The Internet has been growing at unprecedented rates. The problem of an address shortage could act as a barrier on this growth. In principle, a new Internet standard, IPv6 solves the problem of the address shortage because it has a very large address space. But IPv6 is not yet compatible with the IPv4 and during the IPv4-to-IPv6 transition period IPv4 address will continue to be in demand. Thus for quite some time, the problem of IP address shortage will persist. To solve the problem, we propose the mechanism of secure IP address trading. This mechanism is based on the Resource PKI (RPKI). The RPKI is the working item of IETF. This proposed mechanism maximizes the trust of IP address trading using RPKI.

Recently Electro active polymer has been discussed in various researches as new actuators replacing the human muscles. Since they have confronted a limitation of more advanced application with traditional actuator. IPMC (Ion exchange Polymer Metal Composite) is one of candidate materials for new actuators. In this paper, we propose a new approach and design principle for the IPMC polymer actuator to conquer the weaknesses of IPMC that is intrinsic weak structural stiffness and low trust forces. In the first we performs some experimental works about how the basic specific characteristics of IPMC vary and what the optimal operating conditions are. 컴퓨터 시스템에 대한 해킹, 바이러스, 인터넷-웜 등을 이용한 사이버 공격의 급속한 증가는 사이버 공격 정보를 수집 분석하여 대응하는 사이버공격대응시스템에 대한 연구를 촉진하였다. 현재 사이버공격대응시스템의 구성 요소 중 사이버 공격 정보를 종합하여 분석하는 분석센터와 분산되어 있는 침입탐지 센서들 사이의 침입 정보교환 표준은 IETF IDMEF로 표준화되고 있으나, 분석센터의 공격 분석 결과를 바탕으로 계속되는 공격을 차단하기 위해 침입차단시스템에 새로운 보안 정책을 교환하는 방법에는 상용 제품들이 사이의 상호 연동 인증에 사용되는 OPSEC 등이 존재하지만 아직 많은 연구가 이루어지지 않고 있다. 본 논문에서는 분석센터가 침입차단시스템에 새로운 보안 정책을 하달하고, 침입차단시스템에서 보안 정책을 집행하는 데 일관된 방법을 사용할 수 있도록 신뢰관리시스템을 사이버공격대응시스템에 적용하는 방안을 제시하고 이를 기존 방법들과 비교 분석한다.

According to the review and analysis of medical cases that are assigned to the Supreme Court and all local High Court in 2011 and that are presented in the media, it was found that the following categories were taken seriously, medical and pharmaceutical product liability, the third principle of trust between medical institutions, negligence and causation estimation, responsibility limit, the meaning of medical records and related judgment of disturbed substantiation, Oriental doctors' duties to explain the procedures, IMS events, whether one can claim for each medical care operated by non-physician health care institutions to the nonmedical domain in the National Health Insurance Corporation, and the basis of norms for each claim. In the cases related to medical pharmaceutical product liability, Supreme Court alleviated burden of proof for accidents with medical and pharmaceutical products prior to the practice of Product Liability Law and onset the point of negative prescription as the time of damage strikes to condition feasibility of the specific situation. In the cases related to the 3rd principle of trust between medical institutions, the Supreme Court refused to sentence the doctor who has trusted the judgment of the same third-party doctors the violations of the care duty. With respect to proof of a causal relationship and damages in a medical negligence case, the Supreme Court decided that it is unjust to deny negligence by the materials of causal relationship rejecting the original verdict and clarified that the causal relationship shall not deny the reasons to limit doctors' responsibilities. In order not put burden on patients with disadvantages in which medical records and the description of the practice or the most fundamental and important evidence to prove negligence and causation are being neglected, the Supreme Court admitted in the hospital's responsibility for the case of the neonate death of suffocation without properly listed fetal heart rate and uterine contraction monitor. On the other hand, the Seoul Western District Court has admitted alimony for altering and forging medical records. With respect to doctors' obligations to description, the Supreme Court decided that it is necessary to explain the foreseen risks by the combination of oriental and western medicines emphasizing the right of patient's self-determination. However, questions have arisen whether it is realistically feasible or not. In a case of an unlicensed doctor performing intramuscular stimulation treatment (IMS), the Supreme Court put off its decision if it was an unlicensed medical practice as to put limitation of eastern and western medical practices, but it declared that IMS practice was an acupuncture treatment therefore the plaintiff's conduct being an illegal act. In the future, clear judgment on this matter should be made. With respect to the claim of bills from non-physical health care institutions, the Supreme Court decided to void it for the implementation of the arrangement is contrary to the commitments made in the medical law and therefore, it is invalid to claim. In addition, contrast to the private healthcare professionals, who are subject to redemption according to the National Healthcare Insurance Law, the Seoul High Court explicitly confirmed that the non-professionals who receive the tort operating profit must return the unjust enrichment and have the liability for damages. As mentioned above, a relatively wide range of topics were discussed in medical field of 2011. In Korea's health care environment undergoing complex changes day by day, it is expected to see more diverse and in-depth discussions striding out to the development in the field of health care.

