In this paper, we present a high-level design methodology applied on a network system-on-a-chip(SOC) using SystemC. The main target of our approach is to get optimum performance parameters for high network address translation(NAT) throughput. The Fast Ethernet media access controller(MAC) and its direct memory access(DMA) controller are modeled with SystemC in transaction level. They are calibrated through the cycle-based measurement of the operation of the real Verilog register transfer language(RTL). The NAT throughput of the model is within $\pm$10% error compared to the output of the real evaluation board. Simulation speed of the model is more than 100 times laster than the RTL. The validated models are used for intensive architecture exploration to find the performance bottleneck in the NAT router.
Providing trading partners with personal information to establish an e-commerce financial transaction is inevitable. Most e-commerce companies keep personal information and transaction data for user's convenience and develop additional services as their applications. However, keeping personal information increases the likelihood of identity theft causing direct or indirect damage while it may simplify repetitive financial transactions. This study introduces risk management methods based on quantitative and qualitative analysis including demand-supply curve model and Gordon & Loeb model to analyze the risks for security management. The empirical analysis with survey results from KISA (Korea Information Security Agency) shows that the root cause of different statistics of personal information leakage incidents according to core business of internet companies is the difference in their Loss Expectancy caused by them. Also we suggest disciplinary compensation and higher standard for personal information protection as a solution to prevent the variation of investment on it between individual companies.
It seems essential to examine the factors that may affect relationship commitment of subcontractors to parent companies in the industrial market in Korea in an effort to construct a win-win-type cooperative network among them. Lots of studies have been focusing on the consumer goods market. Relatively few studies have been focused on industrial market. In the industrial goods market subcontractors used to sell their parts or services only to a small number of parent companies in a large quantity, resulting in decisive control of subcontractors over the quality of parent companies' finished goods. This is why relationship between subcontractors and parent companies is extremely important. From this viewpoint, this study aims to survey and analyze empirically the paths leading to relationship commitment of subcontractors toward the parent companies which are required to incite them to build up a collaborative network by means of subcontractors' entrepreneurship. For this aim, market orientation effects of entrepreneurship as well as factors of performance and trust are particularly set forth as the bases of developing hypotheses in this study in order to explore the paths from entrepreneurship to relationship commitment as follows. First, the path of entrepreneurship-market orientation-communication-trust- relationship commitment; second, the path of entrepreneurship-market orientation-performance-relationship commitment; third, the path of entrepreneurship-market orientation-transaction specific asset investment -trust-relationship commitment; and fourth, the path in which the entrepreneurship is expected to promote direct transaction specific asset investment by parent companies to induce their trust and, eventually, relationship commitment of subcontractors. The outcomes of the empirical analysis in this study may be summed up as follows: First, the conclusions of preceding studies are also supported here by the fact that the entrepreneurship of subcontractors promotes their market orientation (hypothesis 9), indicating that the entrepreneurship can facilitate collection, proliferation of and response to market informations. On the contrary, however, the assumption that the entrepreneurship of subcontractors might directly accelerate transaction specific asset investment by parent companies (hypothesis 8) is rejected. Second, although the influence of subcontractors' entrepreneurship on parent companies' investment of assets peculiar to their transactions is not affirmed, the assumption is found to be supported that subcontractors' market orientation would expedite the parent companies' investment of assets peculiar to their transactions. Moreover, it is also confirmed that parent companies' investment of assets peculiar to transactions would promote subcontractors' trust toward the parent companies (hypothesis 6), signifying that parent companies may level up their trust in subcontractors when they make great amount of efforts to invest in the assets peculiar to transactions, not behaving opportunistically, Third, the hypotheses 4 and 5 also turn out to be supported by the analysis as the former assumes that market orientation could promote communication and the latter relates that the communication between subcontractors and parent companies would prompt trust, both results in affirming that market orientation could introduce open communication to speed up sharing of information and that sharing of information by way of communication might give an impetus to trust. Fourth, the assumption that subcontractors' market orientation would expedite performance (hypothesis 3) is also proved favorably to the significant level equivalent to that of preceding studies. Fifth, same as preceding studies, it is also verified in this study that the benefit (outcomes) awarded by parent companies to subcontractors will be a direct cause exercising a positive impact upon relationship commitment(hypothesis 2) and that the trust of subcontractors toward parent companies may have affirmative influence on the relationship commitment(hypothesis 1). Overall, the first, second and third paths are identified as being supported by the hypotheses among constituent factors, while the fourth path is deemed meaningless since it is shown that the entrepreneurship exercises no effects on parent companies' investment in the assets peculiar to transactions.
