국내 포유류 연구의 주제와 동향 (Mammalian Research Topics and Trends in Korea)

  • 국내에서 포유류는 축산학, 수의학, 실험동물학, 생태학, 유전학 등 다양한 분야에서 활발하게 연구되고 있으며, 최근 생물다양성의 중요성이 강조되면서 이들의 보전 및 관리는 국민적으로도 많은 관심을 받고 있다. 하지만 전문 연구와 국민 관심의 증가에도 불구하고 국내 포유류 연구동향을 파악한 사례는 아직까지 찾아보기 힘들다. 이 연구는 국내 포유류의 연구동향을 파악하여 향후 세부연구영역의 계획과 관련 정책 제시를 위한 기초자료 제공을 목표로 하였다. 2015년까지 국내에서 발행된 포유류 학술논문 392편을 분석 대상으로 하였으며, 최근 각광받는 연구영역을 파악하기 위해 텍스트마이닝과 동시출현단어 분석을 이용하였다. 그 결과, 국내 포유류 연구논문 발행 수는 점차 증가하였으며, 연구대상 종 역시 점차 다양해진 것으로 나타났다. 텍스트마이닝과 동시출현단어 분석을 통해 파악된 주된 포유류 연구영역은 (1)진화/계통/유전학, (2)환경/생태학, (3)발생/생식/세포생물학, (4)기생충/수의학, (5)설치류/기생충학, (6)세균/바이러스학, (7)해부/세포생물/실험동물학, (8)형태/해부수의학, (9)축산학, (10)해양포유류학, (11)익수목 연구 등 11개로 구분되었다. 환경/생태학 연구는 11개 연구영역 중에서 최근 가장 활발하였으며, 과거에 비해 연구비율이 급격히 증가한 분야로 나타났다. 환경/생태학 연구분야는 생물다양성 보전의 핵심으로, 최근 생물다양성의 중요성이 강조됨에 따라 국내 서식 포유류의 생태연구에 대한 연구자들의 관심 역시 더욱 증가한 것으로 보인다. 이 연구결과가 미래 국내 포유류 연구의 계획과 관련 정책 수립을 위한 기초자료로 유용하게 활용되기를 희망한다.

"화타현문내조도(華陀玄門內照圖)"의 형성과 본문편제 (The Formation and Text Compilation of ${\ulcorner}HuaTaHyunMunNeJoDo{\lrcorner}$)

  • Objectives : ${\ulcorner}HuaTaHyunMunNeJoDo{\lrcorner}$ is a medical literature dealing deeply with the theory of internal organs thought to be the core of theories in Chinese medicine. The aim of this study was to explorer on the formation and the organization of ${\ulcorner}HuaTaHyunMunNeJoDo{\lrcorner}$. Methods : We investigated the process of the formation of ${\ulcorner}HuaTaHyunMunNeJoDo{\lrcorner}$ and analyzed the organization of ${\ulcorner}HuaTaHyunMunNeJoDo{\lrcorner}$ on the medical-historical points of view. Results : As a result from studies. Main contents include 11 pieces of pictures about the positions of the regions of acupuncture and moxibustion as well as the internal organs, in addition to descriptions in detail regarding each disease in the internal organs, problems occurred among them, obstinate diseases, etc. Conclusions : A published book in Ming Dynasty and another transcribed by someone in Qing Dynasty as the xylographic books of this literature in China, which turned out to books referred considerably to contents of YangGae's ${\ulcorner}JonJinDo{\lrcorner}$, a famous doctor in Northern Song Dynasty in China. Moreover, the main contents of ${\ulcorner}HuaTaHyunMunNeJoDo{\lrcorner}$ greatly affected the theories of the internal organs for the following generations as they were quoted in Yicheon's ${\ulcorner}UiHakYipMun{\lrcorner}$ in Ming Dynasty in China.

시(詩)의 변주, 시의도(詩意圖)와 서발(序跋) - <음중팔선가(飮中八仙歌)>, <음중팔선도(飮中八仙圖)>, <음중팔선도서(飮中八仙圖序)> - (Variations of the poem Song of Eight Drunken Celestials by Du Fu - Paintings Expressing the Poetic Ideas and the Preface and Postscript to the painting)

