한강유역의 수중미생물 오염도 조사 (Bacteriological Contamination of Water in Han River basin)

  • In order to investigate the bacteriological contamination of water in Han river, the survey was carried out in eight reservoirs of Seoul water supply during the period from January to December in 1985. 1. The counts by means of total bacteria in eight reservoirs by standard plate count method were as follows: $7.7\times10^2$ per ml in Paldang reservior, $9.6\times10^3$ per ml in Gueiri, $8.4\times10^4$ per ml in Doogdo, $1.6\times10^6$ per ml in Bogwang, $2.5\times10^6$ per ml in Noryangjin, $2.2\times10^6$per ml in Seon yoo, $5.9\times10^6$ per ml in Yungdeungpo and $1.9\times10^7$per ml in Gayang. 2. The average counts of total coliform in eight reservoirs by MPN method were as follows : $2.4\times10$ per 100 ml in Paldang, $5.6\times10^2$ per 100 ml in Gueiri, $2.3\times10^3$ per 100 ml in Doogdo, $5.1\times10^4$ per 100 ml in Noryang-jin, $1.2\times10^5$ per 100 ml in Bogwang, $6.2\times10^4$ per 100 ml in Seonyoo, $1.1\times10^5$ per 100 ml in Yungdeungpo and $2.8\times10^5$ per 100 ml Gayang. 3. The counts by means of fecal coliform in eight reservoirs by MPN method were as follows : non detection per 100 ml in Paldang, 5.2 per 100 ml in Gueiri, $1.2\times10^2$ per 100 ml in Doogdo, $1.6\times10^3$ per 100ml in Bogwang, $2.0\times10^3$per 100ml in Noryangjin, $6.6\times10^2$ per 100ml in Seonyoo, $1.2\times10^3$ per 100 ml in Yungdeungpo and $2.5\times10^3$per 100 ml in Gayang. 4. The counts by means of fecal streptococci in eight reservoirs by MPN method were as follows: non detection per 100 ml in Paldang and Gueiri, $6.9\times10$ per 100 ml in Doogdo, $3.2\times10^2$ 102 per 100 ml in Bogwang, $2.9\times10^2$ per 100 ml in Noryangjin, $3.0\times10^2$ per 100 ml in Seonyoo, $4.0\times10^2$ per 100 ml in Yungdeungpo and $14\times10^3$ per 100 ml in Gayang. 5. The counts means of pseudomonas aeruginosa in eight reservoirs by MPN method were as follows; non detection per 100 ml in Paldang, 2.4 per 100 ml in Gueiri, $1.5\times10$ per 100 ml in Doogdo, $2.0\times10$ per 100ml in Bogwang,$6.2\times10$ per 100mI in Noryangjin, $2.1\times10$ per 100ml in Seonyoo, $6.4\times10$ per 100mI in Yungdeungpo and $7.1\times10$ per 100ml in Gaynag.

