This content prevents the elderly living in nursing homes from going out or traveling due to the long-term COVID-19 situation. Through the content, it was designed to allow visitors to see the Sokcho City Museum, where objects that can reminisce about the elderly's childhood are displayed. It is expected that the explanation inside the city museum will be delivered through voice through narration, so that even the elderly who do not know Korean will be able to enjoy the content with interest. And after enough time to look around, it is intended to represent the elements that interact, so that the gap with reality is felt a little less. In the current long-term COVID-19 situation, not only can the elderly living in nursing homes prevent depression, but also can practice remembering their childhood memories, which will have a positive effect on dementia prevention.

The purpose of this study was to develop a group validation therapy(V/T) which could be implemented for the elderly with dementia in nursing home, and to evaluate the effectiveness of the program on cognition, ADL(Activity of Daily Living), depression, problematic behavior and QOL(Quality of Life). Subjects were recruited from 4 nursing homes in D city. The sample comprised forty elderly with dementia, capable of verbal communication. Each twenty were in an experimental and control groups. However, four elders with dementia dropped out in experimental and control groups due to personal affairs. Experimental group completed twelve consecutive group validation therapy sessions that combined centering, asking factual questions, rephrasing, identifying and using the preferred sense, asking the extreme, imagining the opposite, reminiscing, touching, maintaining eye contact and a caring tone of voice, observing, matching and expressing the emotion with emotion, using ambiguity, linking behavior with a basic human need, using music and mirroring techniques. Following the intervention, experimental group experienced a significant improvement in cognition, ADL, depression, and QOL. But it is a nonsignificant in problematic behavior on statistically. As a result, a group validation therapy should be applied as an effective and practical psychosocial intervention for the elderly with dementia.

In the 21st century, in which the accident rate is rapidly increasing in proportion to the development of automobiles, In order to reduce the number of accidents, this paper was written for the convenience of the elderly people with disabilities and the handicapped. When a driver's safety accidents and various signals are transmitted through a smart phone by voice, the voice signal is processed as a video signal through the rear LED pannel of the vehicle, so that an urgent situation or a current state can be clarified It is also possible to use the local area network as a billboard and I would like to propose a study to show the advertising effect and current traffic situation.

Purpose of study: The purpose of this study is to propose an autobiographical writing as an alternative Christian education for the elderly. Research Contents and Methods : First, after analyzing the previous studies on Christian education for the elderly, it was found that most of the studies suggest the need for integrated Christian elderly education and church elderly ministry, and there is a need for a study that suggests a curriculum that can be implemented in the field. Second, there are two educational objectives derived from Fowler's study of faith. One is to describe, analyze, and reconstruct the three elements that make up the content of faith: centers of value, image of powers, and central stories. Second, to explore vocation through a life of pilgrimage in response to the call to partnership with God. Third, autobiographical writing involves an approach based on the tradition of qualitative research and should be oriented toward teaching and learning principles based on descriptive, native, holistic, lived-experience, pathic, interpretive, and open-ended principles. Conclusions and Recommendations: Autobiographical writing will contribute to helping the elderly experiencing crises of despair and anxiety to integrate the meaning of their lives through the holistic expression of their thoughts and feelings, to helping socially isolated older adults to feel connected to society, and to helping them to envision and imagine the future through the present act of revealing their voice. It is hoped that autobiographical writing will increase the number of conversations through retrospection and confession of faith of the elderly.

As population aging progresses, there is a growing demand for IT technology that can relieve the psychological anxiety of the elderly living alone, recognize the dangerous situation, and check the family members' affection. In this paper, we describe the development of a speech recognition speaker that enable senior users to give simple interactive commands by voice and monitor the status of the user. The speaker analyzes the user's voice, grasps the conversation contents through the chatbot, connects the desired service to the user, and provides the result again by voice. By using this speaker, senior users can feel relaxed by natural conversation, and can monitor the status of danger more easily.

As the world's elderly population increases, the proportion of visually impaired is also increasing, and there are still many restrictions on the use of outside activities, such as safety problems and lack of guidance information. To solve this problem, research on smart devices such as smart glasses with optical character recognition (OCR) function is being actively conducted. In this paper, we propose a system that recognizes obstacles ahead and informs information by voice, and also guides the way to the destination. Using the deep learning object recognition model Yolo, it let them to recognize the risk factors as obstacles such as stairs and Larva cones. and it also deliver the information with a voice. so you can expect that the visually impaired can do a lot of different activity even more now that system takes the visually impaired to the destination by using the directions API, voice recognition, TTS library.