  • 두보(杜甫)의 <음중팔선가(飮中八仙歌)>와 이를 화제(畵題)로 삼아 회화화(繪?化)한 시의도(詩意圖) 3편과, 원텍스트를 패러디한 <음중팔선도(飮中八仙圖)>를 다시 원텍스트로 삼아 패러디한 세편의 서발(序跋)을 살펴보면서 시라는 양식의 원텍스트가 그림이라는 양식으로, 다시 산문이라는 양식으로 그 모습을 바꾸면서 패러디되는 모습을 보았다. 개원(開元) 천보(天寶) 연간에 취중기행(醉中奇行)로 유명했던 여덟 명의 기인(奇人)을 노래한 두보(杜甫)의 <음중팔선가(飮中八仙歌)>는 많은 화가들에 의해 사랑받는 화제(畵題)가 되어 송(宋) 원(元) 명(明) 청(淸), 조선(朝鮮), 일본(日本) 등지에서 <음중팔선도(飮中八仙圖)>로 다시 태어났다. 이처럼 화가가시에 대한 해석을 회화적으로 재창조한 것을 시의도(詩意圖)라고 하는데 시의도(詩意圖)는 이미 존재하는 시를 전제로 하고 있으므로 이 둘 사이에는 원텍스트와 패러디 텍스트라는 관계가 성립한다. 두보의 마음에 공명한 화가들의 그림 3점, 명대(明代) 우구(尤求)의 <음중팔선도(飮中八仙圖)>, 조선(朝鮮) 김홍도(金弘道)의 <두보시의신선도(杜甫詩意神仙圖)>, 일본모모야마(桃山)시대의 가이호유쇼(海北友松)의 <음중팔선도(음중팔선도(飮中八仙圖)>를 살펴보며 원텍스트를 반복하면서도 각 화가의 개성에 따른 차이를 고찰하였다. 언어로 표현된 <음중팔선가(飮中八仙歌)>를 원텍스트로 삼아 패러디한 시의도(詩意圖) <음중팔선도(飮中八仙圖)>는 문인들이 그림에 부친 서문(序文) 및 제발문(題跋文)을 통해 다시 언어화된 텍스트로 패러디되었다. 화가의 마음에 공명한 조선의 세 문인 이덕무(李德懋), 박제가(朴齊家), 이봉환(李鳳煥)의 서발(序跋)을 통해 <음중팔선가(飮中八仙歌)>가 어떻게 변주되는지 살펴보았다. 이를 통해 원텍스트와 연속적인 관계에 의한 반복과 각 작가의 독자적인 해석에 의한 차이를 알 수 있었는데, 이덕무(李德懋)는 집정자에 대한 경계로, 이봉환은 회재불우(懷才不遇)한 현인(賢人)으로, 박제가는 현세의 규율을 초월한 천연(天然)스러운 선계(仙界)를 꿈꾸게 하는 대자유인으로 음중팔선(飮中八仙)을 이해하였음을 알 수 있었다.

퇴계와 심경부주 (Toegye and Hsin-Cjing-fu-chu)

  • This study is the third partial study of the 'A Bibliographical Study of the Toegye.' The contents of the study is divided into three chapters as following : In the first chapter, the authorship of Hsin-ching-fu-chu(心經附註) is described Hsin-ching(心經) was edited by Chen-Te-Hsiu(眞德秀), a scholar of the Sung Dynasty (1178-1235A.D.). He selected several articles on Hsin Study(心學) from classics of ancient China, with the view of spreading of Hsin thought of ancestor. Hsin-ching-fu-chu is an annotated work of Hsin-ching, which was edited by $Ch'\^{e}ng-Min-Ch\^{e}ng$(程敏政). $Ch'\^{e}ng-Min-Ch\^{e}ng$ was a scholar of the Ming Dynasty (died 1499 A.D). His annotation of Hsin-ching was according to the edition of Tuan-Ping (端平) 1st (1234 A.D.). Hsin-ching-fu-chu which was first published in 1492 A.D., by his student, named Wang-Tsu(汪祚). In the second chapter, the editions of Hsin-ching-fu-chu which was published in Korea before 1566 A.D., when Toe-gye's postscript was written, are described. In Korea, three editions were published. The first was published before 1523 A.D. in, kwang-ju(光州), by the wooden plate block. The second was published ca 1564 A.D. in Pyeong-yang(平壤), by the wooden plate, too. These two editions have remained. The last was published ca 1564 A.D., in Hae-ju(海州), but the method of printing couldn't be found out because I have not been able to get the book itself and records on the printing. In the last chapter, facts on Hsin-ching-fu-chu related to Toegye are described. Toegye found Kwang-ju edition of Hsin-ching-fu-chu in 1533 A.D., at Seong-gyun-gwan(成均館) in Seoul. He acquired the book from his friend. He read and studied very hard and remembered all the text. Also, he taught the Hsin-ching-fu-chu to his pupils and guided the reading of Hsin-ching-fu-chu to his followers and student. He read many proof sheets of the new publication of Hsin-ching-fy-chu, correcting then on detail and making notes on them.

