In this study, volunteer experience(motive, durability, satisfaction, content) was set up as an independent variable, career maturity degree(determinacy, involvement, independence, tendency) was set up as a dependent variable, and the average difference and effect of the sub factors for each of them were reviewed. For this purpose, questionnaires were performed with 519 students at the middle schools and high schools in Busan. With 376 students having volunteer experiences among them, an analysis was done to find out the effect of volunteer experience on career maturity. The results of this study are as follows: First, whether having volunteer experience or not affected the career maturity among youths. That is the group with volunteer experience had higher level of interest, involvement and value in career and jobs than the group without them. Second, it showed that volunteer experience affected career maturity among youths. Specifically, career maturity was higher as their motive for volunteer activities was selfish, their satisfaction for volunteer activities was higher and they had more volunteer activities.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the work value factors regarded as important by the culinary-related graduates in their 20s, and also to analyze the effects of work value factors on the life satisfaction. To achieve this purpose, this study analyzed the data of 155 graduates from departments including 'culinary arts', 'foodservice', and 'confectionery' among the college graduates in their 20s who participated in GOMS 2018. The results of analysis are as follows. First, the new generation majors in culinary arts showed the high importance of their aptitude and interest, employment stability, earned income. Second, in relation to the major field, the male graduates majored in culinary arts more highly perceived the importance than the female graduates majored in culinary arts. On the other hand, regarding the social reputation of job and work duty, the female graduates majored in culinary arts more highly perceived the importance than the male graduates majored in culinary arts. Third, the developmental value factor of work value had positive effects on the life satisfaction. Thus, the career-related staffs or professors of college should provide the career guidance by considering gender when the majors in culinary arts transit to the labor market after graduation.
Objectives: This study was conducted to promote the value of field practice courses by installing an efficient field practice program through understanding the relationship between career decision/ behavior and the pre-/post satisfaction of dental hygiene students in field practice. Methods: The subjects of the study were students in Gyeongnam and Busan majoring in dental hygiene, from which 218 questionnaires were obtained from 23 November 2015 to 30 July 2016. Results: In terms of career decision/ behavior, the post-satisfaction scores in ideas about their major, about whether it was helpful to selecting their speciality and positive impression of dental hygienists, interest and understanding in training course were significantly lower than the pre-satisfaction scores (p<0.05). Relationship between satisfaction in field training and career decision/ behavior following the field training, pre-/post-satisfaction on site-training content (r=0.371, p<0.01), pre-/post satisfaction in training instructions (r=0.267, p<0.01), and pre-/post-satisfaction in the training sites (r=0.436, p<0.01) were all proportionally correlated to the after-training career decision and behavior. Conclusions: It is necessary for training instructors to maintain close relationships with the students in field practice program courses. In advance, it is expected to promote students' satisfaction in field practice and serve as a starting point where students can build self-esteem as a future dental hygienist by positively influencing their career decisions and behaviors.

The role and importance of entrepreneurship is fast becoming recognized with the topic of creative economy in Korea. Especially, young generations having difficulties of finding a job choose to be an entrepreneur as a part of their career choice due to the changes in social awareness about entrepreneurship and the increase of entrepreneurship education opportunity. It is needed to approach with the analysis of young people's career choice reasons in order to provide effective entrepreneurship education to those who has the choice of career ahead. Each student has different desire to entrepreneurship lecture and education with the basis of their own motivation and goal of career choice reasons. The objective of this study is to examine career choice reasons with 1,651 science and engineering field students in universities to determine the sustainable needs of entrepreneurship education. As a result of the analysis, there is significant relationship between the satisfaction of entrepreneurship education and the intrinsic factors such as self-realization, innovativeness, role-model and independence. In addition, the satisfaction of entrepreneurship education is significantly related to the sustainable desire of entrepreneurship education. In other words, it is needed to enhance intrinsic value of the students' career choice reasons for sustainable entrepreneurship education due to successful start-ups requiring to have information and understanding process of business which comes from continuous entrepreneurship education.