The safe driving reward system aims to reduce the loss of life and property by reducing the occurrence of accidents by motivating safe driving and encouraging active participation by providing direct reward to vehicle drivers who have performed safe driving. In the case of the existing digital tachograph, the goal is to limit dangerous driving by recording the driving status of the vehicle whereas the safe driving reward system is a support measure to increase the effect of accident prevention and induces safe driving with financial reward when safe driving is performed. In other words, in an area where accidents due to speeding are high, direct reward is provided to motivate safe driving to prevent traffic accidents when safe driving instructions such as speed compliance, maintaining distance between vehicles, and driving in designated lanes are performed. Since these safe operation data and reward histories must be managed transparently and safely, the reward evidences and histories were constructed using the closed blockchain Hyperledger Fabric. However, while transparency and safety are guaranteed in the blockchain system, low data processing speed is a problem. In this study, the sequential block generation speed was as low as 10 TPS(transaction per second), and as a result of applying the acceleration function a high-performance network of 1,000 TPS or more was implemented.

This paper introduces the Cherry system, a user-independent blockchain donation system. This is a procedure that is delivered to the beneficiary's bank account through a virtual account when a donor makes a donation, so there is no difference from the existing donation delivery method from the user's point of view However, within the blockchain, Cherry Points, a virtual currency based on the user ID, are issued and delivered to the beneficiary, while all transactions and the beneficiary's usage history are managed on the blockchain. By adopting this method, there was an improvement in blockchain performance, with transaction processing exceeding 1,000 TPS in typical transaction condition and service completion within 21.3 seconds. By applying the automatic influence control algorithm to this system, the influence according to stake, which is an individual donation, is greatly reduced to 0.3 after 2 months, thereby concentrating influence could be controlled automatically. In addition, it was designed to enable micro tracking by adding a tracking function by timestamp to the donation ledger for each individual ID, which greatly improved the transparency in the use of donations. From a service perspective, existing blockchain donation systems were handled as limited donation delivery methods. Since it is a direct service in a user-independent method, convenience has been greatly improved by delivering donations in various forms.
Ever since the open and reform policy in 1987, China has adopted the socialistic market economy system and has been moving forward in economic reform. This gradually expanded their market economy. The open and reform policy achieved the highest average annual GDP growth rate of 9% and helped the country maintain high growth. China's economic growth in recent years has a lot to do with the international trading and direct investment by foreign corporations. China's entry into the WTO dramatically increased their amount of capital and investments due to their aggressive investments with foreign corporations. It is quite amazing that investments in China has been constantly increasing while the direct investments worldwide is decreasing. Moreover, increase in such investments is contributing to China's job creation, as well as, the expansion of international trading. When international economic exchange started between Japan and China in the 1970s, it was in the form of aid for developing countries, hence the collection of the investment was out of the question. It was in the 1990s that Japan started the full-scale investments with China and it was mostly centered in transfer of the production base. Japanese corporations aim was to mass produce goods less expensively using abundant and cheap labor and to sell them to Japan and other countries. The amount of Japan's exports and imports compared with China is increasing every year but the trade deficit has gone into the red. The dollar amount has been decreased from $ 27 billion in 2001 to $ 18 billion in 2003. The problems and damages in the system of justice and administrative confrontation that Japanese corporations are facing are continuously at a stand-still even after China's entry into the WTO. It has been 20 years since Japan's advance in China and during that period, the Japanese corporations brought many changes ranging from exports/imports to direct investment. Although Japan's new corporations tend to be located in the mid-western part of China, rather than the coastal areas, the region itself is not the cause for the confrontation. The problem stems from the Japanese treating the Chinese as if they were Japanese because they look similar due to their Asian ancestry. In reality the Chinese have completely different ways of doing business. Here we will take a look at the international trading and direct investment of Japanese corporations in China and study the conflicts that occurred in business transactions with China through real examples.

