Antigenic types of 114 Salmonella pullorum and 152 Salmonella gallinarum field isolates were evaluated. All 3 antigenic types were identified among field isolates of S pullorum by factor-serum analysis but the majority of them were standard type(90.4%). Of the 114 S pullorum isolates, only eight(7.0%) were intermediate type and 3(2.6%) were variant type. Using the ammonium sulfate precipitation(ASP) test, one-hundred and three(90.4%) S pullorum isolates were standard type, while intermediate and variant types were 8.4% and 1.4%, respectively. One-hundred and fifty-two S gallinarum isolates were identified as standard type by ASP test and serological analysis. According to the random amplified polymorphisms of DNA(RAPD) patterns, most of S pullorum isolates were differentiated with 3 types in their fragment-patterns. No correlations were found between SDS-PAGE profiles and antigenic types of S pullorum isolates.

Objective: There are many meditation methods used in clinical field. But the effect of meditation may be different to people's mind, and meditation itself. Now we investigate this subject with two different meditation methods which has been analyzed by heart rate variability. Method: We tried to check people's heart rate who educated meditation, before educated and during the meditation. The meditation was educated differently for each group. One is the auto genes traning, and the other is the imaginary meditation by thinking about eating and smelling favorite fruits. All of them are used to oriental psychiatry clinic patients. And we simultaneously conduct people's emotional state by SCL-90-R. Result: The result in Autogene traning group has significant difference in total power and HRV-index score between before and during the training but in imaginary meditation group has no significance: Autogene traning group has a significance in low frequency score and has increased tendency with increasing tendency of Heart rate index and Total power. Through the SCL-90-R score, the higher depression t-score, the anxiety t-score, and the hostility score is, the HRV scores such as total power, low frequency, and HRV-index much increase. and so on. Conclusion: We can guess that the Autogenes training has more significant effect than the imaginary meditation. And we can also guess that as the emotional problem is getting more severe, the effect of meditation would be much better. And we finally suggest that we should make a standard guideline of imaginary meditation, cause the imaginary meditation has so many variation.

When the source waveform is unknown, the Green's function can be estimated by Ray-based Blind Deconvolution (RBD) based on the simple array signal processing. In previous papers, RBD was successfully demonstrated using simulation and experiments in shallow water environment. In this paper, we investigate the applicability of RBD for a long-range communication (e.g., 30 km, 60 km, and 90 km) in a deep water environment (1,000 m ~), using experimental data conducted in the east of Pohang, South Korea, in October 2018. Data results are presented to demonstrate Green's function estimation of a communication signal (2.2 kHz ~ 2.9 kHz) using a 16-element, 42-m long vertical array. The results show that the Green's function estimated from RBD is comparable to that of matched filter result. Additional communication performance at a maximum range of 90 km will be also presented.

Polycaprolactone (PCL) and thermoplastic starch (TPS) blends were prepared. Mechanical properties, thermal property, water absorption, biodegradability by composting and surface morphology of PCL/TPS blends were investigated. The compositions of PCL/TPS blends were 90/10, 80/20, 70/30, 60/40, 50/50, 40/60, 30/70, 20/80, and 10/90. Strength and elongation at break decreased as the content of TPS increased, while modulus increased. DSC thermogram of TPS showed two glass transition temperatures (T$_{g}$ ) at 23$^{\circ}C$ and 126$^{\circ}C$. And TPS proved to be an amorphous polymer because there was no endothermic peak due to the melting of starch crystal. The unchanged melting temperatures and T$_{g}$ 's of PCL/TPS blends revealed that PCL and TPS were not miscible. All of the blends were found to be mechanically compatible but phase separated in each other. After 45 days composting, the biodegradability of PCL was 44% and that of PCL/TPS blends increased as the contents of TPS increased.

