This paper is present the Technology Orientation affects to Enterprise Management Performance. In order to carry out this research, we obtained 212 survey sheets and inspected ten assumptions based on the reliability, validity of the questionnaires. The results of regression analysis are summarized as follows; First, the factor of Technology Orientation, research development activity, affects to all factor of Enterprise Management Performance significantly. Second, the factor of Technology Orientation, research development environment, only effect on the technology performance. Third, research development ability is affect to technology performance and new product performance that factor of Enterprise Management Performance. Finally, technology industrialization ability isn't affects to Enterprise Management Performance significantly. Based on the results, we are recommendations for small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises.

The ship wake generated by rotation of the propeller yields changes of characteristics of sound wave such as attenuation and scattering. To develope a battle field environment simulator for military purposes, it is very important to understand acoustical properties of ship wake. Existing research results have limitations in direct application because they performed under simple conditions or model ships were applied. In this study, we developed a ship wake generation model based on the ship's geometric wake distribution theory. The model can provide spatial distribution and void fraction with various marine environments as well as ship size. Through the developed model, geometric distribution features of ship wake according to the ship's maneuvering conditions were successfully simulated. In addition, changes of the bubble void fraction with time at any location within the battle field environment were identified. Therefore, the developed model is expected to be used in the development of a simulator to measure the acoustic characteristics of the ship wake.

Korean mobile communications industry has been a main locomotive of the drastic development of Korean IT industry and became one of core industries in national economy. To secure strong competitiveness of mobile communications industry, smooth cooperation should be reconsidered among government, universities, research institutions, and private companies. Future mobile communications technology will be evolved from IMT-2000 to system upgrade, 3.5G and 4G. And the goals of technology development are provision of mobile multimedia services based on better mobility and higher data speed rates. Therefore, Korea's technology development strategies of mobile communications should be focused on intensifying bondage of international cooperation, strengthening standardization activities, and enhancing core technology development capability to secure IPR.

In the present paper we highlight the importance and need of professional development of mathematics teachers at all levels. The pre-service professional development and technology Proficiency of mathematics teachers are discussed in details. Background: The purpose of this study was to suggest agenda priorities for research and development with physical therapy technology. Design: Cross-sectional study. Methods: A survey was consecutively done to 62 experts working in physical therapy research areas to investigate the priority of the categories. Paired T-tests and Importance-Performance Analysis using SPSS 21.0 package were conducted to find the differences between importance and satisfaction of the categories and the order of priority. Results: In results, it was developed that the research and development with physical therapy technology were divided with 18 categories. And the importance were significantly higher than satisfaction in 18 categories. Specifically, categories about assistive technology and robot rehabilitation were found to be on the high importance and lower performance quadrant. Conclusion: In sum, this study was meaningful in finding usage categories of research and development with physical therapy technology and investigating Importance-Performance differences for deriving research and development with physical therapy technology.

Economic development is the common problem for Northeast Asian Countries, even if their political regimes are defferent. What we based on the economic development are infrastructure and regional development. As a matter of course, they have to be accompanied with science and technology. In the Japan Sea(the Eastern Sea) Rim, it is expected that a regional development zone based on the idea of a “borderless world” will be established. Moreover science and technology as well as capital are also expected to be invested in that 3one. That is to say, the regional development Bone needs Japanese and Korea capital, science and technology.
