This study investigated the relationship between the nurse's followership, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The sample consisted of 173 nurses of 2 private university hospitals. The instruments used in this study were the followership scale (Kelly, 1994), the job satisfaction scale (Slavitts et al., 1978), the organizational commitment questionnaire (Mowday et al., 1979) and the demographic questionnaire. SPSS/WIN program was used for descriptive statistics, ANOVA, and Pearson correlation analysis of data. The results were as follows: 1) The styles of followership were classified as pragmatist followers (73.4%), exemplary followers (19.7%), passive followers (4.6%), and alienated followers (2.3%). 2) The mean of independent/critical thinking was 3.32 (M=3.0), and active involvement was 3.04 (M=3.0). As a whole, the mean of followership was 3.18 (M=3.0), job satisfaction was 2.82 (M=2.5), and organizational commitment was 3.97 (M=3.5). 3) Significant differences were found in the degree of clinical nurses' perception of followership according to the demographic characteristics such as age, education, position, and career. 4) Significant differences were found in the degree of clinical nurses' perception of followership according to followership styles. 5) The followership was significantly related to job satisfaction and organizational commitment. In conclusion, the nurse's followership is considered as an important concept and this suggested that the concept could be used as a major variable in measuring effectiveness of nursing organization.
The Ministry of Education have had us practice the performance test as a substitute proposal, however, all the more for the idealistic purport, our education front does not have such a sufficient condition as to practice the performance test for many classes and miscellaneous duties and over-populated class, and that practice has been enforced so abruptly without any drastic preparation and has caused much confusion from the beginning of that enforcement. Thus, these problematic concerns are remained as the tasks of the teachers to be solved by themselves in the front of education, and herein I came to do this research. The followings are the conclusions that I got as the results of the research (1) Performance test style should be applied in consideration of the students' achievement level and the gap of the teachers' recognition; descriptive test, portfolio assignment and formative test styles were proper for the students lacking basic study ability. (2) Descriptive test should have its beginning with the question items to which students can write the problem solving procedure logically rather than those to evaluate the creation ability and thinking ability: and putting down specifically the assessment standard could prevent students' confusion and scheme the impartiality of the assessment. (3) Portfolio assignment evaluation should be given with as interesting and suitable amounts as possible so that the students can do by themselves. (4) Utilizing the performance test table enabled easy management of documentary evidence. And it is needless to say that the success of the performance test should have preceding conditions like the teachers' understanding and their positive participation. Therefore, I'd like to give suggestions herein like the followings; (1) The performance test should not always be made into grades, and there is a need to develop the test gradually in the condition that the education surroundings permit by checking time, frequency, ratio and contents of the test while practicing the multiple choice writing test. (2) As long as the performance test has the aims of improving the studying and learning activities, any performance test only for the sake of making numerals with the thought that assessment is the disposal of the grades should be avoided, and the change of the lecturing styles and development of various assessing types and studying materials should be endeavored to confirm with the aims.

The purpose of this study is to find and compare the differences in stress level, stressor, and coping style of high school students according to their personality traits. And to identify the personality traits contributing to stress reduction. The results of the study can be used as basic data for reducing the stress of adolescents to improve their academic achievement and maintain mental and physical stability. The questionnaire survey was conducted for 10 days from June 7 to June 16, 2017 for S high school students in Chungbuk Province. The study employed four measuring instruments as Ego-gram, Ok-gram, stressor scale, and stress coping type scale. Individual personality traits were classified into ego-states and ok-states in TA (Transactional Analysis). Stressors are classified into 5 categories (school life, home life, human relationship, myself, environment) and stress coping styles are classified into 4 categories (problem-focused coping, social-support coping, feeling-focused coping, hope-thinking coping) used in the previous studies. The collected data were analyzed using T-test, ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis. As a result, the stress level of high school students showed significant differences according to sex, year, grade, sleeping time, personality traits, and coping styles. Personality traits that contributed to the stress increase were NP, AC, 'you positive', 'i negative' and personality trait that contributes to stress reduction is 'you negative.' Therefore, we can judge that individual personality traits have significant effects on stress level, stressor, and coping style and need to find the effective stress management method suitable for individual personality traits using counseling, repetition training, self-suggestion etc.