  • 1. 수영만내 미역 양식장외 환경해수와 미역 및 모자반의 수은 카드뮴 납 및 구리의 농도를 측정하였다. 2. 환경해수의 수은농도는 $0.00\~0.39ppb$에 평균이 0.16 ppb, 카드뮴은 $0.00\~0.46ppb$에 평균이 0.18ppb, 납은 $0.00\~0.94ppb$에 평균이 0.26 ppb, 주리는 $0.00\~0.86ppb$에 평균이 0.25 ppb였다. 3. 수영만해수의 중금속 농도는 물때에 따라 약간의 차가 생긴다. 4. 미역의 수은농도는 풍건물로서 $0.02\~0.48ppm$에 평균 0.07 ppm근 농축계수는 $0.13\times10^3\~1.0\times10^3$에 평균이 $0.42\times10^3$이다. 카드뮴의 농도는 $0.14\~3.2ppm$에 평균이 0.37 ppm고, 농축계수는 $0.8\times10^3\~4.9\times10^3$에 평균이 $2.1\times10^3$이다. 납은 $0.8\~5.0ppm$에 2.3 ppm, 농축계수는 $3.1\times10^3\~19\times10^3$에 평균이 $8.9\times10^3$이다. 구리는 $1.4\~6.9ppm$에 평균이 3.7 ppm고, 농축계수는 $6.0\times10^3\~28\times10^3$에 평균이 $15\times10^3$이다. 5, 미역의 중금속농도는 체장과는 뚜렷한 상관성이 보이지 않는다. 그러나 귀 부분이 엽체부보다 큰 차는 없지만 대체로는 낮은 경향이다. 6, 모자반의 수은농도 및 농축계수는 풍건물로서 $0.01\~0.09ppm$ 및 0.04 ppm에 $0.06\times10^3\~0.56\times10^3$$0.25\times10^3$, 카드뮴은 $0.11\~0.31ppm$ 및 0.18 ppm에 $0.61\times10^3\~1.7\times10^3$$1.0\times10^3$이고, 납은 $0.8\~2.2ppm$ 및 1.4 ppm에 $3.1\times10^3\~8.5\times10^3$$5.4\times10^3$, 구리는 $3.6\~13.1ppm$ 및 5.7 ppm에 $14.4\times10^3\~52.4\times10^3$$22.8\times10^3$이다. 7, 미역의 수은 카드뮴 및 납의 농축계수는 모자반의 약 3배가되고 구리의 그것은 오히려 모자반이 크다. 대구.경북지역 학교 급식에 공급되는 식재료의 유통단계별 미생물 평가 - 어육류, 냉동가공 제품 - (Microbiological Safety During Delivering of Food Ingredients Supplied to Elementary School Food Services in Daegu and Gyeongbuk Provinces -Seafood, Meat and Frozen Processing Food-)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 대구 경북지역 초등학교에 공급되는 냉장, 냉동유통 제품인 어육류와 냉동가공제품의 유통단계를 분석하고, 유통과정에서의 미생물 변화와 학교급식에 이용되는 식재료의 미생물 품질 평가를 위하여 실시되었다. 쇠고기와 돼지고기는 가공업체에서 학교로 냉동차량을 이용하여 직배송 되었으나 다른 어육류와 냉동가공제품들은 농산물과 함께 직납업체를 거쳐 냉장(${\leq}10$)으로 혼재 배송되고 있었다. 학교 도착 후 일반세균과 대장균군의 수는 각각 절단생선 $2.0{\times}10^2{\sim}3.2{\times}10^5$, $<5{\sim}4.0{\times}10^3CFU/g$, 오징어 $2.5{\times}10^4{\sim}6.6{\times}10^5$, $1.6{\times}10^2{\sim}6.0{\times}10^3CFU/g$, 깐 조개류 $3.2{\times}10^5{\sim}1.7{\times}10^3$, $4.0{\times}10^3{\sim}3.0{\times}10\;CFU/g$, 어묵 $1.9{\times}10^4$, <5 CFU/g, 쇠고기 $9.2{\times}10^2{\sim}6.4{\times}10^4$, $<5{\sim}2.0{\times}10\;CFU/g$, 돼지고기 $2.6{\times}10^3{\sim}1.3{\times}10^6$, $<5{\sim}2.7{\times}10^2CFU/g$, 닭고기 $1.0{\times}10^4$, $2.4{\times}10^2CFU/g$, 난류 $<5{\sim}2.3{\times}10^2$, <5 CFU/g, 냉동만두류 $3.2{\times}10^3{\sim}9.5{\times}10^4$, <5 CFU/g, 냉동면류 $<5{\sim}9.0{\times}10$, <5 CFU/g 이었으며, 깐조개에서 E. coli와 B. cereus가 각각 $1.0{\times}10$, $2.0{\times}10\;CFU/g$ 검출되었고, 돼지고기, 닭고기에서 S. aureus 각각 $3.1{\times}10$, $7.8{\times}10\;CFU/g$ 검출되었다. 대부분의 식재료들이 비닐과 박스로 이중 포장되어 배송되었고, 유통과정에서 교차오염은 없었으며, 냉장으로 배송되는 수산물에서 일반세균이 소량 증가하였다. 이번 조사를 통하여 학교급식 식재료의 안전한 관리를 위해서는 식재료의 제조 가공 단계에서의 철저한 위생관리가 먼저 선행되어야 하고, 냉동식품과 냉장식재료의 혼재 배송되는 것을 막고, 철저한 온도관리가 이루어지도록 하기 위해서는 유통단계에서의 위생인증과 유통단계를 줄일 수 있는 제도적인 방안이 요구되었다.