This study analyzed the correlation of work values, career attitude maturity and employment preparation behavior by determining the sociodemographic characteristics, and the study confirmed the validity of the influence of work values and career attitude maturity on employment preparation behavior. The subjects of this study were 218 nursing students at a university located in Geonggi-do. The data was collected from June 4th to August 27th, 2019 by using structured questionnaires. As a result, female students scored significantly higher in work values and career attitude maturity than did the male students, and the students who had better grades showed higher employment preparation behavior. In addition, the result showed positive correlation between work values and employment preparation behavior, and the study showed correlation between career attitude maturity and employment preparation behavior. Greater independence, readiness, certainty, and decisiveness were higher and were sub-factors of career attitude maturity and employment preparation behavior. Moreover, the higher the students' patriotism and indoor activities, the higher was their employment preparation behavior. In conclusion, the employment preparation behavior was higher according to greater work values, while the influence of career attitude maturity on employment preparation behavior was not statistically significant.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the recognition of the professionalism required for strengthening the effective career guidance capacity of the secondary career teachers who are required to prepare for the coming fourth industrial revolution era. Based on these research objectives, we derived the required roles(8), the required competencies(20), and the contents(23) for enhancing professionalism by the required competencies, based on this, the questionnaire was composed and 217 respondents were collected and analyzed. First, the t-test was conducted to confirm the statistically significant difference between the current level and the important level of each content item by each role. As a result, it was found that in all roles except role of 'administrator' The t-value is statistically significant and the t-value distribution is high. Second, the demand value calculation and the priority ranking using the Borich demand calculation formula were found, and as a result, the directionality between the t value and the Borich demand was in agreement. Third, as a result of prioritizing using the Locus for Focus model, the contents of all 5 (middle school 7, high school 2) education contents were given priority. Fourth, three middle schools and five high schools were derived from the subordinate. Finally, we confirmed the relevance of the contents of education to actual educational necessity. Although this study has many limitations and limitations due to the fact that there are few prior data due to the segmentation of the subject related to the 4th Industrial Revolution and career guidance, it is necessary to develop educational training program I hope to be able to use it as basic data of various follow-up studies and make some suggestions.
This study is to infer consumer's value and demographics towards Missy, who are womens of new generation which represents new consumer group in fashion industry. The concrete purpose of the study is as follows : First : To find out the differences of value inference towards Missy depending on demographics of researched group. Second : To find out differences of value inference towards Missy depending on self-evaluation. Third : To find out differences of perception towards Missy's demographics between the groups of career women, housewives, students. Fouth : To find out differences of perception towards Missy's demographics depending on self-evaluation about Missy's of researched group. The researched group was 251 women aged between $20\sim30$ living in Seoul and sample have been selected from various profession. Method of the study was by using questionnares which were based on results of pretest and preceding research. Analysis of the study was achieved by using SPSS package which are frequency, percentage, $x^2$-test, t-test and Anova, Duncan-test and the results are as follows: First : There are significant differences of value inference towards Missy between the groups who are perceived themselves Missy by self evaluation and the groups who are not. Third : There are significant differences of perception towards Missy's demographics between the groups of career women, housewives, students. Fourth : There are significant differences of perception in regards to Missy's demographics between perceived themselves Missy and the others who are not.

The study aims to identify the factors affecting business performance of rural tourism operators. For this study, 1,004 questionnaires were collected by field survey of rural tourism operators. The linear multiple regression analysis were used to identify factors affecting performance of rural tourism business. The result indicate that the factors influencing the sales of rural tourism business were in order of owning sales facilities, perception of multi-functional value of agriculture and rural, group promotion, number of rooms, and gender. In the case of gender, it was found that females had a high probability of positively affecting sales. The factors influencing the satisfaction of the rural tourism business were in the order of management strategy, number of days of operation, perception of multi-functional value of agriculture and rural, and business career. In the case of management strategy, it was found that the differentiation strategy have a positively affecting the satisfaction of the rural tourism business. As for the business career, the shorter the career, the higher the probability of positively affecting the satisfaction of the rural tourism business. The results of this study would be useful for establishing strategies to improve the management performance of the rural tourism business.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the mediating effect of self-regulation(SR) and the moderating effect of career identity(CI) in predicting academic achievement(AA) by middle school students' achievement value(AV). The subjects were 1,088 male and 970 female students in the third year of middle school. A conditional process analysis using SPSS and Hayes' process macro was conducted. The results were as follows. First, the partial mediation effect of SR was significant in the relationship between AV and AA. Second, the moderating effect of CI was notable in the relationship between AV and SR, and AV and AA respectively. Finally, the mediation effect of AV on AA through SR was found to decrease as CI increased. These results show that supporting the development of CI for students with low AV helps to improve SR and AA. However, as the effect of CI was found to be weaker than the effect of AV or SR on AA, the follow-up research exploring ways to support the achievement value of middle school students are suggested.