In 2006, the share of fisheries distribution in Busan amounted to 1.9 million ton, which was 41 percent of the whole country. In details, coastal fishery 334 thousand ton(14% of the whole country), deep sea fishery 452 thousand ton(82%), import fishery 964 thousand ton(70%), export fishery 157 thousand ton(43%) were distributed in Busan region, respectively. According to distribution share, import(50%), deep sea fishery(24%), coastal fishery(18%), export(8%) are main category of fisheries distribution in Busan. After the institutional changes in 1997, that is, from monopoly to the competitive systems are implemented, the share of sales volume through a home trust market decreased gradually since 2000. Especially, the share of direct sales in farming fisheries sector amounted to 73.8 percent of total production volume, 80.7 percent of production value in 2005. Furthermore, the share of fisheries sale through e-commerce is increasing owing to the growth of IT and competitive price of its products. and the sale share of large discount store is also on the 10% more increase. Hereafter these structure changes of fisheries distribution in Busan will be more intensified. 본 연구는 우리나라의 대표적 테마파크인 에버랜드의 혁신시스템의 실태 및 혁신장애를 분석하여 앞으로의 발전방향을 제시하였다. 에버랜드의 혁신 네트워크는 기업내 그리고 고객, 공급자 네트워크는 비교적 강하나, 경쟁자 및 대학과의 네트워크는 약하다. 기업내에는 혁신정보 네트워크가 구축되어 있으나, 그 상호학습 수준은 낮아 정보교환의 부족, 매개기관의 네트워크 부족, 연구와 실제 운영간의 갭 등의 혁신장애가 발생한다. 이의 극복을 위해서는 협력과 신뢰 등의 사회자본을 축적시켜 에버랜드는 기업내 혁신원천들과의 네트워크를 강화시키고, 이를 외부로 확산시켜 지역혁신시스템으로 확대 구축하여야 한다. 나아가 이를 통하여 기업내와 지역내의 혁신주체들간의 집단적 상호학습과 혁신창출의 과정을 통해 지역과 에버랜드 양자가 하나의 학습지역화가 되어야 한다.

This article intends to examine the value of the world citizenship in the perspective from the root meaning that is stressed as the behavior style of Daesoon thoughts in relation with 'desirable attitude of life in education of morality. Traditional root meaning of Daesoon thoughts turned out to be proper moral behavior principle such as Yin Yang harmonious virtue, God Humane keeping unity, and conviviality with regrets settlement. Such three principles of Daesoon Thoughts show the characteristic of global code such as respect of life, solidarity unity, and tolerant trust. To revise the phenomenon of duality, and to realize the human awakening in radically changing reality, we need to cultivate world citizenship based on the root meaning of Daesoon thoughts. Daesoon thoughts covering the East and the West, especially the key features of religion, can cultivate the world view of citizenship in the era of plural society based on folk beliefs toward Gucheon Sangje faith as the essence of the multiplism. The world citizenship of human society is necessary to unite the world in the unified construction cooperative spirits. All beings need to be away from antagonistic confrontation with the practice of mutual conviviality. The diameter of acquired joining world citizenship can have the opportunity to realize of Gucheon Sangje's Heaven and earth construction. The root meaning of Daesoon thoughts can contribute to moral practicality with world citizenship by practice of heavenly truth and human truth. First, cultivating heavenly truth by means of insight can develope the profound world citizenship. Secondly, the solidarity of the public and private can cultivate public citizenship. Thirdly, in the crisis of the mankind, this awakening conviviality can be foundation for world citizenship of public communication. Fourthly, the spirit that would not deceive ownself can be contributed to cultivating the world citizenship by means of the process of internalizing Daesoon thoughts. Nowadays in the plural society demanding world citizenship, the public citizenship can deepen the spirit of respect of life, solidarity unity, and tolerant trust in the process of world citizenship cultivation. In the future, the world citizenship can be deepen the alternative of practice in the continuous cultivation of world citizenship. In this process, we can form the culture of coexistence which can contribute to human society as well as korean society by developing the value of living together happiness through the guide of this phonesis.

