SP기법을 이용한 철도물류서비스의 고객 선호도 분석 (Customer Stated Preference Analysis On Railroad Logistics Service by SP Method)

  • The success of road transportation, in dominating the surface movement of freight, is now threatened by increased traffic congestion, falling average motorway speed and rising in logistics costs, oil price. Due to the necessity for an effective transport system, we need to improve domestic transport infrastructure to reduce logistics cost by shifting to rail system. To analysis the demand characteristics in advance against these hypothetical circumstances, Stated Preference, which is called SP, approaches have been adopted to analysis the shipper's mode choice behaviors as RP(Revealed Preference) approaches are not appropriate. The results also indicate that the most effective policy to divert the freight volume from road to railway is to reduce freight rates for the railway with improved reliability.

Safety of Train Passengers in a Tunnel

  • Along with the opening of the high speed railroad in 2004, the number of long tunnels constructed is increasing and will be continued. In this respect, the fro inside the tunnels is a main cause of drastic damages to both facilities and lives of passengers on board, especially more severe consequences are expected if the fire occurs on a train in urban area. Even though, the threat to human lives due to the increasing number of tong tunnels and increasing train operation times inside such tunnels is getting bigger, the studies to measure safety of the tunnel and to enhance the safety of passengers have not been carried out enough in Korea. Therefore, in this paper, we will use the probabilistic method to predict the average number of deaths of passengers in case of fire on a train iii tunnel, and show the potential risk to passengers which can be a guide for safer design of tunnels to be constructed.

철도화물수송 지원정책 국제비교 연구 (Comparative Study on Rail Freight Policies of Various Countries)

  • 철도는 도로대비 에너지 소비량 및 온실가스, 오염물질 배출량이 낮은 친환경 수송수단이다. 철도화물의 활성화를 통한 녹색운송시스템 구축을 위해 세계 각국은 다양한 지원정책을 펼치고 있다. 하지만 우리나라의 경우 실질적인 지원방안이 미미한 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 국내외 다양한 국가들의 철도화물 지원을 위한 정책을 비교 분석하여 국내 관련정책 수립에 대한 시사점을 도출하는 것을 목표로 하였다. 이를 위해 영국, 스위스, 독일, 오스트리아, 프랑스, 헝가리, 일본, EU 및 한국을 대상으로 철도화물 활성화를 위한 정책을 5가지의 카테고리로 분류하여 비교분석을 수행하였으며 철도물류관련시설 지원방안, 철도화물수송비용에 대한 직접적 지원 및 도로화물수송에 대한 제한방안에 대한 시사점을 도출하였다.

탄소배출을 고려한 직배송 물류전략의 운영비용 절감효과 분석 (Analysis of Operation Cost Savings Effects of Direct Delivery Logistics Strategy Considering Carbon Emission)

  • 본 논문은 탄소배출 규제와 같이 새롭게 변화하는 물류 환경에서 유통업체들이 올바른 물류전략을 선정하기 위하여 탄소배출을 고려한 두 물류전략의 총 운영비용의 비교 분석 연구를 수행하였다. 본 연구에서는 물류전략간 운영비용 비교를 위하여 기존 EOQ(Economic Order Quantity) 모형을 활용하여 국내의 물류환경 및 탄소배출을 고려한 모형으로 확장하였고, 이 모형을 바탕으로 실증연구 분석을 수행하였다. 실증 연구로는 대형 유통업체의 농산물 유통을 대상으로 하여 기존의 물류 전략과 직배송 물류 전략의 운영비용 및 경제적 주문량을 산정하고 분석하였다. 실증연구 결과 농산물을 운송함에 있어 직배송 물류전략이 기존 물류전략 대비 50% 이상의 운영비용 절감효과가 있는 것으로 분석되었고, 이는 직배송 물류전략이 기업의 운영비용 절감에 더 효과적인 것으로 판단할 수 있다. 결론적으로, 탄소배출을 고려하였을 때 직배송 물류전략이 기존 물류전략보다 경제적 환경적인 효과가 있다고 분석될 수 있으며, 농산물의 신선도도 함께 높이는 전략이라고 판단된다.

  • The main transportation mode of long distance inter-city passenger trips is high-speed rail and the modal share of transportation has been changed profoundly since the KTX service has been started in the Kyung-Bu railroad transportation corridor in the day of 1 April, 2004. After an opening of KTX service in the second stage Kyung-Bu and Ho-Nam railroad transportation corridors, a capacity of incumbent railroads will be increased and operational environments of freight train will be improved. The purpose of this paper is to examine the impact of KTX service operation on the national logistics thoroughly. This paper establishes a deceptive scheme in the national railroad logistic transportation and a route operational strategy between the main origins and destinations efficiently considering the changes of the current freight transportation system in the future. We expect to achieve efficiency of logistic transportation in this paper through alternative routes for example Ho-Nam, Chang-Hang, Seo-Hae line.

