In the field of environmental landscape architecture, the internet medium is used as an effective communication tool not only in the private level but also in the policy level. Recently, the active utilization of mobile web service is emphasized as the time changes, but there is not much improvement or advance in services due to lack of relevant studies. Therefore, this study is intended to provide basic data needed for improvement and advance by researching the quality of mobile web service among multichannel services provided in environmental landscape architecture related internet media. The model for measuring service quality is SERVQUAL, which was verified in the study of Choi(2015), Choi and Koo(2016), and the final valid samples are total 230. First, the subjects were analyzed as the representative media that are possible to acquire comprehensive knowledge related to environmental landscape architecture. Second, the highest importance level in each subsection was 'protection and security maintenance of customer information' followed by 'Reliability about accurate information supply'. Regarding performance level, 'Reliability about accurate information supply' and 'professional knowledge to communicate with users' are highly evaluated. Third, regarding Importance-Performance Analysis(IPA), the first priority management should is 'Tangibles', and the next are 'Responsibility' and 'Empathy'. The ones for maintenance of the status quo are 'Reliability' and 'Assurance', and there is none for effort reduction. Meanwhile, regarding the importance of each factor and difference in the quality of PC web service and mobile web service studied before, the biggest difference is in 'Tangibles', followed by 'Assurance', 'Empathy', 'Responsibility' and 'Reliability'. It is suggested that the revitalization of Landscape information science(LB1106) presented in the National Science&Technology Standard Classification System is needed. In the future, it is necessary to research the change trend on users' response through continuous evaluation of improved mobile web service.

The rapid development and distribution of information communication industry facilitates the changes of hospital administration, introducing EMR(Electronic Medical Record) instead of paper-based medical record in the medical field. The developed countries such as U.S. have established EMR system after in the middle of 1970s because the primary advantages of EMR is to store and handle vast amounts of records efficiently and increase the quality of health care. Most of health organizations in Korea also apply medical record system to their administration. As the result, they have accomplished a scientific administration system through the use of medical record to handle a variety of patient's information including patient's confidentiality and privacy such as family history, social status, income level, and so on. However, access to and the misuse of EMR causes illegal infringement of patient's information and finally it becomes a very serious medical issue. Potential leakage and misuse of records may seriously infringe patient's privacy rights. In this respect, the related agencies in the public and private sector have been making efforts to prevent patient's records leakages. Especially, the revision bill of Medical Law in 2002 establishes the ways on the security and standards of electronic records. However, it does not provide the proper guidelines which is applied to the rapid changes of the medical environment. One of the most priorities in the hospital administration is the production and maintenance of an accurate medical records fulfilled by medical recorders. Therefore, it is very important for health care providers to hire ethical-based medical recorders. But, unfortunately most of hospitals overlook the importance of their roles. All parts including government, physician and patient must have more concerns on the problems related to EMR. Therefore, this study aims to propose the proper ways to resolve the problems coming from EMR.

Recently, many countries have placed great attention on energy security and climate changes. Governments are promoting the construction of renewable energy projects with regulatory support in Korea. Despite an increasing penetration of renewable resources, however, the photovoltaic and wind power are underutilized due to the endemic problems such as difficulties of output control and intermittent output. The Energy Storage System (ESS) is proposed as a good solution for solving the problems and has been studied in both the private business and the government. However, because of inefficient aspects, the research has been carried out for improving high costs and a small capacity. In addition, the ESS is currently installed for using only one purpose which is frequency regulation or transmission congestion relief such that has an economic limitation. Therefore, methods which are becoming economically justifiable to increase the penetration of the ESS is required. Thus, this paper presents in terms of operation efficiency to improve economic feasibility of the ESS currently used. mainly, there are two aspects for the operation efficiency. Firstly, it is intended to improve the utilization rate through a process that can utilize the ESS for various purposes. It is necessary to be able to use for other purposes by classifying and clustering for increasing the efficiency of availability. The clustering method is proposed to conduct the grouping the ESS. Especially, it is proposed to utilize ESS for frequency regulation service which is the one of ancillary services in the power system. Through case studies, it is confirmed to secure the necessary resources by clustering small size ESS.

