  • The technical expert standing system of our construction industry is operated by the Ministry of Labor subjective national technical qualification law, as the professional engineer, architect and architect-engineer and so on. The construction management(CM) which is introduced on middle 1990 activates a building industry the condition of the essential indispensability for is becoming, is not officially recognized with is judged as the nostril people for qualification of the civil CM educational institutions ha the certification which is a each educational program and a separate way and it is the actual condition which is become accomplished, In this research, it observes the capital increase reserve problem point which is a domestic CM and the certification integration which is a report and system anger it leads and with national certified qualification it develops to present the improvement program for, it does to sleep.

강풍피해 위험성 평가를 위한 건물군 주위 유동해석 (Numerical simulation of turbulent flow around a building complex for development of risk assessment technique for windstorm hazards)

  • Strong wind flow around a building complex was numerically studied by LES. The original motivation of this work stemmed from the efforts to develop a risk assessment technique for windstorm hazards. Lagrangian-averaged scale-invariant dynamic subgrid-scale model was used for turbulence modeling, and a log-law-based wall model was employed on all the solid surfaces including the ground and the surface of buildings to replace the no-slip condition. The shape of buildings was implemented on the Cartesian grid system by an immersed boundary method. Key flow quantities for the risk assessment such as mean and RMS values of pressure on the surface of the selected buildings are presented. In addition, characteristics of the velocity field at some selected locations vital to safety of human beings is also reported.

  • Recently, Goverment's Energy-saving policy in Korea as 'Green Growth' is very remarkable effort. By intensive poliicies, the private is encouraged to participate in policy. Especially, it is very important in the field of architecture and we have to work for construction of law system. However, these efforts of the government buildings for energy efficiency in use stage is as mandatory system that may occur in the construction phase and the enviromental impact of greenhouse gas reductions is not affected. For this reason, Assess the amount of the energy consumption and CO2 emissioont of Government Buildings in 2010 ordered by PPS(Public Procurement Service) in the construction phase and suggest to recognize the need for legal restrictions.

  • The purpose of this research is providing the fundamental data for the effective workplace design, so that employees are not suffered from physical barrier. This research based on literature review. And then gain actual data by auditing buildings and data have been analyzed by percentage. The results and conclusions of research are the follow: In order to evaluate the law-abiding levels of office buildings, classifying the sources as the three levels. Just 44.2 percentage of building were marked on 'compliance' level. And also the 24% was 'not compliance' 31.8% was 'not accommodation'. The actual office building was out of the allowance of regulations so the regulations should be added both about new building and ready-built buildings.

  • In this paper, In this investigation we measured and evaluated effects to residential area as result of noises caused by building vibration when the turbine of hydro-electric power station runs, and establishes the best plan of soundproof for that area. Furthermore, we analyzed differences between estimated noises and actual noises and its causes before constructing the soundproofing panels so that it helps to start building the soundproofing panels and similar constructions in the future.

전라북도 무료양로시설의 건물배치에 따른 공간구성 특성 (The Spatial Composition by Block Plan of the Free Elderly Facility in Jeonbuk Province)

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate and to analyze the spatial composition by block plan of the free elderly facility and to provide basic information for building up the detail architectural guidelines. The results of the study were as follows: Elderly welfare law needed to control the poor physical environments of the free elderly facility such as the residential space for more than 4 individuals. The facility of single building type should strengthen the informal support networks through the dispersion of public spaces or should encourage moving of the residents through the outdoor space, especially in rural area. On the other hand, the linking type needed to focus on the administrative spaces on the first floor for the managerial convenience, and to group and disperse the public/recreational spaces to decrease the unnecessary moving of the residents and staffs. The passageway linking building to building should directly connect each administrative space or public space so that elderly used them without any inconvenience. In the dispersion type, which is suited to rural area, the lounge, dining hall, and the place for the staff on duty should be located in the same as the residence building for the convenience and the safety of the elderly residents.