화물자동차 UBI 도입을 위한 운행 평가 모델 구축 (Development of Driving Evaluation model of a truck for UBI)

  • 화물자동차 사고는 전체 교통사고의 약 12.64%를 차지하고 있다. 특히 화물자동차의 경우 사고 발생 시 피해규모가 크며 사망률도 매우 높다. 이러한 이유로 2012년도에 화물차 보험료는 대폭 인상되었고 화물자동차 운전자들의 부담이 매우 높은 실정이지만, 화물자동차의 과속, 과적 등은 줄어들고 있지 않는 추세이다. 화물자동차 운전자들이 자발적으로 안전운전을 할 수 있도록 대책을 강구하여야 한다. 본 연구에서는 현재 화물자동차 운전자들이 자발적으로 안전운전을 할 수 있는 방법 중 하나로 Usage-Based Insurance(UBI)를 선정하였다. UBI란 운전자가 안전운전을 할수록 보험료를 할인하는 제도로 화물차 운전자들이 안전운전을 하는 동시에 보험료 부담을 줄일 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. UBI를 도입하기 위해 가장 중요한 것은 운전자들의 운행 평가를 하는 방법이다. 운전자들의 운행 평가를 통해 보험료 할인/할증률을 결정할 수 있고, 합리적으로 운행 평가를 실시하여야 운전자들이 납득 할 수 있기 때문이다. 최종적으로 본 연구에서는 화물자동차의 주요 사고 원인을 규명한 뒤 각각의 사고 원인들과 사고와의 상관분석 및 다중회귀분석을 통해 운행평가모델을 구축하고자 한다.

  • 최근 열차 운행에 있어 경쟁 체제 도입에 관한 논의가 활발하다. 유럽의 경우 20 여년간 경쟁 체제 도입과 관련한 여러 강령들을 발표해 왔고, 화물 열차 중심으로 경쟁 체제가 점차 확대되고 있다. 이러한 경쟁 체제 도입은, 다수의 운송사업자가 제안하는 열차 스케줄을, 공정하고, 비차별적인 방식으로 각 운송사업자의 요청 스케줄을 조정해야 하는 기술적인 문제를 야기한다. 이와 관련하여 경매방식을 비롯한 다양한 연구와 실험이 진행되고 있는 유럽과 달리, 이러한 조정 과정에 대한 국내 연구는 전무하다. 본 연구는 경매 방식을 비롯한 기존의 철도 슬롯 할당 메커니즘을 분석하고, 스케줄 조정 허용치 범위 내에서 스케줄 변화를 통해 열차 운행횟수를 최대화하며, 운송사업자간의 운영상의 정책을 고려할 수 있는 슬롯 할당 메커니즘 및 최적화 모형을 제안하고자 한다.

On the Integrated Operation Concept and Development Requirements of Robotics Loading System for Increasing Logistics Efficiency of Sub-Terminal

  • Recently, consumers who prefer contactless consumption are increasing due to pandemic trends such as Corona 19. This is the driving force for developing the last mile-based logistics ecosystem centered on the online e-commerce market. Lastmile led to the continued development of the logistics industry, but increased the amount of cargo in urban area, and caused social problems such as overcrowding of logistics. The courier service in the logistics base area utilizes the process of visiting the delivery site directly because the courier must precede the loading work of the cargo in the truck for the delivery of the ordered product. Currently, it's carried out as automated logistics equipment such as conveyor belt in unloading or classification stage, but the automation system isn't applied, so the work efficiency is decreasing and the intensity of the courier worker's labor is increased. In particular, small-scale courier workers belonging to the sub-terminal unload at night at underdeveloped facilities outside the city center. Therefore, the productivity of the work is lowered and the risk of safety accidents is exposed, so robot-based loading technology is needed. In this paper, we have derived the top-level concept and requirements of robot-based loading system to increase the flexibility of logistics processing and to ensure the safety of courier drivers. We defined algorithms and motion concepts to increase the cargo loading efficiency of logistics sub-terminals through the requirements of end effector technology, which is important among concepts. Finally, the control technique was proposed to determine and position the load for design input development of the automatic conveyor system.

차량편성구성에 따른 고속화물열차의 추진 및 제동성능 분석 연구 (A Study on the Propulsion and Braking Performance of the High Speed Freight Train with Composing the Rolling Stocks Formation)

  • Currently, logistics are in small quantities and in diverse forms, and the amounts are continuously increasing. Railway logistics however are losing their market share every year mainly due to low operation speed and loading time, which means the trucks are covering the most of the freights. In order to solve these situations, this paper proposed the high speed freight train as working multi-modality with other modes to make effective transshipment. The high speed freight train has maximum operation speed of 300km/h and electric power to run centralized power supply. There are large dual door system, bogie system covering fluctuating load of 15[ton], automatic loading device, ULD(unit load device) bed and ULD locking system in this freight rolling stock. We calculated the performance of powering and braking capacity for this train and proposed how many vehicles are composed of train set. The results in this paper can help to make a decision to define the technical specification of High-speed freight train for the efficiency of rail freight service.

On the Needs of Vertical and Horizontal Transportation Machines for Freight Transportation Standard Containers to Derive Design Requirements Optimized for the Urban Railway Platform Environment

  • Recently, the number of consumers using digital online distribution platforms is increasing. This caused the rapid growth of the e-commerce market and increased delivery volume in urban areas. The logistics system, designed ar006Fund the city center to handle the delivery volume, operates a delivery system from the outskirts of the city to the urban area using cargo trucks. This maintains an ecosystem of high-cost and inefficient structures that increase social costs such as road traffic congestion and environmental problems. To solve this problem, research is being conducted worldwide to establish a high-efficiency urban joint logistics system using urban railway facilities and underground space infrastructure existing in existing cities. The joint logistics system begins with linking unmanned delivery automation services that link terminal delivery such as cargo classification and stacking, infrastructure construction that performs cargo transfer function by separating from passengers such as using cargo platform. To this end, it is necessary to apply the device to the vertical and horizontal transportation machine supporting the vertical transfer in the flat space of the joint logistics terminal, which is the base technology for transporting cargo using the transfer robot to the destination designated as a freight-only urban railway vehicle. Therefore, this paper aims to derive holistic viewpoints needs for design requirements for vertical and vertical transportation machines and freight transportation standard containers, which are underground railway logistics transport devices to be constructed by urban logistics ecosystem changes.