This study presents implications of the Global Data Law & Policy by comparing national data strategies, data regulations and policies, and governance in South Korea, the United States, the United Kingdom, and the European Union. According to the result of the comparative analysis, the biggest difference is in data governance, in other words, the management and coordination of policies at the pan-government level and data ethics. Therefore, this study proposes the establishment of a presidential special committee on data policy or the creation of a 'National Digital Innovation Office' at the Presidential Secretariat as a national CDO for the governance of data policies. Furthermore, this paper suggests a) to enact 'the Framework Act on the Development of Data Industry' that can regulate data practices in the private sector, b) to institutionalize the data-centric security and data protection, c) to settle the public ethics and personnel management based on data expertise and professional ethics, including explainability and responsibility, and d) the education and training systems.

It is no news that Nigeria's infrastructure challenge is enormous. In the global ranking, Nigeria ranked low in quantity and quality of its infrastructural provision which has a great impact on the ease of business transaction. Low investments in transportation have brought about the current infrastructural deficit. Recently, the Nigerian government has made effort to address at least to some extent the infrastructural deficit through Public-Private Partnership, but this has not yielded the desired result. Moreover, the sustainability issues relating to railway projects such as, emissions, noise pollution, ecosystem, and other environmental issues calls for urgent attention. Hence, this necessitated consideration on sustainability appraisal for the Chinese rail project in Nigeria. This study reviews sustainability of railway projects built by the Chinese firm in Nigeria with particular emphasis on the environmental and social impact of these projects. The study further identified issues and challenges in project implementation with a particular focus on civil dialogue and community engagements. A detailed literature search was conducted on railway projects and infrastructure by systematically reviewing selected published articles.The analysis of the selected articles identified sustainability issues and potential for improvement of Chinese railway projects and how they contribute to or inhibit competitiveness in the Nigerian railway market. From the literature searched, some of the projects constructed by Chinese firm revealed that there is economic and social impact of railway projects delivered by the Chinese firm in terms of capacity development and knowledge transfer potentiality. For instance, in the just concluded Lagos-Ibadan railway projects, the study gathered that the project brought about 5000 jobs and local staff were trained by the Chinese company, this will boost man power and local content capability. Also, it will significantly improve Nigeria's infrastructure and boost its economic development. The study suggests that Nigerian government should ensure and provide an enabling environment that is conducive for investment on the continent. Peace, improved security, and decent governance are the best conditions for sustainable transportation growth.

Recently, a grow in size and features of Interior construction work over the complex and The Fire-related regulations have been strengthened for the prevention of fire damage. This study is purpose to propose interior design, construction and supervision for the efficient and reasonable way throughout the fire-related laws are investigated in interior architecture. First, the interior of the building work will be based on actual use Fire-related Laws and Regulations have be investigated. Second, based on analysis of material and facilities by Application can be used in production by the data were applied to the present. Third, the international Fire and Flame Retardant Standards for investigating and reviewing the relevant laws, differences and characteristics of each country were analyzed. Fourth, the various fire-related issues of regulation and the application of relevant provisions in the field works, the law's standards, and improvements were identified by analysis. Fire-Related Laws and Building codes that Safety Administration of the Fire Services are divided into design, it comes to approval from the municipal authorities with concerns about the fire that will fit on the Fire Department's administrative procedures and operations is necessary to integrate operations. In conclusion, Fire-related business are divided into Minister of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs and Ministry of Public Administration and Security. So, Both institutions is need to be the cooperative work. It is necessary to the field supervision. Because, Flame-resistant performance standards in the field works applied are too complex. Last, Establishment of fire-related regulations will enact by private organizations and the experts to participate.