동의보감에 수록되지 않았던 억간산의 문헌상 흐름과 현대 한의학에서의 응용 현황 (The Literary Trends of Herbal Prescription Ukgan-san and its Application in Modern Traditional Korean Medicine)

  • Objectives: Ukgan-san does not appear in Traditional Korean Medicine classics. However, it has been used in research and clinical applications in Korea. In this paper, we are aiming to examine the records concerned with Ukgan-san to the present, and announce the present usage state in Korea. Methods: We searched and summarized the contents of previous medical books about Ukgan-san. In order to investigate the current status of utilization of Ukgan-san in Korea, a bibliographic database of Korea, a database of clinical researches, and a database of pharmaceuticals of the Korea Food and Drug Administration were searched. Results: As a result of searching Ukgan-san related documents, Ukgan-san has been developed in China (Ming dynasty). However, its clinical application has been expanded by modern Japanese kampo medicine doctors. In Korea, cases of Parkinson's disease, other movement disorders, and psychiatric disorders have been reported, and randomized controlled trials had been done and planned. In addition, some extracts which are consisted of Ukgan-san are also available. Conclusions: In Korea, Ukgan-san has been influenced by Japan and has been used for clinical and research purposes. The utilization rate in Korea is still small, but the utilization rate will increase according to the results of clinical studies.

광삼효과를 이용한 흑백 대비에서의 여러 글자크기에 대한 주관적 평가와 분석 (Subjective Assessments and Analyses of Letter Sizes Under Black and White Contrasts for Various Font Sizes Through the Irradiation-effect)

  • Irradiation is a phenomenon that causes white objects on a black background to appear to spread into near dark backgrounds, but the reverse is not. In this study, the effects of font size and thickness of letters on the legibility were investigated in combinations of black letters/white background as well as white letters/black background. Ten subjects who had been no disease of eyes and their eyesight is over 1.0 were recruited and tested subjective assessments of letter sizes for various font sizes (2pt to 80pt) and thickness of letters (normal, bold) under 600lux illumination and 50cm-distance of eyes and target letters for this study. Ming-style font type which was generally used in text of books, papers, and journals were tested in this study. Results showed that generally people subjectively assessed the white letters on black background (W/B) were larger sizes of letters than the black letters on white background (B/W) even both letter sizes were the same in both normal and bold thickness of letters. This phenomenon was happened in case of only over 22 font size (with border line about 22~24pts). Less than 22 font sizes, many people reported that both letters (W/B and B/W) are looks the same sizes in normal as well as bold letters. These findings were interpreted also by the irradiation phenomenon and more detail information was presented in this manuscript.

『비급천금요방(備急千金要方)』 및 『천금익방(千金翼方)』의 구자문(求子門)에 대한 연구(硏究) (A Study on the Letter about Gaining Child of 『Beijiqianjinyaofang』 and 『Qianjinyifang』)

  • Objectives : Contents regarding Qiuzimen as found in Beijiqianjinyaofang and Qianjinyifang were studied for their potentialities to be applied to infertility clinics. Methods : The contents on Qiuzimen in Beijiqianjinyaofang and Qianjinyifang are pondered upon after dividing into two categories of medical theory and therapeutic principle, and other related texts and dissertations are further studied to discover a potential subject matter in being applied to today's modern clinics. Results : 1. In medical theory, Sunsimiao picked five overexertions and seven damages as the main medical cause of infertility. For remedy, he established four common formula, which are: chinjasan, bakchotangpotang, suppository, and haseog(cheon)moondongwhan. 2. There are total of thirteen types of formula described in the Qiuzimen in Beijiqianjinyaofang and Qianjinyifang, and five acupuncture points are used in the moxibustion method. After analyzing the herbs that were used six or more times, it was discovered that medicines were used to tonify the viscera of heart and kidney that are damaged through five overexertions and seven damages. In moxibustion method, different points such as CV4, LR14, pomoon, cheonmoon, and KI2, which is the point for kidney meridian were used in order to tonify the uterus through lower abdomen area and reproductive organs. 3. Qiuzimen has not only had a great impact on the infertility treatment as found in Furendaquanliangfang, which is the first gynecology text in Song dynasty, but it also had a continuous impact on medical texts in Ming and Qing dynasty. 4. The infertility therapeutic principle and approach method as found in the Qiuzimen are still relevant in today's modern infetility treatment. Conclusions : In the Qiuzimen of Beijiqianjinyaofang and Qianjinyifang, the problem of infertility is viewed as the whole body's problem, namely a type of defective disease caused by five overexertions and seven damages, the view of which should be applied to today's modern clinics.