조선 말기 경기지역 상류주택에 나타난 남녀 공간구성의 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Characteristics of Male's and Female's Spatial Composition of the Upper Class Houses in Gyong-gi Province in the Late of the Chosun Dynasty)

  • The spatial separation of male's and female's area due to the law of 'Naeoei' is one of the trademark features of residence by the building principle of 'Confucianism' in the upper class house in the late of the Chosun Dynasty. Thanks to modernized agriculture and commerce, the residence of 'Sinheung-Yangban' developed. And they were influenced by the economic and living characteristics than traditional custom. So the residence of 'Sinheung-Yangban' is very important in terms of the course of modernizing of the korean traditional residence. Researcher figures out the influences of the law of 'Naeoei' in residence and the characteristics of male's and female's field in terms of daily life with investigating the residence of 'Sinheung-Yangban' as the upper class house in the late of the Chosun Dynasty. Through this, the goal of this study is to find the properties of male's and female's field of upper class houses in the late of the Chosun Dynasty. With this study, the followings are the characteristics of male's and female's spatial composition of upper class houses in Gyong-gi Province in the late of the Chosun Dynasty. First, the traditional law of 'Naeoei' plays a primary role as the principle of building of upper class houses in Gyong-gi Province in the late of the Chosun Dynasty. With a natural result, there is a clear spatial separation as the male's and female's social role. Second, 'An-Chae' and 'Sarang-Chae' as male's and female's living space are separated physically, but real living life tends to be syntagmatically made with 'An-Madang' as the center. Third, spatial integration of 'An-Madang' as the center results in the development of architectural connection factors of 'An-Chae' and 'BaKat-Chae' adjoining 'An-Madang', facing 'Toei-Gan', 'Maru', and 'door'. Forth, the boundary of male's and female's areas is relatively clear between dwellers and visitors, but on the other hand, the separation of male's and female's spaces between family members has little significance.

한국과 일본의 공동주택 관리제도 비교 (The Comparison of Apartment Management System Between Korea and Japan)

  • This research is carried out to inspect the Apartment Management System of Japan, to examine the similarities and differences between the Korean Apartment Management System and the Japanese Apartment Management System. First, as the basis law of apartment management, there exists the Building Unit Ownership Act, the Promotion Law fur Adequate Mansion Management of Japan, the Housing Law, Housing Execution Law and Rule of Korea. Second, the Association of Apartment Owners, an organization of owners of apartments in Japan and the Commission of the Representatives of the Occupants in Korea become the subject of maintenance. The Japan structure is made of the Assembly, the Director and the President. The Korean structure is made of Regular and Temporary Conferences and elected Officers(1 president, at least 2 directors and at least 1 inspector). The Commission of the Representatives of the Occupants and the Organization of Owners of Apartments make bylaws and diverse maintenance rules. Third, the foremost reason why the Korean structure of maintenance of apartments is less efficient than Japan is because of the small number of people dispatched to the living-environment maintenance team and their short terms. It is necessary to grow professionals related to this sector and to have enough public servants that specialize in this. Fourth, although it is compulsory to make long term plans for maintenance based on the Housing Law, because the reserve fund is decided by the maintenance rule(with no compulsory standards of reservation) of each apartment, it is difficult to reserve an adequate amount of reserve fund. So as in the example of the state of Hawaii in America, based on long term plans for maintenance, an execution rule of the Housing Law should be made which enforces to reserve at least 50 percent of future maintenance expenses.

  • Recently, Construction industry has been trying to reduce environmental loads reflecting the global trend 'Green Growth'. Internal and External countries are provided 'green building certification', 'relevant law/regulations', 'guideline to life cycle', however, construction phase has been overlooked though environmental loads occurred intensively in this phase. Therefore, this study intend to deduct components reflected the guideline in construction phase and assess them quantitatively. The basis data is collected through survey targeting construction managers and related researchers and analyze these data using Analytic Hierarchy Process.