A Study of the Emotionality of Child and Mother The purpose of this study is primarily to understand the emotional climate of child and mother, which is a significant factor in child study and the home life. A sample was collected from a total of 1,592 of whom 796 are elementary school children with their mothers. Of these 796 children 440 are fom private schools, 190 from public schools in Seoul. The rest are taken from a farming area, 100 kilometers from Seoul. The data was basically obtained through answers to a questionaire distributed in September 1973. In this study, the cross-sectional method, percentage calculation and chi-square test are adapted from factor analysis. With this limited amount of data special attention now, the following conclusions can be drawn from this analysis although special attention should be given in making any kind of generalization about the entire population. 1) Children's emotionality (a) There is a higher percentage of emotionally well-adjusted children as opposed to maladjusted children.(51%>11%) (b) There is no correlation between children's emotionality and the following factors: grade, sex, residential area, school records, and educational level of their mothers. 2) Mother's Emotionality (a) There are more mothers who consider themselves happy than unhappy.(49%>2%) On the other hand a higher percentage of mothers reported feelings of tension and insecurity as compared to those who had feelings of firm security(65%>5%) (b) There is a high correlationshionship between marital adjustment and marital happiness. In other words, the more adjusted, the happier. A high marital happiness has strong influence on the preference of sex, on children's adjustment to their friends, and their present living condition. (c) There is a close relationship between a high marital adjustment and the social development of a child: being fond of fathers, homelife, and the acquaintance with many friends. In the same way, the positive emotionality of a mother in raising her children and their school records are also important. 3) Emotional relationship between a mother and her chid There is a close bond of love and respect between a mother and her child. Moreover, a high frequence of close and open-minded communication exist between them in a family. It is evident that the emotional climate of the mother has a strong and powerful influence on her child.

In this paper, it will study various problems such as personal information infringement from when using various useful Apps in the Smartphone environment. It also researched the vulnerabilities Mobile Apps and the risks of personal information leakage when using Smartphone information to decrease threat and find solution. In the second chapter, it will check the existing Mobile App related Apps. In the third chapter, it will check the threats and major factors that caused by the leakage of personal information which related to the app. Then it will suggest solution and end with conclusion. This paper also looked at various problems that caused by illegal adverse effect from illegal personal information collection. Then it researched and made suggestion to make consideration on safety of personal information and privacy infringement that threat to personal information For safety of mobile banking, it proposed a safety method to separate and manage the code which has the core logic which required to run the App. For safety of direction App, when running the direction App, even if the information is collected, location information for unauthorized accessed will encrypt and store in DB, so that access to personal information is difficult. For delivery App environment, by using the national deliver order call center's representative phone to receive a telephone order then, the customer information is delivered to the branch office when it receive order and it will automatically delete information from the server when the delivery is completed by improving DB server of order. For the smart work app environment, the security solution operates automatically by separating and make independent private and work areas. Then it will suggest initialization for company's confidential business information and personal information to safe from danger even if loss.

With explosively increasing digital contents, library and Information center should have a new role between knowledge providers and knowledge users as information brokering organization. Electronic transaction system should be required for performing this brokering service since economic value is added to information and knowledge in information society. With the rapidly changing circumstances, the Internet is currently witnessing an explosive growth. By serving as a virtual information resource. the Internet can dramatically change the way business is conducted and Information is provided. However because of features o( the Internet like openness and information sharing, it has fundamental vulnerabilities in security issues. For Instance, disclosure of private information and line eavesdropping such as password, banking account, transaction data on network and so on are primary obstruction factors to activation of digital contents delivery on network. For high network security and authentication, this paper looks at smart card technologies and proposes multi-authentication protocol based on smart card on open network, implements and analyzes it.

The popularity of mobile devices provides their users with a circumstance that services and information can be accessed wherever and whenever users need. Accordingly, various studies have been proposed personalized methods to improve accessibility of mobile users to information. However, since these personalized methods require users' private information, they gives rise to problems on security. An efficient way to resolve security problems is to estimate user information by using their online and offline behavior. In this paper, for this purpose, it is proposed a novel user information identification system that identifies users' personal and social information by using both his/her behavior on social network services and proximity patterns obtained from GPS data. In the proposed system, personal information of a user like age, gender, and so on is estimated by analyzing SNS texts and POI (Point of Interest) patterns, while social information between a pair of users like family and friend is predicted with proximity patterns between the users. Each identification module is efficiently designed to handle the characteristics of user data like much noise in SNS texts and missing signals in GPS data. In experiments to evaluate the proposed system, our system shows its superiority against ordinary identification methods. This result means that the proposed system can efficiently reflect the characteristics of user data.