『천금익방(千金翼方)·상한(傷寒)』에 대한 연구(硏究) (A Study on the 『Qianjinyifang·Shanghan』)

  • Objectives : Qianjinyifang Shanghan is an important versions of Shanghanlun, but it was never introduced widely, and studies on its were not done a lot. Thus, the author seeks to study this book in order to find its special features, its relationship with other versions of Shanghanlun, and its status in the process of the transmission of Shanghanlun. Methods : Dissertations on Qianjinyifang Shanghan and dissertations that compare Yuhanben and Songben were studied. Sentences were numbered based on Qianjinyifang Shanghan, Tangbenshanghanlunjiaozhu to compare with other versions of Shanghanlun. Results : Sunsimiao brought the changes of "以法方類證, 方證同條 比類相附" in Shanghanlun. It organized Taiyangbing chapters according to their decoction pattern, and made Taiyangbing chapter name as "太陽病用${\cdots}$湯法". Chì shi ye was placed in front of Taiyangbìngyongguizhitangfa. Jueyinbing and Liouhuibing were combined to one that were seperated in Yuhanben. Shanghanyiji titlel was put in front of Yijipian to distinguish clearly from Sanyinsanyangpian. Sanyinsanyangpian and Yijipian contains many sentences that are missing in Songben. Conclusions : Qianjinyifang Shanghan is one of the major Shanghanluns that were saved by Jiaozhengyishuju I Northern Song Period, and it was put together as an independent book after the Ming and Qing dynasties. It plays an important role in the process of the transmission of Shanghanlun in 800 years, through 3C, 7C, and 11C. Moreover, when we compare the three books of Qianjinyifang Shanghan, Yuhanben, and Songben's Sanyinsanyangpian and Yijipian's sentences, we could know that they began from a common original text, but they became branched, and Qianjinyifang Shanghan has a closer relationship with Yuhanben. Sanyinsanyangpian and Yijipian sentences can serve to supplement what is missing in today's Songben.

"고려사" 예지(禮志)의 복식사적 검토 (Historiographical Study of Costume Depicted in the "Ye-Ji(禮志)" Section of the Book "Goryosa(高麗史)")

  • This study is about the history of costumes depicted on the book Goryosa(高麗史) Ye-Ji(禮志). Researches about the costumes of Goryo dynasty are very rare and are mostly based on Goryodogyung(高麗圖經) and Goryosa Yebok-Ji(與服志). However, records about suitable costumes for a special scene of a rite can also be found in Ye-Ji besides Yebok-Ji. Therefore, this study analyzes Ye-Ji and categorizes the results into character and situation. Characters that can be found are king, officials, crown prince, aristocrat, commoner and envoy. Situations that can be found, according to the original text, are Gilrye(吉禮), Hyoongrye(凶禮), Goonrye(軍禮) and Garye(嘉禮). The results of the study are as follows; $\blacktriangleright$ The king had to change clothes in order to suit the situation according to the precise sequence of rituals. Therefore the king had to wear different clothes in the same rite, optionally, depending on the situation. This also applies to the case of officials. $\blacktriangleright$ The crown prince and aristocrats generally wore the same clothes as officials. $\blacktriangleright$ In the important ritual of Garye(嘉禮), many cases can be found where officials wore Jobok(朝服) and hands-on worker wore Gongbok(公服). $\blacktriangleright$ It is remarkable that on the New Year's day, the winter solstice and Sungsoojul(聖壽節; the emperor's birthday) the envoy of Ming Sangbok(常服); whereas the king and the officials of Goryo wore the Myunbok(冕服) or Jobok(朝服).

인쇄체 한글 및 한자의 인식에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Printed Korean and Chinese Character Recognition)

  • 본 논문에서는 한자를 포함하는 한글 문서 인식을 위한 인쇄체 한글, 한자의 구분과 인식 방법에 대하여 연구하였다. 제안된 한글, 한자 구분 방법은 한글의 수직모음과 수평모음의 구조적 특징을 이용하였다. 한글은 6가지 형태로 분류하고 분류된 각 형태에 대하여 세선화 과정을 거치지 않고 모음 우선추출에 의한 자모분리를 행하고 분리된 자음에 대하여 변형된 교차거리 특징을 이용하여 인식하였다. 한자에 대해서는 획교차수의 평균치를 이용하여 전체 한자 대상문자에 대해 분류를 하였으며, 문자의 획교차수와 흑점비율 특징을 이용하여 인식하였다. 한글과 한자의 구분에서는 90.5%의 분류율을 얻었다. 한글인식에 있어서는 대상문자 명조체 2512자에 대하여 90.0%의 형태 분류율을 얻었다. 인식 결과 실험 데이타 1278자에 대하여 92.2%의 인식율을 얻었다. 한자인식에 있어서는 대상문자 4585자에 대하여 분류한 결과 최대밀집 구간은 124자로서 약 1/40 정도로 분류되었음을 알 수 있었고, 인식실험 결과 89.2%의 인식율을 얻었다.
