3,234 retail meat samples in Korea. All E. coli strains were subjected to antimicrobial susceptibility testing and were examined for the presence of mcr-1 gene. All mcr-1-positive E. coli (n = 10, 0.8%) from retail meat were subjected to pulse-field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) and whole-genome sequencing (WGS). The transferability of mcr-1 gene was determined by conjugation assays. The mcr-1-positive strains exhibited diverse clonal types. Our mcr-1 genes were located in plasmids belonged to the IncI2 (n = 1) and IncX4 (n = 8) types, which were reported to be prevalent in Asia and worldwide, respectively. Most mcr-1 genes from mcr-1-positive strains (9/10) were transferable to the recipient strain and the transfer frequencies ranged from 2.4 × 10-3 to 9.8 × 10-6. Our data suggest that the specific types of plasmid may play an important role in spreading plasmid-mediated colistin resistance in Korea. Furthermore, our findings suggest that the retail meat may be an important tool for disseminating plasmid-mediated colistin resistance.

In this study, we introduce design methodology to develop a guidance for issuing heavy rainfall warning by using both RBFNNs(Radial basis function neural networks) and SVR(Support vector regression) model, and then carry out the comparative studies between two pattern classifiers. Individual classifiers are designed as architecture realized with the aid of optimization and pre-processing algorithm. Because the predictive performance of the existing heavy rainfall forecast system is commonly affected from diverse processing techniques of meteorological data, under-sampling method as the pre-processing method of input data is used, and also data discretization and feature extraction method for SVR and FCM clustering and PSO method for RBFNNs are exploited respectively. The observed data, AWS(Automatic weather wtation), supplied from KMA(korea meteorological administration), is used for training and testing of the proposed classifiers. The proposed classifiers offer the related information to issue a heavy rain warning in advance before 1 to 3 hours by using the selected meteorological data and the cumulated precipitation amount accumulated for 1 to 12 hours from AWS data. For performance evaluation of each classifier, ETS(Equitable Threat Score) method is used as standard verification method for predictive ability. Through the comparative studies of two classifiers, neuro-fuzzy method is effectively used for improved performance and to show stable predictive result of guidance to issue heavy rainfall warning.
The ballistic missile threat continues to increase with the proliferation of missile technology. In response to this threat, many kinds of interceptors have been emphasized over the years. For development of interceptor, systematic flight tests are essential. Flight tests provide valuable data that can be used to verify performance and confirm the technological progress of ballistic missile defense system including interceptor. However, during flight tests, civilians near the test region could be risk due to a lot of intercept debris. For this reason, reliable estimate of safety area for the flight tests should be preceded. In this study, prediction of safety area is performed through modeling and simulation. Firstly, behaviors of ballistic missile and interceptor are simulated for those entire phase including interception to obtain the relative intercept velocity and the relative impact angle. By using obtained data of kinetic energy, the fragment ejection velocity is calculated and fragment trajectories are simulated by considering drag, gravity and wind effects. Based on the debris field formation and hazard evaluation of debris, final safety area is calculated.

The Internet continues to grow and develop, but there are going to generate a variety of Internet attacks that exploit it. In the initial Internet environment, the attackers maliciously exploited Internet environments for ostentations and hobbies. but these days many malicious attempts purpose the financial gain so systematic and sophisticated attacks that are associated with various crimes are occurred. The structures, such as viruses and worms were present in the form of one source multi-target before. but recently, APT(Advanced Persistent Threat, intelligent continuous attacks) in the form of multi-source single target is dealing massive damage. The performance evaluation analyzed whether to generate audit data and detect integrity infringement, and false positives for normal traffic, process detecting and blocking functions, and Agent policy capabilities with respect to the application availability.
In order to dominate the multiple-targets of high threat in the initial stage of combat, it is necessary to maximize the combat effect by rapidly firing as many weapons as possible within a short time. Therefore, it is mandatory to establish the effective weapon allocation and utilize them for the combat. In this paper, we propose a weapon assignment algorithm for rapid reaction in multi-target and multi-weapon environments. The proposed algorithm maximizes the combat effect by establishing the fire plan that enables the rapid action with the operation of low complexity. To show the superiority of our algorithm, we implement the evaluation and verification of performances through the simulation and visualization of our algorithm. Our experimental results show that the proposed algorithm perform the effective weapon assignment, which shows the high target assignment rate within the fast hour even under the large-scale battle environments. Therefore, our proposed scheme are expected to be highly useful when it is applied to real weapon systems.

This study proposes a risk analysis methodology for information system security management in which the complexity on the procedure that the existing risk analysis methodology is reduced to the least. The proposed risk analysis methodology is composed of 3 phases as follows: beforehand processing phase, counter measure setting phase, post processing phase. The basic risk analysis phase is a basic security management phase in which fixed items are checked when the information security system is not yet established or a means for the minimum security control is necessary for a short period of time. In the detailed risk analysis phase, elements of asset a vulnerability, and threat are analysed, and using a risk degree production table produced from these elements, the risk degree is classified into 13 cases. In regard to the risk, the 13 types of risk degree will execute physical, administrative, and technical measures through ways such as accepting, rejecting, reducing, and transferring. Also, an evaluation on a remaining risk of information system is performed through a penetration test, and security policy set up and post management phase is to be carried out.
As the cyber-attacks through the networks advance, it is difficult for the intrusion detection system based on the simple rules to detect the novel type of attacks such as Advanced Persistent Threat(APT) attack. At present, many types of research have been focused on the application of machine learning techniques to the intrusion detection system in order to detect previously unknown attacks. In the case of using the machine learning techniques, the performance of the intrusion detection system largely depends on the feature set which is used as an input to the system. Generally, more features increase the accuracy of the intrusion detection system whereas they cause a problem when fast responses are required owing to their large elapsed time. In this paper, we present a network intrusion detection system based on artificial neural network, which adopts a multi-objective genetic algorithm to satisfy the both requirements: accuracy, and fast response. The comparison between the proposing approach and previously proposed other approaches is conducted against NSL_KDD data set for the evaluation of the performance of the proposing approach.

This paper showed that the integrated system to fortify security was much more efficient than the respective system through the analysis of problems from Firewall and IPS system in the existing security systems. The results of problem analysis revealed that there were the delay of processing time and lack of efficiency in the existing security systems. Accordingly, their performance was evaluated by using the separated Firewall, IPS system, and the integrated system. The result of evaluation shows that the integrated security system this paper suggested is five times faster than the existing one in terms of processing speed of response. This paper demonstrated the excellence of the proposed security system is also more than fivefold in session handling per second and six times process speeding in the CPU processing performance. In addition, several security policies are applied, and it provided a fact that it gave an excellent performance when it comes to protecting from harmful traffic attacks. In conclusion, this paper emphasized that fortifying the integrated security system was more efficient than fortifying the existing one considering in various respects such as cost, management, time, space and so on.