In spite of the efforts to reduce traffic accidents of commercial vehicles, the number of driving under the influence (DUI) of commercial drivers has been increasing. This study examines the effect of stress coping style of commercial drivers on driving behaviors. Specifically, this research aims to find the role of life stress as a mediator in the relationships between the stress coping style and problematic drinking behaviors. 1308 licensed commercial vehicle drivers participated in this research. Results showed that life stress mediated the relationships between problem focused strategies, wishful thinking strategies, passive avoidance strategies and problematic drinking behaviors. These findings indicate that educating drivers to change their stress coping styles would be helpful to inhibit them from being involved in drunken driving.
Seymour Chwast, who has worked in various fields as in illustrator, graphic designer, and art director since 1950's, opened a new possibility in the field of visual design. Pushpin Graphics, founded by Chwast and his collegues, played a vital role in experimentation based on their creativity and courage. Amazingly enough his field covers Illustration, graphic design, poster, typography, and publication. His works, in which he sa tired people or events severely using his own lanb'Uage styit', appeals public powerfully and is remembered for a long time. He gives various forms to his creative ideas throughout many fields he deals with including caricature, giving all designers fresh and b'Teat inspiration. The fact that Chwast dose not limit himself to anyone style but uses various styles freely indicates his creative thinking process. The Creative Thinking, which is embedded in all his works, is so interesting and tactful that it may fulfill the requirement of the times, which wants to see something new and epochmaking. The aim of this study is to find creativity of Chwast's new visual language and its meaning through the analysis of unique caricatures among his works based on his philosophy, creative work process, and, particularly, creative thinking.
In this study, we tried to find the moderating effect as an interaction between brand concept variables and thinking style variables as well as the main effect of each. To this end, the inner wear bradns, CalvinKlein(symbolic concepts) and bodyguard(functional concept), as two parent brands and wallets as an extension product were selected. The results of this study were as follows: (i) Extension evaluation as well as fit judgement based on brand concepts was higher in symbolic brand than functional brand. (ii) The holistic thinkers were higher in fit judgement and expansion evaluation than the analytic ones. (iii) In case of symbolic brand, there was little differences in fit judgement and expansion evaluation between holistic thinkers and analytic thinkers. But In functional brand, there was some differences relatively. So, we found the interaction effect between variables in fit judgement and expansion evaluation. We can expect this research result to be helpful in working out diverse and practical marketing strategies using existing brand concepts in the global market environments.
In the center of our ancestor's culture, there were poetry, calligraphy, and painting. Above all, poetry was the heart of the culture involved in everyday life. The beauty of poetry was not limited to appreciation of the poetry but it influenced calligraphy, painting, seals, music, architecture and even how the ancestors viewed their lives. Categories of poetry(詩品, CP hereafter) is the poetry written to deliberate the style of poems and its influence went beyond the fields of calligraphy and painting. Even now, our architecture reflects the sentimental influences and values of CP. In order to understand the attitude, mind, and the world view of the architects in the past, comprehensive and deep understanding of their philosophy as well as their cultural and social norms is needed. In this paper, CP is used as the means to investigate and develop such understanding of our ancestors' philosophy and culture. This paper also intends to investigate how the seclusive thinking of Neo-Confucianism is reflected in CP and the overall literature. In addition, this paper aims to examine the trace of CP in traditional architecture as well as the relationships and the flow among various styles of CP. This study therefore serves as an important base in understanding the ancestor's philosophy that pursued balance between life and art, reason and emotion, study and practice, and their architectural expression. It is also expected that this study would work as the groundwork to regain our traditional culture identity.

The purpose of this study was to find the influence of students' cognitive styles and cognitive levels on chemistry problem solving. 322 11th grade students were administered Group Embedded Figures Test(GEFT), Group Assesment of Logical Thinking(GALT), and chemistry problem solving task about mole and stoichiometry. Chemistry task was made of ten items, 5 items of them include misleading factor(irrelevant information). The students who are field-independent and in formal operational stage got higher scores than those who are field-dependent and in transitional stage. In 5 items which have no misleading factor GALT had significantly contributed to the regression equation, while in 5 items which have misleading factor GEFT was significant contribution to the regression equation. In two items of misleading items, students who used the irrelevant information were significantly more field dependent than those who did not use this information.
Fashion designer Jean Paul Gaultier incorporated his own boundless and unique artistic Into his design of dance costumes, presenting an unobstructed imaginary world that was filled with freedom, which is no less than one would expect from the one-time enfant t${\'{e}}$rrible of Paris fashion. This creativity of Gaultier was made possible only through the fantastic partnership he formed with the French modern dancer, R${\'{e}}$gine Chopinot. Gaultier and Chopinot shared a deep-rooted sympathy that enabled their own artistic worlds to fully mingle and cross over, resulting in a doubled synergy of their talent and their fame. This study analyzed 11 dancing costumes created through the collaborated efforts of those two enfants t${\'{e}}$rribles, one from the fashion industry and the other from the world of dance. The following are the results of my analysis. Gaultier's dance costumes served as a artistic venue for experimenting with a number of creative inspirations lurking in his mind, which were sometimes expressed in pr${\^{e}}$t-${\`{a}}$-porter collections. Instead of the decorative and expressive features of conventional dance costumes, his was the revival of the dancer's persona as a human being, ablaze with individuality and uniqueness. He pointed out that there is no good in the distorted turturro's fixed point of view, and the great joy of an opposing way of thinking that overturned the established. Leotard material was used as a second skin by transforming it into various styles and delivering his message. In addition, obscene and sexual expressions were delivered in a direct narrative. His eccentric ideas provided entertainment while showing his oppositional way of thinking. In the dance, the effect of the costumes was doubled by the use of cumbersome and exaggerated accessories, which is generally forbidden in modern dance.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine whether non-cognitive student attributes such as learning style and personality type affected academic performance in a flipped learning classroom of a pre-dental undergraduate science course. Methods: 'Biodiversity and Global Environment,' a 15-week, 3-credit course, was designed as a flipped class in Seoul National University School of Dentistry in 2017. Second-year pre-dental students were required to enroll in the course and to engage in online learning and in-class discussion. The Kolb's Learning Style Inventory and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator were conducted to measure non-cognitive student factors. Independent samples t-test and multivariate regression analyses were used to examine the relationships between self-rated measurements and academic achievement. Results: More than half of the students enrolled in the flipped science course had an assimilator learning style (50%), followed by convergers (24%), accommodators (16%), and divergers (10%), and their personality types were dominated by the introverted, sensing, thinking, and judging types, respectively. Examining group differences using the t-test demonstrated a significant relationship between the diverger group and higher academic success. In particular, the multivariate regression analysis indicated that both thinking types and female students performed better in discussion than feeling types and male students. Conclusion: To operate the flipped learning classroom more effectively in medical and dental education, the instructor should carefully develop and apply a more tailored facilitation and relevant assessment by considering student learning styles and personality types.
