This study is an analysis on the needs assessment of school library facilities in Korea. After exploring KLA's Standards for Korean Libraries, IFLA's School Library Guidelines and AASL's Empowering Learners, the needs assessment tool of school library facilities was proposed in the previous study. The tool contains 10 major properties on school library facilities. This study gathered data from 507 students and 134 teacher librarians. The result of analysis is as follows: Students and teacher librarians evaluated the importance of library facilities more highly than the current level of facilities. Collection access, convenience and space are revealed more important properties to students and good environment, expandability, collection access are more important to teacher librarians among the properties.

Purpose : The information of mental health facilities in Korean law is so unclear that people hardly enable to understand what sort of proper mental health service is prepared for them. Futhermore, there is not enough regulation and standard to classify each type of facilities in the law. Therefore the purpose of this study is to provide data on the basis for classification and facility standards by analysing Korean law and policies. Methods : This study was conducted by a research on law and regulation of mental health facility. Results : The result of this study can be summarized into three points. The first one, current law and policy do not reflect a change in community mental health services paradigm. The second one, the classified facility should be designed to fit the community mental health services. The third one, overall, it requires more detailed guidelines to enhance the quality of mental health services. Besides, the treatment as well as the function of the prevention and rehabilitation are necessary criteria that can also be enhanced. Implications : This study looked at the classification and facility standard of mental health facility by the change in community mental health services paradigm. Forward according to these changes, there is a need for specific guidelines for mental health facility.

This study observes information education of facilities for the disabled. A certain facility for the disabled was selected in Daejeon to compare the educational environment for visually disabled of regular school for visually disabled and facilities for the disabled, and then personnel current situation by age and form of the disabled, teacher current situation by age, computer possessing current situation, weekly education schedule for the disabled, and equipment possessing current situation for visually disabled were observed. As a result, expansion of Braille education was necessary for the Braille skilled, which is the basis of information education information to visually disabled is insufficient, and forming of learning environment was desperate since equipment necessary for computer education was absurdly lacking unlike regular schools. Also, only 10 out of 21 teachers(47%) majored in social welfare or special education, and none majored in computer. It is because support for employment of those who majored social welfare, special education, and computer is insufficient compared to treatment for teachers at general schools at the facility for the disabled since teacher employment regulation at the facility for the disabled is not set. It is studied that providing high-quality of education environment to the disabled was desperate through physical and social treatment that suits nurturing of the professionally knowledge personnel through expansion of equipments and constant education and training based on government support to promote information education of the facility for the disabled.

Purpose: As China experienced a crisis due to Covid-19, the global supply chain collapsed and affected the world. Therefore, it is time for a change in port operational efficiency, increasing in importance with changes in the global supply chain. This study analyzed Shanghai Port's efficiency, the world's largest port and representative hub port in Northeast Asia, by looking at the relationship between facility factors and cargo throughput to present hub port development's timely implications. Research design, data and methodology: This study applied the Charnes, Cooper, and Rhodes (CCR) and Banker, Chames, and Cooper (BCC) models of the data development analysis (DEA) to construct an analysis from the input-oriented and output-oriented perspectives. Results: As a result, Yidong Container Terminal can be considered the most optimized in facilities and operation processes. Yidong and Shengdong Container Terminal should maintain current operating levels, while Pudong Container Terminal should review facility investments. Also, Zhendong, Huong, Mingdong, and Guandong Container Terminal should be reviewed to increase cargo throughput or to adjust current input variables in the current state. Conclusions: Therefore, the utilization of the container terminal input variables should be reviewed, and the factors of inefficiency should be improved. Moreover, the strategic focus of container terminal operations should be on increasing annual cargo throughput.