Strength design for a lightweight bicycle frame made of carbon/epoxy composite laminates was studied using Tsai-Wu's failure criterion. For the design of bicycle frames, reducing the weight of the frame is of great importance. Furthermore, the frame should satisfy the required strength under specific loading cases. In accordance with the European EN 14764 standard for bicycle frames, three loading cases-pedaling, vertical, and level loadings-were investigated in this study. Because of the anisotropic characteristics of composite materials, it is important to decide the appropriate stacking sequence and the number of layers to be used in the composite bicycle frame. From finite element analysis results, the most suitable stacking sequence of the fiber orientation and the number of layers were determined. The stacking sequences of $[0]_{8n}$, $[90]_{8n}$, $[0/90]_{2ns}$, $[{\pm}45]_{2ns}$, $[0/{\pm}45/90]_{ns}$ (n = 1, 2, 3, 4) were used in the analysis. The results indicated that the $[0/{\pm}45/90]_{3s}$ lay-up model was suitable for a composite bicycle frame. Furthermore, the weakest point and layer were investigated.

The experimental study was carried out to evaluate the characteristics of the point load index and the uniaxial compressive strength of inherently anisotropic shale in the laboratory. In the testing program the effects of size and the shape on the point load index were investigated both in the axial and diametral direction. In general, the point load index of the shale was constant when the length/diameter (L/D) ratio of the specimen is greater than 1.0 in the diametral direction. The point load index in axial direction shows slight decrease as the L/D ratio is increased and the corner breakage was observed when L/D ratio is greater than unity. The minimum point load index was observed in the bedding angle of $\beta=15^{\circ}{\sim}30^{\circ}$ in the axial point load tests and of $\beta=30^{\circ}$ in the uniaxial compression tests. The relationship between the point load index and the uniaxial compressive strength was linear to ${\sigma}_c=25.0 I_{s(50)}$ for the specimen with the bedding plane angle, $\beta$ at the range of $0^{\circ}{\sim}90^{\circ}$. On the other hand, this relationship was appeared linear to ${\sigma}_c=14.4 I_{s(50)}$ when the bedding angle, $\beta$ is fixed to 90${^{\circ}}$ and this correlation is much different from ${\sigma}c=22 I_{s(50)}, which is generally applied to the rock specimen with no bedding plane in ISRM (1985). The anisotropic strength with different $\beta$ angle shows the shoulder type and this can be suitably modelled by the corrected Ramamurthy'(1993)s equation with the index value of 'n' equal to 3.0.

The Purpose of this study was to investigate homology between the Popular music and Fashion of youthful subculture and how the image of popular music have influenced on the 90's fashion. As the result, Korean youthful subculture analized to be different from western youthful subculture. In western countries, the style of youthful subculture groups spread to tricle up as developed themselves but represented tricle down phenomenon in Korea. Because life con-dition of Korean Youthful was different from westerns in everything. The Image of popular music have an influenced on the 90's fashion, it is be classified into the Jazz image, the Country & Western image, the Rock image, and Hip-Hop, Ragge image. 1. The jazz image from Jazz music has come back dandism of the nostalgia mood and intro-duce ethnic sense into fashion. 2. The Country & Western image is reflected in fashion of accessories details, materials and Coordination item. 3. The rock image from Acid Rock and Punk Rock effected the advent of hippie mood fashion, ethnic, ecology, new unisex fashion and Punk fashion trend. 4. The hip-hop, raggae image from Rap and Raggae music showed on fashion of primitive mood's naturism, Sports wear's generalization and dualism. After the 90th, youthful fashion of new gener-ation may be infered constantly on the move toward $\ulcorner Fashion democracy \lrcorner$formation.

I describe here a novel and promising approach to drug discovery that involves the identification and assembly of drug-like fragments to afford lead compounds. This approach is attractive for a number of reasons. First, the productive assembly of two weakly bound fragments, even fragments with independent dissociation constants in the low mM range, can potentially afford ligands with sub-micromolar affinities for their targets. In this study, the experiment was carried out to investigate and analyze the influence of coarse aggregate's mix ratio and maximum size on the properties of concrete. The main experimental variables were water/cement ratio 45% and 65%, coarse aggregate/fine aggregate ratio 90%, 130% and 170%, maximum size of coarse aggregate 15mm, 25mm and 40mm. According to the test results, the principal conclusions are summarized as follows. 1) The slump and flow of fresh concrete were found to be higher in the order of G/S ratio 170%, 130%, 90%, also in the order of maximum size 40mm, 25mm, 15mm. 2) The compressive strength of hardened concrete were found to be higher in the order of G/S ratio 170%, 130%, 90%, also in the order of maximum size 15mm, 25mm, 40mm.