A P2P is a method that can share and exchange on digital resources through a direct connection on personnel without a central server. In this paper, we apply a P2P technology to a traditional electronic commerce method so that a seller and a customer can perform a commercial transaction through a direct communication. As such a result, we propose a new e-Commerce model on P2P environment to assure fairness in commercial transactions. To achieve our goal, we put an escrow server which is responsible for guarantee fair contents delivery and payment for the contents between a seller and a customer. When a customer buys content, he first obtains reputation values implicating reliability for the content and refers to these values to determine purchase. The proposed scheme, we can improve the reliability for the purchasing content and provide the fairness to both a seller and a customer simultaneously.
The past research have suggested that the Inter-Organizational E-Commerce based on the Inter-Organizational Systems(IOSs) has direct impact on the Inter-Organizational Relationships(IORs) in general. Considering the importance of this issue, however, few empirical research have been conducted. The objective of this study is to examine the impact of the level of Inter-Organizational E-Commerce on the performance of IORs in particular. Reviewing the literature, we suggested a research model and developed ten hypotheses to be tested. We conducted a survey and collected data from 125 companies which were using. EDI systems. The data were analyzed using LISREL 8.30. The major findings are: (1) The volume of E-Commerce has a positive impact on the commitment of trading partners. (2) High quality of information sharing and high degree of standardization improve the trust and the commitment between trading parties. (3) The trust and the commitment are critical precedent variables of cooperation. (4) The more partners cooperate each other, the more transaction cost will be reduced and as a result, the more financial performance will improve. A discussion on the result of the hypotheses test is followed by a discussion on the academic and practical implications of this study.

Accepting the necessity for maintaining the objectives of the existing circulation system, the computer-based system could be designed by the system analyst and librarians to gain a variety of improvements in the maintenance, accessibility of circulation records and more meaningful statistical records. If the terminal can be operated on-line, then this circulation data is transmitted directly to the computer, where it may update to the circulation file immediately or alternatively be kept in direct access file for updating in batch mode. on-line system in the circulation operations is "data-collection system" and "Bar-coded label system" Bar-coded label system is simple, quick, and error-free input of data. Attached to CRT terminal is a "light pen" which is hand held and will read a bar-coded label as the pen is passed over the labels (one affixed to the book itself, other carried on the borrower cards). Instantaneously the data concerning transaction is stored in the central mini-computer. It is useful, economical for us to co-operate many libraries in Korea and design borrower's ID code, book no., classification code in the Bar-coded label system by the members of the computer center and the library staff at every stage. As for book loan, the borrowers ID code, book number and classification code are scanned by the bar-code scanner or light pen and the computer decides whether to loan and store the data. The visual display unit shows the present status of a borrowers borrowing and decides whether borrower can borrow.
The electronic commerce of agricultural products provides benefits both to the farmers and the consumers because of direct transaction between producers and consumers. This study analyses the factors affecting consumer's purchase intention that are using electronic commerce. And the purpose of this study is to contribute to increasing the farmer's income while operating electronic commerce by applying the results of this analysis. Consumer's purchasing factors in electronic commerce were obtained through literature reviews. The research model is established with the factors and analyses through the structural equation model. The results are as following; the first is how the quality of agricultural products affects positively consumer's satisfaction and trust. When sufficient information about the seller and the products are provided in the shopping mall site there are positive effects on the consumer's satisfaction and trust. The factors of convenience like purchasing time, saving, delivery convenience affect positively consumer's satisfaction. However, the relationship with trust enhancement could not be confirmed. In addition, hypotheses of positive relationships between economic feasibility factors like low price, satisfaction and trust, were rejected. Finally, consumer's satisfaction affects trust, and both the consumer's satisfaction and trust affects positively the purchase intention. In summary, in the electronic commerce of agricultural products, consumers might use electronic commerce as they purchase the reliable high quality products directly from farmers rather than be affected by economic feasibility and convenience factors.