Chronic diseases is being increased attention to threatening the elements healthy life of elderly population in modem society. Especially, Chronic diseases caused by diabetes and hypertension is destroyed kidney. In this case, subjective symptom is not little. So if health is worsened, hemodialysis, artificial organs, transplant an organ etc. should be treated as a dangerous diseases. Therefor, a patients receiving hemodialysis of diabetes and hypertension studied on the effects to regularity of amplitude and rate vibration of vocal cords in hemodialysis in this paper. To do this, a diabetic and hypertensive patients don't have a problem with pronunciation selected as of the subjects and their voices collected before and after hemodialysis. We studied on the effects of voice analysis to apply regularity of amplitude and rate vibration of vocal cords. In conclusion, we extracted a result that voice after than before hemodialysis is relatively low in voice measures values a regularity of amplitude and rate vibration of vocal cords.

The purpose of this study is to explore the applicability of QFD to product development of clothes by empirically applying it to development of a specific clothes, middle and elderly women’s formal knitwear. The voices of customers(VOCs) for formal knitwear was collected through in-depth interviews with 25 customers, shop masters, and designers. Also, questionnaires of which respondents were 230 customers were used to rank the importance of the items of VOC. A QFD team of 10 knitwear experts implemented the task of translating VOCs into design attributes and measuring the values of the relationships between VOCs and design attributes. Importance ranking of the items of design attributes was obtained based on Lyman's method. The results of this study were as follows. First, the customer requirements for formal knitwear were classified into five dimensions, that is, symbolism, aesthetic, fitness, usefulness, and maintenance. Second, the descending order of the necessity of improving the quality was maintenance, aesthetic, fitness, usefulness, and symbolism. Third, three-staged design attributes were obtained as a result of translating of VOCs into design attributes. Lastly, the descending order of the importance of design attributes was "sorts of yarn", "sorts of color jacquard", "color", "tone", "ease", etc.

The purpose of this study is to develop the Korean version of Music-Related Quality of Life (K-MRQoL) for the elderly. The K-MRQoL consisted of Musical Ability, Attitude, Activity Frequency (PART 1) and Musical Ability, Attitude, Activity Important (PART 2). Each subcategory consists of Music Perception with 11 items and Music Engagement with 7 items. The validity and reliability of K-MRQoL were measured with Pearson's and Cronbach's alpha correlation coefficients and Independent t-test in total 30 elderly with normal hearing and 30 elderly with hearing loss from local welfare Centers and nursing homes. The correlation coefficients between total scores and PART 1 and PART 2 ranged from .701 to .948 and from .598 to .926, respectively. The internal consistency between total and Part 1 and Part 2 ranged from .846 to .931 and from .838 to .918, respectively. The test-retest correlations were .979, .970, and 979 for total, PART 1, and PART 2, respectively. The correlation between K-MRQoL and Quality of Communication Life Scale was .449. There were significant differences in total, PART 1, and PART 2 between the elderly with normal hearing and hearing loss. This indicates that the K-MRQoL can be used as a useful clinical tool to evaluate Music-related Quality of Life in the elderly with normal hearing or hearing loss.

스마트 디바이스가 사회와 소통할 수 있는 도구가 되었음에도 불구하고 아직까지 노인들이 사용하기에는 어려움이 있다. 여기에 음성인식 기술을 이용한 음성인터페이스를 활용함으로써 노인들의 스마트 디바이스에 대한 사용성을 높일 수 있다. 하지만 일반적인 음성인식 시스템은 청장년의 발성 스타일에 맞춰져 있기 때문에, 노화된 노인의 발성이 그대로 입력될 경우 음성인식률이 하락한다. 본 연구에서는 노인의 음절 별 발화속도가 일반적인 음성인식 시스템의 성능을 보증할 수 있는 범위를 벗어나는 경우가 많다는 분석 결과를 토대로 노인의 음절 별 발화속도를 조정한 결과 노인남녀 평균 음성인식률이 15.3% 상승하였다. 이처럼 노인의 음성인식 오류 원인들 중 하나인 발화속도의 재조정으로 음성 인식률을 높일 수 있는 토대를 마련하였다. 이는 노인들이 스마트 디바이스를 이용하여 쉽고 정확한 작업을 수행할 수 있게 됨으로써, 노인들의 사회 참여와 정보 획득이 용이해 지고 더 나아가 세대 간의 소통에도 이바지할 것으로 기대한다.
