What we based on the economic development are infrastructure and regional development. As a matter of course, they have to be accompanied with science and technology. In the Japan Sea(the Eastern Sea) Rim, it is expected that a regional development zone based on the idea of a “borderless world” will be established. Moreover science and technology as well as capital are also expected to be invested in that 3one.
