COBE's results on the anisotropy of the cosmic microwave background radiation (CMBR) is discussed. Some ambiguities in the linear GI cosmic perturbation theory are clarified. The problem of the last scattering surface and the deficiencies of the linear cosmic perturbation theory are mentioned. The possible ways to overcome the theoretical difficulties are discussed also.

Since the significance of measurements during tunnel construction is not recognized, measurements have not been implemented except for a few very important construction site. As the tunnel construction by NATM increases, the importance of measurements is being emphasized. But, due to the lack of practical experiences and theoretical background in measurements techniques, systematic measurements control system has not yet been established. In this study a measurements control system, successfully used in the urban tunnel construction, is introduced.

Triggered star formation is not a new idea - it's been around for at least the last 30 years. Although it has never disappeared from the scene, it seems to be enjoying something of a renaissance in recent years, in both observational and theoretical studies. Here we give a brief discussion of the background of triggered star formation, describe some of our own recent observational efforts in this regard, and briefly mention some initial conclusions that may be drawn.

The possibility of detection of deviation from Gaussian distribution of primordial perturbations in the Cosmic Microwave Background (CMB) Radiation is very important because it can shed light on how the perturbations were created in the very early universe. We study the effect of the primordal non-Gaussianity on topological observables called Minkowski Functionals, which are functions of the temperature fluctuation field, and show that they carry distinct signatures of different types of non-Gaussianities. Then, we constrain the non-Gaussianity parameters by comparing the theoretical predictions of the Minkowski Functionals with measurements from observational data from WMAP.

In HVDC System, the rapid voltage breakdown between anodes and cathodes during valve firing causes radio interference in HVDC converter station. These voltage breakdown causes steep current pulse and inject current in system. As a result, harmonic frequencies are generated from valve, switchyard. In this paper, theoretical background of radio interference in HVDC converter is discussed and its reduction method for radio interference is proposed.

The optical fiber subscriber receive communication system is multimedia home network core technology because it is providing the high-level data quality and service. The paper describes the effects of magnetic field on the electrochemical polishing process in the view of ionic in the electrolyte. Theoretical background was suggested how magnetic field increases the material removal efficiency and surface finishing ability Magnetic field changes the jonic movement in the electrolyte from linear motion to curved or complex oscillating one, thus increases the electrolytic current density and, as the results, the finishing efficiency.