Purpose: This study analyzes mental healthcare delivery services and types of facilities, the status of installation and operation, and planning standard. The purpose of the study is to propose a basic data for the performance of related research and work tasks, along with an understanding of the Chinese mental healthcare facility type and support system. Furthermore, it will show a lack of current function management as the changes of mental health concept and demand for services increases, and it is intended to provide implications for the construction of mental health facilities. Methods: This study was conducted by a research on law and regulation of China's mental healthcare delivery service system and mental healthcare facility. The analyzed data are the national standard GB, the optional national standard GB/T, the building construction standard JGJ, and the report issued by the Health Planning and Development Committee. Results: At present mental healthcare facility construction in China is in the period of rapid development and it exposes the layout of medical facilities, which is not currently reasonable and the service does not reach the designated position and so on. Overall, it requires more detailed guidelines to enhance the quality of mental healthcare service. Implications: It is expected that the research of this paper will provide effective reference for future research on Chinese Mental healthcare system and facilities, and can promote construction of Chinese mental healthcare facility theory in perfect condition.

This paper presents a two-paralleled 4 quadrant DC chopper type PWM power conversion circuit in order to generate a gradient magnetic field in the Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) system. This power amplifier is connected in parallel with the conventional 4-quadrant DC chopper using IGBTs at their inputs/outputs to realize further high-power density, high speed current tracking control, and to get a low switching ripple amplitude in a controlled current in the Gradient Coils (GCs). Moreover, the power conversion circuit has to realize quick rise/fall response characteristics in proportion to various target currents in GCs. It is proposed in this paper that a unique control scheme can achieve the above objective. DSP-based control systems realize a high control facility and accuracy. It is proved that the new control system will greatly enlarge the diagnostic target and improve the image quality of MRI.

A person often needs to visit a facility that have not been visited before. In this case, it is necessary to easily identify the building in which the facility is located. Indoor navigation is also important, as the person may get lost due to the complex structure of buildings. To solve these problems, this paper presents a mobile application which provides a user with indoor place information and indoor navigation. A user is requested to take a photograph of a building of interest or of the current location. Then, the proposed application identifies the building of interest or the current location of the user by utilizing an image matching technique. For fast matching, database filtering by using GPS/magnetometer data and pre-extraction of features for images in the database are utilized. In case of indoor navigation, the application provides the actual images of check points as well as the moving direction. Simulation results show that the proposed system successfully identifies the location of users and provides place information and indoor navigation.

The study is intended to analyze the tendency of the remodeling for the high schools in Seoul, with the potential challenges thereof, determining the principle for the remodeling projects in the days to come. To that end, the analysis to identify the school facilities in a bid to accommodate the current curriculum was conducted, along with the case study on remodeling projects. The $7^{th}$ curriculum demands for a significant change in school facilities. The number of student in a class that has been on the decline, despite of steady increase in number of schools, and the population getting concentrated in Seoul and its suburbs have resulted in an increase in number of class. Consequently, more investment in the facility, rather than improving a substantial education environment, has been made. The study, thus, is aimed at identifying the facility of the high school required by the $7^{th}$ curriculum, as well as implementing a fact-finding investigation into the remodeling works far high schools in Seoul so as to come up with the guideline for remodeling projects.

In the current competitive marketplace of real estate business, tenant satisfaction measurement is one of the important indicators to monitor competitiveness in industrial property development. It has become an industry standard to measure tenant satisfaction, commonly called customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction has become the widely used metric to manage customer loyalty (Keiningham, Gupta, Aksoy, & Buoye, 2014). The aim of this research is to determine the impact of property management services on tenants' satisfaction with the three identified variables i.e. facility management, perceived quality and lease management. Structural equation modeling (SEM) is applied to build constructs and test the hypotheses with the collected survey samples. Of the three variables, facility management is the most influential factor that leads to tenant satisfaction with industrial buildings. Next, perceived quality is another important factor that contributes to tenants' pleasure. Compared with these two, lease management fares worse, having the least extensive effect on tenant satisfaction, and could be disregarded. The ultimate impact of tenant satisfaction is about tenant retention and recommendation. The overall findings of this research will potentially help real estate developers to develop a better property management system, leasing program and tenant retention strategy.