This essay explores Congreve's last play The way of the World in terms of English new identity of the gentry represented by Mirabell in political, social and historical context of the Bloodless Revolution. Particularly, this essay focuses on behavioral differences between Mirabell and Fainall as characters who manage a certain type of acceptable Englishness through their heir. The acceptable Englishness separates what the differences are between two rakes from the outside of normative principle. The Way of the World reflects Lockean republican ideology in personal and familial relationships. Mirabell as a heroic rake represents new expectations for Englishmen who rejects absolute sovereign contrasted by Fainall's foreign tyrannical ways of domesticity. The Foreignness of Fainall's in the play is displaced by corollary change in the new model of English identity exemplified by Mirabell. Through the play, Congreve tends to satirize repressive morality of Hobbesian extremism and emphasizes the Revolution settlement based on consent sand trust instead. Mirabell's normative will harmonizes individual desire for happiness with social demand. In a sense Congreve's The Way of the World is a play reaching typical Restoration ending of intrigue and conspiracy through two rakes's interaction. Accordingly, this essay tries to show what separates the heroic rake from tyrannical libertine through their way of love, money, compromise and negotiation, which is their way of life.

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to analyze the practical implications of homeopathic medicines, their status, their preparation systems and registration rules, recognized by the European Union and other countries. Contents : This paper covers the background of homeopathic medical principle, homeopathy throughout the world, the medicine status and clinical research, increases of the drug potency, the practical regulation of treatment, preparation techniques of homeopathic drugs and registration rules and the clinical practice. Homeopathy has been currently practised in over eighty countries throughout the world, especially in Europe. It had attracted considerable attentions in South and North America (notably in USA, Brazil, and Argentina), India and Pakistan. Although it is not dominantly popular in North America, constant growth has been nevertheless noted. Over the last thirty years, homeopathy has also developed or appeared in South Africa, Tunisia, Morocco, Venezuela, Israel, and Australia, etc. Result & suggestion : As over 300 million patients have put their trust in homeopathy, the study of the integration of homeopathy to oriental medicine, its development and feasibility in Korea are urgently needed. The products, substances, compositions of Homeopathic drugs are very similar to those of oriental medicine theory. Therefore their preparations and applications should prescribed and practised exclusively by oriental doctors. Applying the homeopathic theory and its preparation techniques to oriental medicine, the herbal acupuncture preparation should be modernized and various oriental products are to be developed. To this end, government and herbal acupuncture society need to interact each other for the development of oriental medicine.

The estimation of fatigue limit for the component with complicated shape is difficult than of standard fatigue specimen, due to complex test equipment. So, we substitute maximum principle stress from FEM results for fatigue limit diagram made by standard fatigue specimen. Then we can estimate endurance safety of component with high trust. The static stress analysis, the nonlinear contact stress analysis and the model analysis for turbine blade is performed by ANSYS ver. 5.6. the comparison of maximum static stress around hole with maximum contact stress between pun and hole can make the cause of fracture for turbine blade clear. The difference of fatigue limit between fatigue test by standard specimen and in-service mechanical components is due to surface roughness and machining condition etc. In in-service mechanical components, Goodman diagram has to consider surface roughness for failure analysis. To find fracture mechanism of torison-mounted blade in nuclear plant. This study performs the static stress, the nonlinear contact stress and the modal analysis on torison-mounted blade with finite element method and makes the estimation for safety of turbine blade.