  • Present study was undertaken to establish the modified Broca's indices to estimate standard body weight by using a total of 5,496 insured persons who were medically examined at the Honam Medical Room of Dong Bang Life Insurance Company Ltd. from January, 1983 to January, 1986. The results were as follows: 1. 학교급식에 공급되는 식재료의 유통단계별 미생물 평가 -채소류, 가공식품- (Microbiological Quality and Safety During Delivery of Food Ingredients Supplied to Elementary Schools : Vegetables and Processed Food)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 대구 경북지역 초등학교에 공급되는 전처리 채소와 가공식품의 유통단계를 분석하고, 유통과정에서의 미생물 변화와 학교급식에 이용되는 식재료의 미생물 품질을 평가하기 위하여 실시되었다. 유통 중 박피도라지에서 일반세균 $7.6{\times}10^5{\sim}6.7{\times}10^6$ CFU/g, 대장균군 $5.8{\times}10^4{\sim}5.2{\times}10^5$ CFU/g, E. coli < $10{\sim}2.0{\times}10$, S. aureus < $10{\sim}5.1{\times}10^2$ CFU/g, B. cereus < $10{\sim}4.1{\times}10^2$ CFU/g이 검출되었다. 전처리 양파에서는 일반세균 $1.4{\times}10^4$ CFU/g, 대장균군 $5.0{\times}10$ CFU/g이 검출되었고, 고사리 등의 데친나물에서 일반세균 $4.5{\times}10^3{\sim}2.1{\times}10^5$ CFU/g, 대장균군 $5.0{\times}10{\sim}3.1{\times}10^4$ CFU/g이 검출되었다. 콩나물에서는 일반세균 $9.6{\times}10^4{\sim}6.3{\times}10^7$ CFU/g, 대장균군 $1.1{\times}10^3{\sim}8.7{\times}10^6$ CFU/g, S. aureus < $10{\sim}4.5{\times}10^2$ CFU/g, B. cereus < $10{\sim}2.2{\times}10^2$ CFU/g, L. monocytogenes < $10{\sim}3.4{\times}10^2$ CFU/g이 검출되었다. 두부, 묵류에서는 일반세균 < $10{\sim}9.7{\times}10^5$ CFU/g, 대장균군 < $10{\sim}2.3{\times}10^5$ CFU/g이 검출되었고, 해조류에서는 $6.7{\times}10^2{\sim}9.5{\times}10^3$ CFU/g, 대장균군 < $10{\sim}2.2{\times}10^3$ CFU/g이 검출되었다. 학교급식 식재료는 냉동, 냉장, 상온보관 식재료가 혼재 되어 배송되고 있었고, 실제 유통단계에서 노상에 방치되거나 온도관리가 제대로 잘 되지 않는 경우도 있어 학교급식 식재료의 유통단계에서 철저한 위생관리가 이루어져야 할 것으로 조사되었다.

  • 현재 우리나라 식품의약품안전청에서는 $2{\times}2$ 교차설계법을 기초로 제제간의 생물학적 동등성 평가를 수행하도록 규정하고 있다. 하지만 고변동성 제제의 생물학적 동등성 평가에서 $2{\times}2$ 교차설계법에 의한 시험은 지나치게 많은 피험자를 필요로 할 수 있어 윤리적이고 경제적인 고려가 필요하다는 논의가 이루어지고 있다. $2{\times}2$ 교차설계법을 대체할 수 있는 대안으로 $2{\times}4$ 교차설계법은 미국 및 유럽 등에서는 생물학적 동등성 평가에 광범위하게 사용되는 설계 방법이고, $2{\times}3$ 교차설계법도 $2{\times}2$$2{\times}4$ 교차설계법의 단점을 개선할 수 있는 효율적인 대안으로 관심이 많다. 본 연구에서는 $2{\times}4$$2{\times}3$ 교차설계법의 통계적 모형과 제시된 통계적 모형에 연계된 분산분석표를 유도한다. 현행 국내 생물학적 동등성 시험 규정에 의하면 $2{\times}4$$2{\times}3$ 교차설계법의 분산분석표는 반드시 제시되어야 하지만 아직 문헌상에 존재하지 않아 관련 연구에 기여할 것으로 생각된다. 또한 $2{\times}4$$2{\times}3$ 교차설계법에 기초한 피험자 계산을 $2{\times}2$ 교차설계법과 비교 제시하여 고변동성 제제의 생물학적 동등성 시험 연구에 적절한 시험 설계 선택에 정보를 제공한다.

스마트 워치 터치스크린에서의 터치 키에 대한 사용성 연구 (Usability Evaluation of the Touch Keys for the Smart Watch)

  • The smart watch is the most popular wearable computing device because it takes a form of wristwatch. Many smart watches have adopted the touch screen interface due to the limited size of display. This paper focuses on touch key size and spacing that affect the usability about the touch key of smart watch. The experiments were made for four touch key sizes (width${\times}$height; $5{\times}5$, $5{\times}7$, $7{\times}5$, $7{\times}7mm$) and nine touch key spacing (vertical${\times}$horizontal; $0{\times}0$, $0{\times}1$, $0{\times}3$, $1{\times}0$, $1{\times}1$, $1{\times}3$, $3{\times}0$, $3{\times}1$, $3{\times}3mm$). The completion time, error rate, control discomfort and identification discomfort were measured. The touch key size $7{\times}7$, $7{\times}5$ and the touch key spacing $3{\times}3$, $1{\times}3$ provided the best results in terms of the completion time and the control discomfort, while the square touch key ($7{\times}7$, $5{\times}5$) provided the best performance for the error rate measure. The result of this study can help ergonomically design the touch interface of the smart watch.

