This article proposes a method to assess construction safety risk during the construction phase based on accident loss costs. Risk assessments for hazardous construction work are required by law, but they lack quantitative criteria. To address this, a survey estimated loss costs due to fatalities in the construction industry, finding labor loss cost and delay reimbursement cost to be the largest factors. The proposed method uses algorithm to calculate expected accidents and risk levels based on project characteristics, work methods, personnel, and environment data. This method is expected to enhance the reliability and usability of risk assessments during the construction phase of construction projects.

As a result of analyzing related laws and cases regarding the problems of PF requiring construction companies to guarantee liability for the entire scope of construction, including firefighting facility construction, the law requires repayment ability, and the capital ratio of PF in Korea is 10%. , Since the equity capital ratio of PF in the United States is 30%, it is judged that it is necessary to reduce the dependence of construction companies.

The government of South Korea enacted Earthquake Recovery Plan Act in 2008. In order to meet the requirement of this law, the important buildings, such as schools, public offices and so on, are in the process of seismic retrofit. This paper introduces the experimental data about a non-retrofitted concrete column and retrofitted column with a bolt assembly type CFT(concrete-filled steel tube).

The propulsive strategy of the 3rd five-year plan can be summarized into three parts; firstly, it is to divert from the technical approach, such as law reform, and to focus more on the culture in order to transform the perspectives of the employers and the employees. Secondly, it is to provide distinct policies for the areas prone to industrial accidents. Thirdly, the central government needs to seek decentralization and become a promoter of the strategy by abandoning its former restrictions, providing data about the strategy and building infrastructure.

Result from Amendment of Apartment Houses Decree Customer Service, Recently, the starting point of Defects Liability changed "Criteria of Completion date" to "Delivery date to Divided property". Through the Law amended, There are some inconsistency between "Claim for repairing defects" and "Period of security deposit for repairing defects claim". If someone bought a house after Completion date, Purchasing period of "Claim to security deposit for repairing defects" lapsed without renewal. This research is to identify problems and solutions for improving the system.

In recent years, UNWTO and academics have called for the development of responsible, sustainable, and universally accessible tourism to promote equal human rights and social inclusion. Prior studies have also revealed the potential and value of smart technologies in reducing, if not removing, barriers to people with access requirements during travel and in their everyday lives. However, a guiding framework of how smart technologies assist in building an accessible destination is still absent, thereby hindering the progress of building accessible tourism. This paper aims to fill this knowledge gap. A conceptual model of smart accessible destination (SAD) was proposed drawing from the intersection of accessible tourism and smart tourism. With the guidance of this conceptual model, tourism destinations and stakeholders can recognize and utilize the synergies of accessible and smart tourism to enhance the social inclusion, competitiveness, and sustainability of a destination.

There are much dangerous machine in worksite. These make the rate of accidents increase. Specially, among them, the Press work has the highest rate of accidents. Therefore, it has been managed by Industrial safety-health law. It is very important to make a special study of work using the dangerous machine. Recently buildings are constructed in larger and higher scales and becoming more complex. Every country in the world is competing to build high-rise buildings. Korea also has and is constructing high-rise buildings, like the 123story Jamsil Lotte Super Tower. However from small to large scale buildings and on construction sites there still are fire safety accidents that occur continuously. Therefore to improve fire safety plan, examining the actual fire safety management and understanding fire risk analysis Using Fire Modeling through Computer Simulation. Fire safety management plan related fire safety cases were collected an dan analyzed for the study. Also hazard analysis of High rise Buildings under fire compared with existing fire law sand regulations.
