Management of kitchen is consist of various management factor, for instance, physical resources, financial resources, information resources, and human resources. Because these kind of resources determine efficiency of kitchen management, human resource management is important aspect of kitchen operation. In this paper of view, recently human resource management has been considered by kitchen manager. Kitchen Managers who are interested in human resource, focus on efficiency. Also human resource management underlined not only efficiency, but interrelationship of emplyee. Today, considering with the environment of management, operation of kitchen is important section on hotel management in relation to the profit of it. In the future, therefore kitchen will be strategic profit center on hotels. According to in this tendency, as profit business center kitchen assumed a aspect of efficiency mechanism. This thesis aimcs to point out the actual status of human resource management in the hotels, and suggests the improvement there of by analyzing the system. This research is organized into five sections. section one introduces its objectives. scope and mothodology. Section two provides the theory of human resource management on the kitchen of hotels. And section these analyzed about the factors of human resource management. Section four, suggests the alternatives of the improvement on human resource management, section Five describes the conclusion of this thesis. Today, importance of human resource is viewed multipoint aspects in relation to efficiency of organization and interrelationship of employee, especially the arrangement of human resource is fairly handle and allocation of the human resource and personal appraisal. On the other hand, human resource managers have to be responsible for the cost control and customer's attraction by developing human resources. In order to advance human resource management on kitchen of hotels, following alternatives are considered with efficiency of management and interrelation of employee. The first, the manager of hotels has to consider the passive support of development of human resource. The second, the manager of hotels should develop the various training program for the extonsive ability of employee. The third, in order to improvement of human resource management, manager should establish the system for human resource management view of efficiency and employee's interrelationship.

Taguchi developed and provided various independent methods for actual application in design of experiments. Taguchi method is described in philosophy, method and others related to quality management. This thesis is one of case studies for improving the bond strength of epoxy resin by Taguchi method which is applied as a optimum developing tool in six sigma management revolution in many companies.

조직의 업무와 관련되어 주고받는 이메일은 기록화하고 보존해야하는 조직의 자산이다. 그러나 현재 대부분의 공공기관에서 이메일기록에 관한 정책이나 지침이 마련되어 있지 않고, 이메일관리의 당위성에 대한 인식조차 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 이메일기록 관리의 당위성을 설명하고 우리나라 공공기관에서 효과적인 이메일기록 관리 방안을 기록관리학적 측면에서 모색하는 데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 이메일기록의 특성을 파악하기 위한 문헌연구와 함께 기록관리 선진국의 이메일기록관리 정책 및 지침을 분석하였다. 이러한 지침들은 형태가 구성요소와 다르기 때문에 공통적인 구성요소를 추출하여 주요 범주화하여 나누고, 세부사항을 비교해 볼 수 있도록 해체하여 분석하였다. 분석으로 도출된 이메일 관리 필수 요소를 중심으로 공공기관에서 실무 지침으로 삼을 수 있는 이메일기록 관리 방안을 모색하였다. 그리고 전자정부 시대에 적합한 이메일기록 관리 모형을 제시하고자 하였다.

This thesis paper is on the management of Energy Storage System for the catenary source stabilization of KTX's high-speed train section. It is the algorism that is to utilize on the voltage drop at the end and peak power suppression of the substation by supplying from the end, compensating consuming energy when the KTX retrogresses, by installing Energy Storage System at the end of the substation where is the section post. The algorism which this thesis is to utilize is verified through the catenary voltage modeling and simulation of the power conversion system, and the system validity of the Korail's Yongjeong section post which is currently in management is in the application review phase.

Recently, new variants of Ransomware are becoming a new security issue. Ransomware continues to evolve to avoid network of security solutions and extort users' information to demand Bitcoin using social engineering technique. Ransomware is damaging to users not only in Korea but also in all around the world. In this thesis, it will present research solution to prevent and cope from damage by new variants Ransomware, by studying on the types and damage cases of Ransomware that cause social problems. Ransomware which introduced in this paper, is the most issued malicious code in 2016, so it will evolve to a new and more powerful Ransomware which security officers cannot predict to gain profit. In this thesis, it proposes 4 methods to prevent the damage from the new variants of Ransomware to minimize the damage and infection from Ransomware. Most importantly, if user infected from Ransomware, it is very hard to recover. Thus, it is important that users understand the basic security rules and effort to prevent them from infection.

The purpose of this research is to suggest a desirable framework to promote EDI system in the Korean trade and transportation industries. First, this thesis reviews the trend of introduction of EDI systems in foreign countries and investigates their characteristics by examining some cases. Then the problems, which the Korean industries would be confronted with during the course of introduction of EDI system, are identified and discussed. Finally, this thesis suggests that the logistics network should be developed as a main system of EDI to which sub-networks of trade and custom service are linked. This leading role of logistics metwork is necessary to the EDI system because logistics tasks for international movement of goods are expected to increase while tasks related to trade and custom services will decrease in view of recent changes in the world trade environments warning the unbounded competition in the global marketplace without border.

The ocean has settled down in human mind as a territory and a leisure space from which anyone enjoys and takes a benefit under the national sovereignty, as the new era of Sea comes. In addition, because the population engaged in marine activities has rapidly increased, the number of marine accidents consequently has grown up as well. In this reason, currently it has been highlighted to devise safety measures to prevent large scale accidents or disasters on the oceans. Therefore, this thesis firstly points out issues and problems of current search and rescue operations, and secondly studies three primary factors of the search and rescue operations, which are decision of search range, decision of search asset, and decision of search duration. Finally, the thesis suggests a theoretical foundation of the search and rescue operations by applying the result of studies and the marine search theory through a theoretical approach to reasonable standards.

The purpose of this thesis is to construct the autonomous decentralized train traffic management structure using techniques of Autonomous Decentralized System. Currently, a method of train traffic control is making use of CTC(Centralized Traffic Control). Its operation method is divided into the remote mode and the local mode. The classified basis is according to the control authority of install signals in track side. In most cases, a large scale station is operated by the local mode. Because of dispatchers in center can not control the shunting works influence on the main route. In order to solve these problem s, we analyzed a current operation condition and system requirements. Moreover, this thesis is constructing autonomous decentralized train traffic management structure. Finally, this research proposed that interface with CTC and step-by-step construction.

In this thesis presents line balancing problems of two-sided and mixed model assembly line widely used in practical fields using genetic algorithm for reducing throughput time, cost of tools and fixtures and improving flexibility of assembly lines. Two-sided and mixed model assembly line is a special type of production line where variety of product similar in product characteristics are assembled in both sides. This thesis proposes the genetic algorithm adequate to each step in tow-sided and mixed model assembly line with suitable presentation, individual, evaluation function, selection and genetic parameter. To confirm proposed genetic algorithm, we apply to increase the number of tasks in case study. And for evaluation the performance of proposed genetic algorithm, we compare to existing algorithm of one-sided and mixed model assembly line. The results show that the algorithm is outstanding in the problems with a larger number of stations or larger number of tasks.