스마트 폰 터치스크린에서의 작은 터치 키의 사용성 연구 (Usability Evaluation of the Size of Small Touch Keys for the Smart Phone)

  • This paper focuses on small touch key size and spacing that affect the usability of the smart phones. The experiments examined thirty-six different touch key designs, combinations of four touch key sizes (width (mm) ${\times}$height (mm); $4{\times}4$, $4{\times}7$, $7{\times}4$, and $7{\times}7$), and nine spacings (horizontal (mm)${\times}$vertical (mm); $0{\times}0$, $0{\times}1$, $0{\times}3$, $1{\times}0$, $1{\times}1$, $1{\times}3$, $3{\times}0$, $3{\times}1$, and $3{\times}3$). Forty participants volunteered in the experiment. The completion time, error rate, identification discomfort, and control discomfort were measured. The results revealed that the touch key sizes of $7{\times}7$ and $7{\times}4$ provide the best performance in terms of the error rate measure, while the touch key size of $7{\times}7$ provides the best results for other measures. In addition, touch key spacings of $1{\times}1$, $1{\times}3$ and $3{\times}1$ are regarded as the best for all the measures. The results of this study suggest a practical approach for the small touch key design for the smart phones.

Screening of Promising Bivoltine Hybrids of Mulberry Silkworm for their Susceptibility to Bombyx mori Nuclear Polyhedrosis Virus and Bombyx mori Infectious Flacherie Virus

  • Central Sericultural Research and Training Institute, Mysore have evolved several highly productive bivoltine hybrids which can produce international grade raw silk. Among them $CSR2{\times}CSR4,\;CSR2{\times}CSR5,\;CSR3{\times}CSR6,\;CSR17{\times}CSR16,\;CSR18{\times}CSR19$ and $CSR12{\times}CSR6$ are being popularized in the field. There is a minimum difference in their economic characters but they appear to differ in survival. Though they are productive under high input management conditions, they are very susceptible to different diseases under normal rearing practices. No systematic attempts have been made to test their susceptibility status / resistance. Thus the present study is a modest attempt to screen the above six productive bivoltine hybrids to two important pathogens viz., Bombyx mori Nuclear Polyhedrosis Virus (BmNPV) and Bombyx mori Infectious Flacherie Virus (BmIFV) along with existing hybrid, $KA{\times}NB4D2$ to assess their susceptibility / resistance. The results shows that the productive hybrid $CSR2{\times}CSR4$ is the most resistant to BmNPV and it is suggested by its highest $LC_{50}$ value followed by $CSR12{\times}CSR6,\;KA{\times}NB4D2,\;CSR3{\times}CSR6,\;CSR17{\times}CSR16,\;CSR18{\times}CSR19,\;CSR2{\times}CSR5$. Based on the $LC_{50}$ value and $LT_{50}$ values for BmIFV, the hybrid $KA{\times}NB4D2$ was found to be the most resistant (1st position) one followed by $CSR3{\times}CSR6$ (2nd position) $CSR2{\times}CSR$ (3rd position) and $CSR12{\times}CSR6$ (4th position) $CSR17{\times}CSR16$, $CSR18{\times}CSR19$ (5th position) and $CSR2{\times}CSR5$ being the least. The response of 7 bivoltine hybrids to both the pathogens BmNPV and BmIFV indicates that, the hybrids $CSR2{\times}CSR4$, $CSR12{\times}CSR6$ and $KA{\times}NB4D2$ were found to be the most resistant when compared to others. Further, $KA{\times}NB4D2$ being less productive hybrid with a shell ratio of 20.08%, the other two hybrids $CSR2{\times}CSR4$ (Cocoon shell ratio, 21.44%) and $CSR12{\times}CSR6$ (cocoon shell ratio, 23.45%) can be considered to be most productive with superior quality cocoon and resistant to both BmNPV and BmIFV pathogens. The overall study indicated that the hybrid $CSR2{\times}CSR5$ is the most susceptible hybrid to both the pathogens.
